Anna meets Jack

By Samhoku

I do not own Rise of the Guardians or Frozen. I am a big fan of both. At first I was going to write one with Elsa and Jack as a pairing, then I found one that I liked better. This is a Modern type one. I do not own Jojo or Horton Hears a Who.

My comments: I am tired, so forgive me if I have trouble writing.

Reviewers: More of Bunny and Jojo it is. (= And thank y'all for reviewing.

Author Note: I will be gone from August 6th to August 16th(?) And then I will be starting work soon after. (= I will probably update once a night. Maybe.

Chapter:

Jojo had left the house and was pacing up and down the sidewalk, trying to walk off his irritation. He was trying to block out terrible memories that he had of their father.

You're worthless. Jojo shook his head as he tried to get the thought out of his head. You can't do anything right. I can make it so you are never wanted. Jojo gripped his head and sat down on his front step, closing his eyes tightly as memories came flooding back. Ones he had tried so hard to bury.

"Leave Jojo alone!" His mother was always so brave. "Are you talking to me, women?" His father walked away from where he was about to punch Jojo and moved in on his quivering wife. Bunny looked conflicted and left the room, not wanting to be a part of this. Jojo flinched when his father punched his mom. Jojo felt an inexplicable rage build up inside him and he jumped between his dad and mom, taking the force of a blow that would have hit his mom. A 13 year old shouldn't have to do this, protect his mother from his father.

Jojo shivered at that one memory, that one was before his mother decided to leave Australia. More had happened that day, but that is what he could remember best, having to take several blows for his mom. While Bunny did nothing.

"You are the worst son I have ever had. You can't do anything right. You aren't even tall enough to climb mountains, even that would be a redeeming factor." The 12 year old Jojo stared up in defiance at his father, knowing that the words were false, but didn't say a word, hoping not to anger the man. But being silent seemed to make him even angrier.

"You have nothing to say, son?"

"Anything I would have to say wouldn't be nice." Jojo replied honestly, this seemed to appease the man.

"So you have finally learned to fear me."

"How could I fear someone who is a coward?" The words slipped out before Jojo could correct himself and it earned a punch across the jaw. And this would be the one time that Bunny would protect him. Bunnymund jumped between them and shoved his father back with all his might, "Stop!" That only got Bunnymund punched, his older brother curled into a ball as he took every blow given to him.

Jojo jumped on his father's back and for once both brothers were able to subdue him, making sure that he stayed on the ground.

Jojo sighed and remembered another incident that was a little more horrifying.

Jojo walked into the living room, a happy 8 year old who had just had a wonderful day with his friends. He walked through the door in time to hear Bunnymund crying out in pain, his mother yelling at his father, and nothing from his father. Jojo walked cautiously into the living room and saw his father pinning Bunnymund down and putting cigarette marks on him. The small boy looked scared and backed up as his father came towards him, the child knew he was next.

Jojo had enough of the memories, he stood up and punched the wall as hard as he could, several times. His knuckles became bloody and ripped open before he kneed the wall then sat down again. Tooth stood there awkwardly and asked, "Are you okay?"

Jojo shook his head and choked out, "No." He felt Tooth sit next to him and she placed her arms around him. She had some bandages and wrapped them around his hands, he had made them loose so Tooth could work with them. Her sisters were always getting hurt so she always carried bandages.

"You should really stop hurting yourself." Tooth said gently as she worked with his hands.

Bunnymund watched from inside the house and knew Jojo was right. They both cared about each other, it would be much better off if Jojo and Tooth were together.
