DISCLAIMER: I DON'T OWN PHANTOM OF THE OPERA
Enjoy the story lovelies! :3
~ERIK'S POV~
I stepped out of a hotel, checking if Johnathon and the other man had checked into a hotel somewhere along the Rue la Fayette, furious that I have gotten no where with finding where those two blighters had gone. Here soon I might start raising Hell, because I am getting no where with trying not to do anything that Hope would consider extreme. Marcus was back the hotel we were all staying in trying to get a hold on the police.
I heard my cellphone go off and I pulled it out of my coat pocket to see it was an email from Hope. Wait...they didn't check if they had her cellphone with her? Obviously they're new to kidnapping. I may have never kidnapped someone in this century but I'm pretty sure the most logical thing to do is make sure they don't have any device they can use to contact for help or someone.
I snickered when I saw what was the subject line and shook my head. I'll mess with her about using that kind of language around Melody when she was the one not happy when I was doing the same thing.
They took us to Monsieur Andrews home, we are okay.
Well then looks like everyone in Paris can thank Hope for telling me where her kidnappers took her and our daughter, because now I don't have to terroize the citizens of Paris again. I put my phone back in my coat pocket and climbed in my black 2019 Jaguar XF. I turned the keys in the ignition and sped off away from the hotel. I glanced over at the time and sighed heavily. I suppose I should call Faris since he would no doubt find out sooner or later about me being involved in all of this if Marcus did manage to get a hold of the police.
He's about as annoying as his damn ancestor!
~HOPE'S POV~
"Home sweet home, little brother." Johnathon announced. Brothers?! Well I figured they were related but I didn't think they were brothers! "No kidding." Mathew said flatly before they climbed out of the car. Mathew walked over to Melody's side and Melody looked at me alarmed. "It's going to be okay, Sweetie." I cooed and glared over at Jonathan as he approached my door.
Time to make him hate life.
They opened our doors and pulled us out of the car. I stomped my foot hard on his foot and jammed my head under his chin. He grunted and before he could tighten his hold on me, I kicked him in the shin which caused him to let me go. "Go, Mommy!" Melody cheered. I roundhouse kicked him in the jaw and watched as he fell on his bum. He was holding his jaw with one hand and his shin, and I quickly used my window of opportunity to jump over my legs to bring my cuffed hands up front.
I turned my attention towards Mathew and was about to lunge at him but two arms wrapped around me tightly. "Now do you have a better hold on her?" Mathew growled. "Yeah." Jonathan grumbled. I started squirming and kicking as he dragged me towards the house. "Melody, do not repeat anything I'm about to say." I ordered. I looked over at my daughter and saw her nod.
"Let us go you bastards!" I screamed and Jonathan kicked the door open. "Not going to happen." He growled as he and his brother dragged Melody and I in the house. "Lawernce, close the door!" Johnathon shouted and the two brothers led us down the hall. Jonathan stopped and I looked over his shoulder to see there was a metal door that with a scanner. He turned around so he could face the door and the scanner started scanning his right eye.
"I take it only your family can open this door?" I asked bitterly. "Clever girl." He sneered and the door opened. Mathew and Jonathan dragged Melody and I inside and I noticed the whole room was made of metal. My eyes landed on a pair of shackles that were chained to a pipe and he led me over to the shackles, and a wooden chair. Mathew sat Melody down on the chair and tied a rope around her and walked away. Jonathan pulled a pocket knife out and cutter off my zip tie handcuffs. He grabbed the shackles and quickly grabbed my forearm before I had a chance to even try anything. He cuffed my wrists with the schackles and he grabbed my chin.
"Now if you don't scream I might be nice and let you get a chair." He told me and I jerked my chin away. "Erik is going to find you and when he does, he is going to make your life a living hell in the short minutes he will allow you to live, that I can promise you." I hissed. He scoffed and walked back over to the door. "If he can find this place." He sneered and walked out the door. I flinched when I heard the metal door slam and I looked over at Melody. "How are you doing over there, Sweetie?" I asked her. "I-I'm okay. You're just very scary when you are angry." She mumbled.
