Alright, I had two prompts sent in for Mal and Lily to join this crazy family in some way. I'm doing both because they were both interesting and I'll do more if requested (so long as you know, it's got interaction with the Swan-Mills family!). This was one was sent in by grdana: Mal brings her daughter Lily (who is around Roland's age) to visit Regina and Emma. Roland acts a fool around her and it turns out that he actually has a crush on her. Penelope is 10, Lily and Roland are 16 and Henry is 20.

"Do I have to wear a dress?" Penelope whined. She didn't mind dresses, typically, but all the ones she had seemed so childish. She was going through the "I'm not a little kid" stage and every single thing she owned seemed that way, even though it really wasn't. Regina was trying to be patient.

"Yes, we don't see Mal and Lily often, I haven't seen Lily since she was a baby, actually. Now that they're moving back to Storybrooke, I want them to have a good welcome. You rejected all your other nice outfits and we don't have time to go to the mall, so decide."

Penelope let out a long, dramatic sigh, picking up a white one with black polka dots. "Fine."

"Excellent choice. Change, brush your hair, I'll be downstairs." Regina saw her daughter's face still wasn't happy and sighed. "You know I'm not doing this to be controlling, you can wear whatever you want any other day. And I will take you shopping so you can get outfits that you deem "suitable", okay?"

The pre-teen nodded, knowing she was being a little silly. "Yes, Mommy."

"Good girl. Don't be in a hurry to grow up." She kissed her cheek and walked out of the room, finding Henry walking out of his room, he was wearing a polo and khakis. Regina loved having him home from school. "You look good, Squish."

Henry smiled. "Thanks." He had long since quit trying to get his moms to stop calling him that, it was a lost cause. To them, he'd always be the same squishy baby that Emma had found. Even if he had long since lost any baby fat.

"Do you remember Mal? I think you were about 4 or 5 the last time they were able to visit."

"Kinda. I remember Lily crying a lot and it being annoying."

Regina laughed. "Well, she's all grown up now."

"Why has it been so long since we've seen them?"

"Mal's ex made it hard for them to visit, they didn't like traveling via airplane. But, Mal grew up here, she wants Lily to have a fresh start after the divorce."

"Makes sense."

"Speaking of which…I should go speak to Roland."

"You mean No Filter?"

"Exactly. Go see if Mama needs help with the cleaning."

As her oldest son went downstairs, Regina knocked on her middle child's door. She got a "come in" and so she did. Roland was sprawled out on the bed, wearing ripped jeans and a t-shirt with a huge bleach stain in the middle.

"Roland! You're not dressed!"

"Uh, yes I am." The teen looked up from his phone and gestured to the outfit.

"I told you, we're all dressing up. It's just something Mal and I do."

"Well she's your stupid friend."

"Roland," Regina warned. "I need you to be on your best behavior today. Lily is having a hard time with the move, she's your age, maybe you could introduce her to your friends."

Roland sighed. He supposed he could be nice to this girl, after all he couldn't imagine having to move cross country right now, his sophomore year was coming to a close. "I'll be nice."

"Good." The mayor went to his closet and pulled out a polo and nicer jeans. "Change, I'll be downstairs."

"Do I have to?"

"I don't know, do you enjoy having a car, a cell phone, computer…"

"I get your point. Geez." He got up, grabbing the clothes. Regina smiled.

"You still love me, right?"

"Yes, even though you're annoying."

She kissed his cheek, ignoring him wiping it away and went downstairs. Emma spotted her and grinned, taking in her wife. She loved seeing her all dressed up.

"Mal will be here soon?"

"Yes. Roland and Penelope are changing now."

"You got Penelope to actually pick something to wear?"

"It wasn't easy."

"Between her and Roland's mood swings, we're in for an interesting few years."

"Remember when they did everything we asked?"

"Yes, I believe it was a Thursday."

Regina laughed and went into the kitchen to finish up with the food. A few minutes later, the doorbell rang. Penelope and Roland were changed and sitting with Henry in the living room. Emma was nearby, giving them last minute instructions. They had good kids, they could just sometimes be a little wild. They didn't want them to pretend to be people they weren't, but they didn't want to overwhelm Lily. Regina opened the door and smiled at the sight of her oldest friend.

"Mal."

"Gina!" Mal hugged her before kissing both of her cheeks. "Look at you, great boobs and all."

Regina laughed. Mal had about the same level of tact, which made her a very good friend of Emma's as well. "Same old mouth I see. You look amazing too, skinny."

"Lost 250 pounds of pompous ass, I've never felt better."

Regina's eyes floated over to the teen standing next to her. She had dark hair and chocolate brown eyes. As the mayor expected, she was dressed up, wearing a teal dress, though that was clearly a compromise because black converse were on her feet.

"Lily, look at you, all grown up! Last time I saw you, you were just a baby," Regina told her, warmly.

"I don't remember it," Lily replied, her voice monotone. Mal nudged her. "I mean…it's nice to see you again too, Regina."

"Why don't you two come in?" She lead them inside and into the living room.

"Emma, crazy enough to still be married to Regina, eh?" Mal asked as she hugged the fellow blonde.

Emma chuckled, squeezing her back. "I think it'd be harder to find a replacement at this point."

"Feeling the love."

Mal looked over at Henry. "Henry? Oh my. You've become such a handsome young man."

The 20-year-old blushed. "Uh…thanks."

"This is our daughter, Penelope," Emma explained, placing a hand on her daughter's shoulder. The pre-teen smiled and waved. "And this is our youngest son, Roland. Lily, Roland is your age, you'll be going to the same school."

Roland looked up and saw Lily, instantly feeling flustered. She was so pretty. He had girlfriends in the past, but she was more beautiful than they had been. Damn it. He was falling for the daughter of his mothers' friend. They were not going to let him live that down, they would be so totally embarrassing. He couldn't let it off that he liked her. Lily was looking at him in a similar way. Her mom had shown her pictures of Emma and Regina's kids, but he was a lot cuter in person! Unlike Roland, however, she planned on trying to be as nice as could be. Sometimes guys were driven away by her sarcasm and dry sense of humor.

"Hi Roland," Lily said with a smile.

"'Sup?" Was his only response. Emma kicked him, but he didn't say anything else

"Um, does anyone want drinks?" Henry offered, standing up. He didn't do well in awkward situations. "Mal? Lily?"

The mother and daughter put in their requests and Emma followed him into the kitchen to lend him a hand.

"So, Roland," Lily spoke up. "Are there any dances?"

"Not really," he replied, trying to sound as bored as possible.

"I thought they were doing that Spring Fling," Regina said.

"Oh, well I guess there's that. I don't know. Sounds kind of lame."

"Weren't you on the committee?"

"No. Only losers join committees."

Regina raised an eyebrow. While yes, Roland's attitude had been declining lately, he normally wasn't this bad. Mal was doing her best to stifle a laugh, Regina had been the same way with her father at a point when they were teenagers.

"Any teachers I should look out for?" Lily prodded. "It'd help to know which classes to sit in the back, to avoid any that spit when they talk." She nervously laughed.

"I mean, it's school. It sucks. Same everywhere." By now, his mother was glaring a hole in his head, but he ignored it. She wasn't going to yell at him, not in front of company. What he failed to realize was Mal wasn't just "company", that was his mother's best friend. And Mal wouldn't be uncomfortable watching him be chastised.

Penelope could sense that her brother was about to get in trouble by how her mother was glaring at him and decided to help out. If he got his car taken away, they couldn't go out for ice cream like he had promised. "Lily, I really like your dress."

Lily did her best to smile, despite being hurt by how blasé Roland was being. "Thanks. I like yours too."

"Yes, you look adorable," Mal said.

Well, that ruined the pre-teen's mood. She didn't want to look adorable. She leaned back, giving her brother a look that let him know he was on his own. Roland internally cursed Mal, so much for his buffer. Maybe Henry would return soon with the drinks…but then he heard his mama struggling with the corkscrew. Mal's wine was going to be awhile and Henry, dear, sweet Henry who hated new people, was going to hide out with her. Great.

"Roland," Regina said, deciding to give her son one last shot to not go back on his promise. "Aren't you and your friends supposed to go to the movies tomorrow?"

"Yeah."

"Well, maybe Lily could join you. That way when she starts school next week, she'll know a ton of people."

"I don't know. We're going in Phillip's car and it's already full."

Alright, that was it. Regina stood up and pointed to the doorway.

"Roland, let's go." Roland gave her a Look and she shot him one right back. He sighed and stomped out of the room. "Lily, Mal, I'm sorry."

"It's quite alright," Mal replied with a laugh. "I'm surprised Lily hasn't had a similar attitude. Typically, she can't keep herself from sassing."

Blush filled her daughter's cheeks. "Mom!" There was no way Regina would want her hanging out with Roland now, that was if he ever stopped acting like such a jerk.

The mayor went into the entry way, where her son was leaning against a wall.

"We had a talk today, did we not? About you being nice? You even agreed to let her meet your friends," Regina began to rant.

"No, I said I'd be nice. I never agreed to let her meet my friends."

"Well you're not even being nice. Why are you being such a jerk to her? She's so sweet."

Roland rolled his eyes. "Just because you and Mal are friends, doesn't mean that I have to be her friend."

"No, but you will be polite. Now, if you still want to go out with your friends tomorrow, you'll clean up your attitude. Am I being clear, Roland?" He didn't reply. "Roland John Swan-Mills."

He sighed. "Yes ma'am."

"Good. You can stand out here and collect yourself before coming back in."

"Fine. I'm going to the bathroom." With that, he headed upstairs.

Regina walked back in, finding that Penelope had resumed chatting with Mal, filling her in on school. She did not want to get the same lecture as her brother.

"Um, Regina," Lily spoke up. "May I please use your bathroom?"

"Of course sweetheart. Our guest one is currently being renovated, but you can use mine and Emma's. Upstairs, first door on your right."

"Thanks." Lily got up and headed out, just as Emma and Henry walked back in with the drinks.

The group talked for a while until the food was finally ready. Everyone hadn't failed to notice that neither Roland nor Lily had returned. The mothers assumed that Roland had decided to hole up in his room and that Lily possibly got distracted by something.

They weren't far off.

"Penelope, go find your brother and let him know he's grounded," Emma told her, winking. Penelope smiled and stood up.

"Find Lily too, please. I'm sure she's texting with some friends from home or something," Mal added.

"Okay."

The pre-teen went upstairs and headed for Roland's room first, smirking to herself. Yes, this meant no ice cream, but at least she wasn't the one being punished. She pushed open Roland's door without knocking.

"Roland," she said in a sing-song voice, though clearly not loud enough to be heard over the music he was blasting. "Mama says you're…" She trailed off when she found her brother and Lily, making out. Her eyes widened. "Mom! Mama! Mal! Lily and Roland are kissing!" That definitely was.

Roland and Lily pulled apart, both turning beet red.

"You rat!" Roland exclaimed. God, his sister was so annoying sometimes.

Their mothers and Henry were up the stairs in no time flat. There was no way the kids could deny what they had been up to. Lily's hair was all messed up and the top button on Roland's polo was undone. Emma pursed her lips to hide a smile while Mal and Regina were just in shock.

"When I told you to calm down, you were being a jerk to her," Regina said.

"Well, isn't it obvious as to why?" Henry asked, rhetorically. "He had a crush on her but didn't want either of you to figure it out. And Lily, who Mal said was acting out of character, was only doing so to get Roland to notice her." Everyone looked at him in shock. "What? I'm quiet, but I'm not stupid."

"Lilith, is this true?" Mal asked.

Lily rolled her eyes. "What do you think, Ma?"

"No there's the Lily I know," she mumbled, smirking a bit herself.

"Alright, why don't we go eat?" Emma suggested. "If you two want to date…."

"Mama!" Roland whined.

"If you want to date," the sheriff continued. "That's fine, just no more kissing in your bedrooms. You can do that downstairs…where we can take pictures."

"I was almost hoping they would end up together," Mal added. "I mean, we're all good friends. Our kids look so cute together."

"They kinda do," Regina admitted.

If the teens could get any redder, they would've exploded. They simply got up and left Roland's room. Henry laughed and followed, he would get them to calm down. By now, he was used to his mothers' antics when it came to dating. Regina wrapped an arm around her youngest.

"You can get as many clothes as you want when we go shopping for busting them, baby," she told her.

Penny shot her fist in the air. So worth it. Even if she'd have to hide from Roland for a few days…
