Hey guys I know this one is a alot so have fun! Anyway reviews are always appreciated!

Amelia and Tauriel naturally became close over the course of the month. The Council of the Arkentstone had met several times to discuss issues that were brought to their attention by other dwarves, though all complaints were in regards to Tauriel's presence. The group decided it best that not even the current residence of Erebor know of Kili and Tauriel's relationship, in public they acted as nothing more than acquaintances who fought in a battle together. In private though, Amelia did not know what they did, nor did she want to if she was truthful, if her and Fili's relations indicated anything. Fili and Amelia's relation had been progressing well, he would come back early in the night to spend time together, as new lovers often did, before they would sleep in each others arms. During the day though Amelia would hardly see Fili as he and Kili were helping Thorin to rebuild their home, this left Amelia with nothing to do to entertain herself. Something that Tauriel shared as Kili had also left and she was not comfortable enough around most of the dwarves to try to help them. Amelia had decided to take Tauriel with her, they would walk around the castle talking to the dwarves that they met, both Tauriel and the dwarves warming to each other. They also wandered to the forge, making their owns beads planning on them for Fili and Kili. It was a week into their bored induced walks that Thorin brought Dina to them, and that was when the dress making went underway. Elven dress were light and flowy reasoned Tauriel every time she felt uncomfortable in the heavy dwarven style, Amelia likewise unsure how she felt about the restricting clothes. The full second week of their month was spent talking with Dina to make designs that were both Dwarvish and not, the designs were obviously for a dwarf as was the fabric but they held a sense of peculiarity that Dina had not seen before. Though she agreed heartily to the new designs, Tauriel and Amelia were much too lithe to wear the thick drapery of dwarvish dresses. The third week consisted of Tauriel and Amelia having measurements taken and picking fabric, something Fili and Kili enjoyed watching, fiving their opinions on the color and grinning quite cheekily when the two females would glare at them. We have a mother they said, and she often wanted a second opinion. The fourth and final week meant that Amelia and Tauriel had to stand for long periods of time as Dina put the dresses on them and pinned and cut and resown. The end of the fourth meant one thing.

"The Caravan is set to arrive soon is it not?" Amelia asked standing on the pedestal for Dina as she made the last finishing touches on her dress. Tauriel already sitting in her dress having it been finished.

"I believe so, King Bard has sent notice to King Thorin that the caravan was seen leaving MirkWood." Tauriel said smoothing her dress out nervously.

"So what are we doing?" Amelia asked sitting beside Tauriel her dress finally done.

"You will wait here." Fili said coming into the room Kili behind him, both dressed in intricate fabric, royal armor over it. Fili nodded to Tauriel a smile on his face, leaning down to lace a chaste kiss on Amelia's forehead. "We will greet them with Thorin, and tell her that we need to speak to her in private. So we will lead her in here and introduce her to the two of you and explain the situation."

"Do not fret, everything will turn out splendidly." Kili said kissing Tauriel's cheek, nuzzling into her neck causing her to laugh lightly.

"So, you are to stay here. Bard is on his way with the group now, he offered to escort them for us." Fili said, his hand in Amelia's playing with her palm and fingers. "Let us be off brother."

Kili sighed before nodding placing one more kiss on Tauriel's lips heading toward the door. Fili turned to Amelia a smile tugging on his lips, reassurance in his eyes before dipping his head down and catching her lips with his, promising more later.

"So should we get out of the dresses?" Amelia asked Tauriel, motioning toward their dresses.

"Absolutely not!" Dina cried, reminding the two of her presence. "Now, I must be off, getting ready for the night you see, call me if you find any problems." Dina said sweeping from the room a smile on her face. Tauriel was skeptical of the she-dwarf when the first met but reassurance from Amelia put her at ease, as did the happy she-dwarf herself.

"So, we wait here? In dresses." Tauriel said to Amelia, the two the only ones left in the room. Amelia shrugged her shoulders in response, standing and walking around the room.

"I suppose so, Fili and Kili just left to escort her here so I'm sure we won't be waiting long." Amelia stated wringing her hands.

"You are fidgeting." Tauriel said calmly, her hands in her lap.

"I know you enough Tauriel that you are nervous also." Amelia said now running her hands through her hair. "Oh, we still have to do our hair! And Fili and Kili will need to put the braid in our hair officially and us them." Amelia fret pacing the room.

"Kili and I have been braiding and unbraiding our hair when we are alone. He has been trying to teach me as much of it that he can." Tauriel said braiding her hair subconsciously.

Amelia paused looking at Tauriel incredulously. "That is what you two have been doing in your spare time?"

Snorting Tauriel replied. "I suppose that question would answer mine as to what you have been doing." Blushing Amelia began to cough nervously.

"Well yes, but you and Kili haven't- you know. . ." Amelia trailed off uncomfortable.

"Oh, well yes we have. But I think we are better then you and Fili." Tauriel replied smirking at Amelia causing a warm blush to blossom onto her face.

"Oh, well my friends had always told me that when I finally had sex I would understand the crave they said they always had. Said that I would be the worse, bonking like a bunny." Amelia said remembering her friends fondly.

"Ha! Bunny indeed." Tauriel muttered. Smiling brightly Amelia bounded to the couch which still sat Tauriel, sitting beside her.

"So, tell me. How is it?" Asked Amelia unapologetically making Tauriel throw her head back laughing freely.

"We are not discussing this." Tauriel stated shaking her head. Reaching forward Amelia grabbed Tauriel's pale hands in her won.

"Oh please Tauriel! You are my closest female friend her and I need someone to talk about this with." Amelia begged bouncing slightly on the cushions. Tauriel turned her head giving Amelia a look before sighing deeply.

"Well, what do you want to know?" Tauriel asked uncomfortably.

"Oh! I don't know, is he good? What kind of stuff does he do? Was he big?" Amelia asked wiggling her brow, Tauriel relaxing and laughing beside her.

"And if I answer do you have to answer your own questions?" Tauriel asked her thin red brows raised.

"Well would it make you more comfortable if I did go first?" Amelia replied happily.

"I suppose so, though I should be used to your different ways of talking about things." Tauriel mumbled to herself. Scooting herself closer, Amelia looked to Tauriel seriously their knees touching, their hands clasped.

"Well, let's see. To the good question, with the amount of times we do it, you best believe it is good. Better than good it's unbelievable." Amelia closed her eyes blissfully.

Clearing her throat Tauriel replied. "Amelia, please do get a hold of yourself or shall I fetch Fili. I feel as if the reason the two of you are at it so much is more due to your hunger then his."

"Oh without a doubt." Amelia replied seriously. "Without a doubt I'm always in the mood when Fili is but I find myself more often than not seeking him out and pulling him into a broom closet or something for a little relief. He never complains though."

Snorting Tauriel shook her head. "Of course he does not mind. He is so beyond in love with you but I swear every second he looks at you as if he is undressing you." Smiling brightly Amelia chuckled.

"Well I do not mind that in the least. But Tauriel come, your turn. Tell me if Kili good, my Kandith." Amelia said teasingly.

"Oh, I do believe it must run in the blood. The line of Durin has lasted as long as they have due to their prowess in bed, I'm sure." Tauriel agreed nodding her head.

"If he is so good, how come you two don't go at it as often?" Amelia pouted.

"You mean compared to you and Fili. Trust me Amelia we do go at it as you so nicely put it, we are just more discrete. You seem to forget that every time you pull Fili away he is usually with Kili and Kili is left all alone." Tauriel snickered making Amelia gasp and playfully whack Tauriel's arm.

"Are you telling me, that you use Fili and myself as a distraction?" Amelia gasped in mock outrage.

"Well you do make it easy, you know the company is taking bets on how long it will take for you two to, you know." Tauriel said suggestively.

"Having adorable little blonde dwarf babies. Yes, I do worry about that. Fili and I should be married properly before I sire him any children." Amelia said thoughtfully. "But Oin has been giving me some brew that is supposed to prevent pregnancies."

"That does not always work but at least you are taking precautions." Tauriel agreed.

"Do you not have to worry about that?" Amelia asked curiously.

"Unexpected children? No, elves are able to choose when they have children and it depends mostly on the mother." Tauriel replied calmly, Amelia mumbling a lucky under her breathe. The brew that Oin makes while as of yet helpful were not appetizing in the least. "Now, Amelia I must ask a serious question."

"What is it?" Amelia asked suddenly serious herself.

"We have agreed that the sexual prowess of the Line of Durin is great and Fili and Kili are grateful precipitants of this. The next question is their size." Tauriel whispered conspiratorly.

Blinking, Amelia stared at Tauriel frozen in shock before a small giggle escaped her mouth followed by a boisterous laughter, shared by Tauriel. That was how Fili and Kili with their mother found the two females, sitting on a couch leaning on each other for support as they laughed merrily their arms holding their pained stomachs.

"And what is so funny may I ask." Fili questioned momentarily forgetting his mother's presence beside him.

Amelia and Tauriel silenced immediately to see who entered but upon looking at the faces of their lovers began to fall into another fit of laughter, their sides aching. "Oh! Fili, please don't just- turn around or something." Amelia gasped out between spouts of laughter.

Shaking his head at the two, Kili closed the door behind them gently, Thorin busy with the other dwarves. Dis watched in shock and amusement as Fili quickly grabbed Amelia from the couch, Tauriel falling over without the support, and swing her slightly cupping her face. Gasping in shock Dis watched as one of Fili's beads swung from Amelia's hair.

"Fili, miz Dashat, is that what I think it is?" Dis asked incredulously walking toward Amelia as if in a trance her hands fingering the bead. Amelia suddenly lost all of her laughter turning to look at Dis seriously. The dwarf looked like Thorin, but more feminine, she didn't have nearly as much facial hair, only longer sideburns, though they were very thin. Other than that her face was clean of hair. She had the same oval face of her brother, the same deep blue eyes of her son, the finely arched brows of her ancestors, hanging above a petite nose. Full red lips smiled at Amelia brightly.

"You must be Lady Dis, Fili and Kili's mother." Amelia said. "You did a wonderful job with these two." Amelia said kindly looking over at Fili who's arms were still wrapped tightly around her, and Kili who sat beside Tauriel somberly, their hands clasped tightly. Stepping forward she clasped her hands in front of her nervously. "It is a pleasure to meet you."

"I would say the same, my darling especially since it seems you are my sons intended but I do not know who you are." Dis said seriously sitting herself on a small armchair for one. Fili grasped Amelia's hand tugging her back so that she sat beside Tauriel and Kili. "And my question is, why do you wear a braid but my son does not."

"It would not make sense for me to wear the courting braid of a female thought dead by all." Fili said seriously, his thumb rubbing soothing circles at the junction of Amelia's thumb.

"Explain." Dis demanded sounding more like Thorin then Amelia thought possible. Looking over Amelia noticed none were prepared to talk, taking a deep breathe she replied.

"I am Amelia, the one Fili told you about." Amelia whispered.

"Fili also told me that she died, sacrificed herself for him. That she was killed by Azog." Dis responded unsure.

"But they did not find my body." Amelia whispered. "Because it was not there." Taking a breathe Amelia explained to Dis the reason that she was in Middle Earth, the original fate of Dis' brother and sons, the decision she made, who she spent the last five months with, and Mahal's decision to return her.

Pale and shaking Dis replied. "So, Mahal sent you back to be with Fili, and you met Vili."

Nodding Amelia answered. "Yes, he gave me the choice to come back if I wanted. Of course I did." Amelia said lovingly looking to Fili who smiled back. "And yes, I met Vili, he was the one who taught me dwarvish. He wanted me to tell you so much, how proud he is of you for staying strong and raising Fili and Kili like you did, how much he misses you, and he wanted me to tell you that he would be waiting for you with open arms."

Dis looked away, tears in her eyes. "And the she-elf?"

Taking a deep breathe Tauriel replied, explaining her love for Kili and their wish to court, to be together, her dreams, and Thorin's approval.

"Never thought Thorin would approve of a Woodland elf." Dis said chuckling. "But it matters little to me, so long as my sons are happy as am I. I only have one last question, why do neither my sons nor Tauriel have a braid?"

Fili leaned forward explaining the Council of the Arkenstone and their plan to ensure Amelia's and Tauriel's acceptance, Kili filling in every now and then. Sighing Dis agreed that what the decided was most likely the best.

"I'm planning on putting the braid in Fili's hair now, as are Kili and Tauriel. We wish to bring as little attention to it all as possible, once he feast begins Ori will tell the tales. Tauriel and I will wait outside, both of our braids obvious then come in when we are introduced. There will be an uproar we know this but hopefully they will calm themselves and accept us." Amelia said quietly.

"Very well, put the braids in now. Then Fili and Kili must go to prepare themselves and I will help you two with your hair, after all you will be my daughters soon." Dis said nodding.

Nodding Amelia walked to a small table by the couch, a small box on top. Inside was a blush cushion of silk with two beads, sitting inside. One was green, with intricate silver leaves on them, they looked elvish, with only the Khuzdul word Thutrel engraved on it, Kili's endearment for Tauriel. The other bead was a deep red, gold roses designed on them, the word Laslel engraved onto it. Handing Tauriel the green bead she turned to Fili, allow his to examine the red bead as braided and plated his hair in the way they had practiced several times before.

"This is a nice bead." Fili commented looking it over.

"Thank, you. Dwalin helped Tauriel and myself with the forging, Bifur and Bofur helped with the details." Amelia replied running her hands through his hair. Taking the bead from his open hand she quickly tied off the braid and slipped the bead over. "There, now you are marked."

Chuckling Fili replied. "About time."

"How does it look brother?" Kili asked happily turning his head so the green bead glimmered in the light.

"Suites you Naddith." Fili replied tugging on a strand of Kili's hair lovingly.

"So does yours, red really suites you." Kili said squinting his eyes at the bead. Amelia smiled at the brothers before grabbing Tauriel's hair.

"Oh Tauriel, this is beautiful." Amelia said running her thumb over the Durin blue bead.

"Thank you, it feels nice to have one." Tauriel said gesturing to the one in Amelia's hair.

"I'm sure it does Maharrûna." Amelia teased causing Tauriel to blush.

"Oh! I wish you would not call me that." Tauriel replied.

"Why ever not, it is true, you may be an elf amongst dwarves but you have given your everything to be here and with the love you share with Kili. This is where you belong." Amelia said unabashedly.

"Fine, but that means I get to call you, Matarzûna." Tauriel teased back laughing at the face Amelia responded with. "Oh! I do not see why you dislike it so! It is a reminder of all that you have given for us!"

"Alright, alright! Fili, Kili you two, out! I will take care of your ones, do not worry." Dis said, shooing her sons out smiling lightly at the beads in their hair. Spinning around her Durin eyes stared at the two females. "Now, what do we do with you two? Dis began to circle the two girls curiously. "Now, we will want the braids obvious, so now for the hair."

Tauriel pursed her lips unused to having her hair completely down, having always been half back. "If we can, can we pull half my hair back?"

"Why would you ever want that, your hair frames your face beautifully?" Dis questioned searching the room for a brush.

"It's at the bedside table Lady Dis." Amelia helped since they were in her and Fili's room. Dis nodded rummaging over to the bedside table pulling out Amelia's brush.

"I am a warrior Lady Dis, I was the head of the Guard in Green-MirkWood." Tauriel replied unsure.

Turning Dis smiled at Tauriel gently. "Ah, but you are not any longer, are you?"

Tauriel looked away her face red. "No, I am not." Amelia watched unsure.

"But if that would make you more comfortable." Amelia trailed off. "After all, this will be hard enough."

"Yes, that is true. You should be as comfortable as possible." Dis agreed. "So, half back hmm."

Giggling Amelia watched as Dis bustled around Tauriel like a mother to a daughter, running the brush through her hair gently.

"So how did you meet my son, Tauriel?" Dis questioned curiously.

"He, ah, was in the dungeons of Thranduil's kingdom." Tauriel said unsure.

"Oh! That's not the truth and you know it!" Amelia said loudly.

Blushing Tauriel looked down after sending a glare to Amelia. "Fine, we met in the forest. I saved him from some spiders."

"Tauriel, you are no fun! Come on, Dis won't tell that you told!" Amelia begged.

"Tell me what?" Dis question a smirk on her lips. "Please, I raised Fili and Kili, antics aren't new to me."

Sighing heavily Tauriel replied. "Fine, we took them to meet the King, I was following protocol alright. Anyway he ordered them sent to the dungeons and when I put Kili in his cell he looked over at everyone and saw them getting their weapons taken away. Anyway, he asked me if I was going to check him. He said he could have anything down his trousers." Tauriel blushed as she said the last bit. Dis laughed loudly.

"And what did you say Tauriel?" Dis wondered curiously. Tauriel mumbled quietly causing Dis to lean forward. "What was that?"

"I said or nothing." Tauriel replied her face red. Dis stared at her for a moment before throwing her head back, large laughs shaking her body.

"You, I like. You are good for Kili." Dis laughed heartily. Pulling the brush through her hair she allowed her laughs to calm. "If I may ask, what-when did you know? That you loved Kili and him you?"

Tauriel met Dis's eyes in the mirror, her eyes full of sadness. "An orc arrow struck him, and it was poisonous. I left MirkWood after I found that the arrow was poisonous, and I looked for him and there he was." A small sad smile stretched over Tauriel's features. "He was lying on a table, a bag of nuts as a pillow, and he was pale-so pale. I didn't think that he would live and the others they asked me-begged me to heal him, to help him. I did everything I could, I used elvish healing to help him and he talked to me. Through all the pain and all the exhaustion." Tauriel cut off her voice caught in her throat from emotions, Dis's hands stalled in her hair.

"What did he say?" Dis questioned quietly not enjoying the thought of her son dying.

"He said 'You cannot be her. She is far away. She…she is far, far away from me. She walks in starlight in another world. It was just a dream.'" Holding her hand in front of her face she squeezed it tightly. "Then he grabbed my hand and he asked me if I thought that I could have loved him." Small tears formed in Tauriel's eyes, "and I wanted to tell him yes. And I was so startled by this, so scared I did not know what to say."

"You didn't have to say anything my dear. You were there when he needed you and you are here now. That answers that question." Dis replied lovingly, tugging and pulling, Dis managed to pull all but Tauriel's braid back behind her ears, plaiting it into an intricate and obviously dwarvish manner. Dis stepped back inspecting her work, the hair was pulled back so that her face was on display, her bright green eyes sparkling with happiness, the golden flecks mesmerizing any dwarf into seeing small pools of gold in her eyes. Her red hair seemed even redder with the blue Durin bead contrasting its color, the rest of her hair falling behind her back like waves of fire, orange and golden hair intertwined with it all. Placing a hand on her hair, Tauriel stood walking to the mirror and smiling at the sight.

"It's beautiful, thank you." Tauriel said lowly running her hand over the braid which hung in front of her ear on the right side of her head.

"And you look beautiful Tauriel." Dis said kindly. Truly she did, having switched in her warrior's garb for a dwarvish dress did her good. The dress was a dark green in color, the shade of a summer leaf on a rainy day. The scoop neck showed enough of her breast to show that she had them but not too much, the sleeves were tight down to the elbow were it billowed out gently, an elvish feature Dina said. The bodice was tight all the way down to the waist were it gently billowed again. Dina had agreed to the obvious elvish dress but demanded there be dwarvish features. Which were found in the fabric color, which was deeper and heavier than any elvish dress, dragging across the ground as if imbedded with jewels. And it certainly was decorated so, with gold and silver embellishments throughout the gown, small emeralds, peridots, palace green opals, and green turmalines sown in every so often.

"Your turn." Tauriel said happily turning to Amelia a smirk on her lips. Dis laughed at the two's antics turning to Amelia.

"Quite right." Dis began to pull the brush through Amelia's hair. "Any preference dear one."

"Oh! No, I'm fine with anything really." Amelia said nervously.

"You have no preference?" Tauriel asked curiously.

"Oh, well whenever I was dressing up I put the top part up, just where my temples where. I'd pull that part back and put a little bump." Amelia mumbled messing with her hands.

Nodding Dis began to brush through Amelia's hair. "Now I've asked Tauriel about Kili and so I shall ask you of Fili. He wrote much to me about you-well Kili did. He wrote everything he knew about the two of you, to explain to me why Fili would be a shell of a person when I saw him. So tell me, for you, when did you know?"

"Know? That I loved Fili or that he loved me?" Amelia whispered.

"When you loved my son. Kili believes that Fili knew that you were his one from the first moment your eyes met in the Hobbit's home." Dis replied.

Looking down, Amelia allowed the brush running through her hair to calm her nerves. "I'm not sure honestly. I was so focused on making sure that the three of them lived that I almost completely ignored my feelings." Sighing Amelia thought back to the trip. "Maybe it was Rivendell, that was the first time into the journey that I was able to rest and enjoy myself."

"And what happened." Tauriel asked leaning forward, making Amelia raise a brow. "Oh, don't give me that look. You are my only female friend and you haven't told me about you and Fili yet, I'm curious."

Chuckling Amelia continued. "Well for the first bit, I was allowed out of the healing house, a warg was going for Kili and I pushed him out of the way. The blood beast snapped its jaws around my torso and shook me around like a ragdoll. Well none of that matters." Pausing Amelia looked at Dis then Tauriel. "I denied that I liked him for a while I think and then- you know I had dreams of their deaths. Night after night after night, I just wasn't able to sleep due to it. Finally I broke down, and Fili was there and he held me as I slept and I had a dream. Of Fili and our children in the future, and I just-when I woke up I just couldn't deny it any longer."

"That you loved my son." Dis said happily.

"Yes, that I loved Fili. After that he just wouldn't let me forgot that I cared about him, and he made it so easy and I just fell deeper and deeper until there was no turning back." Amelia whispered. Laughing she continued. "He was so determined to protect me when he came out of Erebor during the battle, I didn't think he would leave me for a moment."

"Amelia?" Tauriel asked gently as Amelia began to feel tears form in her eyes.

"It was so hard, Mahal it was so hard! I was terrified! I knew that when I told Fili to go with Kili what would happen, I knew I was going to die and I froze. I almost told him, right then and there. I felt so cold and sweaty and all I wanted was for Fili to hold me, to make everything better." Amelia chocked out looking at the other two. "But I couldn't" Amelia said swallowing back her tears shaking her head. "I had to do that, I had to die. That was the only way that I knew they would live and when he walked away with Kili I almost collapsed."

Dis put down the brush coming around to stand in front of Amelia their hands clasped. "Oh my dear. I could never thank you for all that you did. And I am so glad that they returned you, truly. Without you I do not know what Fili would have done." Dis said.

Tauriel's arms wrapped around Amelia from behind. "Oh, Amelia. Oh Matarzûna, it's okay now. Everything is okay now, I'm here and Fili is here, Kili, Thorin, and Dis. We are all here and it's going to be okay."

"You never have to go through that again. Fili will never let that happen, never again." Dis said running her hands over Amelia's hair.

"I know, Fili and I we just need to talk about it. I haven't wanted to- we've been so happy- I didn't want to ruin it." Amelia said sadly feeling a kiss placed on the top of her head.

"Amelia, you do not have to be afraid to not be perfect. Talk to Fili and he will understand, he will help you." Dis said gently. "As much as he leaned on you, you can lean on him."

Smiling Amelia nodded, wiping the rest of her tears away letting the two females soothe and support her.

"Now, cheer up." Dis said squeezing her shoulders. "We will talk more, this I swear. But for now we must prepare for this blasted feast, and you must be strong. But remember-" Dis cut off looking to both of the girls. "If at any point you are feeling overwhelmed just tell myself or Fili or Kili and we will get you out. Promise." Dis sad. Turning back to Amelia's hair she began to pull just a small amount of hair off the front top, where her temples were and pulled it back placing a small dwarvish clip in her hair.

"There you are, go see." Dis whispered pushing her forward gently. Amelia nodded walking forward to where Tauriel stood moments before.

Tauriel stood back by Dis watching Amelia look herself over. Her dark hair was hardly pulled back, only enough to accentuate the braid that hung by her face, her grey eyes penetrating through to the mirror. Dark brown/black hair hung behind her back and along her shoulders, reminding Amelia of dark chocolate mixed with molten milk chocolate when the light hit it, the golden clip in her hair seeming to alight her hair at all times. Grey eyes blinked critically, looking both wise and vulnerable in her tan-set face. The small mark above her lip making her red-painted lips look even bigger than normal. Giggling Amelia did a quick turn, her hair floating around her head like a halo.

"Oh, the hair is beautiful Lady Dis." Amelia said happily, her gaze on the blue bead in her hair that sparkled when she moved.

"Dina, made you a beautiful dress." Tauriel said happily. The deep red dress like Tauriel's was not cut like a dwarf. The neckline was cut like a V dipping towards her breast, showing an appropriate amount of cleavage. Bringing the eyes up to her shoulders making them look narrow, her neck looking longer, before reaching out to her sleeves. The sleeves unlike Tauriel's were tight all the way down to the writs. The bodice likewise was tight all the way down a little past her hips before it flowed at the top of her thighs. It looked more like a human dress from her time then the ones here. The red fabric was such a deep heavy color that it seemed to almost draw the eyes into the very thread, reminding Amelia of dark red Pomegranate seeds. The dress did that visual justice as Pomegranates always made Amelia think of little jewels. Gold detailing swirled around the dress in intricate patterns with the elegancy of roses and the ferocity of Lions. The gown was embellished with a series of jewels, fire opals, rubies, garnets, red topaz, and hyacinths that glittered in the light like her hair clip.

"You two are definitely ready for the feast. Now, I must go, have to get ready myself. I will have Thorin send an escort for you, and you can wait outside the halls. As you know since it is only dwarves present and the gates are closed, Ori's tale will be in Khuzdul." Dis said seriously. "The elders will not like the fact that you know our language."

Snorting Amelia turned to Dis. "Well then they really should yell at your husband and grandfather."

Smiling brightly Dis nodded a sparkle in her eyes. "That is true." As Dis began to walk from the room she turned a delicate brow raised. "Tell me Amelia. Tauriel wears green because honestly that color suits her beautifully but why did you pick red? Blue would have looked beautiful on you also, a deep sapphire gown. Tauriel will match Kili but your gown with Fili who will most likely wear Durin blue will offset slightly."

Amelia sat beside Tauriel on the couch her lips pursed in thought. "Honestly? Fili looks stunning in Durin blue, truly he does. His eyes seem even deeper, his hair golden-but he calls me his Laslel. His Rose and that is my name, Amelia Rose, he wanted me to stay true to my namesake for this night. He said the deep red fabric would make me look like a rose, besides he said his father always wore red." Amelia said gently. "For this night I will show Fili that I am and will always be his rose, and that even though he is the heir of Durin, he is still his father's son."

Dis looked down smiling. "I am happy to hear that. Now I am off." Nodding her head once more to the two she closed the door behind her silently.

Turning to Amelia Tauriel allowed a sly smile to cover her lips. "So, you are his rose, hmm?"

"Oh hush!" Amelia said playfully smacking her. The two sat in a happy silence, running their hands over the small braid in their hair every so often. A sturdy wrapping brought the two attentions away from their beads. "Come on!"

Thorin's head peaked around the slightly opened door. He stepped through the door, his brows raised in appreciation. "You look beautiful, the both of you." Holding both of his arms he allowed them to grasp him to be escorted. "I shall leave you two at the door, it is normal for me to make my entrance last. Fili and Kili will already be inside. When the doors open for me I want you two to hide behind a pillar, you'll know when to come in." Nodding the two followed along by Thorin's side, their gowns glimmering and glinting in the light looking as if two jewels were following Thorin. As they walked through the corridors, the hew lamps glinting Thorin let his eyes slide over the two females his nephews had chosen, for the longest time he could only imagine nice she-dwarfs by his nephews side but now walking through the corridor he could not have asked for anyone better, for when they needed them the most these two stood beside his nephews, his sisters-sons, the boys he considered sons. Stopping in front of the door he turned patting their hands gently. "You know, when we reclaimed the Mountain I believed the most important thing was the Arkenstone and all the gold buried in this mountain. And I continued to believe that, but then you two were there sitting on that couch looking like jewels yourselves and those beads in your hair made you two more beautiful than any jewel or gold this mountain could offer."

Sniffling Amelia rubbed her eyes, making Tauriel turn to her curiously. "Are you crying?" Thorin stepped back a fearful look on his face.

"Hamumul uzbadnâtha, I did not mean to make you cry. Please, ah! Should i- I'll go get Fili- or- Dis? Would you prefer to see my sister?" Thorin asked frantically backing away from Amelia his hands raised.

"I'm fine, just touched is all. It's nice, to have this a family." Amelia said gently sniffing. "Now, go we will wait here." Straightening herself, she and Tauriel quickly hid behind a pillar once Thorin nodded. Turning the doors opened loudly announcing the King's entrance, dwarf voices floated into the hallway as Thorin entered. Loudly the doors closed behind him, indicating the beginning of the wait.
