Charlotte's POV

We decided to bowl in teams but we had a long and hard discussion on who went with who, due to the fact that Zoe wanted to be with Dan and so did I, I did feel sorry for Phil but I really wanted to be with Dan.
"Come on, Dan, just choose who you go with," I said, crossing my arms over my chest.
"I don't want to upset either of you!" Dan said, scratching the back of his head.
"I'll just go with Phil, we'll still beat you," Zoe said and high-fived Phil.
"Yay!" I said and hugged Dan, he laughed and patted my back.
Once we had sorted that out we started the game, I was extremely competitive, like always. Dan and I were in the lead until Zoe got strikes and spares until the end of the game, making her and Phil win.
"In your face!" Zoe said to Dan, Dan pulled her close to him.
"Yeah, you in my face," He kissed her and I pulled Dan away.
"How about another round? This time, we have a small wager," I suggested.
"I'm listening," Phil said.
"So, which ever team wins gets either 20 pounds from the opposite team or they get to choose one thing for them to do," I said.
"That sounds fine," Zoe said. "How about we switch things around this time? Me and Dan on a team versus you and Phil?" I thought about it, if I won then I could get Dan to kiss me.
"Yeah, that sounds fine," I said, we went into the teams and started the game, when Zoe and I weren't playing we sat next to each other, not speaking and then when we were nearing the end of the round she spoke to me.
"So, if you win what'll you make me do, pay £20 or make me do something?" She asked, I shrugged.
"Probably £20, what about you?"
"Yeah, £20, I can get some stuff for Lena," She said.
"Who's Lena?"
"My sister, she's got a baby so I can get something for them, anyway, I'm up," She got up and took the shot, I was hoping that she would get a gutter ball, the ball rolled and rolled and rolled and it hit 1 pin I grinned, since Phil and I were in the lead if she didn't get a spare she would lose. She rolled her next ball and I crossed my fingers, I jumped up as her ball hit 4 pins.
"YES! YES I BEAT YOU!" I yelled and hugged Phil.
"So, now it's time for the punishment," Phil said, Zoe and Dan sat down. "So, I want £20 from Zoe, you can choose Dan's punishment, Charlotte," I smiled and him.
"Okay, Dan," I said as Zoe handed Phil £20. "I want you to kiss me, on the lips," Zoe gasped.
"What?!" She yelled, Dan whispered something into her ear. "Fine, go ahead." Dan walked over to me and leaned closer, I stood on my tip-toes and kissed him, he pulled away abruptly and I smiled.
"Why, thank you Dan," I said, Zoe glared at me and I turned on my phone to check my texts, I had one from my Mum (I was still living with my parents).
*Hey, honey, we're going on vacation and we thought you should stay with Phil for a while, love you :)*
"Hey, Phil..." I said, he looked at me.
"Yes?"
"Can I stay with you for a while?"
"Why?" I looked at him, he knew that my parents went on vacation every now and then, I used to stay with my grandma until she died.
"Oh, yeah, sure, Dan, Charlotte's going to stay with us for a while," Dan didn't say anything. "Is that okay, Dan?"
"Yeah, it's fine, she can stay in your room, right?"
"Yeah, she can," I had a feeling that Dan didn't want me there now that he knew I liked him in that way.

We got back pretty late, Zoe and Dan went straight to bed.
"I don't have anything to wear," I said to Phil.
"Well, you can wear one of my t-shirts and some trousers of some sort," He said, I leaned my head on his shoulder.
"Dan hates me now."
"No he doesn't, he was just a bit shocked," Phil said. "Go get changed and we'll go to bed," I went into Phil's room and grabbed a t-shirt and some jogging bottoms, I got changed in the bathroom and went back to Phil.
"Come on, then, I'll get you something to sleep on."
In the morning I woke up and I instantly checked my phone for texts, I had one from my Dad.
*Hey Charlotte. Guess where we are. HAWAII! It's great here, we'll see you soon, love you xxx* I sighed, they always said that they'd see me soon but I never did, I saw them in like a month or two or more. I got up and went into the kitchen and saw Zoe, eating cereal and on her phone.
"Hey," I said and walked towards her.
"Oh...hi," She said, not looking up from her phone.
"What are you doing?"
"Just going through facebook, people have started adding me after I was in Dan's video," She said, I was so jealous, I had asked to be in Dan's or Phil's videos multiple times and they had always said no.
"Oh, good for you," I said and got myself a bowl of cereal. "You're probably wondering why I wanted Dan to kiss me." She didn't answer. "Well, I've always had a small crush on him and Phil told me that he was dating you so I got jealous and it happened."
"I get it, I understand but you need to accept that he's with me because I love him," She said, I felt so guilty about it.
"I'm sorry, I always do this, put myself before anyone else, just like my parents," She held my hand.
"I have shit parents too, I get it but when you have shit parents, you have to put yourself first sometimes because you didn't have that with your parents," I hugged her, she was so hard to hate.
"Thank you," I whispered.
"You're welcome."
