Chapter Twenty-Six: "Figured I'd Get One In Before THE TALK"

Cammie POV

"Are you serious?" Was the first thing Bex asked me when I woke her up way too early in the morning for her liking. I was in fact serious about doing this it needed to be done and I wanted to be the one to initiate this instead of it being him. I knew he was more than likely to make first move if I didn't and soon, he wasn't the type to wait and he shouldn't have to wait. It isn't fair to him, especially since he's done nothing wrong when he was with Bex, we weren't together at the time and it doesn't make sense to continuously punish him for that. Macey and Liz believed that too while Bex didn't really care, she told me to do what I wanted. I knew it wasn't just Bex being bitter because Bex wouldn't sugarcoat anything for anyone, not even her best friends.

"Yeah Bex, why else would I risk death from you?" I asked her completely serious. I was already dressed in a pair of jeans with a green tank top and beige boots on; my hair was in its usual ponytail because I couldn't be bothered to actually do something with it. I knew if Macey was woke she'd be having a heart attack at seeing what I was wearing for going to see him. It didn't matter to me though and I wasn't going to be killed for waking Mace from her beauty sleep right now.

"Let me get dress," was all Bex said to me before I left her alone going to wait outside the door while she got ready to walk me to our meeting spot. I had left a note on his pillow telling him to meet me there at half past 4, it was 4:15 now and I knew Bex would need at least ten minutes to completely wake up and get dress before meeting me outside of the door.

She came out of the room and walked with me down the hall to the secret passageway on the corner of the East wing and second hallway's staircase. "Two weeks Cam. Get your shit together and sort things out tonight. Enjoy," Bex told me once we reached the passageway. I nodded at her telling her it was ok to leave and I turned to the wall and pulled the third brick from the ground out while pushing in the fifth one from the ground. The corner panel slid down, revealing a dimly lit narrow walkway. I looked at my wrist to check the time and saw it was 4:27 and I knew Zach was more than likely to already be down here waiting on me.

I turned the corner into the empty space and saw him sitting in the middle of the floor with his back facing the wall and his face facing the entrance. "Hey," I said, clearing my throat and walking in the room a little to sit across from him.

"Hey Cam," Zach said to me before reaching his hand out to mines and pulling me to him. He gripped my neck tightly before pulling my face up to meet his, in an intense kiss (a very chaste one) before letting me go. I was stunned for a moment before I went back to the reason we were here. We were here to decide where to go from here, not kiss and have zero talk of the important things, no matter how much I wanted to kiss him.

"That isn't why we're here and you know it," I told him, giving him a glare while he chuckled.

"Figured I'd get at least one in before the talk and maybe more during the talk," Zach told me and I shrugged. I couldn't say anything to dispute that since I really liked that kiss he had just given me.

A/N: Sorry it took me so long to update but school is hell and now I have to study for Chinese since school is almost over. (Maybe I should've started sooner, oops.) Thanks for being so patient and I took the poll down and decided I WON'T be doing [deleted] scenes from Cammie and Marco and I WON'T be doing chapters from different POVs. Thanks for all the good wishes for my dog we enjoyed them super much! They're very appreciated xD he recovered just fine for all of you wanting to know. I had to edit and spell/grammar check it before it could be posted, so that's another reason it was late. Laters, baby! XD

**On another note, new story out called A Twist in Reality its Teen Wolf and an Isaac Lahey/OC story so check it out if you're into Teen Wolf!

*Usually I don't reply to all reviews but some that make itself noticed to me and seem special enough I'd reply to and this was one of them I just HAD to reply to and I'm sorry to say that this person doesn't have an account.

Carmen: I'd love for you to translate and this to Polish. I'd translate it to another language if I was fluent in any but sadly I'm not. And double sadness, Google Translate isn't extremely accurate at all so I can't do it myself.

Guest(ch. 8): Sorry to "ruin" it for you but you got to remember they are teenagers and most teenagers think about sex, boyfriend/girlfriend(s) and everything else but school work. So, if this is going to be even semi-realistic it's going to have to show teens thinking about sex and stuff.

*I lied this Zammie was not subtle!
