Chapter 26

"Very well Kei," The injured shinigami declared as he looked at the broken blade. With a pained groan from the kido, he sealed his zanpakuto back into a katana. "That final strategy was rather intense, I have lost this battle and you can go with the ryoka."

Kei kept a stern gaze on her brother before she sighed in exhaustion. Her whole body hurt and she knew that she needed to head to the Fourth Division. Unfortunately, Kei really couldn't go there after deciding to help Rukia, "I'm not going with anyone else until I know that you're okay Nii-san..."

Atsushi stared at Kei with confusion in his eyes, "Why would you show any concern for me?"

At first Kei didn't reply as she crouched down and raised a single hand to heal his burns. His eyes slightly widened at the glow from her kido. She then raised her head to look at him with a small smile, "Because you're my family and I'll care for you until the end."

The third seat scoffed at Kei's words and he looked away, "I've been a terrible brother to you, haven't I?" He narrowed his eyes in regret as Kei didn't answer right away again. "After all, it's meant to be my job to protect you, not to hurt you – no matter what choice you make."

Kei's heart pounded nervously in her chest as she stared back at him. Was it a possibility that Atsushi was trying to reform their broken relationship? It was something that Kei wanted for many years and now she could possibly fix it. This all happened thanks to the ryoka – if Suki hadn't been there, who knew if they would've had this battle? However there was something that Kei needed to know. Other than develop their bond, Kei needed to know one other thing.

"Nii-san," She whispered and gained his attention. Atsushi slowly turned his head and met her nervous gaze, "Tell me why. Why you pushed yourself away from me?"

She felt saddened once she saw him look away from her. His eyes flashed with guilt and suffering – something that Kei never thought that she would see, "I'm healed now... you should go rescue your companion." He stood up with a limp and vanished from her sight, which made Kei lower her head in disappointment. Her answers were there, simply floating around him but she could not reach them.

Whatever had happened to him, Kei was so desperate to find out so she could stand with him.

"Mizushima, you're alright!"

Kei's eyes widened when she saw Renji rushing past with a familiar figure cradled in his arms. A broad smile formed on her face and she waved her uninjured hand towards the redhead.

"Abarai fukutaicho, you saved Rukia!"

Rukia's eyes widened in recognition of the caramel haired female, "Kei?!"

"Didn't Ichigo tell you?" Renji muttered as he stopped running for a moment, "All of your friends came to save you..."

"That's right," Kei replied cheerfully when she saw the Kuchiki's stunned gaze. "I'm here too Rukia, so you're not dying today! Well unless it was the end of the Soul Society and our strongest forces had no extra power... but that won't happen... At least not now anyways..." Suddenly Kei's eyes widened with a sudden discovery. What happened if it would end right now?

"We should head out to the living world," Renji interrupted Kei's mystery thoughts. He tightened the hold on Rukia, "It's the safest place we can be right now."

But I didn't say goodbye to Nii-san... Kei thought sadly before she looked towards Rukia who had stared back at him with a hint of concern in her violet eyes, "Okay. Let's get to the Senkaimon gate!"

They duo began their escape, carrying along the third shinigami with them without her consent. Kei kept her eyes back on the hill, where Kei could still sense Suki's reiatsu.

"By the way, what happened with Ukeire?" Renji asked bluntly which made Kei subconsciously hold onto her broken wrist. It still stung, but the adrenaline managed to block out most of the pain – thankfully.

"I managed to catch him off guard," Kei replied with a sad smile, "But I won..."

-:-

"Damn shinigami couldn't just invent a damn escalator."

Sure, Suki was good with her cardio, but the crazy stairs were bloody ridiculous. She already had to go up on them once – these stairs were definitely her Mount Everest. Currently the human team were on their way to this tower of death stairs. Yet it felt like Renji and Rukia had encountered Kei, which meant she managed to win her fight.

It was surprising to say that Suki may have misjudged the situation. Maybe a bit of Suki rubbed onto the caramel haired female.

However it still didn't fix the situation that Suki had to still climb down the stairs. She scowled as she continued her path, cursing Ichigo for every bringing her into the situation of self righteousness. Before Suki was about to sit down to stop, a blur of pink suddenly smacked into Suki's gut.

The silver haired female let out a groan of pain and she suddenly dropped towards the stairs as she saw stars circling around her head. Whatever had hit her managed to hit her like a huge ass truck and Suki had yet to be hit by one of those. Anger flushed through Suki as she raised her head and suddenly paused at the sight of the figure in front of her. It was a little girl, roughly a metre tall with short pink hair and maroon eyes.

Yet the shocking thing was the fukutaicho badge strapped around her arm. This little girl was a fukutaicho? That seemed to be a bit frightening – it was true that she managed to smack into Suki without giving damage to herself.

"Did you see Ichi up there?" The girl wondered with an innocent stare which made Suki blanch. This was the first kid to not get fascinated at her but with Ichigo – it was simply the way she gave him his own little nickname.

"Yes but Kurosaki said for me to get out of the way," It wasn't entirely true but Suki knew that she had to stay back from the fight. For what it appeared to feel like, it was going to be a deadly battle until one of them died or lost the will to fight.

"Are you a friend of Ichi?" The girl questioned with a wide smile, before she suddenly lifted Suki with impressive strength. Naturally, Suki yelped at the sudden action of the pink haired fukutaicho, "Ichi's Ken-chan's friend too! Are you really strong?"

"Uh..." Suki seriously didn't know how to answer that question, "Yes...?"

"That's great," The girl declared as she suddenly bolted up the stairs with a giggle. For such a small thing, this brat was like the freaking road runner. "There are so many strong ryoka; Ken-chan will have lots of fun! My name is Kusajishi Yachiru, fukutaicho of the eleventh division!"

"Uh, Kobayashi Suki..."

In response, the girl laughed cheerfully, "You have a funny name Shiro-Su!"

Suki's eyebrow twitched in irritation. Did the girl just call her white and halved her name? However before Suki could keep quiet, Yachiru suddenly halted from her super speed running and dropped her like she was nothing. Naturally Suki let out a surprised yelp as her face collided with the earth. When Suki raised her head to snap at the pink haired girl, she paused to look around her surroundings. They were back at the execution grounds with Ichigo and Kuchiki Byakuya in the battle of their lives.

Immediately Suki paled. She just climbed down half of these stairs, why did life hate her so much?

"We should wait until Ichi finishes," Yachiru chimed as she hopped on the tree branch to watch the fight. "I hope he lives – Ichi is a friend of Ken-chan after all," Instead of asking who this 'Ken-chan' was, Suki kept her mind on the fight in front of them. It felt like they were evenly matched for now, but Ichigo felt far more powerful than he did while they were training.

So did Ichigo finally learn his bankai? It looked like Yoruichi had every right to trust her instincts. The fight that went on was so intense, even when Suki was behind a forest of trees and unable to see anything. She realised that this reiatsu stuff was a lot handier than she originally assumed. As Suki watched the scene in the distance with hard eyes, she slightly turned back when she heard a familiar voice.

"This is the Sokyoku Hill," A voice spoke up from behind which made Suki slightly hold in her breath to confirm in herself. It felt like years since Suki last heard the voice, "The reiatsu feels different and very vast, but I can tell that this reiatsu is Kurosaki-kun." Suki remained speechless as the misfit crew (plus a shinigami that Suki never met before) appeared at the top of the hill.

"It strange," Chad spoke up which gained their attention for hearing the Great Dane speak up for the first time. "I thought Kuchiki would be here but her reiatsu isn't around. Wasn't she being punished around this area?"

"Kuchiki's already gone," Suki replied as she finally made her appearance. Everyone from the group widened their eyes at Suki's familiar face. "Kurosaki is fighting the taicho as we speak so we can take Kuchiki out of this dump."

"Kobayashi-san!" Orihime cried out with a wide smile before she pounced Suki into a hug, "I was so worried when we couldn't sense your reiatsu!"

At the sight of being hugged, Suki lightly blushed and patted the girl's head slowly, "Thanks Inoue – but I wasn't really caught by any shinigami." She gently pushed the walnut haired female out of the way and saw everyone else still amazed that she was still in one piece. "Anyways I was gonna tell you guys that Kurosaki's got this, but a certain little brat got in the way of that..."

Before they could ask who, Yachiru made herself present and planted her feet on Suki's head, "You're all still alive! Even you Makimaki!"

"Hey!" Suki bristled at the sight of the child on her head, "Get off me!" Yachiru let out an innocent giggle and jumped off Suki's head to hop back on the tree branch.

A snort escaped Suki's mouth as the shinigami that she didn't know lowered his head in shame. The guy's name was Makimaki? Now she definitely felt sorry for the shinigami for having crappy parents, "So it's back to that now?"

"So Ichigo is still fighting?" Chad spoke up to look through the forest with a hint of worry in his concealed face, "If Kuchiki isn't there anymore, why is he fighting?"

"It must've been a powerful opponent," Uryu muttered as he nodded a greeting to Suki who nodded back in silence but she was confirming Uryu's statement. "If Kurosaki left his opponent, then it means that his opponent would just catch up to Kuchiki-san."

"The guy's bloody quick," Suki admitted as she looked towards the forest again. "If it hadn't been for Kurosaki, I probably would be dead right now." There was a part of Suki that was suddenly annoyed with the thought. She didn't want to depend on anyone to help fight. That was why she trained with her powers, to use them to protect herself. No one should be able to protect her except for herself.

A burst of reiatsu brightened up and surprise ran through the group. Suki however, simply tensed and remained glaring into the distance, as if she was silently communicating with Ichigo. A yell suddenly gained her attention and Suki looked up to see that Yachiru was standing on Ganju's head.

"Hey!" The shabby man snapped, trying to get the fukutaicho to jump off his head. She simply giggled in response and ignored the threat from Ganju, "You little shit-!" Without another word, Yachiru bounced off his head and landed on the ground without another word. As soon as it happened, Ganju got over it and joined the group at watching the fight.

For some reason, Suki could sense there was something wrong. She honestly didn't know how, but she simply hoped that it would fade soon.

"What is this reiatsu?" Chad wondered as he noticed the discomfort from the entire group.

"Inoue-san," Uryu looked over to the walnut haired female with a smile. Inwardly Suki scoffed – it looked like Orihime rubbed her soft attitude on the arrogant Quincy. It was about damn time that he started caring for others, "We should back away a bit, Inoue-san. Even if we stay here, we can't..."

"Thank you very much Ishida-kun," Orihime gently spoke in response and cradled herself. Suki wondered if it had to do with the fact that Orihime was desperate to help Ichigo, "But, sorry - I want to stay here."

"Don't worry Inoue," Suki decided to step in and she saw Orihime look over to her with wide eyes. "He's fine – for the last two days, Kurosaki has been training nonstop to beat this guy," She noticed the smile forming on the girl's lips before she nodded in acceptance and went back to watching the fight. Ichigo's reiatsu heighted with his opponent's and they finally met with a blinding light.

As everyone shielded their eyes, Suki silently wondered on how much stronger Ichigo had become during his bankai training. It wasn't long until both of them weakened, but the taicho's was slightly lower than Ichigo's. Suki perked her head when she heard Orihime's excited cheers and she noticed that the girl had already rushed off to greet the victorious Ichigo.

"She must've been worried sick," Uryu admitted as he gave a glance to Suki. The silver haired female smirked back in agreement, seeing that even though they spent time apart – there was a slight bond between the duo. "Let's go catch up with Inoue-san."

"Sure," Suki ran with the group as they heard the girl's cries. There was a screaming Ichigo, whether it was a good thing or a bad thing, Suki wasn't sure. But as Ichigo fell backwards in exhaustion, Orihime attempted to catch him but his head ended up smacking her face.

"Owie!" The girl yelped as Ichigo sobbed in utter pain. Seeing that Ichigo had his own punishment for hitting Orihime's face, Suki decided to let the attack slide. It was an accident after all.

"How hard is your damn head?" Ichigo whimpered, crouching low so he could stay away from Orihime's rock like head.

"Sorry," She let out sheepishly as she waved her arms dramatically. "Kurosaki-kun are you alright? I'm really sorry for my head for being super hard and when you fell, I tried to catch you..." In the back of her mind, Suki imagined if the girl had caught the carrot top. Would Orihime expect some magical moment go on if she had caught Ichigo after falling?

"Inoue?" Ichigo suddenly realized what was going up, looked up and a bright smile formed on his face. It was actually one of the first times Suki had ever seen a smile on the scowling boy's face. "Ishida! Chad! Ganju! Everyone's alright," The carrot top sighed in relief before relaxing in his wounded position, "Thank goodness." He met a gaze with Suki and his face turned serious, as if asking her the silent question, "Kobayashi…"

"Kuchiki is safe," Suki replied bluntly as she crossed her arms over her chest. "Abarai isn't defending her alone, so she'll be fine until we get to Karakura."

Uryu lightly scoffed as he pushed up his glasses, "Although we aren't unhurt, it's just that compared to how badly you're beaten up, everyone else looks completely fine."

"Here, here," Suki muttered in agreement, recalling her injuries from the past few days.

"How about Inoue? Are you injured?"

As if she was a startled deer, Orihime raised her hands and shook them as if they were on fire, "Huh, are you talking about me? No, I'm completely fine!" She than began her mini rant mode, "Even though I was completely useless throughout this whole time, I was protected by Ishida-kun, the shinigami and even Zaraki-san carried me so I wasn't in…" The look on her face turned gentle as she looked towards Ichigo with a faint smile, "I was completely safe… but… I was so worried about you Kurosaki-kun and I'm sorry that I couldn't help you in any way. Thank you Kurosaki-kun… for staying alive… I'm happy…"

Ichigo remained silent as he stared at her for a moment before he softly smiled at her concern, "Thanks Inoue."

Kei ran swiftly with Renji, keeping a sharp eye on the shinigami around them. It looked like none of the shinigami had encountered them. It looked like Renji still didn't notice the fact that Kei had her broken wrist, but she didn't say anything to stop him. It wasn't important at the moment; she just knew that she had to help Rukia now. But Kei had been rather confused, why hadn't any of the shinigami come attacking them? They were harboring someone who broke the law - that had to be a good enough reason.

Sensing a reiatsu ahead of them, the duo halted to see a man standing in their path. Kei's eyes slowly widened when she recognised the man and she felt her uninjured hand in front of her face as she prepared to defend herself.

"Tosen Taicho," Renji breathed out nervously as he tightened the hold on Rukia, "What are you doing here?" Tosen stood as a dark skinned man with a strange orange scarf, and as Kei read on the information booklets; he had glasses covering his blind eyes.

The taicho said nothing, but he suddenly disappeared into thin air. Immediately Kei moved her body to protect Rukia and Renji with determination crossing her face. They had already gotten so far saving Rukia; there was no way they were going to give her up now.

However Tosen appeared beside Kei with his palm opened at point blank. Kei's eyes widened and she tried to defend herself but she was too slow. "Hado thirty-three," His palm began to blow before a firing a familiar blue blast to hit her injured side, "Sokatsui!" A pained yelp escaped Kei's throat as she flew off her feet and crashed to the wall. Having a kido blast from a taicho at point blank – it hurt!

"Kei!" Rukia shouted as Kei leaned on her injured wrist in reflex. Even Kei knew it was a bad move, because she let out another yelp of pain.

"Mizushima," Renji looked on from the caramel haired female before glaring at the taicho. He took an angry step towards Tosen and hissed, "Tosen Taicho, why are you doing this?"

Again, the taicho did not reply but he rather took out a strange tape and twirled it in the air. The tape surrounded Renji, Rukia and the taicho, which made Kei widen her eyes. She tried pushing herself up but it only resulted in another yelp of pain. Her knowledge on kido was vast, and she recognised the one that the taicho was performing.

"No!" Kei's eyes were wide but in the next second, the three figures had disappeared in front of her. Her eyes filled with tears and she glared at the ground in fury. There was no way Kei could catch up to them, for one she wasn't exactly the greatest with shunpo. And now that she was injured...

"You're Atsushi's sibling," The familiar voice spoke which made Kei look up with distraught. Kei too, recognised the familiar face.

"Third seat Sarizawa," Kei retorted to see the calm face of Kaito.

"So," He spoke coolly as he offered a hand, "Do you need me to escort you to the Fourth Division?"

-:-

"Tenteikura!"

Suki's eyes widened at the random voice that started speaking in her head. The voice in her head sounded desperate and serious for a situation which made Suki drop her head in shame. It was official then, Suki was going nuts.

Yet the second voice in Suki's head continued, "Those of taicho, fukutaicho, and any temporary fukutaicho status in the thirteen Squads, as well as all of the Ryoka, this is fourth division fukutaicho Isane Kotetsu. This is an emergency. I repeat; this is an emergency message from the fourth division Unohana Taicho and I. Everything I am about to tell you is true."

Before Suki could ask herself what was going on, the strange voice informed her that there were a trio of taicho that betrayed Soul Society. Apparently it was the Tosen dude Suki kept hearing about, Ichimaru (well Suki wasn't so surprised) and finally a man named Aizen Sosuke. The traitor apparently killed a bunch of councilmen before stabbing a taicho and a fukutaicho from separate divisions.

"What was that just now?" Ichigo wondered as Ganju carried his half dead body back to the gate, "She said something about forty something then something about hypnosis... what is that supposed to mean anyways?"

Orihime looked around in slight confusion, "How come I didn't hear anything?"

"I know that voice from the fourth division," Chad replied calmly as he spared the walnut haired girl a glance. "You never came in contact with them, so that's probably why you didn't hear it."

Suki crossed her arms in consideration, trying to remember if she had ever encountered a woman that was fukutaicho rank. Then it hit her with realisation. Of course, back when Suki proceeded to beat them down with her fists.

"But a taicho killing another is their problem isn't it?"Ichigo reminded with a curious stare, "Why would any of them tell us that?"

"She told us because she thought that we should know," Uryu declared as he paused at the thoughts to consider it. Everyone looked straight towards the Quincy with a raised eyebrow, "Don't you see Kurosaki? From the sound of it, this Central Forty-Six chamber is probably a governing institute of Soul Society and the Taicho named Aizen murdered everyone in it. He probably did that to make others assume that his wants were what they wanted and what did he want?"

Ganju was the next one to speak, "He wanted the execution?" Now Suki was confused.

"Correct," Uryu took a glare towards the hill, "Since we arrived here, Kuchiki-san's execution has been consistently pushed forward... didn't you find that strange? Relating this to that message, the taicho of the fifth division Aizen Sosuke wanted to kill Kuchiki-san."

As if things couldn't get worse, Suki sensed Renji's and Rukia's reiatsu at the top of the hill, realising that Kei was no longer with them. As soon as Ichigo realised it as well, he suddenly disappeared from Ganju's arms to race up at the hill, which led to the next problem. They had to climb up the hill to stop this Aizen by any means possible.

"Come on," Suki called out as she waved her arm, "We've got to help Kurosaki out!" With the misfit crew, Suki charged up the stairs and kept a hard gaze on the path ahead of her. Despite she was going up there to attempt to save Rukia's life, Suki knew that she wanted to get up there to have another encounter with Ichimaru Gin.

What a surprise. Suki realised that throughout the past few days, she was actually becoming friends with the same people she barely spoke to. It had felt like such a lifetime ago when Suki had met each and every one of them. Then it felt like it was years ago when Suki realised that she had a lot more potential, with the ability to see ghosts and fight hollows to protect her dad.

Sorry dad, Suki thought as she continued up the hill. This has really taken most of my time to spend with you.

It took a while, but as soon as they stood on the final steps and they rushed through the forest. The scene of the area was completely horrifying. Ichigo, Renji and some taicho that Suki had never seen before were critically wounded, Ichigo had been the only one that was still conscious. She looked over to see the three taicho staring at them without a hint of surprise in their eyes. Suki recognised Gin and could tell the dark skinned man was Tosen when she recalled that Kei said he was blind, which obviously meant that the brunette taicho with glasses was Aizen Sosuke. Seeing Rukia completely petrified only made Suki clench her jaw in annoyance.

"Kurosaki!" Uryu called out as they rushed over to them.

"Don't come any closer!" Ichigo warned from his bloody puddle, "It's dangerous!" Everyone from the group halted at his words, and Orihime looked towards Rukia with distraught.

"Kuchiki-san!"

"Hey, hey kiddies, ya'll shouldn't be moving." Gin raised his reiatsu enough for majority of the group to suddenly collapse from their spots. The only ones that remained standing was Ganju, Chad and Suki, who were fighting the vicious pressure dropping on them. As soon as Ganju and Chad collapsed, Suki's eyes widened with rage. There was no way she was going to lose to this man again!

"Ichimaru!" Without thinking, Suki forced her feet to move and filled her gloves with the reiryoku that she was use to giving her bat. She let out a war cry as she pushed herself up and prepared to smack him into the ground. The taicho smiled lightly, narrowly dodging her fist which smacked into the earth and made a large crater.

"Kobayashi-san..." Orihime whimpered from her position.

"My, my lil lamb," Gin spoke up as he drew out his zanpakuto to begin the second round, "I think this fight might be better this time!"

"It's between you and me snake man," Suki declared as she cracked her knuckles. She didn't know how long she had with these limited gloves, but Suki knew that she had to defeat him before then. "I owe you a little beating from last time!"

With that Suki charged towards the taicho, she aimed a fist towards his smiling mug but he slipped past and attempted to stab her in the back. However Suki learnt from her previous mistakes and spun around him to knee him from the back. She smirked when she heard a grunt from her opponent but his zanpakuto went through his haori to stab her.

Surprise flashed her expression as she moved away from the blade, however it still ended up scraping her ribs. Pain shot through her chest as Suki held her injuries and clenched her jaw. Was it possible to defeat this guy without a sword?

Without one hand, Suki had a disadvantage over the shinigami taicho. Her amber eyes met up with the slitted pair and an unnatural sound of a growl escaped her throat. Could she really fight back against a taicho that shot chills up her spine every time she saw his sneer? Pushing the thoughts to the back of her mind, Suki clenched her free fist and charged towards the taicho with a glare of determination.

"Time to put ya to sleep lil lamb," Gin decided as he raised his hand towards Suki. Her movements were too slow; Suki couldn't even move as the bright ball of kido sent her flying through the air to crash into the ground. Whatever it was, it burnt Suki's body all over. She growled in annoyance and forced herself to stand on her feet again, glowering with despise at her opponent.

Gin showed a hint of surprise in his features as Suki raised her free fist back up, "You've gotta try better than that to take me down." Suki spat, ignoring the burning sensation that flooded her system.

"Gin," The man named Aizen looked towards the taicho. It was strange to Suki that this opponent was strangely calm, as if he had predicted everything, "It looks like the human is at her limit; you can finish her off now."

"This will take her out," Gin lifted his zanpakuto and pointed it towards her. Suki's eyes widened and she prepared to defend herself but she couldn't move. Her hands were in front of her, yet she couldn't do anything to defend herself. Suki knew what it was instantly.

It had been something that Kisuke warned her about ever since her first ghost encounter: she was afraid of these opponents because they were stronger than her. Way too strong for Suki to overcome, and there was a part of her that was angered that she would lose so easily.

Damn it, Suki squeezed her eyes shut in annoyance. Come on body, move for me!

"Shoot to kill, Shinso." The blade that Suki was beginning to loathe shot through the air at frightening speeds and slammed into Suki's gloved palms.

She knew that if she didn't have the reiryoku to protect her hands, she would've lost them. Since the force of the zanpakuto was powerful, she felt her body fly through the air and slam her into the ground in defeat.

"Kobayashi...san..." Uryu hissed looking over to see that Suki cringed at the impact her body gave to the ground. As soon as she remained still for a moment, the reiryoku in her gloves faded and they tore up from the overuse of her powers.

"Damn it," Suki cursed as she tried to move but the zanpakuto had hit her so hard that her body felt momentarily paralysed. "I still couldn't win against him..." Anger coursed through her veins as she tried to push herself up but found her body numb. Why couldn't she move? Suki knew that she didn't use that much of her ability.

"Most of the reiatsu came from those gloves." The brunette observed with a light scoff as Suki cursed out in pain. Damn it, Suki was supposed to win! "I was a bit curious when I recognised that hair, but after seeing the attacks, it looks like she's one of them - strange, I haven't seen one in years," Aizen muttered to Gin who simply shrugged innocently. Meanwhile, Suki stared back at Aizen with confused eyes. What the hell did that mean? "It does not matter, they all played their roles and she will die in shame."

She was conscious enough to get the details that Aizen apparently wanted some object that was in Rukia and even produced some weird technique to literally pull it out from her body. While it did make Suki feel sick, she barely had enough strength to do so.

Before Rukia could get killed by Gin's Shinso, it turned out that Byakuya proceeded to save her by taking the wound for himself. At the sight, Suki lightly smirk in approval. That was what family did for each other – no matter how grave the situation.

Speaking of family, two familiar figures literally came down from the sky and Suki's smirk slightly widened. She couldn't believe that Kukaku and Jidanbo actually gave a damn about the situation to participate in this. After a blast of yellow light, the taicho were immediately restrained by the other shinigami and the entire place was filled with shinigami, including the familiar taicho that Suki saw back in the execution grounds.

However before anyone could do anything, Aizen and his followers were suddenly taken in by a golden light – according the Gandalf's father, the golden light made it apparently impossible to touch them. When the trio disappeared within the hollow portal, or whatever it was called, Suki knew that this mess was over.

At least with the execution that was.

A/n: I really, really, really felt that this was a bit rushed. I didn't want to keep everyone waiting so I squeezed it all in (also I was getting sick of adding extra chaps). I'm proud of squeezing it, but I'm not so proud of the rushed chapter.

Oh well... Arrancar arc is coming very shortly :D YAY... Any second now...

19-10-2014* I'm really anxious for the new episode of Once Upon a Time. If you guys saw me, I would literally be bouncing around the house with a huge ass grin on my face

Ciao!
