She would always say that they were one in the same. Indeed, it was no secret that their existence was solely for Shu's benefit. Both raised with the utmost rigor and strictness, they excelled in every area, perfecting their skills in order to better serve the next heir. They knew their place; and Reiji knew from the very beginning that his would never be by her side.

26. Update

Hello Everyone!

Just wanted to let you know that if you enjoyed Masks of Glass, I've decided to write a continuation, which can be found under "The Pyres of Arcadia."

It takes place a few years later, and will revolve not only around the couples we saw in Masks, but their children as well.

And I think you'll be able to guess what other characters will be involved ;)

For all my Karlheinz people, I've also started on his backstory, which will also have some hints to Masks, but will primarily be focused on Karlheinz's coming of age and all that good stuff.
