Do You Remember?
Hi hi~ So I am sorry I already knew this was going to be late because I was out of commission (Lucy: She was totally grounded...). But I found some time to sit and write to get my mind off of things. This chapter will be mostly explaining the crystal keys. Basically they were just supposed to be more proof that she is meant to be queen since members of her mother's bloodline are direct descendents of Lissa and none of them have ever held all four keys let alone five... I guess I didn't make it clear enough and I can see why people are confused T^T Gomen
Lucy: -huggles Fairy- It's okay. You are trying and that's what matters.
Natsu: -for once understands the situation ad huggles too-
Happy: -Cries- Fairy-chaaaan -sniffle sniffle hug-
Fairy: I love you guys!
Mira: -ship ship ship ship- 'NaLu GaLe Gruvia Jerza... -evil glint I her eyes-

Lucy's P.O.V
'We have three days to prepare.' I was pacing in my apartment, hands clutched behind my back, and my expression demonstrated my concentration. 'I wonder where Lissa and her sister got to... I mean I still have Cora's key so I guess she could be back in the spirit world but what about Lissa. I need her to further elaborate on the reason I have to be queen and not someone else.' I had left them when I went to explain everything to Natsu. I had been so focused on the task at hand, telling my guild, that I had completely forgotten about the two of them.
I clenched my fists and shook my head. 'No use thinking about it.' I marched out my door and went in search of her. I started by looking around the guild. I asked around but no one had seen her. After, I headed to Natsu's. He wasn't there (as usual), and neither was she. I cussed and continued to search.
Finally it dawned on me. The place by the river where we had sat and talked. I raced over there. She was sitting right where she had previously been. I smiled softly. 'This has to be a lot for her too.' I walked over and plunked down beside her. "Hey!" I was being as cheerful as possible, hoping to bring her spirits up. She ignored me and kept staring straight ahead at the moving water.
"Hey what's wrong?" I touched her shoulder and she shrugged it away. "I just found out why I'm back." I furrowed my brow. "Back from where?" She finally looked at me and her expression was one of understanding and acceptance. "Back from "the dead"." I tilted my head, confused. "Okay... Well why are you "Back from the dead" Per say?" She rubbed her temples as if she had a headache which would be understandable. If I had figured out why I had come back from the dead there is no way in Fairy Tail I would be that calm.
She took a deep breath and held it for a second before letting it all whoosh out, carrying her story. Only... She said it all as one word... "SoapparentlyIwasbroughtbackbecauseIamsupposedtomergewithyouasonebeingsoyoucanacquirealltheknowledgeofthepastrulersofthecelestialworld!" I struggled to make sense of it. "You are going to... to merge with me...?" She nodded, her gaze down cast. "Apparently in this life I'm a mere shadow of you." I frowned. "That's not very fair." I twisted myself around so I was facing her. "I don't think you should have to merge with me so don't!" I smiled widely but she didn't seem any happier. "Lucy if I don't merge with you, you can't become queen and fulfill the prophesy." I whooped at that. "Then DEFINIATELY don't merge with me. I never wanted to be queen." She sighed. "Lucy you have to. You actually don't have a real choice." I slightly glared. "Says who?" She raised an eyebrow. "The prophesy. Did no one tell you the whole story?" I shook my head. "Hmm. Then I'll tell you. I won't do the rhyming thing though. I'll just sum it up mmk?" I shrugged my okay and then she too turned to face me, crossing her legs. "Okay so basically it is said that a child will be born from a dying mother. She will have power like no other- damn I have to do the rhyming thing at that part... okay here it is I wrote it down." She pulled out a scarp piece of paper that looked about 1 000 000 000 years old. On it, in nice hand writing, was a poetic paragraph foretelling the future.
A child will be born from a dying mother
She will have a power akin to no other
A power that they will separate at birth
To keep safe a child of unmeasurable worth
A choice will be given at the coming of age
A decision made in love or in rage
When the choice is made it becomes the same But if the choice is made to leave it lie
And the power returns to whence it came
Then all of her friends will surely die
'Morbid much...?' I blinked and looked at Lissa. "This is uh... Very... Explanatory." She nodded apologetically. "So basically I have to become queen or my friends will perish?" She nodded again. "Well. I guess I'm gonna be a queen." I put my hand on my knees and pushed myself to my feet. She stood and looked at me shocked. "Just like that? You would give it all up for your friends?" I stared at her. "What else is there?" Lissa just gazed at me with what seemed like awe. "Common lets get going! We have to pack so we can be ready to head out."

Lucy's P.O.V
I was back at my house, packing my clothes and my books and such. I know I don't need that much but I always pack extra. 'Okay so Wendy has been teaching all about herbs and things like that. 'So I need to remember those herbs I dried that will help with Natsu's motion sickness in case Wendy's magic wears off. ' I smiled to myself. Usually him laying his head on my lap helps him get to sleep and from then on its not so bad. I frowned. 'I feel kinda bad for Natsu. Motion sickness isn't fun.' I remembered getting it once. I had been reading on the train for the past 5 hours and suddenly I felt horrible. I scrambled to the window and threw up out of it.
Suddenly I heard my window crack open. I turned around and came face to face with my pink haired partner. "Hey Natsu! What's up?" I was engulfed in a hug. "N-Natsu? Are you okay?" I felt him nod against my shoulder. He was so warm. I slowly lifted my arms and encircled his waist. Hesitantly, my head rested against his chest.
"Luce... This is going to be really dangerous. I want you to be as close to me as possible." I felt my face heat up. "O-okay. I will." His arms tightened around me. "Luce..." I breathed out nervously. "Yeah Natsu?" He pulled away a little and looked straight into my eyes. "You are such a weirdo!" I burst out laughing and hugged him tightly again. "No you are Natsu!" I pulled away and turned to my stuff. "And that's what I love about you." 'Oh shit... Forgot he has dragon senses...' "You love me Luce?" I spun around again with an "OH CRAP" look on my face. But... He looked ecstatic. "Yeah. I do." He ensnared me in another hug, picked me up, and spun me around three times. "I love you too Luce!"
And then I stopped daydreaming. 'Man I wish something like that were to happen.' Natsu was most likely still at his own house packing up his belongings. I was still here, mentally smacking myself for falling in love with my partner who's as dense as a mountain.
Sighing again I double checked my stuff and slung the backpack over my shoulder. I walked to my door and turn to look at the place. 'I have a feeling I won't been seeing this place for a while.' I smiled sadly and stepped into the hall, only turning around to lock the door. Then I was off.
While walking into town the funniest thing happened. It was like a bad movie scene I had once seen on a lacrima. It would have been in slow motion but this isn't a movie so... Anyways. I was walking down the middle of town, when one by one. Each of my friends and team mates came up and were walking behind and beside me. I swear I felt like the luckiest girl in all of Earthland and Edolas.
'I have my family behind me and I'm ready to go.' There was nothing anyone could do to stop me.
Hi hi! So I finally got ungrounded. I figured since it's near valentines I would finally let Lucy feel how she really does... -smirks and elbows Lucy- So about the fluff in the upcoming chapters...
Lucy: -blushes and pinches Fairy's arm- Shut up! Don't give away the story!
Fairy: -laughs- Oh yeah. That's why you want me to shut it.
Natsu: Hey Fairy?
Fairy: Yes Natsu dear? Natsu: How come I only love Lucy in her daydream. I love Lucy in real life too -smirks proudly-
Fairy/Mira/Lucy/Happy/Gajeel/Gray/Juvia/Levy: -jaws drop open-
Erza: -stutters- S-s-so y-you're i-in t-that k-k-k-kind o-of r-relationship N-N-N-N-Natsu?
Natsu: wha?
