Prompt from Shookethalways: Maybe you could make a similar one where he has the mind of one? (referring to chapter 12)

….

When Wong finally returned from his trip, he didn't exactly get the reaction he was hoping for.

"Oh, thank God!" There was a slightly hysterical edge to Stephen's voice, but even just glancing at his surroundings, Wong was willing to admit that it was fair under the circumstances…. Considering what was currently squirming in his arms, squeaking and giggling in glee.

"Everett, please!" Stephen begged, as the toddler reached up to grab his hair again, "No!"

When he veered out of range, Everett dramatically went limp, with Stephen panicking as he tried to avoid dropping the toddler. With Stephen distracted, Everett went for the hair again.

"Everett… please."

"I had forgotten how small he was." Wong teased, smirking as Stephen glared at him.

He didn't have time for this, he just didn't.

"Here." Not waiting for permission, he took a step forwards and thrusted Everett at Wong… and let go, forcing Wong to awkwardly catch the toddler, holding Everett under the arms. Stephen stepped back and walked away, heading back to the temple, where there was an unconscious woman lying on the floor by a stack of books and scrolls.

"Stephen… why am I holding your boyfriend?"

Stephen ignored him for a few moments, before sighing and shaking his head, "I'm trying to find- I need to fix him! But I can't fix him, when he's pestering me!" He glanced over, wincing as Wong glared at him, Everett now focusing on this new stranger.

"You owe me one." Wong hissed

"Think of this as a bonding experience for you two." Stephen smirked, the look soon disappearing when he realised this particular scroll was in an unknown foreign language

"He probably doesn't know who I am."

Flailing around, Everett managed to catch Wong in the face, who then scowled, "Maybe he does remember me."

Everett stuffed a partial fist in his mouth, giggling around it.

"…. Don't you like him better like this?"

"No…" Stephen growled, "… I'm not having my boyfriend as a child. I've only just managed to find someone who can deal with me." He then paused, "Can you fix him?"

"Can, or will?"

Everett flopped against Wong's chest, drooling into the man's chest as Stephen turned pleading eyes on Wong, who sighed wearily.

"Does it have to be right away? I rather like not being glared at."

Stephen scowled, "No."
