Disclaimer: I do not own RWBY

A.N: This is what I would call a sort of 'Filler' type chapter. It's something I sort of felt like writing in the moment. (Still trying to get past an annoyingly persistent writer's block). There are some other factors as to why this chapter is not as 'full' as most, the main one being me finally relinquishing my NEET status and getting a job. (Still getting used to the hours). Hope you all understand and my apologies for the long A.N.

Weiss and I – One-Shot – 15 –Nuisance

It was a quiet weekend afternoon, the faint calls of students outside the door and the distant chirps of birds outside the window fill the vacuum of sound within my room.

I was lazing on my bed, staring up at the ceiling while Weiss sat at the desk opposite me. She had come in about an hour prior after her team had retuned following several assignments and whatnot and said she wanted to get away from Ruby and Yang so she could focus on several errands regarding her company. She had been toiling away at her phone and a binder full of business jargon in silence ever since.

She always said she wanted to improve the state of her family's company once she was able to take ownership of it in full from her farther. She had a strong conviction that she needed to constantly better herself in order to achieve the goals she so strongly desires.

However, as just and inspiring as her actions were and as much as I respected her for it, I couldn't help but feel a little left out.

I eagerly waited for Weiss to be done so we could talk, she really wasn't a fan of being disturbed in the middle of her work so I did my best to refrain from disrupting her.

An hour soon turned into two then three. The Sun slowly sinks and the urge got harder and harder to resist. I took a glance at the clock on my nightstand: '5:23 PM'.

Letting out a soft puff of frustration I got off the bed and walked over to Weiss. My original intention was to just try to have a chat with her but that drastically changed as I felt a sudden desire to cause mischief. She was still wearing her uniform but she had removed the constricting brown jacket and vest and instead was just in the white inner shirt and skirt, her outfit lightly highlighting the heiress's features. Her hair had also been let down, its smooth whiteness swaying as she moved her head.

From behind the chair I reach over and put my arms around Weiss's abdomen. Leaning in closer I give her small peck on her ear making her twitch and blush a soft pink.

"Weiss, you done yet?"

I whispered into her ear

"No. I'm not."

She sternly replied before prying my arms off her belly. Pouting, I slowly made my way in front of her, blocking her view of the desk. Placing my knee on the side of the seat I leaned forward for a kiss, only to have my lips press against Weiss's outstretched palm.

"Stop."

With another cold reply she pushes me away from her and back onto my two feet. Deepening my pout to the point of it being completely comical I inflated my cheeks and dragged my feet back to my bed

"Meanie…"

I grumble into the pillow, turning my head to the side I checked if I had warranted any sort of reaction from the heiress. Expectedly, it hadn't. Weiss was now on the phone talking to someone about something. At that point I already stopped listening.

Reaching to the floor I retrieve a notebook full of extensive pointers regarding the properties and various compound types of Dust, so basically they were useless to me. I began tearing pages off the book and crushing them into balls of varying sizes and starting taking potshots at Weiss.

Some would miss dramatically, failing to even disturb the air around the still conversing heiress while most would hit and harmlessly bounce off the back of the chair. Lazily flinging them from the bed I would on occasion get a hit on Weiss, of course she would not react to it in any way. Thinking that it was probably because she was on the phone she was doing her best to ignore me as crumpled balls of paper pelted her arms or legs, I prepared one more ball of paper. Sitting up so I could aim better I lined up the shot and chucked it right at her head.

However, instead of a funny little thud on the back of the heiress's head she hangs up the call, ducks her head out of the way and grabs the ball of paper out of the air with expert skill. Weiss turns around to look at me, a terrifying expression on her face.

"You wanna do that again?"

She asked in a harsh, emotionless tone. Her eyes burned holes in my face.

Breaking into a cold sweat I shook my head violently side-to-side. It was clear this was just going to be one of those days where Weiss just isn't in the mood to talk, but that didn't mean I wasn't going to try to change that.

Grabbing the other chair I drag it along the floor and sat down just slightly behind her and to the left.

"Jeez Weiss,"

I began scooting slightly closer to her as I did.

"You're always outside of Beacon fighting and going on adventures with your team, now we finally get to see each other and you're being so cold…"

I gave every word a slightly dramatized whimper but even now she refuses to speak to me, her thumb moving furiously around the screen of her Scroll and her other hand flipping back and forth between pages of the file.

The silence was unbearable.

Closing the gap between us even more such that the legs of our chairs interlocked I buried my face in her hair, her silky silver strands sliding smoothly across my cheeks.

"Weiss, you're not mad at me are you?"

I asked as I continued to snuggle against her, the fresh scent of vanilla from her hair making it impossible to hold back the maddening heat in my cheeks. Slowly getting to my feet I nestled myself into the top of her head. In a mixture of tiredness and longing I softly chanted her name over and over again.

"Weiss…Weiss…Weeeiiiisssss"

My hands glided haphazardly over her body, playfully tugging at her shirt or taking hold of her arms and rocking her back-and-forth.

Suddenly, I heard her mutter something under her breath. Believing that my playful antics have begun to take effect I scramble around the seat to maybe now get her to talk. However I got a lot more than I bargained for.

Weiss puts a firm grip on my head and pulls me into an aggressive kiss, her unexpected tongue work quickly suppressing me, my mind went to haze as the sensation of her breath huffing in my mouth locked my arms on either side of the chair.

My eyes were open but unseeing, paralyzed by the amazing warmth of Weiss's tongue twirling itself around mine.

Finally breaking the kiss Weiss, far more gently now, brings my face away, glowing crimson I stared at her slack-jawed.

Giving me a satisfied little smile she ruffles and pets my hair.

"You ready to be quiet now?"

Weiss could sometimes be so cruelly unorthodox with her punishments. The blush still failing to recede, I kneeled at the side of the chair dead silent.

"I'll take that as a yes."

Unceremoniously she returns to her work. I opened my mouth several times but ultimately failing to say anything other than several stunned, confused and flustered 'Uhh…' noises. Still on my knees I obediently rested my head on her lap, smoothing my face in her thighs.

I felt a hand glide tenderly over the back of my head. It was a soothing comfort, calming me down as I lay on my girlfriend's legs. Closing my eyes I let the moment play out as the soft tapping on the phone echoed through the evening.

Sometime later I was able to wake myself up and lazily rub my eyes

"You're such a bother sometimes."

Came the slightly strong yet tender words from the heiress

"I had important things to do just now so I didn't want to be disturbed."

With a nervous glance to the side I meekly asked

"But you're done now, right?"

With a tired sigh she nods.

"Hey, look…"

She paused for a second to brush some of her hair behind her ear

"I know I was being kinda obstinate so I just wanna say so-."

Before she could finish I interrupted.

"No! Weiss don't apologize, it was my fault. I was being an idiot and disturbing you in the middle of important matters. If anyone's saying sorry, it's me."

I gave her an apologetic smile. I probably should have known better than to bother Weiss when she was trying to do what she has always

Quite some time had passed since I had fallen asleep, the entire room was a wash of dark blue as the calm drifting of the curtains danced in the night breeze.

"Well…looks like I'll be spending the night here."

Weiss said as she got of the chair and stretched her legs slightly before, in a heart-poundingly slow speed slipped her plaid red skirt down her legs.

Sitting dumbfounded on the floor blood pulsating through my cheeks I watched in absolute awe as the heiress before me undid most of the buttons on her shirt, leaving only the middle button done up. The mild blue moonlight that pierced the clouds poured over Weiss, most of her pure white lingerie visible behind her slightly translucent shirt. Her eyes darted about but never failed to show affection, her cheeks an adorable rose pink.

"S-So you gonna join me or not?"

She timidly asked, taking a seat on the bed. Feeling entirely out of my league I gulped hard and walked over to Weiss, my hands nervously rubbing together. However, the clumsy oath that was me stepped onto and slipped on a couple pieces of paper strewn on the floor by me and I end up tumbling into Weiss.

I suddenly found myself looking directly down at her, my hands sank into the mattress of either side of the surprised heiress. She stared up at me blushing but still gave the expression of shock and annoyance. Her hair splayed on the bed she brought her arms around my neck and brought me even closer to her, her deep, blue eyes making my chest swell up.

"D-Dunce…"

Shutting her eyes she slowly pulls me closer and closer.

My entire body relaxed as I felt my lips press against hers.

A.N: Once again sorry for for its lackluster-ness, hope you all get at least a little enjoyment out of it. :\
