Yami's POV
It was Lumis's turn and I feared that he was going to hit me hard. "Well let's get rid of that multiply spell card now. I activate the card Mask of Dispel which gets rid of your spells effect and take another chunk out of your life points every turn." Shit…they're ganging up on me "Next I summon Great tiki elder and destroy your little fur ball." With that I was wide open for a direct attack.

It was my move, I drew a card and contemplated on my next move. I had Card Destruction and that would help me get a fresh hand and a better strategy but…I don't know what Kaiba has and if any of his cards would help us now. "Damn it Yugi you really do like to take your sweet time on your moves." I glared at Kaiba and was ready to speak my mind but Kaiba kept talking. "It's a shame really. You and I have all these high level monsters but I can't do anything about it. Might as well throw them away." I smirked. "I set one card down and end my turn." Now it was Umbra's move. "Hm…I play the ritual card curse of the masked beast to summon Masked Beast to the field. Pharaoh say good bye to your life points and your life!" I braced myself for an attack. "BATTLE OX GO PROTECT YUGI!"
"What!?" I was shocked. Kaiba smirked. "Yugi why do you look so shocked? We are in a tag duel after all." I smiled. "Thanks."
"Uhg don't thank me, I was just returning the favor to your little fur ball." I just rolled my eyes. "Right. I play card destruction." Kaiba smirked. "Then I play monster reborn! Come forth Blue eyes White Dragon!" Kaiba glanced at me and frowned. I wonder what he was thinking now. "You still think I'm working with you right? Well it worked out and now I don't need to owe you so don't get yourself into trouble or I'm not going to bail your ass out again." I smirked. "You know Kaiba I think you should attack that Masked Beast." Kaiba looked at me like I was high. "What the hell are you talking about Yugi?" Just then Umbra and Lumis started to laugh. "HAHAHAHA! Pharaoh are you blind? Can you not read the attack points? Masked Beast is stronger than Blue eyes. That is just a suicide mission."
"Kaiba…show me your courage. Take out that Masked beast now." Kaiba pouted. "I never thought I would have to take orders from you." Kaiba attacked and destroyed Masked Beast. "What? How?" I smirked. "When I discarded Beast of Gilford to the grave yard, his special effect lowered your monsters attack by five hundred points." Kaiba sighed. "I hate to admit it Yugi…but I'm impressed, that you came up with that strategy." I smirked. Lumis frowned. "It's my move. I set a monster in defense mode then set two cards face down."

"Okay, I draw." I drew my card and glared. I'll make Lumis play his face downs. "I summon Alpha the magnet warrior and I attack your defense monster!" but he let me destroy his face down. "Uh…Lumis why did you…"
"Don't worry Umbra it is all part of my plan."
Jonouchi's POV
It was dark, I was tied up and a little dizzy from the blow to the head. "Hello Jonouchi."
"W…who is there?" there was a tall really buff man in a purple robe. "I will control you now." I saw a flash of light and then everything went dark.
Yami's POV
"I summon Rouge doll to the field I will attack your blue eyes." Kaiba's eyes narrowed. Then Umbra smirked. "I activate mask of weakness to weaken your dragon then I equip my monster with mask of brutality making my monster stronger than yours." I smirked. "Your attack won't work I activate my trap Mystical rift panel now Blue eyes has more power." Kaiba murmured something under his breath, I knew he wasn't happy. I didn't care, He needed my help and I needed him. Then I noticed that Lumis and Umbra were arguing, which gave me an idea. I looked over at Kaiba and he gave me a nodded. "I attack with Blue eyes! Now your monster is history." Umbra activated mask of Impregnability. Kaiba looked over at Lumis. "I wonder if Umbra would have saved your ass if it was you I attacked."
"What?" Lumis looked over at Umbra who looked as if he was going to explode. "Of course I would have used that card…"
"Really?" Lumis sounded unsure and I smirked at our little scheme unfold.
Anzu's POV
I was knocked out and tied to the chair. I'm glad that Mokuba escaped before those guys came and dragged me out. I looked up and noticed Jonouchi. "Jonouchi! JONOUCHI HELP!" but the look in his eyes. It wasn't the Jonouchi I knew. "Jonouchi?...what did they do to you?" a short man walked up and smirked. "Lady Apricot…you shouldn't ask questions you don't want answers to."
"Wait…there is only one person who would call me that…"
"You are clever…You saw through my disguise." The guy took off his hood revealing it to be Kisimra, yet her eyes show that it wasn't her but Lady Hawk. "Lady Hawk?"
"Very smart dear, I can't hide anything from you. You could tell that I'm not that weak bitch Kisimra."
"Why are you helping the Rare hunters?" Lady Hawk rolled her eyes. "If I told you…you would just warn Yami to stay away from me."
"But…I thought that you cared for Yami!" anger flashed through Lady Hawk's eyes. "KISIMRA CARED FOR HIM! I ONLY CARE ABOUT ONE THING MY DUTY TO KEEP HIM FROM HURTING HIMSELF!" Then a dark smirk formed on her lips. "But then I learned a very interesting thing about Yami…and he isn't as good as you think. I will not serve the son of a murderer. His royal blood is tainted and he must pay for his sins."
"You can't be serious..." I looked over at Jonouchi. "JONOUCHI PLEASE!"
"He is under my new Pharaoh's control, and Yami will die for his crimes." With those words she took out a golden rod with the same symbol as the puzzle. "is that…" but before I was able to ask I blacked out.
Yami's POV
Lumis activated pot of Greed and drew two more cards. "I activate card exchanged and I chose Umbra to exchange. Umbra gasped. "Me!? Why the hell…"
"If I plan on beating these two then I need cards. So shut up and give me a card." They exchanged cards and Lumis activated his face down card, Chosen one. "Now I have three cards face down here…if it picks a monster card then I can summon it but if it picks a spell card then all three cards goes to the grave yard." The spinner spun and picked a card. To his luck it was a monster. "HAHAHA! I summon Des Gaurdius to the field." He had a look of glee. "Hmmm…who should I attack? If I attack the Pharaoh then he'll die and I could get rid of Kaiba easily. But then that means that I would be dealing with Blue eyes." I frowned. I had nothing to stop him from killing me.
Kaiba's POV
I looked over at Yugi. He was glancing at his hand then back up. Thought Lumis couldn't see it, I could see the worry in Yugi's eyes. His hand was not good. He had nothing left to defend himself. Looking back at Lumis, I could tell that he wanted to get rid of Yugi badly. If this was a normal duel it would have been fine but this wasn't a normal duel. If Yugi lost he was going to fall to his death. Shit…I have to bail him out again. "Lumis…if you have any courage you'd attack the Blue eyes."
"What?" Lumis asked. Umbra was shouting. "No we are supposed to work together."
"If you attack Yugi…then you are a coward, which means my Blue eyes will kill you." Lumis took the bait. "Fine then I will make sure your dragon won't kill me." With that my Blue eyes was killed. "Forgive me Blue eyes." Then looking over at Yugi, I glared. "You better not waste her sacrifice for you."
"Trust me Kaiba…her strength will be inherited by my monster."
Yami's POV

Lumis: 4000 Umbra: 4000
I drew my card and smirked. "Okay I summon Gamma the magnet warrior and then I use my three warrior's abilities and combine them to create Valkyrion the Magnet warrior." Kaiba looked over at me. "Now Yugi…Avenge my dragon! Attack that monster now!" I looked over at Kaiba. "Kaiba calm down, if you let your anger get the best of you then the enemy will see your weakness."
"hmph…" Kaiba looked down at his hand and smirked. "Yugi…I have an idea but you will have to sacrifice your monster for me."
"I see."
