Here it is, the very last chapter of this story. I had so much fun writing it and still can't believe I finished it. Thank you so much everyone for your reviews and your support. This wouldn't have been possible without all of you.

The beginning and the end

They have spent almost a week in the hospital, more like 4 days, 3 hours and 13 minutes, the mother would let you know if she was not sleeping. During the night, the mother and father of the child on the hospital bed fell asleep, exhausted, not because they wanted to sleep. The mother was on her left holding her hand with her right and the father on her right holding her hand with his left hand while his right was clasping his wife's left hand across their daughter. Slowly their eyes opened waking up from a dream of the first time they said "I love you" to each other. They looked at each other lovingly and then it clicked, why they didn't know the reason for their confession, the fact that he told her about his parents, his parents showing up. They shockingly looked at their daughter, Sari Aurora Mogami Tsuruga Hizuri.

"You remember?" Kuon asked Kyoko.

She nodded dumfounded and remembering everything her eyes became hard and looked at him.

"I told you… about her feelings, Kuon."

He looked ashamed. He wanted a life and family with Kyoko and now after almost four years he was emphasizing his career over his real dream.

"I'm sorry, Ai. I didn't realized. She always looked happy and smiling."

"Of course she did, you idiot." She said in a matter of fact tone, he snapped his head to her, she rarely called him that if ever. "She knew and understood what you cared about and rather than be selfish she locked herself up."

He looked down at his daughter in wonder and sorrow.

"I'm sorry, Sari." He said stroking her head. "I didn't mean for that to happen. Daddy loves you so much, please wake up." He kissed her cheek and just like in Kyoko's beloved fairy tales, Sari fluttered her eyes opened.

"Mommy, Daddy?" She crocked, Kyoko gasped, tears falling while she started to hug and kiss every inch of her beloved daughter.

Sari giggle.

"Mommy, it hurts." She said confused.

Kuon was back in the room after running to get a doctor.

The hospital examined her to determine how soon they could send her home. They concluded that Sari was healthy and can be dismissed in another day or two. Kyoko and Kuon Hizuri were overjoyed and once the information leaked to the media so was more than half the country. The friends and family rushed to the hospital and showered Sari with love and gifts making her embarrassed and happy. Her grandparents, her godmother and godfather and grandpa Lory, uncle Yuki and Maria oneesan were there everyday with her seeing them more in those two days than she did in the past six months, they wouldn't leave even for a second. It was sweet, but also tiring.

She told them about her experience with them forgetting her and grandpa Lory, her grandparents and her oneesan laughed and thanked her, even though she didn't know what for. The most pleasure she received was from the doting she got from her daddy and goddaddy and the constant feel of her mommy buzzing around them in the background. She was truly happy and the loneliness and fear was squashed before it became something that could destroy her in the future, like it happen to her father and her mother.

PS: I have in plan to write oneshots about these characters, some before Sari was born, some after. We'll see. I think I have three kind of waiting in a notebook to be written and shown to you all. But for now hope you all enjoyed this story and it wasn't a waste of your time.
