You guys are awesome, really, I am just loving the reviews keep them coming. I hope you guys enjoy the chapter, I wanted to take a big risk with the plot but I couldn't figure out how to work it in without complicating things, so I'm trying something else. Well on with the story, enjoy.

Chapter 26: Rape?

Two months later

Olivia and Elliot walked into the empty squad room and sat at their desk. Olivia turned on her computer and put her purse in the drawer of her desk. She started to work on some paperwork that needed to be done desperately. Elliot also started on some paperwork as he waited for a case.

Couple minutes later Cragen walked in and smiled at his two favorite detectives, "Good morning guys. How are you feeling today Olivia." Cragen asked walking towards her as Fin and Munch walked in and joined them.

Olivia gave him a smile, "Good for being six months pregnant with triplets," Olivia said with a laugh.

Cragen nodded, "Well just take it easy ok, we want to keep them in there as long as possible." Cragen said as he walked to his office.

"Hey where are Rollins and Amaro?" Elliot asked.

"Case came in early this morning, their at the hospital talking to the Vic now." Munch said as he made his way to his desk. Elliot nodded and went back to his paperwork.

Two hours later Elliot looked up when he heard Olivia groan,"You ok babe?" Elliot asked concern laced in his voice. Fin and Munch heard this and turned their attention to her also. But they all followed her glazed to see no other then Dean Porter walk into the squad room. Elliot groan, "What do you want Porter?" Elliot asked.

Porter ignored Elliot and made his way over to Olivia, "Do you think we can talk privately?" Porter asked Olivia.

Elliot spoke before Olivia could, "Actually I do mind Porter," Elliot said standing up to stand behind Olivia.

Olivia set a hand on her bump, "Sorry Porter I need to take it easy, since I'm pregnant, with triplets," Olivia said with a smile on her face.

Porter eyes grew wide when he look down to see that she was indeed pregnant how did he miss that, "You can sit down in the other room."

Olivia shook her head, "Wow Porter, that would mean I would have to get up and right now I'm not about to do that unless I have to use the restroom. So whatever you have to say you'll just have to say it out here." Olivia said getting frustrated.

Porter sighed, "Fine, I wanted to see if you would go on a date with me before you marry this jerk." Porter said nodding at Elliot.

Olivia looked at him like he was crazy, she could sense that Elliot was going to say something so she look at him and shook her head. She turned her attention back to Porter, "Porter why would I go on a date with you?"

"You owe me, after everything I did for your brother and not arresting you when you bailed him out, it's the least you could do for me." Porter said.

Olivia laughed gaining a questionable looks from everybody, "I'm sorry I never asked for your help and it was because of me that my brother isn't in jail. And I am not about to go on a date with you because I'm married to Elliot."

Elliot could sense that Olivia was getting stressed out and he knew that wasn't good for her or the babies, "Porter I think you should leave now, Olivia can't be stressed out right now."

Porter finally acknowledge Elliot, "I'm sorry I can leave when I'm ready and I'm not ready." Porter said.

Fin stood up and walked over to Porter, "I think you should leave before Stabler over there kills you and none of us will stop him, so leave before he makes you." Fin said.

Porter shook his head and left grumbling about how he'll get Olivia one way or the other.

Elliot shook his head "The nerve of that guy," Elliot said before he started to message Olivia's shoulder causing her the moan in response.

"I do not want to hear you moan like that baby girl." Fin said.

Elliot chuckled, "Get your mind out of the gutter man." Elliot said trying to hide the fact that Olivia's moaning was turning him on. Elliot laughed when Olivia pouted when he stopped. He leaned forward and whispered into her ear, "No need to pout babe, there's more to come later. Trust me if I don't stop Fin and everyone else won't be to happy with us." Elliot said before kissing the top of her head and walking back to his desk to do more paperwork.

Around lunch time Olivia was starving and tired, she looked up at Elliot who was staring back at her. "El do you mind grabbing me some lunch, the babies are hungry." Olivia said smiling as she rubbed her baby bump.

Elliot returned her smile, as he stood up,"What can I get for you guys?" Elliot asked sitting on the edge of her desk.

Olivia leaned back in her chair, "Umm, how about some Mac and cheese with ketchup and some goldfish with strawberry ice cream." Olivia said seeing Elliot cringe at what she wanted for lunch.

"I don't know how you stomach all that," Elliot said standing up, "But if that's what you want you got it." Elliot said giving her a quick kiss.

"What did I tell you two about keeping the kissing at home." Cragen said coming out of his office.

"Sorry Cap, I'll be right back, getting Olivia some lunch." Elliot said receiving a nod from Cragen as he walked out of the squad room and down to his car not realizing that he was being followed.

Cragen look at Olivia and could see that she was tired. He knew carrying triplets can be tiring but Olivia would never admit that. "Liv you doing ok?" Cragen asked already knowing her answer.

Olivia looked up and gave him a smile, "I'll be fine once Elliot bring some food back." Olivia said half telling the truth, she didn't want to be sent home, when she had only a couple of hours left to go. Olivia remembered what else she wanted and texted Elliot.

Cragen nodded and walked back into his office, to continued to do his paperwork looking up every now and then to check on Olivia.

Olivia looked up to see Elliot walk in with two bags in hand, "It's about time you got back," Olivia said opening the bags that Elliot set on her desk, and started to eat.

Fin watched Olivia eat Oreos with pickles on them, "Baby girl, do that even taste good?" Fin asked wanted to vomit as she ate some Mac and cheese with ketchup on it.

Olivia nodded not wanting to talk with her mouth full. She continued to eat her food as the squad watched in disgust.

Amanda couldn't stop smiling as she watched her eat, "Have you craved anything else other then Mac and cheese with ketchup, Oreos with pickles, and goldfish dipped in strawberry ice cream?" Amanda asked cringing a little.

Olivia nodded and swallowed the food in her mouth before speaking, "Actually yesterday I had some rice with brown sugar, barbecue sauce, honey mustard and butter." Olivia said laughing at the faces Fin and Nick made. "Hey I'm pregnant," Olivia said.

Couple of hours later Cragen sent everyone home since it was slow that day. Everyone was happy to get the chance to leave early.

One week later everyone was finishing up on paperwork from their recent case, when Tucker walked in with two officers. He walked up to Elliot and and clear his throat to gain his attention.

Elliot looked up and groaned, "Sorry Tucker Kathy is your problem now, there's no refund." Elliot said with a smirk as he heard Olivia giggle, but his smirk fade when Tucker pulled out hand cuffs.

"This is business related, I'm here to arrest you." Tucker said flatly

Everyone turned their attention towards them at that statement, Elliot stood up, "For what?" Elliot yelled as Cragen came out of his office.

Tucker smirk, "Elliot stabler you have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be use against you in the court of law..."

"I know my rights, for the last time what am I getting arrested for?" Elliot asked trying to stay calm as he could see Olivia was starting to panic.

Tucker finished putting the cuffs on him, "You're being arrested for rape," Tucker said.
