Snow couldn't believe what was happening. Was David really kissing her? Was she really kissing him back? She took a leap and placed her hands around his waist. One of his hands left her face and wrapped around her shoulders. She felt like crying. Unfortunately, they pulled away, much too soon for Snow's liking. She dared open her eyes and looked at him. He smiled at her and wrapped his arms around her waist. Her arms went around his neck. He bent down and picked her up forcing her to tighten her grip around his neck. He attacked her lips once more and held her against a wall. She smiled into the kiss.

"Snow." She let out a sob and nodded.

"It's me. Snow's back." David smiled and kissed her once more. He let her down. "David, I want my family back."

"I know. Emma's going to take time but you have Ollie and me. We'll work on this. Snow, I have to tell you one thing. It is going to take time for me to trust you again. I want to look into your eyes and see the woman I married not this person that you are now. I love you, but my sole purpose is Oliver and Emma. I can't let them get hurt again."

"I swear David; I can be that woman again. I want to be. I love my children David. I want to be a mother to them again."

"When we have some work to do. I need to get back before Lindy and Ollie make Red lose her mind. I'll talk to you soon. I love you." He quickly pecked her lips and left before she got the chance to say,

"I love you too." David walked into his apartment and sighed when he saw it was a mess. Red with was trying to get Ollie and Lindy to stop running. He took the door and kicked it closed making it slam and all three stopped.

"Daddy, you home." Lindy said running to him with Ollie.

"What did you two do? I was gone for an hour."

"We wanted to play… with everything." Lindy said stretching her arms out. David knelt down to his youngest children.

"Well now you two are going to clean up… everything." He said stretching his arms out as well. The children frowned but went to clean as requested. He turned to Red. "You okay or need a drink?"

"Drink. I'll grab one before going to the diner." Red said sitting down and bracing her elbows on the counter and her face in her hands. He rubbed her shoulder. "So, what did you guys talk about?"

"She wants to be a family again." He said grabbed a bottle of scotch and pouring two glasses and giving one to Red, who took a long sip.

"What do you want?"

"The same thing, I told her I still love her because she's my true love and she gave two amazing children."

"Would you still love her if it was say an arranged marriage and she didn't have any children?"

"I can't say. That wasn't how it turned out." Red nodded. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing. Just rough morning." She said with a smile looking over her glass. She reached for the bottle but David grabbed it. "David, it's nothing. I promise. If this is what you want than I say go for it."

"You don't think I should give her another chance." It was a question.

"I think you should follow your heart. Don't worry about what I, or Lexi, or anyone else thinks, do what you think is best."

"I think it's best for Oliver to see both his parents are together and can be happy. However, then it's not fair to Lindy or Henry."

"Henry's old enough to know what's going on. He was the one that figured out the curse in the first place. I'm sure he understands."

"You didn't see him when the curse broke and I walked into his hospital room with Snow. He looked so deflated. Red, please, help me." David rested his forehead on his arms that were crossed and resting on the counter in front of him. Ruby felt bad for her friend.

"He was only like that because he was upset you and Lexi wouldn't be together. Lexi's found someone else, now it's your turn to be happy." David looked at Ruby.

"Why are you helping me?"

"You're my friend. David, ending our relationship was a mutual decision. We're just not meant to be together. That doesn't mean I don't want you to be happy. You deserve to be happy so let yourself David. Try this thing out with Snow." David nodded and shot back the rest of the scotch. "Now stop doing that or Lexi will never trust you with Lindy again if you're drunk." David nodded and put his glass in the sink. "Go spend time with your kids. I have to get to the diner." Ruby put her glass in the sink and left the house. David went into the playroom his children were in and smiled. Even though he had told them to clean up, he still smiled at them.

"What are you guys doing?"

"Pictures daddy." Lindy said giving him a picture. He smiled at the picture. It was picture of him, Lexi, and Henry the day they adopted him. "That you and mommy. Who that?" Lindy asked pointing to baby Henry.

"That's Henry when he was a little baby." David said. Lindy furrowed her eyes brows.

"Henry big daddy. No baby."

"Henry wasn't always big. He used to be a little baby but then he grew up just like you used to be a little baby and Ollie used to be a little baby."

"Where Henry come from?"

"He came from Emma's tummy. Emma couldn't take care of Henry so she gave him to me and mommy until she could." Lindy nodded as if she completely understood what her father was saying.

"Henry have two mommies?"

"Yes, Henry has two mommies and three daddies."

"Henry lucky." David smiled and couldn't agree more. Oliver brought over another picture. David took it and sighed. It was a portrait of him and Snow that had been brought over from the curse. He ran his finger lightly down Snow's face as a smile ever so slowly upon his face. He wanted that again. He wanted to be the happy couple he saw staring back at him. He wanted to be a family again with his true love, daughter, and son. He was going to fight for his family. Oliver had already accepted Snow; the hard part would be Emma. After all the heartache and breaks she had gone through in her life, it would be even harder for her to let Snow back in. David was determined to try. He wanted to get his family back together and his family included his beautifully stubborn daughter.
