The wind was blowing through my hair. It felt fantastic. Angel, Gazzy, Iggy, Nudge, Max, Fang, Chris, and I were all flying towards the safe house where the parents who raised me resided. Jared, my brothers, and Chris's younger siblings were all with them. As part of our plan, we had moved them to my grandmother's house to grantee their safety, hence the safe in safe house.

From the battle, we had suffered no severe wounds. Chris better watch out though when we land. I still haven't told him off.

Many thoughts and worries crowded my mind. Will Morose come back for us, for me? What will I do about the love triangle? And most importantly, what will happen to my grades while I hide out at our safe house?

Then, Max smiled at me, and my mind went blank. Why worry when such an amazing woman was here to teach and protect me along the way?

The wind was blowing through my hair. It felt fantastic. The sky. The wind. The sun. That was my whole life, just for this one blissful second. For this moment, I would forget stress and fly on.

A/N For once I updated on time! This calls for a celebration! Lol, I know it was short, but I felt like it wrapped it up pretty well. Still please vote/ review for if I should do a sequel, I have a few ideas and may take some suggestions!

Thanks to all my reviewers! It's so encouraging to read the nice things you review with! Thank you sooooo much!

ALSO, I am currently writing a new story that I'm thinking of titling Roses for a Long Ride. It's about Max, a cancer patient fated to die, in love and very optimistic about life, and her doctor, Fang, who has the exact opposite view over life. They both want to help each other in a way. Max wants to show Fang the beauty at the tip of his nose, and Fang wants to save the beauty that is Max.

So anyway, once more, thank you for the reviews! They pulled me out of any writers block I had; to sum it all up, you all are amazing! Thank you!
