Dean-

I sat there for a few minutes.

"Lyssa is my princess and I want to see her happy", he said.

I nodded.

"So Dean, what is it that you do?", he asked.

"I'm a policeman, it's how I met Lys", I said.

He nodded.

"Have you always lived in California?", he asked.

"No sir, I was born in Ohio and two years after becoming a cop I transferred to California and I've lived there ever since", I said.

"And have your parents met Alyssa?", her grandma asked.

I shifted in my seat.

"My parents passed away when I was young, car accident", I said.

She covered her mouth.

"Oh I'm so sorry", she said, and I knew she meant it.

"It's okay, you didn't know", I said smiling.

"Any siblings or other relatives?", her grandpa asked.

"Neither of my parents had siblings. My grandparents passed away when I was a kid, and I have no siblings, it's only me", I said.

"How lonely", her grandma said sadly.

"Well now I have Aly and our daughter, it's not so lonely anymore", I said.

Her grandma took my hand and squeezed it, it was comforting.

"If I find out that you hurt her, I will hurt you. Who do you think taught her how to shoot a gun", her grandpa said.

I smiled and nodded.

"Leave him alone", her grandma said.

"It's okay, I understand, but I'm more worried of her hurting me. I would never want to hurt her. I'm gonna spend the rest of my life making sure she's always happy and healthy, whatever she needs and I can get it, I will", I said.

He nodded.

"My son told me what her mother did. I always hated that woman, the only good thing to come from her was Alyssa", he said, shaking his head.

"I have to agree sir", I said.

He nodded.

"That woman knows how to brainwash Aly. Don't let her do it again", he said.

"I'll try", I said.

He nodded.

"I like you, I see the way you protect Lyssa. I saw her about to cry when she spoke about her grandma, you pulled her in, good man", he said.

"Thank you sir, your approval means a lot because I know how much it will mean to Alyssa", I said.

He patted my shoulder.

"Lys", he called for her.

I smiled, Alyssa came into the kitchen.

"Glad to see you're still alive", Aly said, putting her hand on my shoulder.

"I like him Lys", her grandpa said.

"I can't wait to start planning the wedding", her grandma said excited.

Alyssa opened her mouth to say something and then looked at me. I winked at her.

Alyssa-

Dean and I were walking down the street, looking at all the lights.

"I use to do this with my dad when I was little, in fact he took me on one of these walks when he wanted to tell me he and my mom were getting a divorce", I said.

I looped my arm through his.

"I begged him to let me live with him. He actually begged me to stay with my mom, said that she needed me more, so I did", I said.

"Has she called you?", he asked.

I shook my head.

"Did you tell her we were having a girl?", he asked.

I nodded.

"Sometimes I think that maybe if I just did as she asked or acted the way she wanted me to when I was around her, that she would love me", I said.

Dean stood in front of me, stopping us.

"Listen to me baby. You are an amazing, beautiful, funny human being and I wouldn't trade you for the world. I don't think I would have fallen", he stopped.

"What?", I asked.

He bit his bottom lip.

"Your mom loves you kid, just give her time", he said.

I nodded.

"How about we go get some ice cream? I'm in the need for some", he said.

"Now who's pregnant", I said, poking his stomach.

He laughed.

"Not funny, I actually gained some pounds", he said, placing his hand on his stomach.

"Sympathy weight, how sweet dear", I said.

He smiled and rested his forehead against mine.

"Let's go get that ice cream", he said.

I giggled and he took my hand. We got in my dad's car and drove into town. We stopped at my favorite ice cream shop and walked around the stores.

"Coconut pineapple, really", he said.

"Hush, don't judge me Ambrose", I said.

He chuckled and licked his ice cream. I bit my lip watching his tongue. I pushed down a moan that wanted to escape, I went back to mine.

"Have you tried this flavor?", I asked.

"Yeah, you taste pretty good", he said.

I laughed, making him smile.

"I meant the ice cream", I said, pushing him lightly.

"No", he said.

"Here", I said, putting the ice cream near his mouth.

He raised a brow and I smiled.

"Try it chicken", I said.

He licked a bit and made a face.

"Nope, don't like it", he said.

I giggled. I licked my lips and looked back up at him.

"I want you", I said, my voice low.

He looked back at me and licked the ice cream off his lips.

"What?", he asked.

"I want you, I need you", I said.

His eyebrows rose.

"Now?", he asked shocked.

I nodded quickly.

"What, what turned you on?", he asked.

"You smell really good and if that didn't do it then your tongue. The way you licked your ice cream", I said.

"Wanna go home or", I stopped him.

"I won't last, we need to get to the bathroom or a changing room, somewhere", I said.

He nodded quickly and looked around.

"Bathroom", he said, pulling me towards the men's bathroom.

We tossed our ice cream in the trash. He poked his head inside and noticed it was kinda empty. A few men. He groaned and tapped his foot on the floor. I couldn't take it anymore. I stood on my tippy toes and kissed his neck, sucking on his skin and nipping at it. My hand traveled to the front of his pants and he sucked in his breath.

"One more person babe, hang on", he whispered.

I whined.

"I know baby, I'll take care of you", he whispered.

"Dean", I moaned in his ear.

He checked again after another man walked out. There was someone in one of the stalls. Dean pulled me in and took me to the one farthest from the door. I quickly pushed down my jeans and panties. Dean came over and lifted me up and against the wall, my legs wrapped around his waist. I heard his buckle make a nose when it hit the floor, letting me know his pants were down.

"Please Dean", I moaned.

He kissed my neck and pushed into me.

"Yes, thank you God", I said loud.

"I'm glad I satisfy you", he said.

He thrusted into me painfully slow.

"Harder, Dean, please", I moaned.

He groaned and thrusted into me harder, his forehead against my shoulder.

"Fuck", I said, moaning loud.

He bit my neck and growled. He was trying not to scream or groan too loud. He panted against my shoulder. He thrusted into me one last time before he groaned, releasing inside me. I moaned loud. He panted in my face and I smiled.

"Thank you", I said.

"Anytime baby", he said, kissing my forehead.

He set me down and I slowly got dressed. He lifted his briefs and pants, buckling them. He smiled the entire time. We heard someone clear their throat and we froze. I started laughing and he shook his head.

"Sorry man, when you gotta go you gotta go", Dean said.

I slapped his arm and he shrugged.

"I know what you mean", the guy said.

His voice sent shivers down my spine and I froze. I didn't realize I was shaking till Dean put his hands on my shoulders.

"You okay darlin?", Dean asked.

"We have to go", I whispered.

"What's wrong Aly?", he whispered.

"Please, can we go", I felt tears fill my eyes.

Dolph couldn't see me, he just couldn't. If Dean knew everything he would jump over the stall wall and kill Dolph. He placed his hand on my cheek, his thumb rubbed softly.

"Baby what's wrong?", he asked.

"Dean", was all I could say.

He nodded.

"Okay, come on", he said.

We were about to walk out. He did first, I could see Dolph through the gap and I backed up. Dean looked worried.

"Sweetheart", he said.

"You would protect me right? From anything or anyone?", I asked.

"Lys, of course I would darlin. What's going on?", he asked frustrated.

I sighed.

"That man, he's my ex", I whispered and pointed to the door.

Dean looked out again, but Dolph had left.

"He's gone babe, let's go", he said.

I took his hand and we left. We didn't see Dolph after that.
