The demon smiles as he draws a knife and slices your thigh open. You scream and struggle against the ropes binding you to the metal pole. Blood pours out of your leg at an unnatural rate. Soon, the whole room is filled with your blood. Waist deep in your blood, you start to scream for Dean. He appears and kisses you. When he opens his eyes, they're pitch black. You scream as the blood rises over your nose and mouth. Dean laughs a high, cold laugh as the blood covers your eyes.

You sit up gasping. Glancing around wildly, you realize You're in the backseat of the Impala. Deans driving and Sam is in the passenger seat. Sam glances at you.

"You okay, Y/N?" His voice is laced with concern. You nod shakily. Dean reaches for your hand.

"Dean, you need to drive." You say, but take his hand anyway. He gives your hand a comforting squeeze before returning his hand to the steering wheel. You lay back down. You were only dreaming.

"It was just a dream." You whisper to yourself before falling asleep again.

A few short hours later, Dean gently shakes you awake.

"Y/N, baby. Is this the place?" He asks. You glance at the house. It's the one. You nod and suddenly freeze in fear. The demon who tortured you for weeks and killed Becky is in there. Part of you wants to run as fast as you can, and never come back. Part of you wants to go in and kill the son of a bitch. That part wins. You grab Deans hand and nod again.

"He's in the basement." You whisper. Dean squeezes your hand and then heads for the front door, pulling you along with him. You take a deep breath and force yourself to be brave. Dean picks the lock on the front door and throws it open. He steps inside and you follow. Sam is behind you, holding a small backpack filled with holy water and other demon exorcism things. Dean steps aside and gestures for you to lead the way. You cautiously approach the door that seals off the stairs that lead to the basement. Careful not to break the salt line, you open the door and step on the first stair. You walk down the stairs, ignoring the blood smeared on the walls, the handrails, and the stairs. You have a sick feeling that it's yours.

When you reach the last stair, you fix your gaze on Alex sitting on the floor, imprisoned by the Devils trap. He smiles at you and blinks, his eyes flashing black.

"Hey, Y/N. Back from the dead?" He laughs.

"Yep. And I brought some friends." You say. Dean and Sam come down the stairs and glare at the demon.

"Well, well, well. The Winchesters. How lovely it is to finally meet you." The demon says sarcastically.

Dean splashes holy water on the demon who starts smoking and screaming immediately.

"How's that feel?" Dean asks. "Alright, you son of a bitch. Who are you working for?"

"Like hell Im telling you." The demon growls. Dean punches him in the face, knocking him to the ground. He raised his fist again but you grab his arm.

"Dean, you're not hurting the demon that way. You're just hurting Alex." You say. Dean pours more holy water on the demon. He screams and thrashes.

"Talk!" Dean screams. Dean has a crazed look in his eyes and it's kind of scaring you. Sam glares at the demon murderously.

"Did you kill her? Becky?" He asks the demon.

"I think we both know the answer to that question, Sammy." The demon smirks, standing up. A muscle in Sam's face twitches and he suddenly lunges forward and hits the demon, knocking him down again.

"Stop it!" You scream. "You both know you're not solving anything."

"He tortured you for weeks! He killed Becky! He knows who we are! This isn't some rough demon, Y/N. I don't know he's working for, but I know he's here to kill us. That's why he possessed Alex. He wanted to be someone who could be close to us." Dean explains.

"Wow, look at you, Dean. You almost figured it out." The demon chirps.

"Demons are really dumb though. If he had any sense, he wouldn't have chosen your ex boyfriend." Dean says. He turns to the demon. "All those hunters who died. Was that you?"

"Yep. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. We're not gonna stop until you Winchesters are dead."

"Tell us who you're serving." Sam says. "I'll turn myself in. I can't have anymore blood on my hands."

You and Dean stare at him like he's crazy.

"Sammy, no!" You whisper.

"Y/N, he took Becky from me. I have nothing left. Maybe if I go without a fight, they'll leave you and Dean alone."

"I wouldn't bet on it, Romeo." Called the demon.

"Sam, you've got me. You've got Dean. Please don't do this." You whisper.

"Where can I find it?" Sam asks.

"Just summon Hazalle." The demon says, smirking. He looks at you. "How're you holding up, little girl? All your wounds healed?" You just glare at him.

"That stupid angel might've healed your wounds, but he's never gonna erase what happened here. You could've saved Becky, you know."

"Shut up." You say.

"It's your fault she's dead. If only you had spoken sooner."

"Shut up!" Dean roars. "Sam!"

Sam smiles tightly, and begins reading the exorcism spell.

"No!" The demon screams. He thrashes and shrieks, but eventually flows out of Alex's body in a cloud of black smoke. Alex sits up slowly.

"Y/N? Dean?" He asks fearfully. "What the hell was that?"

You look at Dean who just says "You don't wanna know."

You turn to Sam.

"You're not gonna really give yourself up, right?"

"No, that's just gonna be what we pretend to get to Hazalle. Then we'll kill her and then we're safe. Hopefully." You nod and turn to Dean. You kiss him and he wraps you in his arms.

"I love you." He mumbles in your ear. "I'll protect you."
