AN: Final chapter! This chapter has a surprise at the end, because the grad party wasn't going the way I hoped it would.

I just want to say I am so thankful for all of you that have been so very patient with me and this story. I hope you've enjoyed it.

I will be doing one last sequel, a series of one shots that follow these guys though their lives but I'm not sure when I'll start it yet. I'll let you know!

Third person POV (I'm really enjoying this haha)

The gang was an absolute twitter of excitement over their surprise graduation party. They quickly headed to the airport with their family and caught the flight to Boston. Everyone was excited to celebrate and impatient to see family coming in for the event.

"Oh Lily I forgot to tell you who found out they could come to the party last minute," Nathan said casually from his seat across the aisle from his sister.

"Mom?" She guessed.

"No Mom is in Buenos Aries for work," Nathan explained. "Nonna."

"Aww that's awesome," Lily smiled back at her brother and turned back to Zack.

"Nonna?" Zack asked.

"Grandma Cece," Lily smiled. "Nonna is grandma in Italian so we call her both."

"That's exciting that she's coming down," Zack replied. "You haven't seen her in awhile."

"Yeah," Lily said. "She was sick for a bit and wasn't allowed to fly for awhile, that's why you didn't meet her at my Dad's funeral."

"Oh I see," Zack understood. "Well I can't wait to meet her."

"She's a riot," Lily laughed at the thought of her grandma. "Who's all coming from your family?"

"Probably just my Dad's parents and my uncle Paul," Zack explained. "My mom isn't close with her family."

"I bet your Dad's family is great."

"Oh they are," Zack laughed. "My grandpa Joe is too funny and Grandma Estelle just does what she can to rein him in."

Lily laughed as she laid her head on Zack's shoulder and clutched his arm.

"I'm just so excited," She sighed. "I want to be there now."

"I know," He said resting his hand on her knee. "Soon enough."

They all watched the flight pattern on the screen, the anticipation grew as they could see their destination getting closer.

Everyone filed into the Boston Tipton, excited to have finally made it to the party.

"Ok everyone the staff can will take your bags to your rooms, and the graduation party is all set outside by the pool," The manager explained.

"Thanks Charlotte," Carey said as she led everyone outside.

The pool area was filled with family and close friends of the group. Immediately everyone ran over to hug their loved ones.

Woody walked around introducing his grandparents to everyone. They were adorable and his grandpa was hard of hearing so he just yelled everything. Bailey was excited that all of her sisters were able to make the party along with her grandparents. Travis introduced everyone to a few of his friends from home. Tiffany's aunt who she would be traveling with next year surprised her, along with some friends.

"There's my boys!" Grandpa Joe said as she hugged Zack and Cody.

"Hi Grandpa," They both replied.

"Good thing you showed up, I thought I was going to have to start entertaining everyone," He laughed.

"And no one wanted that," Estelle added shaking her head at her husband.

"Hi grandma," The boys greeted their tiny grandmother. Poor Estelle was almost five feet tall but not quite.

"Look how much you've both grown," She sighed. "And to think it's been a year and a half since we saw you last."

"It's crazy," Cody agreed. "I'm so glad you both were able to make it."

"Yeah yeah they grew up," Joe teased. "Now where are these beautiful girls I've heard so much about?"

"Joe," Estelle scolded. "Don't embarrass them!"

"What else am I supposed to do?" He joked.

"Now Dad," Paul said walking up to the group. "Save some embarrassment for their favorite uncle."

The boy greeted their uncle, whom they haven't seen in 3 years.

"I'll go get Bailey," Cody said walking away.

As Zack watched his brother leave he noticed Lily waving at him.

"Excuse me a sec," He said to his family and started towards his girlfriend.

Lily was standing with her brother, Jenna, her aunt Katherine and an older woman who he assumed was her grandma Cece. She was a petite, slightly frail woman with long silver hair. Once Zack got closer her face light up and he could see the spirit in her eyes.

Lily smiled as Zack stopped next to her and slide his arm around her waist.

"Zach you remember my aunt Katherine," Lily said gesturing to the dark haired woman across from her.

"Yes absolutely," He smiled. "Nice to see you again."

"You too," She replied simply.

"And this is my grandma Cece," She explained.

"Hi," Zack greeted as he shook her hand. "Lily has told me so much about you."

"You as well," She said with a slight Italian accent.

She giggled and turned to her granddaughter

"Lily non mi hai detto che era così bello," She said smoothly.

Zack was met with mixed reactions to what Cece had said. Nathan laughed, Katherine chocked on the wine she was sipping on and Lily's eyes just got really wide.

"Nonna calmati," Lily said laughing slightly as she shook her head.

"Did I say something?" Zack asked curiously.

"No no," Lily blushed. "Nonna was just commenting on the fact that I apparently forgot to tell her exactly how handsome you are."

"You flatter me," Zack laughed.

"It's true," She smiled taking Zack's hand. "Thank you for taking such good care of my Lily."

"I wouldn't have it any other way," Zack said looking down at Lily. "I'm lucky to have her."

After some small talk and getting to know each other Katherine reminded Lily of a promise she made.

"Lily did you bring the prom pictures for us to see?" Katherine asked excitedly.

"Oh yeah!" Lily smiled digging them out of her bag.

Before leaving the ship Lily printed off a few prom pictures for her family. She began telling them all about prom when she notice Cece was crying.

"Nonna what's wrong?" Lily asked concerned.

"Oh no sweetie don't mind me," She laughed wiping her tears away. "You both look so wonderful."

"Yeah our little girl is all grown up," Katherine sighed.

"You look so much like your father," Cece smiled. "He would be so happy right now."

"I know Nonna," Lily agreed.

"And Zack," Cece said softly. "I know my son would have loved you."

"He did," Nathan added. "He met Zack when he went to visit Lily on the cruise ship."

"That's great," Cece smiled.

The rest of the party included speeches, meeting people's family and food. Everyone had a wonderful time. Later on the adults retired for the night, leaving the graduates and friends to themselves.

The gang was sitting around the fire pit having some drinks and telling stories. Zack and Cody's friends from school Jeff and Sam were there along with a few of Travis and Tiffany's friends too.

"Seriously though Bailey," Jeff laughed as he pointed at Cody. "How can you love this guy? Every summer he would come back talking about his master plan to win your heart."

"It somehow worked," Bailey joked.

"And everyone laughed at my plan," Cody teased. "Look where it got me."

"This day has been crazy," Tiffany said suddenly. "Best graduation party ever."

Everyone agreed.

"Now it's really over though," Travis sighed. "Onto a new chapter."

"But we will keep in touch!" Bailey said quickly.

"And if you don't she will personally track you down," Zack joked.

"You better believe it," Bailey smiled.

"Well I'm going to bed," Woody yawned. "It's been a crazy day."

"Same," Tiffany and Travis said as their friends followed.

"Night everyone," They called heading back into the hotel. "See you tomorrow."

"I'm going to show Bailey around our old trouble making grounds," Cody laughed leading Bailey back to the hotel.

"And then there were two," Lily laughed leaning her head against Zack. "You want to go inside."

"No I want to just sit here with you by the fire," Zack said pulling her closer. "If that's ok with you."

"Perfect," Lily replied.

Meanwhile with Cody and Bailey…..

"And this is where we were in the beauty pageant," Cody said as the strolled through the ballroom.

"Is there anywhere you haven't gotten in trouble?" Bailey teased.

"Not really," Cody said defeated.

Bailey stopped and turned towards Cody.

"I'm going to miss you so much this summer," she said sadly.

"I'm going to miss you too," Cody said wrapping his arms around her. "But we can visit each other like last summer. And soon enough you'll be moving out here."

"I know," she smiled. "I'm so happy that you're not too far from me next year. And Zack and Lily are close too."

"Yeah things worked out in our favor," Cody agreed.

As he spoke he leaned down to kiss his girlfriend.

"What was that for?" She asked once she pulled away.

"To show you how much I love you," Cody said simply. "It has to last you until we visit each other."

"Well then I think I need a little more," Bailey giggled as she pulled him closer.

He was happy to oblige to her request and kissed her passionately. They started getting lost in the moment until his phone started ringing.

"One second," he said before answering. "Hello?"

"Cody! Honey where are you?" Carey said quickly.

"Downstairs in the ballroom," he said confused. "Why what's wrong?"

"Andrea went into labor a couple hours ago!" She said excitedly. "The baby is coming!"

"What?!" Cody said shocked. "The baby isn't due until August."

"I know but I guess she decided to come early!" Carey laughed. "So you should find your brother and take your car to the hospital.

"Yeah ok," Cody said before hanging up.

"The baby's coming?!" Bailey asked excitedly.

"Yeah!" Cody replied taking her hand. "So we gotta go find Zack and head out."

"Maybe he stayed outside for awhile with Lily?"

"Good thinking," Cody said and they ran out back to the pool area.

"Oh god," Bailey laughed as they got outside.

Zack and Lily were both in the pool, still in their graduation clothes, kissing.

"What the hell happened to you two?" Cody laughed.

The couple broke apart and swam over to their friends.

"Funny story," Zack said as he got out of the pool.

"He kept joking that he was going to push me into the pool," Lily said as Zack helped her up. "Then he slipped and we actually fell in."

"That's hilarious," Bailey laughed at the thought.

"Yeah very funny but you guys have to go get dressed now!" Cody said trying to hurry everyone along.

"Why what's wrong?" Lily asked as she tried to ring out her wet hair.

"Andrea's having the baby," Cody explained.

"What?!" They both asked perking up.

"Yeah I know," Cody said quickly. "Were going to the hospital lets go."

"Ok we will be right back," Zack said grabbing Lily's hand and rushing inside.

They ran upstairs to get somewhat dried off and put on new clothes.

"I can't believe my sister is being born right now," Zack said as he slid on a white t-shirt.

"It's so exciting," Lily said as she pulled on a cardigan over her tank and denim shorts.

"Sorry about knocking you in the pool," Zack said with a shy smile.

"It's ok," Lily laughed kissing him quickly as they ran back downstairs. "It was fun."

Once they arrived at the hospital they needed to find out where to go.

"Excuse me, were looking for Andrea Martin," Cody said to a receptionist at the front desk.

"Just go down that all way and turn right," The nurse smiled. "She's the third door on the right."

"Thank you," He replied.

As they made their way to the correct room they saw Kurt out in the hallway.

"You made it!" Kurt exclaimed. "Sorry to interrupt the graduation festivities. I wasn't going to call but the labor has been progressing so fast it should only be another hour or two."

"No problem," Zack said. "We're excited to meet our sister."

"Me too," Kurt said. "Well I better get back in there but you guys can wait in that room right across the hall."

They teens wished him luck and went to sit in the waiting room.

"He looks so stressed." Cody laughed. "Not like he's done this before."

"It's an intense experience," Bailey added.

"Plus it's been 17 years," Zack offered.

They decided entertain themselves with a deck of cards they found on the table.

"Remember when we tried to teach Woody how to play blackjack?" Zack laughed.

"Yeah that did not go well," Cody joined in.

"What happened?" Lily asked.

"Our first year on the ship we tried to teach Woody," Bailey explained. "There was a casino themed event coming up."

"The math was just too much for him," Cody said shaking his head.

"I believe someone has a sister to meet?" A nurse said as she walked into the waiting room.

"She's here?" Cody said jumping up.

"Danielle Marie Martin?" The nurse said reading the clipboard.

"That's her," Zack said.

"She's just being weighed but you can look through the window to see her," The nurse explained.

The four teens followed her to a big picture window into the nursery where all the babies were.

"That's her right there," The nurse said pointing to a baby on a little scale.

"Oh my god she adorable," Bailey cooed.

"She's so little," Zack said amazed.

"She was bored early is she ok?" Cody asked.

"Perfect," The nurse said looking through the window. "She is small, 6 pounds and 8 ounces but that's nothing to worry about."

"Good," Cody said putting his hand up to the glass.

They watched as one of the nurses wrapped up the baby and took her back into the room.

"I can take you in to see her for a bit," The nurse told us. "You only two at a time, mom and baby need some rest."

"You guys go see your sister," Bailey said as Lily nodded. "We'll stay here."

"Actually I think you and Bailey should go first," Zack said to his brother. "Bailey has an early flight tomorrow so you two should head back soon."

"Are you sure Zack?" Bailey asked hesitantly.

"Absolutely," He smiled. "I'll see you tomorrow before you leave."

With that Cody and Bailey headed off and Zack took Lily back to the waiting area.

"That was kind of you," Lily said as Zack pulled her onto his lap.

"It was a tad selfish," Zack said sheepishly. "I needed a minute to compose myself."

"You ok?" Lily asked.

"Yeah it's just so crazy," He said taking a deep breath. "I have a sister."

"It certainly is," Lily laughed.

"What if he hates me?" Zack asked suddenly.

"She will not," Lily frowned. "She will love you."

"I've never really need around babies a whole lot," Zack admitted. "I won't know what to do with her."

"Calm down," Lily said putting her hands on his face. "You'll be great."

"I'm glad you're here," Zack smiled.

"Me too," Lily said giving him a small kiss.

Awhile later the nurse came back to lead them to Andreas room.

"Hello," Andrea smiled as the pair entered the room.

"Hi," Zack said. "How did it go?"

"Really good," Andrea laughed quietly. "Quick."

"Come meet your sister," Kurt said from his place next to his wife.

Zack walked over and sat at the end of the hospital bed. He looked at the little pink baby swaddled in the white blanket. His heart melted at the sight of his new sister.

"Here," Andrea said passing the baby gently into Zack's arms.

He was nervous to hold her but he kept her steady and studied her little face.

"She's beautiful," He said quietly.

"She certainly is," Kurt smiled kissing his wife's forehead.

Zack looked up to see Lily taking pictures of him and the baby.

"This is the most adorable thing," Lily smiled as she snapped some more photos.

Danielle then started making little baby noises and opening her eyes.

"Hello there," Zack whispered then leaned over to kiss her tiny head.

"I think he likes you already," Andrea smiled.

"Andrea, we're going to take you in now to check things out," I nurse said coming into the room.

"Okay," Andrea said looking to Kurt. "Kurt is coming with me, would you two mind staying here with the baby?"

"Not at all," Lily smiled. "Big brother's got it a handle on things."

The nurse pushed Andrea's bed out into the hall. Kurt started to follow then stopped.

"Actually do you mind taking her for a sec Lily?" Kurt said hesitantly. "I just want to talk to Zack for a minute."

Lily nodded then took the baby from Zack's arms.

"What's up?" Zack said once he was out in the hall.

"I just wanted to thank you for coming," He smiled. "I know all of this came so suddenly, Andrea and the wedding and the baby. Its insanity but we do hope you'll come around and see us when you come home from university now and then."

"Of course I will Dad," Zack smiled. "I love you and now I love Andrea and Danielle. Plus I need to visit her to make sure she doesn't take after Cody."

Kurt laughed and hugged his son.

"Well I should get in there," He said turning away. "We will be back in a minute."

Zack walked back into the room and stopped when he saw the scene in front of him. Lily was sitting in the rocking chair in the corner of the room holding the baby. She looked so happy, so beautiful. Zack imagined him looking at this scene again in the future, with their own child.

"You look so peaceful," Zack smiled leaning against the wall.

"Hmm?" Lily said looking up at him. "She's just so precious."

"She is," Zack said sitting down on the arm of the chair.

"Mr. Martin?" Another nurse said as she came into the room looking at the clipboard in her hand.

"Yes?" Zack asked. He figured the visiting hours were over and they were getting kicked out.

"How's everything going?" She asked softly.

"Oh great," Zack smiled looking down at Lily holding his sister.

"You guys are the cutest little family," The nurse smiled writing something down.

Zack and Lily looked at each other, wondering if they heard her wrong.

"So how is our new mommy doing?" The nurse asked walking over to Lily.

"Oh no," Lily laughed lightly. "We're not the parents."

"Sorry," Zack said. "We're just watching my sister while my stepmom gets a check up."

"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry," The nurse said turning bright red. "I'll go see how that's going then."

She hurried out of the room and Zack and Lily burst into laughter.

"That's too funny," Lily said once she stopped laughing. "She thought we were the cutest family."

"One day," Zack laughed leaning over to kiss Lily.

She smiled back at him and looked down at Danielle. One day she thought to herself, if that's what the future holds, she would be fine with that.
