Chapter 26
Present time
Amelia and others were running through the halls each and every one of their bodies showing signs of decolouration skin paling nails bleeding eyes barely focused and every and every single step forward leaving cracks on the floor. The full moon in the night sky unseen by those inside. The feeling of desperation and despair as they kept on running forward to their destination.
"Rattle, take others and go to the infirmary quarantine holding cell and rescue Gina and find your way outside I have unsettled business to take care of"
"Amelia don't go revenge against that bitch is pointless and if you don't escape now they will kill you this drug might not kill us in the next few minutes but it will help us escape until we find someone to tell our story"
"And what story will it be without proof I will raid that's bitch's office get all the data and if she comes in front of not even God can save her"
"But Amelia"
"No means no I have decided "
"But... I guess there is no arguing with you promise me atlest that you will make it out of here alive"
"I can't give you false hope nor allow you all to get caught if the worst happens I will stall them now GO"
As Amelia ran forward while the others ran in the opposite direction she had barely climbed the stairs when she saw the janitor smoking, when he noticed her and didn't even have a time to raise alarm before she used accel to get behind him and knock him out with a chop to the back of the neck.
Her body protested the use of accel her lance still in dematerialised as she had heard that helped to track location with activation. She reached the floor below the office when suddenly a glass wall materialised in front of her using her drugged strength she gave a shoulder check to the wall which instead of breaking didn't even bulge and suddenly all the alarms were blaring eyeing the unbreakable glass wall once more she ran to the nearest normal wall and broke through it to the floor below and ran to find the nearest emergency stairs to go up as she came across a few Pandora.
The first unnamed Pandora immediately formed an encriber set with while charging forward a pair of daggers in her while her limiter activated the freezing field. Amelia immediately materialised her lance digging it into the ground and using it as pole vault to avoid direct contact with the field while spinning midair and using the incoming pandora's face as spring board and knocking her out and another jump to smash into the limiter who had paled and leaving him with a broken arm she continued onward.
There were a couple of security guards in front of her she immediately sprinted forward grabbed one of the them by the shoulder as she passed overhead and swung her body down, using her momentum and strength both to throw the guard into the rest of the group. She ducked a slash and kicked the attackers legs out from under them before elbowing another behind her in the gut using the same movement. Spinning, kicking, punching, throwing, it had been barely four seconds that the confrontation had started, a small smirk came on her face her training no matter how brutal had helped her immensely.
As she continued on her way she suddenly stopped and managed to barely miss a sword strike from an unknown Pandora who wasn't with her limiter at the moment. Her nova weapon was a long sword with serrated edges and a width of about 10-12 cm while the ordinary ones didn't go beyond 5 cm. She had barely figured that out when the unnamed Pandora rushed forward attempting to take off her head with the sword. She leaned backwards and watched as the sword pass infront of her eyes by several inches. Placing her hands on the ground she allowed the rest of the body to follow her momentum bring up her foot up under the Pandora's jaw and sending her flying painfully into the hallway. She finished her flip landing on her feet and broke into another run.
A few days earlier
It had been a few since Elizabeth had been punished and subjected to solitary confinement and the public protests against the Mably family instigated by the Chevalier and other politicians was creating a lot of discontentment and displeasure people were confused on one hand they had heard from the Mably family that the E-Pandora project was a failure and had published and shown reports in the media to do so. Meanwhile the chevalier and most of the politicians were saying that whole thing was a lie and showing counter reports to support their claims.
At the Alaskan facility Chiffon was requesting their superiors to release Elizabeth from solitary confinement and to her fellow Pandora's who by now knew that something was amiss even the one's who were not part of West Genetics were walking on eggshells and there was a whole atmosphere of distrust the only people who were excluded from this were the limiters except Kazuya Aoi who could be used as a leverage against Dr. Aoi and his own immense potential as a limiter which had more or less painted a bulls eye on his back.
Dr. Ohara was having a dilemma of her own the recent order to conduct experiments on all of them even though Amelia had volunteered once again and the whole confrontation had left her crying in her office pity and regret the most prominent emotions on her mind.
Yami himself was slightly annoyed with the whole politics going on and off the institute and how Stella had been allowed communication with outside although it was limited to audio and he had barely managed to know that by sending a clone along with her in the form of a rate clinging to her usual Pandora flowing dress and had heard the whole conversation the whole undertone that ' I can take of my own problems' had set a few alarms ringing in his head.
Neither he nor Naruto ever had any idea about politics nor had either of them ever been politically correct and most often ended up insulting others due to their ignorance although it was a different matter they wouldn't follow it anyway now matter how many times Iruka-sensei or anybody had told them. For Naruto you can either be right or wrong and if you are wrong he wouldn't hesitate to plummeting you until you were on the right path. For him though he would have probably given them a rassengan to the face or balls or maybe pushed them off a cliff whether people were looking or not.
All in all, it inevitable that something was going to happen if only he knew when.

Amelia's Pov

'Passing through this i will be in section 21'
'even if we manage to escape and report what has happened no one would believe us without evidence'
'To make them believe us we need... 's research log...I must find that log'
'On the left there is section 20 and on the right there is section 21 I need to take a shortcut ' as I activated my stigmata the stigmata growing out of my body and my speed and strength doubled as barrelled into the wall sending chunks of the wall flying in all directions and crouching right in front of Satellizer el Bridget, Kazuya Aoi and Rana Linchin making a qick forward thrust my lance and clearing my way I had barely managed to shout out to them to get out when suddenly a beam of light struck the floor and I came face to face with Elizabeth Mably.
Yami's Pov
It was one thing to be surrounded by insurmountable odds another to be caught at the wrong place at the wrong time.
I had gotten up for a midnight snack and raided the cafeteria kitchen for some ramen and while I was preparing it suddenly all the klaxon's start blaring and the kitchen doors get locked automatically along with a large quantity of cooked ramen right in front of his eyes waiting to be eaten at the same time he had to go and help and now he was at the biggest decision-making point of his life.
Option1: Abandon ramen and help Amelia.
Option2: Abandon Amelia and eat ramen.
Option3: Create a shadow clone to eat ramen while he helped Amelia.
Option4: Help Amelia via shadow clones while he finished ramen.
Choices each one tougher than the other I was still thinking when the choice was taken out of my hands when a the kitchen shook and a piece of ceiling broke off from the rest and landed in huge vessel which he had used for cooking it was usually used to cook for all the Pandora and limiter there but for Yami and his ramen it was big enough for a midnight snack.
The piece had fallen in this case one usually has to throw the food being prepared but for Yami it was horrifying worse than anything he had ever experienced as if another sign the whole ramen both turned purple the piece of cement in it floating up mockingly.
And Yami knew what he had to do with a cry of rage.
AARRGH
He blasted the kitchen door and ran to maim or kill the murderer of ramen everything else forgotten.
Running up the stairs and to the floor on top of the kitchen.
I saw them both Elizabeth mably and Charles bonparte both fighting but with every passing second it looked like Elizabeth would fall my temper temporarily reigned in I tore a small piece off the wall smaller than my fist and threw it straight at Charles nailing her headphones and which caused it to spark before I saw Charles screaming and ripping the headphones as loud static noise came from them temporarily disorienting and giving Eliazabeth a temporary advantage in the fight as I ran to my destination.
I had reached the nearest window opening it and jumping outside and using wall walking or running in my case to go up I had scarcely reached up to Ohara's office when I noticed Dr. Ohara standing right next to a book shelf and I tried to move closer to get a better look when I noticed that her chakra was further possibly she was in a different room.
I having entered immediately sought out the required documents placing them in a pile on the desk and switched on the fax button it was taking a couple of seconds for start-up and I had tried to find the hidden door when suddenly the door was blasted inwards and I immediately jumped up stuck to the ceiling like Spiderman ready to drop on my enemy at a moment's notice.
Amelia rushed inside and I could see almost like she had crystal like wings poking out of her back her body marked with the scars which looked like someone had carved the freezing field on her arms and legs and one track mind as immediately started searching for the documents even though it was right on the table.
After a few seconds she did find them on the table and immediately began to read through the whole documents before she noticed the fax machine which was on and then turned to the computer finding the fax numbers of various media print and electronic houses and even newspapers and inserted every single paper from each file into the paper holder and pressed the ok button.
I could see the smile of grim satisfaction on her face as every single page went through the fax machine and came out the other end and then she momentarily raised her head and for a moment I thought she had seen but her eyes were fixed in one corner of the room previously inhabited by a bookcase but actually hiding a door.
I immediately tried to gather nature chakra and I felt it, it was barely for a moment but I had found what I was looking for and all my answers lay beyond the half covered door.
