JULIANNE'S HOUSE:

Julianne was waiting for Derek to show up, she didn't saw him since she asked everyone to leave her house, including Nina.

She was having breakfast but she felt responsible for what happened, she knew Derek still in love with Amber and if he was drinking she shouldn't have brought him to the party. She kind of blames herself for what happen between them but she never thought that Nina was interested in her brother.

Derek showed up.

"Good morning…" Derek said.

"Hi…" Julianne said.

"Did you sleep well?" Derek asked.

Julianne looked at him like he had two heads.

"Not at all but you just brought the subject why did you sleep with Nina?" Julianne asked worried.

"I don't remember." Derek said.

"This is all my fault…" Julianne said. "I should have never invited you to the party after what I saw at your house."

"Jules, calm down…" Derek said.

"How can I be calm if I just saw my brother do one big mistake!" Julianne said.

"We are both adults Jules…" Derek said.

"I don't give a crap if you two are adults or not…" Julianne said. "I just saw my brother, that's still in love with his ex-girlfriend just throwing his opportunity to ever get back together with her throw the window."

"Amber broke up with me, remember?" Derek said.

"So what? Since when you're a coward?" Julianne asked. "Did you show all these new versions to her? Because if you did, now I understand why she left you…"

Julianne got up and leave the house before she said something even worse to him, the fact that he's so calm is driving her insane.

Derek just stand there processing everything that just happened but the only thing he wanted was some peace and now he had it. He took his phone and send a text message to someone and kept eating what his sister had prepared.

DEREK'S HOUSE:

Derek was looking at Mark, trying to understand what the hell was he talking about but the only thing he could do was staring.

"I don't know what you're talking about…" Derek said.

"Don't you feel guilty at all?" Mark asked.

"Guilty? Last time I checked I didn't do anything wrong." Derek said.

"You didn't do anything wrong?" Mark asked. "You're playing with fire."

Derek got up and went to eat a piece of fruit.

"Nina will never leave you alone now…" Mark said.

"I don't care about Nina." Derek said.

"You should because last time she decided to make your time a living hell I remember perfectly what happened."

Derek started thinking in some things that happened the last time Nina decided to mess with his life.

Derek started listening o Amber's voice and the things she said that night.

"You betrayed me" Amber said.

"I would never do that" Derek whispered.

…

"I don't want to see you" Amber said. "Actually I want you far away from me"

"Don't say that" Derek said sitting on the floor. "I love you and I'm not leaving you!"

…

"Take your hands off me" Amber said. "You disgust me right now"

"Don't say that" Derek said.

"It's the truth" Amber said.

…

"You made enough damage in my life to..." Amber didn't want to say.

"Derek…" Mark started calling. "Wake up!"

Derek got full of emotions recalling everything that happened that night.

"What do you have to say, do you want to happen that again?" Mark asked.

"I don't care anymore…" Derek said.

"Since when?" Mark said. "I know you…"

"Listen, I can control my life that's why I can do this without a blink." Derek said.

"Someone is going to get hurt and I can only imagine one person getting caught in there our schema." Mark said.

"Mark can you trust me on this one?" Derek said. "Just a little."

"Fine…" Marks said looking at the television.

Derek laughed and started getting back to the couch where he could sleep if he wanted but first a movie.

IN THE STREET:

Derek woke up thinking that it was almost Christmas so he was shopping for Christmas gifts and decided to watch some headphones for himself, he believed that he deserved a little love even if it was for himself.

After a few hours shopping he got everything he needed but before he could head back home one of his greatest nightmares became true, he saw Nina going towards him.

"Shit…" Derek said before trying to go on the opposite side but after a few corners she would find him, he got his phone and started texting someone, everyone could see that he was nervous then he called someone.

"Hello…" Someone said.

"Mark, the bitch is after me." Derek said.

"Which one?" Mark asked laughing.

"Who you think it would be…" Derek said.

"I told you that this would come back to bite you in the ass." Mark said. "Did you talked to we know who?"

"Yes, everything is going as planned…" Derek said.

"So you're talking to Amber again?" Mark asked smiling. "Good…"

"No, I was talking about the other thing." Derek said.

"I thought that you would call her to explain the Nina situation and admit that you're an ass without her." Mark said.

"The Nina situation is happening right now!" Derek said. "Besides Amber probably doesn't want to hear my name neither my voice."

"Man, you have to start to deal with your own women, I mean I never know who you're talking about…" Mark decided to provoke him.

"You know what, you're an ass…" Derek said.

"Hi Derek…" Nina called.

Before Derek could say anything she just appeared in front of him, he just didn't know what to say, the last thing he needed was to handle Nina.

"I heard her voice…" Mark said laughing. "Let you phone turned on, I want to hear how you're going to get out of this…"

Derek heard Mark but he didn't know what to do so he just answered Nina.

"Hi…" Derek said to her.

"Can we talk?" Nina asked.

"One moment…" Derek needed to say goodbye to Mark first. "Remember to free your schedule for tomorrow."

Derek received a message before he gave his attention to Nina and he smiled to his phone.

"You only need to know that between us, nothing is going to happen." Derek said.

"It already happened in case you don't remember." Nina said.

"I don't remember, do you?" Derek said. "I was too drunk…"

"Well but people saw us and I remember every piece of what happened" Nina said.

"I like to believe that if I don't remember is like something never happened." Derek said. "You know how I feel about you so why change it now"

Derek saw that Nina was surprised.

"You say we slept together but that doesn't change anything…" Derek said.

"Changes everything, every time you tried to pull me away because of that thing, you called your girlfriend." Nina said.

"You stop right there…" Derek stepped away. "You don't talk about her that way, are we clear?"

"Are you still in love with her?" Nina asked. "I actually don't understand what you see in her but what makes me happy is that she would never look at your face again knowing that we sleep together."

"That's my problem…" Derek said.

"Not the one, I can guarantee you one thing, I will make your life as hard as I can, you will not have time to breath." Nina said.

"Try and we will see the results" Derek said. "maybe you will get surprised."

Nina leave Derek alone what made Derek laugh and after checking that he was really alone he took his phone one more time.

"It's Done…" Derek said to the other person. "She will make my life a living hell but I think I can handle it…" Derek kept walking.

Derek kept talking in his phone without looking back.

REHEARSALS:

Derek and Emma were rehearsing because they were scheduled to do some presentations together so it was time for them to prepare moves to show them.

Derek knew that Emma wanted to make him some questions but she's have been avoiding him.

"You know you can talk to me I won't bite…" Derek said.

"I'm talking to you!" Emma said.

"You talk but not everything…" Derek said. "You usually don't stop with your questions"

"But I want to kill you not making you questions!" Emma said.

Derek looked at her surprised, he wasn't expecting that from her.

"Why do you want to kill me?" Derek asked.

"Do you really need to ask?" Emma said. "I like Amber…"

"So do I…" Derek said.

"That's why you slept with Nina?" Emma asked. "Why do you men always have to cheat?"

"Emma…" Derek didn't know what to answer.

"Aren't you able to keep it together?" Emma insisted.

Derek knew that she was really hurt.

"How do you expect someone to trust you again if you do this to someone you say you love." Emma said.

"So you don't trust me anymore?" Derek asked.

"I shouldn't…" Emma said. "And now I have to be here looking at you and pretend that everything is ok."

"You don't have to pretend…" Derek said. "If you need to say something or yell say it."

"That wouldn't solve anything." Emma said.

Emma was so hurt because she truly believed in Derek and Amber's love, the cheating of Derek after a few days of the break up, broke her even more because she believed that they would get back together any time soon but right now she doesn't know anything.

"If I was Amber I would kick your ass so much that you wouldn't be able to sit for one year." Emma said.

"You know she was the one leaving me…" Derek said.

"And that was a good reason for what you did?" Emma asked.

Derek didn't say anything else.

"The real question you need to make is 'What did I do wrong?'" Emma said. "Because last time I checked Amber is a fantastic woman."

"I know…" Derek said. "I promise you that I'm trying to get her back."

"Now?" Emma was shocked.

Derek nodded.

"Forget it…" Emma said. "She will see this as cheating."

Emma tried to calm herself down because it had nothing to do with his life.

"Just pay attention to this lyrics…" Emma said getting near the sound equipment to put a Little Mix song playing.

"This song is real…" Emma said.

"I don't see Amber behaving like that…" Derek said.

"Because she left you?" Emma said. "Just because she left you it doesn't mean she stopped loving you"

"So why leave me?" Derek asked.

"That's something you need to ask her but not right now, she might want you dead too." Emma said.

"I know I must give her some time first." Derek said.

"Now prepare something to make her doubt her murder instincts about you…" Emma said. "Something that she wouldn't be able to say no"

"I don't get it, didn't you want to kill me?" Derek asked smiling.

"I still do but I believe that you two deserve to be together because I saw the love you shared" Emma said.

"Thanks." Derek said.

"Don't thank me…" Emma said. "You will have to fight for her and for me"

Derek started laughing because he really missed that Emma.

AFTER A FEW DAYS IN DEREK'S HOUSE:

"YES!" Derek yelled.

Before Mark could say anything Derek was already dancing like a crazy person.

"What happened?" Mark asked.

"We need to go to the police station right now…" Derek said.

"Why?" Mark asked.

"I already know who is behind the attacks on me and Amber" Derek said.
