Olivia dragged herself into the living room yawning with Jamie holding her hand doing the same thing. "Why did we have to get up this early?"

"Because, today we are celebrating! We don't have to go to trial! Jamie is all ours! And, I couldn't sleep any longer than I already did." Elliot explained scratching his jaw.

Jamie rubbed her eye with her free hand. "Daddy, I want to sleep."

Elliot smiled down at her. "We'll sleep when we get home. Actually, you can sleep in the car."

"Where are we going?" Olivia asked as he grabbed her jacket and Jamie's.

"We're heading out to my mother's. There's a fair going on and I figured it would be something to do for us since we are officially a family." Elliot smiled.

Jamie frowned. "You and Mommy are getting married?"

Olivia rolled her eyes and at Elliot. "Way to go." She lifted Jamie up and walked with her out of the apartment. "Daddy hasn't bought a ring, but we're still a family." Jamie nodded, satisfied with the answer, before resting her head on Olivia's shoulder.

"You are just going to let me carry down everything?" Elliot asked.

"Yeah." Olivia nodded holding the elevator door open.

Elliot shook his head walking down the hallway with everything. "You guys are mean when you don't get enough sleep."

Olivia smirked. "You should see me when I don't get enough of something else."

Elliot grinned. "Well, we won't have to worry about that." He kissed her head before the elevator doors closed.

"Grandma!" Jamie grinned running out of the car and over to Bernie.

Bernie smiled and picked up her granddaughter. "Hello honey! How are you?"

"Tired. Daddy woke us up early." Jamie said with a roll of her eyes. She squealed when Elliot grabbed her and started tickling her. "Daddy!"

Olivia chuckled and smiled when Bernie hugged her. "Hey Bernie!"

Bernie grinned and pulled back to get a good look at Olivia. "Look at you! Motherhood suits you so far."

"That's good." Olivia laughed before Jamie reached for her. She took her gently and let her rest against her hip.

Bernie looked at Elliot and shook her head. "How didn't you know Jamie was Olivia's?"

Elliot rolled his eyes. "Nice to see you too, Mom." He smiled at Olivia as she held Jamie close. "But, I don't know how I didn't see the resemblance before."

"Probably because you are hardly ever home." Bernie said rolling her eyes. Elliot's jaw dropped as he smiled. She looked at Olivia. "I hope that he doesn't do that to you."

Olivia smirked. "He hasn't left my side since I put him in his place fifteen years ago." She giggled when Elliot poked her side.

"Well, I have breakfast on the table. We can eat quick and then head down to the boardwalk for the fair." Bernie stated going into the house.

Olivia put Jamie down and watched as she ran into the house after Bernie. Elliot wrapped his arm around her waist. "Have you ever been to the fair here?"

"No, I've only been to one fair and that was to spend the day with Calvin." Olivia said looking around the beach.

"You've never been to a fair for your own fun?" Elliot asked wide eyed.

Olivia shook her head. "No, you know what my mom was like. She was never completely drunk when the fair was in town. So, I never went."

Elliot rubbed her back before kissing her temple. "I am so going to have fun making you have fun today." Olivia giggled before he tickled her. "Elliot, stop it!" She gasped when he wrapped his arms around her and continued to tickle her. "Elliot!" She squealed.

"Winner!" The man in the booth yelled pointing to Olivia. "Pick anything in the booth!"

Olivia pointed to a large stuffed tiger at the top of the booth that she had her eyes on. Elliot rolled his eyes at her. "Where are we going to put that?"

"I don't know, but we're probably going to get a new apartment sooner or later." Olivia stated before the guy handed her the tiger. "Thanks!"

"No problem, sweetie! Hey, I got off at one-" The guy started.

Elliot stepped in front of Olivia, putting his hand on her hip. "And, that's all that's getting off." He took her hand into his and walked away.

Olivia smiled and kissed his cheek. "He was just flirting. I love you."

"I know you do." Elliot nodded before pecking her lips. "I love you too." He looked at the tiger she was holding and grinned. "Jamie is going to be so jealous!"

"Bernie texted me and said that she won something pretty big." Olivia said before looking back at the tiger. "Besides, I was planning on putting this in the living room so we can use it as a pillow."

Elliot chuckled. "That sounds like a plan. Okay, now I gotta win you something. Because, you're my girl and that's what guys are supposed to do at fairs." Olivia rolled her eyes, but smiled. "Now, what do you want?"

Olivia smiled. "Right now, there's one particular thing I want."

"What's that?" Elliot asked looking around at the different booths to see if he could find it. His eyes widened when she stepped in front of him and slipped her hand into his pocket. "Oh really?" Olivia nodded biting her lip. "Where?" She chuckled and shrugged looking around. Elliot looked around and found the huge haunted house. "Follow me." He hurried over to the front gate of the haunted house and paid the fee before they entered the house. It was like an old Victorian house set up with scary props and flashing lights.

Olivia furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, but grinned when Elliot found a closet, pulling her in. He closed the door and locked it before pinning her against the wall, kissing her hard. Olivia dropped the stuffed tiger to the floor and kissed him back, wrapping one of her legs around his waist. "I need you now." She panted grabbing his belt buckle.

"Good, cause you can be as loud as you want. It's a haunted house. People need to scream." Elliot smirked at her, making her moan and pull him closer.

"Mommy! Daddy! Look what I won!" Jamie grinned as her parents entered Bernie's house.

"Oh my God! I love it!" Olivia chuckled putting her tiger down and looked at Jamie's shark bean bag chair. The place that she would sit on it was the shark's mouth and it had a fake fin on the back of it. She picked her tiger back up and showed it to Jamie. "Look at what I won!"

Jamie grinned. "Cool!" She looked up at Elliot. "Daddy, what did you win?"

Elliot smirked. "The jackpot." Olivia chuckled and hit his chest lightly. "I have everything I need. I didn't need to win anything."

"Mommy beat him." Olivia smirked before picking Jamie up. She walked further into the house. "Bernie! We're back!"

Bernie walked out of the kitchen and smiled. "Oh good! How was the fair for you two?"

"So much fun." Elliot grinned before looking at the clock on the wall. "It's getting pretty late. I think we should head back to the city."

"Okay, call me when you get back though." Bernie sighed and pointed at her son.

Elliot nodded. "I will. I'm sure Jamie will want to talk to you anyway." He kissed his mother's cheek before hearing his phone ring. He grabbed it from his pocket and answered. "Stabler." He watched as Olivia got Jamie's jacket and her own before they put them on.

Bernie hugged Olivia tightly before hugging Jamie. "Don't be strangers. Call or some over any time you guys want."

"We will." Olivia smiled and hugged the older woman again. "Hopefully, our schedules at work don't get too hectic.

"Well, that's what being a detective is all about." Bernie stated. Olivia nodded in agreement.

Elliot's eyes widened listening to Cragen on the phone. Olivia looked up at him as she helped Jamie zip up her jacket. "El, baby, what's wrong?"

"Kathy recanted her statement before the judge signed her plea deal." Elliot explained breathless. "She's taking this to court."
