I OWN NOTHING BUT THE STORY LINE AND THE CHARACTERS THAT YOU DON'T KNOW FROM THE STORY!
Wanna hear the story?
"So, still too afraid to come and face you, huh?"
"I don't think afraid is the right word for it," Takara replied.
Miyuki looked up from her place of the bed and stared at her sister. "Then what would you call it."
"I don't know," The elder woman closed her eyes. "And neither does he."
Miyuki sat up. She had come to the Mountain to visit her sister and the two of them were currently sitting upon Takara's bed. She leaned her head on her shoulder's sister. "Sesshomaru will come around for you eventually. No worries. If I run into him, I'll knock some sense into him for you, understand?"
Takara gave her sister a little shove before lying back on the pillows and staring up at the ceiling. Miyuki laid down with her. "I heard that Inuyasha has been released from that tree," She commented. Miyuki and Ikkaku were the only ones that knew Takara and Inuyasha knew each other. Emiko still had yet to face her sister again. It still pained her a bit, but she ignored it and passed by it now. If her younger sister hated her that much, then it was her own fault, not Takara's.
"Yes, so have we. Emiko and I plan on going to go find him. I can't wait to see the look on his face!" Miyuki giggled. "You should come with us! He'd be happy to see you again, you know. Especially after what he was forced to go through."
"Hmm…no thanks." She closed her eyes. "I have enough work here to do with wolf-boy and his family. I don't need another pet to take care of."
Miyuki let out a huge laugh. "So cruel, Takara. Maybe that's why Sesshomaru hasn't said anything to you and just leaves you gifts. He knows your harsh words will strike him true."
"And that they should." Takara mumbled. Since the clothes, she always came back to her cave to find gifts from said demon nearly once a month. Koga and the others have tried to catch him, complaining about the smell of a 'mutt' making it hard for them to sleep at night but they hadn't never even caught a glance of the Lord of the West. Takara hated that he didn't stay to talk to her but the fact that he still thought of her, still cared enough to bring gifts, she couldn't complain about that.
"Ran into Kiyoma the other day," Miyuki brought up. "We need to find her a boyfriend."
"What makes you say that?" Takara asked her sister.
"She took over everything now that Hosenki's dead. She needs to do things other than work on those Jewels like she does with his son. She needs a life, Takara."
Takara closed her eyes. She had been there with Kiyoma after Hosenki's death. You can tell that the death of her dear friend had struck her hard and that working with the Jewels made her feel close to him even after death. They had been working together for nearly a 600 years. You can't just tell someone to stop.
"Speaking of boyfriends," Takara opened her eyes and glanced at her sister. "Where's your spider friend? Last time I saw him you and he were in a palace. Please don't tell me that after all that hard work to get him that human body you broke up."
"No, Naraku and I are still very close, it's just…"
"Just what?"
Miyuki sat up and was silent for a moment. "I know you only know a part of our story, I'm just afraid that if you hear to whole thing…you will come to despise me."
Takara sat up before turning to place her feet on the floor. "Miyuki, you are my sister. I raised you from a baby to the one you are now. You are sweet, kind, loud and obnoxious, but you do all that you can to help and protect those that you care for. You have proven to me, over and over again through the years, that there is no way that I could hate, despise, resent, or be mad at you." She paused. "If you don't want to tell me, then don't. I will not pry into your secrets. Just don't do anything that you will come to regret in the future."
Miyuki gave a silent sigh. "With Naraku, there's nothing that I will regret' ever. He helped me…helped me accomplish something I can never, truly thank him for. Not yet, anyway."
"We're not talking about that weird monk, are we?" Takara asked.
Miyuki gave a huge laugh. "No, that's not what I was referring to. I do trust you though, so…" Miyuki looked over her shoulder with a huge smile at her sister. "Wanna hear the story?"
