"Okay, let's see what this is going to turn out to be like." Sakura said as she put on her sunglasses and got out of her 2013 Mustang Shelby GT500 convertible. She walked into the mall and towards Rue21.
-Rue21-
"Oooh, you get 50% off each pair!" Ino said as she read the sign by the shoes and started searching for the cutest pairs.
"Only if they had sneakers here," Tenten said as she watched Ino pick up boxes of shoes.
"I guess a few pairs of shoes won't hurt me." Hinata said as she spotted pairs of flats that were on sale.
"Troublesome." Shikamaru said as he watched the girls go threw shoes.
"Stop saying troublesome and get me something to put these shoes in." Ino said as she picked up more shoes.
"Good thing Sakura-Chan's not here yet; there wouldn't be any shoes left for other people." Naruto said as he watched Ino and Hinata pick up even more shoes.
"Hey guys,"
"Spoke too soon Naruto," Neji said as they all greeted Sakura.
"So where is this sale you're talking about Ino?" Sakura asked as she took off her sunglasses.
"Right here Saki, hurry up and pick some before other people come and take all of them." Ino said as she grabbed more shoes.
"Wow, 50% off! They must be going out of business if they gave this much of a sale on shoes!" Sakura said while putting her sunglasses in her purse and started picking shoes.
"We're going to be here forever," Sasuke said watching all the girls pick shoes.
-1 hour later-
"That would be $46.73." said the cashier at Rue21. Ino happily handed her the money. "Thank you, have a nice day."
"Ok let's go to the food court now." Sakura said as they walked out of the stores with loads of bags in their hands.
"That was not necessary to spend that much money on shoes." Tenten said.
"Hey, if they were sneakers you would have spent just as much," Ino said.
"True." Tenten said laughing.
"How was that a sale if you still spent almost $50.00 on shoes?" Neji asked.
"Because, most shoes at stores like that would usually be $50.00 by them selves with out a sale. So if I was able to get almost 20 pairs of shoes for only 40 something dollars at a store like Rue21, that's pretty good." Ino said.
"Don't you think you have enough shoes already?" Naruto said as they sat down at a table and put their bags down.
"Hey! There is NO such thing as too many shoes." Sakura said.
"Thank you!" Ino said high-fiving Sakura.
"So what are we eating?" Sasuke asked.
"Whatever y'all want, we all have our own money to buy what we want." Ino said.
"I'm going get Chick-fil-A." Tenten said. Hinata went with her.
"RAMEN!" Naruto said running to an Ichiraku shop in the food court.
"I'm doing Canes." Sakura said getting up to go to the Canes food part. Sasuke, Ino, Neji, and Shikamaru agreed with her and they all went to get Canes.
"So why did we meet here again?" Tenten asked as they all started eating their food.
"OH, I have a question to ask the boys." Sakura said as she stopped eating to ask them it. "Just say yes or no, ok."
They just nodded.
"Are one of y'all going out with Akira?" she said to all of them. They looked at her with shocked eyes.
"WHAT NO!" Naruto blurted out.
"No." Neji said with a straight face.
"You're so troublesome." Shikamaru said as he went back to eating.
"Hn. No." Sasuke said with out much care and continued eating.
"Well that's one way to solve it Sakura." Ino said as she threw a fry at Sakura. Sakura just shrugged and ate the fry.
"Oh well, at least I know she's not going out with someone close to me." Sakura said.
"What about your brothers." Ino asked while drinking her drink.
"Already asked them," Sakura replied.
"Am I the only one lost here?" Naruto said.
"Well Naruto, for the first time ever, no you are not the only one lost here. I think everyone here, except Ino and Sakura, are lost." Tenten said.
"Explain why you just asked us that dumb question." Neji said. Sakura took a deep breath and went into explaining about the whole ordeal with Akira.
"Sooo, that's why I asked y'all that." she finished.
"I don't know what to tell you, if you asked everyone you're close with and they all say they aren't dating her then maybe she is gay." Tenten said.
"Exactly what I said!" Ino said.
"No, no, no, she isn't gay. I asked her this morning." Sakura said as they all threw away their trash and picked up their bags to leave.
"What!" Ino said.
"Sakura you can't just straight up ask someone a question like that." Tenten said.
"Yes I can, it's just a question. Watch," Sakura said as she walked up to a group of boys.
"Hey, can I ask you something?" She said picking a random boy out of the group.
"Uh, sure." he said.
"Are you gay?" Sakura asked as her friends walked up to where she was.
"No." the boy replied.
"Kay thanks!" she said walking away.
"Don't worry about her; she's a crazy kind of special." Ino said with a smile to the boy who Sakura asked the question to. "Here's my number." she said handing him a piece of paper and walking away by Sakura.
"See, he didn't seem to get offended." Sakura said.
"You never seize to amaze me." Tenten said. The others agreed.
"Daisuke..." Sasuke whispered lowly. The whole gang stopped and looked at him weirdly.
"What?" Sakura asked.
"Daisuke," he said loud enough for them to hear.
"What about him?" Ino asked curiously.
"Isn't that someone you know and so does Akira," he stated.
"Yeah and..." Sakura said not getting what he was hinting at.
"Sakura, Akira is seeing Daisuke." he said straight forward.
Sakura looked at him wide eyed. "Why are you so sure about it?"
"Ok, remember when Ino introduced y'all." Sakura nodded and so did the whole group. "Well Ino wasn't the only one who saw how Akira looked at him."
"You mean Akira and Daisuke are seeing each other behind my back?" Sakura said slowly.
"And that's why she always says she's going by Matsuri..." Sasuke continued.
"But it's just an excuse..." Sakura said as she looked Sasuke in his eyes and he nodded.
"To meet with Daisuke with out me/you knowing." they said together. Sakura looked shocked.
"Sasuke you're such a genius!" Sakura said smiling.
"Well, you know." he said playfully. Sakura lightly hit him.
"Don't flatter your self." She said.
"Wow how did I not think of that?" Ino said.
"Because I'm her true best friend," Sasuke said.
"Whatever tomato boy," Ino said poking her tongue out at him.
"So what are you going to do Sakura?" Tenten asked.
"See if it's true," Sakura responded as they walked out of the mall.
"How?" Neji asked.
"I'll find a way," Sakura said.
"Well this is my car, come on Hinata." Tenten said.
"Bye guys!" Hinata said walking to Tenten's car.
"Bye!" Sakura and Ino responded while the boys just gave a slight wave. They continued walking till they came to the boys' car.
"Y'all came together?" Ino asked.
"No just ran into each other." Shikamaru said.
"Bye Sakura-Chan and Ino-Chan!" Naruto yelled as he got into Sasuke's car with Sasuke.
"Bye guys!" the two girl's responded.
"Oooh, when you find out please tell me!" Ino said as she hugged Sakura.
"Will do Hun, but for now I have to handle my singing first then worry about her," Sakura said returning the hug.
"Hope he likes the song, and drive safely!" Ino said closing her trunk after putting her shoes in it.
"You too!" Sakura called as Ino beeped and left. Sakura just smiled and put her shoes in the trunk. She walked over to her car door and unlocked it.
"Ok, time to get home and make sure this song is perfect." she said as she started her car and drove away.
-At home-
Sakura was in her room sleeping until she heard Ginger barking. She slowly woke up.
"Ginger can you be quiet." Sakura said as she tried to go back to sleep. But woke up when she heard what sounded like the front door opening. She looked up and saw her floor.
"What am I doing on the floor?" she said wrapping her big blankets around her and standing up. She looked at her clock on her nightstand.
12:48 P.M. was blinking in big neon red numbers. She looked around confused.
'Who would be walking in the door at 12:48 in the night?' Sakura thought to her self as she walked to her bedroom door wrapped in the covers that were on her bed. She opened the door and walked carefully to the stairs that were directly in front of the front door. The whole house was dark except for the lights on outside. She saw someone coming up the stairs.
"Akira?" she said quietly. Sad person walking up the stairs looked at her quickly.
"Sakura!" she said in a hushed yell. "Oh my gosh you scared me."
"What are you doing?" Sakura said still half sleep and kind of not caring why she was walking in at which might now be 12:52 P.M.
"I had to write a letter to my mom in America." She said.
"What? Why couldn't you just text her?" Sakura asked now fully awake and paying close attention.
"No, I had to send her a letter, for her to give to this fashion school I want to go to." Akira said as she walked up the stairs to stand by Sakura.
"Why did it take you all the way till 12 something to send a letter to her? The post office is just by the mall. What did you wait for her to call you and say that she got it?" Sakura said jokingly.
"No, I rode the bus and it mad a lot more stops then I thought it would have and I just got here late." Akira said.
"Why didn't you just ask me to bring you there?"
"You were already gone since this morning."
"Matsuri was here." Sakura said remember talking to her sister earlier this morning.
"She went by Konan's house after you left." Akira said. "Look can you stop interrogating me and go back to sleep?"
"Whatever," Sakura said as she wobbled back to her room and warm bed still wrapped in her covers. She got in her big bed and pulled Ginger up to where she was.
"I can't say for sure if she's lying or not. Ginger I wish you could talk." Sakura said as she snuggled up with Ginger and went back to sleep.
~January 27~
"Sakuuuraaa! Wakey, wakey, eggs and bakey!" Matsuri sung as she walking into her sister's room and jumped on top of her. She heard a mumble under the covers.
"What'd you say?" Matsuri said leaning closer to Sakura who had her head under pillows.
"I said get off!" Sakura said louder.
"If I get off would you wake up?" Matsuri said. She only got a grunt back. Matsuri hopped off and left the room when she saw her sister getting up. Once Sakura heard her room door close she lied back down and put the pillows and covers over her. She was about to fall back asleep, until...
"Cupcake!" Sakura heard her Mom call. "Don't you want to be early to show Mr. Kakashi your song? It's already 11:34 A.M."
At the mention of Mr. Kakashi Sakura jumped out of bed and ran into the bathroom to shower.
-11:42-
Sakura was currently putting the finishing touches on her hair, make-up, and outfit. She had on a sky blue t-shirt that had a thumbs-up sign on it, white skinny jeans, and blue light blue Vans. Her mid-back length hair was in a half up half down style. She had on blue diamond ear rings, a blue bird on her necklace, and some silver bracelets on. She finished her out fit off with a little bit of eyeliner and mascara and clear lip-gloss. She grabbed a white over the shoulder bag from her purse collection and put her phone, notebook, and the CD with her song in it. On her way out she put on a black sweater that reached her butt and left it unbuttoned.
"Bye Ginger." she called out as she walked out of her room. She walked towards the stairs and went down them.
"Is that you Sakura?" Sakia asked from the kitchen.
"Yea Mom," Sakura said as she walked into the kitchen. Sakia looked up as her daughter walked in.
"Awe, you look so beautiful." Sakia said as she hugged Sakura. "Do good cupcake!"
"Thanks Mom even thought all I'm doing is playing him a song." She said with a light laugh. Sakia laughed with her.
"I'm just so happy for my cupcake, you can possibly become famous."
"I know Mom, but that's if anyone out there even likes the songs I make."
"Who wouldn't like you? You're such a nice and loving person, a great friend, daughter, sister if you ask me." Sakia said with a smile towards her daughter. Sakura looked at her Mom with a sad smile.
"Karin, Ami, Miki, Hibia, and Naruka," Sakura said calling out the five bullies.
"Oh cupcake, they are just haters." Sakia said which earned her a weird look from her daughter. "What? Isn't that what y'all call people like that now days?" Sakura still looked at her weirdly. "Hey, Sasori came in here this morning rapping something about haters, so I got it from him. Don't judge." she said. Sakura just laughed.
"Mom, please don't start picking up things from Sasori." Sakura said as she hugged her mother bye.
"Oh, I got you an ice coffee and parfait. Have the coffee for now the parfait for later?" Her mother suggested holding the said items in each one of hands. Sakura took bout off them.
"Thanks a bunch, I have to go now." Sakura said walking out.
-Konoha Music Industry-
"Welcome to KMI, how may I help you tod- Oh it's you," the woman at the desk said to Sakura. Sakura just smiled at her.
"I don't know what's up with you, but you seem to hate me more than grease and water can mix." Sakura said. It was the same woman who called her and her friends kids and said this wasn't a kid's playground.
"What do you need, as you can see I'm trying to handle grown-up business." the redheaded woman said.
"Nothing much, just coming to see Mr. Kakashi," Sakura said with a smile.
"For?" the woman said interested.
"Oh, you know," Sakura said as she walked towards the elevator. She pushed the button and it opened. "Just grown-up business." she said with a smirk as the elevator closed and went up to Kakashi's office.
