"NO!" J'onn shouted running forward Alex was bleeding out from her leg he was over reacting he knew it but she was meant to have been safe here.
Running forward he wrapped the wound up whilst inspecting it and saw that it was a gun shot wound that had only grazed her but she was still unconscious and that was what worried him.
"Come on Alex." He whispered his breath hot on her ear suddenly she moved her hand clasping his
"J'onn?" Her head turned ever so slightly her eyes seemed to water without her even noticing
"Thank H'rommer. Alex what happened?"
"I saw someone one attacking Vasquez and I went to help and I think I got shot." She looked confused
"What do you mean Vasquez was attacked?"
"I saw someone attacking her and when I went to help she told me to run and that she was on my side I think she's still here." Alex looked so scared tears running down her face and J'onn felt his heart his mouth at seeing her so upset.
"I'll go look. Promise me if anything is wrong to call me." He bent down and kissed her gently a whisper of lips
"I promise."
