Flora stood on the balcony of the fifth floor of the Knight Inc's building. She had on a blue blouse with black pants and matching ankle high heel boots.

She was looking down at the white rose garden still feeling heartbroken about Helia.

Moments later Daphne came and stood beside her. She had on a knee length blue dress with black high heel shoes.

"I heard Helia is going to meet that girl in person soon. Is that true?" Daphne questioned, hoping it wasn't true.

"Yeah." Flora answered, sadly. "From the picture she looks very beautiful. I was also told that she is very smart, talented and wealthy."

"How are we going to compete with someone like that?" Daphne wondered. "If I was going to lose Helia to anyone I wanted that person to be you. At least I could say I am the better looking ant talented person."

Flora went into her pocket and took out her phone. She looked through her phone till she found the picture Nebula sent. "Mrs Knightly took this picture and sent it to me. Her name is K-."

Daphne gasped, looking at the picture. "That is Krystal Peters. She is the richest heiress in the country. I have heard many wonderful things about her."

"Like what?" Flora wondered, putting away her phone.

"She used to attend Alfea Academy, the most prestigious all girl school in this hemisphere." Daphne stated, giving up hope of ever getting Helia. "Krystal is ranked third on the overall list in terms of academics. She is also the number one female swimmer and polo player in the country. Once Helia meets her forget about him ever liking one of us. She is the female version of him in terms of looks, talent and brains."

"Wow!" Flora said, clearly impressed with what Daphne told her. "She sounds perfect. Why wouldn't Helia love her?"

"That's why I am giving up hope of ever being with Helia. I can't complete with someone like that." Daphne held her hands up in defeat. "Flora, you should do the same. Helia is beyond our grasped."

Flora didn't like what she heard. Looking up at the evening sky, she thought. 'I love Helia so much. Maybe I was fooling myself into thinking he would enter into a relationship with me again. I thought if we gave each other enough space, the time will come when we get together again.'

Putting on a fake smile, Flora said. "We better get to work."

"Yeah." Daphne agreed before they went inside.

Inside a restaurant that was closed off to the public were Helia, Nebula, Mike and Krystal.

Helia had on a grey jacket with matching pants, a light blue shirt and black shoes. Nebula wore a blue dress with white high heel shoes.

Krystal wore a teal dress with light purple high heel shoes. Mike wore a white suit with a black shirt and red tie.

All four were sitting around a brown table with various types of food.

Mike started off the conversation. "You know Krystal is not only beautiful but smart also. She is in her second year at Domino University. After she graduates I wish she would continue her studies overseas. If possible I wish the person she marries will also go overseas to study with her."

Nebula fake laughed. "No wonder you are in a rush to marry her off. Are you afraid it will be hard for her to find somebody?"

Helia cleared his throat. "Ms Peters, what are your interests?"

"I have quite a few. Like cooking, cleaning, gardening and creating homemade items."

"Great! I like intelligent persons." Helia replied, hating himself for what he was doing.

His heart was filled with guilt and ache for not only seeming like he was interested in Krystal but for hurting Flora. 'I have to do this to save the company and my family from being bankrupted.'

Krystal blushed.

Mike smiled. "My granddaughter is truly a gifted person. Now only is she understanding but also very kind to people."

"What are you interested in Helia?" Krystal shyly asked.

"I like reading, playing tennis, basketball and various other sports." Helia told her.

Krystal's eyes brighten up. "I like playing tennis also but I feel like my skills need to greatly improve."

"I can teach you." Helia offered.

Nebula rolled her eyes. "Helia is impatient and bad tempered. If you don't get it the first time he will get upset and would look down on you."

"Mother!" Helia scolded her.

"I don't know where he gets his personality from." Nebula continued, not paying attention to her son.

Mike pushed it off. "I heard Helia is quite popular with the girls especially with the ones in the office."

"He is popular with the ladies but Helia isn't interested in any of them." Nebula thought of something bad to say about Helia. "A girl gave him a love letter and immediately rejected her. If you were to confess your feelings to him he would reject you harshly."

"I think it's better to have a very high standard and reject persons that he is not interested in rather than to take all that comes to him." Krystal thought even more highly of Helia. "It's better this way than to leave thinks unclear."

"You shouldn't think that way of Helia." Nebula added, wanting this girl to hate him. "There is a girl living with us for about three years now and I can't promise that nothing has happened between her and Helia."

"Mother!" Helia yelled, wanting her to shut up. "The female she is talking about is living with us because her and her father's house collapsed from an earthquake. Director Mike, could I take along with Krystal in the garden?"

"Of course." Mike agreed instantly.

"You can stay in here." Nebula suggested, not wanting them to be alone.

"I would like to go outside." Krystal softly said.

Helia escorted Krystal out of the room before Nebula could say anything else.

Reaching the garden, they sat on a white painted bench which was covered by a tree.

As they sat down, Helia explained. "My mother has been acting strange from morning. I apologize for anything mean she has said."

"It's okay. I feel like your mother prefers that girl living with you guys." Krystal nicely said, in awe with Helia's handsomeness.

"Yes, that's true." Helia confirmed it.

"What she thinks of me is important." Krystal admitted. "You know this isn't the first time we have met, right?"

"I remember." Helia thought back. "I met you in the elevator."

"You do remember." Krystal was thrilled to hear that, thinking back to that day.

Days passed with Flora hearing Helia talking to Krystal. He was talking to her kindly and come home late sometimes from their dates.

Flora felt Helia was stepping all over her heart.

On her first day back to school from the holiday Flora was in the canteen with Aisha and Stella.

The brunette wore a pink and white blouse with a blue skirt and pink wedge heel shoes.

Stella wore a white and yellow blouse with blue jeans and matching colour wedge heels.

Aisha had on a purple jumpsuit with a black inside blouse and black knee length high heel boots.

Stella and Aisha were eating burgers with fries and a soda while Flora ate a sandwich and a fruit juice.

Aisha asked, looking at the female's lunch. "Are you sure you fine with eating only a sandwich?"

"I am not that hungry." Flora replied in a sad tone, finishing up her sandwich.

"Flora, you need to forget about Helia and move on." Stella encouraged her. "From what you told us things seem to be getting serious with him and that Krystal girl. How about we go to a party and I will introduce you to a few guys."

That moment Riven entered the room and saw three females. He had on a white chef outfit with a black apron.

He walked slowly to the females, overhearing the conversation.

"You need a good man, Flora?" Riven asked, finally reaching them. "There is no need to look any more. I am here. Forget about that jerk Helia and go out with me."

"Stop asking her that." Aisha pointed to him. "Go back to work while we comfort Flora."

"I am here to comfort her also." Riven gently hit Aisha's hand away.

"Riven." Flora mentioned in a dull tone.

"Yeah?" He asked, sounding hopeful.

"Let's go out." Flora finally let go of any hope she had for getting together with Helia.

Everyone else looked at her, surprised by what the brunette said.

"Really?" Riven had to make sure, not wanting to get his hopes up.

Flora looked him directly. "Let's find a place and have fun. You always treated me to dinner so it's time I treat you to one."

"Yes!" Riven jumped for joy.

The Next Day

Helia entered the kitchen wearing a white shirt with a blue sweatpants. He saw Jason around the table eating eggs with bacon. He had on a blue and white shirt with blue shorts.

Noticing that Flora wasn't there, he asked while sitting down. "Where is Flora?"

"She left early this morning to go on a date." Jason answered after eating one of his bacon stripes.

Jason could tell by Helia's expression that he wasn't happy to hear that.

Night Time

Riven stopped his black bike in front of the Knightly household. Flora was on the back, preparing to come off the bike.

Flora had on pink jeans shorts with a white shirt and knee length pink boots while Riven wore black jeans with a blue and black shirt and black sneakers.

The brunette confessed. "I had a fun time with you today."

"So did I. Do you want to go out with me again, Flora?" Riven asked, sounding hopeful.

Thinking about it for a moment, Flora answered. "Yes, I will."

"Great!" Riven cheered as Flora took out her house key.

He waited till she entered the house before leaving.

The Next Day

In the afternoon Saladin was finally released from the hospital and returned home to see a healthy variety of food on the table in the living room.

Flora had on a slightly loose white shirt with blue jeans shorts. Nebula had on a light blue blouse with a black skirt. Helia wore a blue and white shirt with blue jeans while Jason had on blue shorts with a blue and white shirt. Saladin had on blue jeans with a white shirt. Codatorta had on white jeans with a grey shirt.

Saladin, Helia and Jason sat down on the three seat sofa. Nebula sat in the one seat sofa while Codatorta and Flora sat on the two seat one.

The brown hair male said. "I followed Helia's instructions and cooked you a healthy meal. I hope it's to your liking Saladin."

Saladin looked displeased with the food. "I like junk food better."

"That's what gave you the heart attack in the first place." Helia scolded him before the door bell rang.

He went to answer it while everyone else wondered who it was at the door.

Moments later Krystal and Mike entered the living room with Helia behind them.

Krystal had on a teal dress with black high heel shoes while Mike had on a grey suit with a black shirt, red tie and black shoes.

Saladin stood up to greet the Director and his granddaughter. "Good afternoon Director Mike. What brings you two by?"

"I invited them over." Helia answered the question. "I thought the rest of the family should meet my girlfriend."

Flora felt like someone stabbed her in the heart when he said that.

"I hope it's not too much trouble." Krystal spoke quietly.

"No it isn't." Helia replied, indicating to the female. "Everyone this is Krystal."

"Good afternoon everyone." Krystal curtseyed for a short while.

"Please have a seat." Helia offered the two.

Codatorta noticed that there were no more seats available. He indicated to Flora that they should get up.

Once they got up, the brown hair male offered. "Here are two seats Director Mike and Krystal."

"Thank you." They said, taking the seats.

Helia went back to where he was sitting earlier.

Flora looked around and saw that she and her father were like the odd ones out. She looked over at her father and knew he noticed the same thing she did.

The male went into the kitchen and got two chairs for him and Flora to sit on. Both we on the right and left of Nebula's chair.

Helia began introducing the persons Mike and Krystal didn't know.

Starting with his brother, he said. "This is my brother, Jason."

Jason waved while saying. "Hello."

Helia went onto Mr Linepha. "This is Uncle Codatorta."

"Good afternoon." He gave them a kind smile.

Krystal noticed Flora. She spoke. "I believe we have met before in an elevator."

"Yes." Flora answered, remembering her. "My name is Flora by the way and sorry about closing the door on you."

"No worries." Krystal accepted her apologizes. "I was wondering if we could chat alone later. It won't take long, I promise."

"Sure." Flora wondered what she wanted to talk about.

They chat and eat for an hour before Krystal and Flora went to the back of the house to talk.

Sitting around the four seat table the lavender hair female started off the conversation. "I am envious of you. You get to see Helia every day. He is an outstanding person and I feel truly lucky to have met him. The feelings I have whenever I am around him seem too good to be true. Beside that his mother really adores you and would prefer you as a daughter in law than me."

"Do you really like Helia?" Flora wanted to know if her feelings were honest.

"Yes they are." Krystal honestly admitted. "When I was in the elevator with you two and saw Helia for the first time it was like love at first sight. However I have no confidence in myself right now."

"Don't worry." Flora tried her best to not show how devastated she was. "You are everything Helia could ever want in a girl. He really likes you and can't wait to marry you."

"You really think so?" Krystal asked.

"Yes, I do." Flora replied, feeling tears coming down.

Quickly wiping them off, she thought. 'Why am I crying? Helia has moved on and so should I.'

Inside the House

Mike remembered something and said to Codatorta, who was still sitting beside Nebula. "I knew your daughter looks familiar to me. She handed me tea while I was talking to Helia about a business idea. She spoke pleasant words about Helia."

"That sounds like Flora." Saladin spoke, resting his back against the sofa.

"I like her personality. She is direct and says whatever is on her mind." Mike told Mr. Linepha. "Isn't that right, Helia?"

"She is loud and always causes trouble." Helia picked at some of Flora's faults.

The room became quiet for a while.

Saladin soon started up another conversation.

When night came and Krystal and Mike left, Flora and her father went to the back of the house to have a serious talk. Sitting around the four seat table and across from each other, Codatorta said. "Flora, I think it's time we leave this house for good. Clearly you saw that we don't belong here anymore."

"What?" Flora thought she heard wrong.

"It's time for us to leave. Helia has a girlfriend and if we continue to live at the house things will only be painful for you." He sighed sadly. "Forget about Helia. People should know when to back away."

"You are right." Flora had to admit it as tears came from her eyes. "Helia doesn't love me and I he never will so it's time to accept it and move on."

Codatorta went across and hugged his daughter. "I know it hurts but it's for the best."

Two days passed before Riven asked out Flora. The brunette agreed, knowing that it was time to really try and forget about Helia.

After spending the entire day together, the two went to the beach.

Riven had on purple jeans with a white and purple shirt and black shoes.

Flora had on blue jeans with a green and white blouse. Her blue ankle high heel boots were in her hands as she and Riven walked on the sand.

After a few minutes of walking, Riven stopped and looked at the ocean. Flora stopped and faced the same direction Riven was looking at.

"Today was amazing." He told the female while gazing at the full moon.

"Yes it was." Flora agreed. She did have fun today.

"Flora, today has only confirmed what I always thought when I first met you." Riven looked at her. "You are the one for me. Marry me, Flora?"

Flora mind went blank soon after the question was asked.

"You don't have to give me an answer now." Riven reassured her. "I will give you time to think about it."

'I don't want to marry Riven but I also don't want to hurt his feelings. He is still my friend.' Flora thought, not knowing what to do.

The Next Day

When the last class ended, Flora was still sitting in the room wearing pink jeans with a white blouse that had the number one on it and pink high heel ankle boots.

Stella and Aisha were about to leave the classroom when they saw Flora not moving.

Stella wore an orange and white dress with orange wedge heel and a matching colour hand bag. Aisha had on blue jeans with a black and purple blouse. She carried around a purple school bag.

They went over to her. Aisha touched her shoulder.

Flora turned around to see the two worried females looking at her.

Aisha asked. "What did Helia do now?"

"It's not him. It's Riven." Flora answered, standing up. "He purposed to me last night."

"What?!" They yelled.

Flora was glad that they were now the only persons in the class.

Flora spoke again. "Riven purposed to me last night."

"How did you answer?" Stella rode off the shock first.

"I didn't. I was too speechless to answer." The brunette replied. "He is not rushing me to answer but would like one soon. I don't like Riven as anything more than a friend no matter how hard I try."

"Like it or not Flora, Riven is a better match for you than Helia." Stella pointed out. "Maybe you should really give him a chance. Overtime you will grow to like him."

"I agree with Stella." Aisha commented. "Let's not forget that Helia is going out with someone else already. It's best to back out now than to have your heart broken even more."

Flora put on a brave face. "Every time someone tells me that it feels like a kick across the face and a stab to the heart. I know Helia doesn't love me anymore and it's going to take time to get over him. He hurt me in so many ways but I still love him. I must be stupid to still have such feelings for him. "

Aisha hugged the female. Stella joined in and hugged her best friends. Flora gladly hugged them back, happy to know that her friends were there for her no matter what.
