Ok so this was an idea from a friend. Got stuck in my head so here it is.

Kensi had been having a hard time lately. With all the questing and everyone finding out her secrets Kensi not in a good place. Yes she put a smile on her face and faced each day like nothing was wrong but Deeks knew better.

So he talked to Hetty to help arrange a little surprise. Kensi would never admit it but she loved Colbie Caillat. Deeks had found out that she was putting on a benefit concert in LA and Hetty helped him get front row tickets.

"Come on Kensi we're gonna be late." Deeks said from his desk.

"I really wish you would tell me what is going on."

"Nope it's a surprise for you Princess."

Sam and Callen had no idea what was going on and were amused by it all. They figured Deeks was taking her bowling or something equally stupid that they would hear about the next day.

"Ok fine I'm ready to go."

"Finally."

They stopped for burgers first as Deeks knew to have Kensi fed before doing anything. He then told her to close her eyes when they got close to the club.

"Deeks I swear if we're at a strip joint I'll kill you."

"Ok you can open your eyes."

Kensi looked up at the club sign. "Deeks how did you get tickets for this?"

"Hetty."

Kensi was shocked. Tickets had been sold out for months.

"You like your surprise?"

"You have no idea."

Deeks led the way into the club. He handed over his tickets and they were led to a table right up front.

"OMG! Front row?"

"Only the best for you Princess."

Deeks ordered two beers and they waited thru the two opening acts. Finally Colbie came on the stage. She went thru about ten songs. Kensi was really enjoying herself. Deeks had sat there with his arm around her the entire time.

It was near the end of the show when Colbie said she had a special request.

"I'm glad that everyone is enjoying the show tonight. With your help we've raised over 10k tonight." Everyone applauded. "We have two very special fans here tonight." She looked down right at Kensi.

"So this last song goes out to them. Kensi this one is for you."

Kensi gasped and looked at Deeks. "What did you do?"

"Just listen and know I mean every word of this song."

The music started and Kensi felt the tears start. Deeks pulled her closer and wrapped both his arms around her.

Deeks pressed a kiss to her temple.

The song ended and Kensi swiped at her tears. Everyone applauded and the lights went up.

"Wow that was amazing."

"Well you deserved it."

"Thank you Deeks."

"Any time Kensi."

They were just standing up when they realized someone was standing there.

"Hi I'm glad I caught you."

"OMG!"

Kensi gasped when she realized it was Colbie standing there.

"I hope you enjoyed the show?"

"It was amazing." Said Deeks as Kensi was still too shocked to speak.

Colbie handed Kensi a CD. "I autographed this for you."

"Really?" Kensi was shocked.

"It's just my way of thanking you for your service to this country."

Kensi was shocked. She thanked her and stared at the CD. It took Deeks a few minutes to get her to snap out of it.

"I can't believe she signed a CD for me."

"I wonder what Hetty did to get that." Said Deeks. "All I asked for were the tickets."

The next day Kensi walked into work humming her new favorite song. She went straight to Hetty to thank her.

"It was my pleasure Miss. Blye."

"Thanks again Hetty."

Kensi was walking over to her desk when she heard Callen and Sam asking Deeks how bowling went.

"Oh you know Kensi totally kicked my butt."

"Well of course she did." Said Sam.

Deeks simply winked at Kensi and she smiled at him. She liked it that the concert would stay a special moment between just the two of them. Kensi couldn't wait for more of Deeks moments.
