This happens the next day

Normal POV

Brianna and Buttercup helped the sickly pale Maggie up to her bedroom.

"That foolish...foolish Lassie." Maggie was huffing. Her body was cold, her face seemed to age and her hair had more gray in it from before, "I tried to warn her, I tried...she made a deal with DEVIL! DEAL WITH THE DEVIL!" Maggie started to scream, Fang flew into a corner shivering and covering his little ears with his tiny white paws.

"She's getting hysterical. Buttercup, hold her down...Brianna...water quickly...Oh...a potion...a calming potion...that's what she needs.

Buttercup used her own strength as she pinned Maggie into the bed, but Maggie was still struggling.

"Let me be this instant, ya rooted fool...Did ya not hear me, the Lassie is in danger!"

Buttercup yelled as Maggie was able to free one hand and pinch her nose, "Ouch!"

Buttercup instantly removed her hand, "Brianna, can't you sing to her or something?"

"My songs don't work too well on women...especially family members." Brianna brought a bucket of water with a ladel. Blossom was in the kitchen, looking through the cabinets.

"Lavendar salts...oh tea leaves will have to do...oh where is Belle when you need her. I need Celery root...celery...where is the celery?" Blossom was looking even faster as she could hear the screaming and the shaking from upstairs, "Oh I'll just have to go with Dandelion root."

"SHE'S MADE A DEVIL! A MONSTROUS BEAST FROM THE PITS OF 'Ell! PLEASE WE GOT TO SAVE 'ER!" Maggie was struggling harder than ever, she was clawing at Buttercup's wrists trying to escape.

"Maggie! Maggie...calm down." Brianna grabbed one of her wrists, helping Buttercup.

"The Darkened night...the haunting fog...the clawin' branches...but that wasn't it! Oh no! Oh no! That haunting castle...with the demons and darkness...that foolish..."

"Castle?" Buttercup looked shocked, but she gained her composure back when Brianna looked her way.

"Where did she go?" Brianna asked out loud, then she asked Maggie, "Maggie, where did you go? What happened?"

"In the forest...BY GODS, SAINT'S BE PRAISED! THE MONSTER! THE BEAST! THE DEVIL 'IMSELF LIVES IN THE BLOODY CASTLE! TRAPPING ALL! THAT FOOL! THAT BLOODY FOOL! WE'VE GOT TO SAVE 'ER!"

Blossom rushed into the room, holding a mug, "We've gotta make her drink this, Buttercup hold both arms and feet and Brianna pinch her nose." Blossom ordered as she got closer. Buttercup just jumped on the bed, her knees were on Maggie's and she tightened her grip on Maggie's arms as Maggie was struggling even harder. Brianna pinched her nose and holding her head still and keeping it down as Blossom poured brown, bubbly liquid down her throat.

"Oh please let this work," Blossom whispered as she hovered her hands just over her head, "Callus calmus downus...relazux...thy calm thyself...into sleep?" Blossom whined as she seemed unsure.

"Did you just make some of that up?" Brianna looked at her.

"Look! The Words are hard." Blossom cried out, but Maggie seemed to calm down.

The widened terror in her eyes softened and were starting to close, her struggles weakened to the point that Buttercup just jumped off of her, and her hysteric yelling were softened and lowered to barely a whisper.

"I'll go get Mom...I don't exactly know how my potion worked. Just get her warm and tried to give her water." Blossom grabbed her cloak and just ran out the door.

Maggie was still huffing and softly whispering as if talking in her sleep, "A monster...in the...the...c..c...castle...the h...h...h...haunted castle...phantoms...fool...foolish...child." Maggie closed her eyes.

"Castle?" Buttercup asked herself, "What castle? It couldn't be...THAT Castle...right? No...there's no way...right"

It's the continuation from that night when she was taken to her room.

Back to Belle (Memory, from Chapter 2)

Belle was kneeling in front of the bushes, "Why don't you come out? Come out and play."

She smiled and giggled but nothing happened, she looked at her teddy bear, "Mina, you said you must be shy. I know, "Belle runs off and comes back with a bonquet of Forget me nots, she places it in front of the hole, "Aren't they pretty...Mommy got them for me...they're called Forget me nots. And they're the prettiest shade of Burple...its a color I made up...meaning Blue and purple. She said they're good if you have forget things." She giggles again, "We should introduce ourselves...I'm Belle and I like pumpkins..." She waited, with her head tilted to the left, revealing her scar over her right eye, "I would always love a doll with a pumpkin...that would be coolest in the whole world...Mina...said I'm talking too much...she's just a meanie, but Mommy gave her to me."

There was another cold breeze, this one was strong, that it blew her cloak away, "Hey, come back. Wait!" She chased after cape...until it landed in the lake,"Mina...you can't swim. It's too cold...Daddy gave me that cape...I can't leave it...silly...It's all I have of him...Where is Mr. Sticky Stick. Mina...don't worry, I'm an Enchantress' Daughter..." Belle put Mina down and stood over a small ledge just over the lake. She was slowly inching.

"Almost...there."Her fingertips almost gasped it when...she leaned too far...and her magic that kept her steady...faded as she lost focus and something from the corner of her eye...shiny and silver...

Belle fell into the lake...

"Help!" She was only able to let out a single word...

Belle was struggling to swim, but clawing into the air...as her body was sinking between the water...her heart was racing...as Mina was running around in a panic...until it finally ran off...Belle was fighting hard as her vision was getting blurry, but...her hand was the last thing that sunk underneath...and she let out this last gulp of air...as her eyes were closing...there was a figure...right above her.

She could feel a warm soft hand grabbing hers. Pulling her up towards the surface, she could barely see as her vision was getting blurry but she never felt such warmth...she thought she was going to burn as the figure pulled her closer to its body and swam back to shore. Mina was jumping up and down, frantically as Belle was pulled onto land.

She spit up water a little, the figure was over her but the sun was glared brightly.

"No more hide and seek...*cough* right?" She said, half tired as her eyes finally closed.

"Of course, but rest easy." The hand was so warm as it touched her forehead.

End of Memory

"The Poor thing, she must've really been tired to just fall aslep like this...please help me." A Voice said. Belle could hear a nice voice but she barely had the strength to move...much.

Another voice shushed the other one, "Quiet...Fire."

"Quiet...Fire?"

"Start fire."

It took almost all her strength as her eyes cracked half open, to a strange cracking sound and she could smell burning. She was so exhausted from the journey, that she didn't even know she fell asleep. She was freezing as she was laying on top of the super soft blanket. She was holding Mina close to her body and Jack was laying on a pillow.

She saw someone but blurry...She tried to sit up but her body felt so heavy...that she could hardly move.

"Now, let's at least place her under the blankets, we don't want her to freeze to death." The first voice just said. Belle could feel these cold hands place her under the soft plush warmth of the blanket.

Belle groaned softly for that was all she could let out, her eyes still cracked half open.

She could see a girl with weird black hair and a girl with long blonde hair.

"Awake?" The second voice seemed to question, "She...awake?"

The first voice gasped, "We better go...the light from the fire place...we can't scare her."

With that, they both just disappeared. Belle's eyes just got back to being heavier...tbut then she heard something...something that echoed through the room...something that even brought a smile to her face.

It was faint...and soft...

Another Memory

Belle was five years old, she was playing with Mina, before she was enchanted. Belle was in her mother's room, looking through her books.

"Alright Mina...*giggling* just wait...Mommy will love this." Belle got up from reading the book, placed Mina down and went towards the stove. She threw another log into the fire. Belle pointed her finger towards the wooden spoon, it was wobbly and Belle was struggling as she pointed towards the stove.

Her Mother, Onyx came right through the door, causing Belle to drop the spoon right onto the pan, causing her pancakes to flip and hit her mother right in the face. Her mother removed the pancake, she seemed out of breath.

"Belle, what are you doing? How many times have I told you not to light a fire." Her mother just wiggled on her nose and the fire softened to a light glow, "What if someone saw it? Or worse...if 'he' finds you."

"Lookie cookie Mommy." Belle already had another pancake on a plate, "It was going to be fluffy but it turned flat...but it's yummy like honey."

Onyx sighed with a smile on her face, "Of course." She took a piece and tried it. Her face instantly blushed and her smiled widened, "Amazing..."

"See the last ones were really really bad...but I fixed it. I had to wrestle and fightin' fight the hens and wrangle with the cinammon bear."

"But you really shouldn't be handling fire-"

"Cream and cheese, Mommy. I didn't touch it...I used magic, see...see...Peas." Belle lifted her finger towards the wooden spoon. It slowly...and still vey wobbly floated up.

"Well, will you look at that...and at five years old too,"Onyx smiled, brightening the worry on her face, "Look at my little girl. You really are so much like your daddy. You know, your Daddy was a decent cook...and it seems like you're an enchantress' child after all. Looks like you're ready to learn...but...how about Dinner."

As Onyx and Belle were sitting at the table, eating. Belle placed Mina on the table.

"Mommy...When can I go outside?"

Onyx seemed shocked, that she even jumped her fork, "What?"

"I want to go...play play."

Onyx had this serious look on her face, but then she just smiled, "Belle...I promise, there will be a time when you'll get to go outside. I swear...but I want you to stay safe...alright...my darling little enchantress."

Belle poked her bottom lip out, "Mina said, I should go out too."

Her mother just smiled as Belle pretended that Mina was whispering in her eyes.

"See Listen to Mina." Belle held Mina up towards her, she grabbed the bear and let the bear's mouth lean into her ear.

Onyx gasped and then she would whispered into the bear's ear, "Oh...Oh...I see...yeah...that's right."

Belle gasped and stopped up on her stool, "What? What is Mina saying?"

"Well...you see...Mina thinks Mommy should teach you magic tomorrow morning...Mina...is very smart you know. She said that since Mommy is off, I can teach you...so that Mina can talk to both of us."

"Really?" Belle's voice squealed, she giggled adorably and even snorted, "I get to have Mommy and Mina tomorrow...to myself. Tea parties and indoor snackies."

Onyx chuckled, her face glowed and her magical energy flowed into the room, "

Now, then...it's time for bed...and...a lullably."

Belle squealed even louder as she grabbed Mina and jumped down her stool. In almost no time...she was in her bed, giggling.

"How about...I sang your favorite..."

Back to the Present and Belle's POV

I just snuggled up under the blanket...Mommy patted my head, I could see all that love in her eyes...so much warmth...so much energy. She would smile...right before she sings...as I snuggled into the blankets...I thought for sure I could feel that warm hand...I opened my eyes...I could barely see...or maybe I'm just tired...but I thought I saw something...as her lullably played in my head...or...or maybe I could really hear it.

Sing a song unto the world,
Rising high, the clouds unfurl,
Fan the flames into the past,
Here, now, our lives will last,
We'll never know the times of pain,
Fall down fall down falls the rain,
My life won't be plain

As the lullably ended...I felt...so weak...but I could...maybe I could...I thought I saw a face...in the flames.

"Was that mommy in the firefly?" I just closed my eyes...as the figure fades...

(Well I hope you enjoyed this chapter, more soon)

Was that Belle's mom really singing or was that Belle's exhaustion playing games with her mind?
