A little extra to the story
Enjoy!
"Hanagururu—"
"Please don't call me that," Hanagi Daisuke said coldly.
"—rugi"
Daisuke looked at the source of the voice and sighed, "Not you too Seto."
Tsukiko smiled, "What? I think it's kind of cute for Tomo-chi to call you that, right Chi-chi?"
Chihiro patted Daisuke's shoulder, "You should be happy to have a better nickname."
He couldn't argue with Chihiro since Chi Chi translated into "father." Daisuke sighed again, "You think of horrible nicknames Seto."
She laughed as she high-fived Tomoyo, "We're nicknamers in the making."
Tomoyo grinned, "I think Hanagurugi is the best nickname, dontcha think Hanagurugi?"
"No," he said immediately.
She pouted, "Thanks for throwing all my hard work aside. It took me all night to find a good nickname for you since I already got the Reaper, Shadow Man, Blunter, Hana-chan…"
"Never use that last one please," Daisuke felt his head in irritation.
"What~" Tomoyo said. "I thought about that one for a while too. Like a black, death sort-of flower (hana translates to flower)."
"Hana-chan!" Tsukiko piped up. "Let's go to class Hana-chan!"
Daisuke groaned, "Shoot me now…"
X
"Pew!" Tomoyo was facing across from Daisuke sitting backwards on her chair.
Daisuke narrowed his eyes, "What on earth are you doing?"
She blew the smoke off of her fake gun and imitated him by lowering her pitch, "'Shoot me now' said Hanagurugi."
Then Tsukiko walked over with a smirk, "Oh? Is that a declaration of love?"
"What?" the two said in unison.
"Allow me," Tsukiko then waved for Chihiro to walk over. She then asked Chihiro, "Can I see your notebook Chi-chi?"
Chihiro took her notebook out and handed it over. But before she did, she asked, "Only if you change the nickname today."
Tsukiko then smiled, "Sure. I don't think my own dad would like me to call someone else father. Ne, Tomo-chi help me find a new nickname."
Tomoyo then thought for a moment before perking up with an answer, "Chi!...chi...chi...chu! Chi-chu!"
She then gave a thumbs up for approval and grinned widely towards Chihiro, "You are now officially a descendant of Pikachu."
Chihiro then looked defeated as she handed the notebook over. Even Daisuke felt a little bad for her. Tsukiko then flipped to a page near the end and displayed the picture to Tomoyo and Daisuke. "Wait thats-" Chihiro began to reach for the notebook before Tsukiko dodged her.
Tsukiko smiled, "This guy will be her future husband, it's been declared!"
Tomoyo and Daisuke looked at the picture in awe, it was a pretty good drawing of a young boy. Daisuke then looked at Chihiro, "I didn't think you had this much talent Ogino."
Tomoyo stared before bragging, "That's my daughter alright."
Chihiro turned red, "It's...it's from a dream I had not from my usual scribbles…erm I mean..."
Then the notebook was returned to her by Tsukiko who spoke earnestly, "But it's important to you isn't it?" She then pointed to Chihiro's heart, "Whoever that is, he already made a mark on you. He's been in you for the past three years, right." She then turned to Tomoyo and Daisuke, "Same with you two, it may not be a strong mark yet, but we all have a mark from someone else." Tsukiko the over her hand over her own chest, "Even if a million years pass, the mark in our hearts will never go away. It's like we're stuck together for eternity."
"Sounds pleasant," Daisuke said sarcastically. Then Tomoyo smacked him in the head.
"Yeah, our hearts will always be connected right?" Chihiro said, "One day we will go to high school, then college, and then possible marriage...I don't think I'll ever be able to forget you anyway Tsukiko, I think you made your mark to noticable."
Tsukiko smirked, "Then you guys will never forget me? Sounds good."
"Oh goodness no," Daisuke dreaded.
Tomoyo then asked as she smacked Daisuke again, "We'll be together forever since all if you guys made a mark on me too. Even you Hangurugi!"
"I can still take the mark back right? I don't think I can live a peaceful life with her stuck with me," Daisuke said. Then he was smacked again.
The four of them continued to laugh under the gentle rays of the sun in rememberence the eccentric but kind girl named Seto Tsukiko. For their hearts were already marked with a certian connection that would last forever.
And those were the happiest last memories of Seto Tsukiko before her soul left with the waning sun.
