Sorry it took me longer than expected. I messed with the timeline, since it was hard for me to determine when Gwen would actually arrive in Ireland and all. I would like to think that the Sons took a little bit longer to get to Ireland and that their schedule was a little bit more spread out. For your reference: this takes place after Liam has spilled the beans of his betrayal and McGee's.
Gwen shot up in her bed and felt she was sweating. Opie turned around and saw that she was awake. "You okay?" he asked and Gwen wiped away the sweat from her brow.
"Nightmare that's all," she said. Gwen took a couple of breaths and sat on the edge of the bed. She had no idea what it was she dreamed exactly, but she was pretty sure it involved Jimmy. "How long have I been out?"
"Another day. You gotta take those," Opie gestured to the glass of water and a couple of pills lying beside it. Gwen didn't think twice and swallowed them all in once and drank the glass of water in one go. A small pot of pills was standing on the nightstand as well. Gwen couldn't believe she had slept for another 24 hours.
"What do I got to do with those?" Gwen asked.
"One every eight hours," he said.
"Alright thanks," she said.
"I'm gonna tell Gemma you're awake, you'll stay at Maureen's," Opie replied, changing his shirt. Gwen had difficulty not to look.
"How do you mean stay?" Gwen asked, feeling her heart skip a beat, not because Opie looked at her when he adjusted his shirt, but more out of fear. "I rather stay here with you guys." Opie sighed.
"We're running around Belfast most of the time. Gemma will be there too," Opie assured her.
"Is there another option?" she said softly, her voice hoarse. She didn't want to stay with only Gemma. She felt unprotected. She didn't want to have to go through that hell and then getting back into Jimmy's hands. Maybe it was an unreasonable fear, but if what she heard was true, she didn't even want to stay that close to the Belfast charter. "Can you guys miss a gun?" she asked when he still hadn't answered her. Opie looked at her.
"Get changed, I'll see what I can do for you. Alright?"
"Thanks Ope," Gwen said when he walked out of the room. Gwen looked at the chair standing in the room with several articles of clothing draped over it. They definitely weren't Gemma's. They felt more for someone who was somewhere in her twenties, making Gwen wonder where they'd come from. She slowly started to undress herself and got changed in a fresh set of clothing.
The bandage placed on her shoulder seemed to be clean. Chibs had done a good job. Gwen suppressed the urge to peak underneath the cotton, to see how her wound looked like. She looked in the mirror. Her reflection was incredibly pale, even paler than normal. She blamed the blood loss and the stress she had endured the past couple of days. "Come in," Gwen said as she heard a knock on the door.
Chibs walked into the room and held a gun in his hand. "Ye said you wanted a gun," Gwen nodded.
"Thanks Chibs," she said. He gave her a holster as well, making it easier for her to carry it around.
"How are ye feelin'?" He asked as he watched Gwen inspecting the weapon. She shrugged her shoulders. "Those, every eight hours Gwen, don't forget," he said, gesturing towards the pills, "I've no idea how long ye walked around with that wound, but it didn't look pretty. We check the bandage every four hours for now and change it every eight. Need to make sure it doesn't get infected. Maureen knows how to do it, so don't worry about that."
"Do I really need to stay at Maureen's?" Gwen asked. "I might sound really stupid or paranoid, but if what I've heard is true, I don't want to stay alone at this place. I rather be with one of you guys."
Chibs sighed. Apparently she was being paranoid? "We don't have a lot of options," he stated. "I might be able to ask if father Ashby has room for one more."
"Father Ashby?"
"Aye a priest, he keeps my girls safe," Chibs said. "Juice is there too."
"If you could do that, I would very much appreciate it."
"And if ye think ye got a fever, make sure ye contact me immediately. Alright? We'll be out, but I can tell ya what to do."
"Yeah," she replied.
"Good lass," he told her. "I'm sorry I didn't believe ye Gwen," he started. "I shouldn't have doubted you."
"Chibs, it's alright. I mean… she's your wife," she said. Yes, she was still a bit angry, but she knew if she kept holding a grudge against him, it would ruin their friendship. Gwen shrugged on a hoody and followed Chibs into the living room.
The room was grey, dark and gloomy. It was everything but welcoming. She could swear there was some mold on the ceiling. "Gwen doesn't want to stay at Maureen's," Chibs said to the group. "Ye think it would be alright if I brought her up to my girls? That way Juice can keep an eye on Gwen too."
"You sure you want to do that brother?" Jax asked, who now eyed Gwen. "You really feel unsafe?" he asked. Gwen nodded.
"I let my guard down once, who says it won't happen twice? Especially now since I got shot, plus killed two of his men… I rather don't stay where you guys aren't. Sorry I might sound paranoid, but I don't want to…" She didn't finish her sentence. She hoped they would be able to do that for her.
Clay nodded. "Just contact Ashby, ask if it's alright. Who is going to move her there?" He asked.
"I will," Chibs said.
"You sure about that?" Bobby asked. "You might be a little too obvious. He might put a tail on you."
"Who says he doesn't when I'm going with somebody else?" Gwen asked. "Shit. If it's too much of a hassle I'll stay here, but…"
"I'll call Ashby," Chibs said walking out of the room.
Gwen looked at Happy who inclined his head, just a little bit. If Chibs couldn't bring her where Juice was, he would. She was glad that Happy was willing to help her out another time. She had the feeling he was maybe one of the only ones in the room who knew what she was going through, even though he didn't show it.
"You sure you don't wanna stay here?" Clay asked.
"Yeah," Gwen said with a hoarse voice. "I'm sure, I don't feel safe here. Not alone. Sorry."
Chibs walked back into the room. "Just talked to Ashby, he said it was alright. Am I going to bring her, or?"
"I am," Happy stated and stood up from his chair.
"Thank you," she said to no one in particular. Happy said something about getting and extra helmet and walked out the door. "You get Abel back, alright?" Gwen said to Jax and gave him a tight hug, as far her shoulder would allow her.
Gemma came back walking into the room and handed her a leatherjacket for protection along the road. A couple of minutes later, after she ate a peanut butter sandwich, she walked outside together with Gemma. She made sure her medicines were safely tugged into a cheap backpack, together with some bandages and other medical supplies if needed.
"You alright sweetheart?" Gemma asked. Gwen nodded.
"I'm glad I got out, he would've killed me for sure," Gwen said. "The past couple of days were insane."
"Yeah," Gemma said. "You just stay safe. I'm surprised by what you did to get here," she said. "Maybe you're old lady material after all."
Gwen wasn't so sure what to reply to that. "I'm not proud of what I did Gemma," she said. Gwen already was wary of the tone Gemma was using with her. She tried to bind Gwen to her, playing the big mom and all. It was her job, yes. But once Gwen would make a mistake, Gemma would drop her like a brick.
She knew that she better keep Gemma as a friend, especially since Tig seemed rather close to her. There was history between the two of them. A deep friendship and a lot of respect. She didn't want to be that kind girlfriend that would isolate him from all his friends.
"You're either in or out Gwenny," Gemma said. She was trying to get a reaction out of Gwen and it was working. "You did what you had to do, to be with your family," she finished. She sounded sincere, but it didn't really reach Gwen.
"Is this the standard welcome to the family speech? Because this ain't working for me, if I'm being honest," Gwen sighed. Gwen didn't miss the curve that played on Gemma's lips.
"What I'm sayin is, that I doubted you. I didn't think you had the guts to be part of this club. I thought that you would bail right away when things got rough," Gemma said, looking straight at Gwen. "But you didn't. You're still here. I was wrong. I think there's a lot more to you than just that so called scared polite little blonde that you're pretending to be."
Gwen saw the smug look on Gemma's face. She had no idea what to respond to that. "Thanks I guess?" Gwen said Happy came walking back from the clubhouse. Gwen gave Gemma a quick hug. "Stay safe," she said over her shoulder following Happy towards his bike.
He handed her an old helmet, that surprisingly fitted pretty well. She settled in behind him and wrapped her hands around his waist. She smiled slightly as she felt the bike underneath them came alive. Soon they took off and Gwen finally could enjoy the landscape, that was mostly free of other traffic, since it was so early in the morning.
She had missed the wind her face, the sound of a Harley. The fact that she didn't worry that much at that particular moment. She felt free. The only thing that wasn't exactly right was the fact that Happy sat in front of her. Not Tig.
She scolded herself for sounding ungrateful, but it was just the fact that she missed him. She missed Tig. However she was thankful that Happy did this for her. He could've easily said that he'd better things to do. But he didn't. He was doing this for her.
Gwen had no idea where they were or how long it took them to get where they were, but it was just outside of Belfast in a smaller village. They stood in a house that was detached with a garden of its own. Gwen thought it was located in a pretty nice neighborhood. Happy killed the engine and Gwen slowly got off. "Thanks Hap," she said as she got off the bike.
"No problem. You okay?" He asked. Gwen nodded. A door opened and Juice came walking out of the door of the house together with another man.
"Yeah, just shaken up." Happy got of his bike and gave Juice a manly hug.
"This is Sean," Juice introduced the man standing behind him. Gwen swallowed. Another Sean. She just hoped this one didn't end up dead.
"Nice to meet you," she said, shaking his hand. He nodded. He was kind of the silent type. "Gwen."
Gwen looked back at Happy. Who seemed to be bringing Juice up to date with all the new developments that were going on. Gwen had no idea where the guys were with their search for Abel. Juice took a step back as Happy got back on his bike. Happy gave a short nod before riding away.
"Let's get back inside," Sean said. "Don't want to draw too much attention." Gwen agreed. He was right. She followed Sean into the house, Juice walking behind her.
They walked into the kitchen and there sat what she believed was Father Ashby. He put down his bible after a couple of seconds and looked up towards Gwen. "Gwen Kozik," she introduced herself.
"Nice ta meet you Gwen, please sit," he said. Gwen gave Juice a questioning look, he just nodded. He would be there for her. Gwen sat down a couple of chairs away from the priest, trying to figure him out. He seemed the calmness himself, a little too calm maybe? Especially with this shit storm going on.
"Why did ye want to come here?" he asked. Gwen sighed. Apparently Chibs hadn't explained that part, or he just needed to hear it from Gwen's mouth.
"I don't trust Sambel," Gwen stated simply. "Me being there only with Gemma… It makes me feel unprotected."
"Why?"
"Why it makes me feel unprotected? Because the last time I let my guard down I ended up in Ireland. Sambel… I don't know them. Who says I can trust them?"
"Yet, you come to me," he said. Gwen took a deep breath. "A man you don't know."
"I know Juice. Chibs seems to trust you to keep Kerianne and Fiona safe. That's enough for me. You're a man of god. Not that I believe in a man on a cloud, but it says that you got at least some kind of morals."
"You'll be safe here," he said.
"Thank you," Gwen said and stood up from the kitchen table and walked out, back into the hallway. Sean stayed with the priest in the kitchen and closed the door behind them.
"Come on," Juice said.
She followed Juice into the living room when she saw Fiona and a young girl sitting on the couch, watching some show. Kerianne. So this was Chibs' daughter?
Fiona looked surprised. She didn't blame her. "Chibs could've given you a warning that I would be here as well," Gwen muttered.
"Aye I suppose he should've," Fiona said. "Look I'm sorry what happened ta ya, but I didn't-," Fiona stood up from the couch and walked up to Gwen.
"Didn't what? Warn me that two of Jimmy's men were headed towards my house?" Gwen started, she tried to stay calm, but her insides were boiling with anger. "I could've been killed!" Fiona remained silent for a moment.
"Gwen," Juice said softly, trying to warn her.
"Listen ta me," Fiona hissed. "You saw the dark-blue van aye?" Gwen indeed remembered the van near the diner. "He saw you. Not Jimmy, but one of his men. He thought you left rather quickly and asked me who you were. Because ya aren't really good in hiding. I saw ya and I had ta answer." Gwen took a deep breath. It sounded like a bunch of shit in her opinion, but then again she wasn't constantly watched by Jimmy.
Gwen looked at Fiona. "Okay I believe you, but that doesn't mean I trust you." Gwen said playing with the sleeves of the hoody, which were a little bit too short on her. She was happy she wasn't wearing Patrick's hoody anymore. She hoped that they'd gotten rid of it. "Why didn't you tell Chibs that Abel was in Belfast, right away when you two met at the diner?" Gwen asked, looking back up at Fiona.
"What do you think what they would've done to my daughter when they would find out that I ratted on Jimmy?" Fiona almost yelled.
"Calm down Fiona, I just needed to check whether the conclusions I made make back then were correct," Gwen snapped back. "And that's exactly what I told Chibs and when he didn't believe me. It's alright Fiona, I'm alive and so are you and your daughter. I just hope Jax will find Abel before Jimmy does."
"Aye, so do I," Fiona said fiercely. If they would've met under different circumstances, she might have liked the woman, but Gwen mistrusted her.
Gwen looked at the young girl, she had amazing curls. She seemed a bit frightened. "You must be Kerianne. I'm Gwen," she introduced herself and gave the younger girl a hand.
"Nice to meet ya," she said softly, it was barely audible.
"I'm sorry Fiona that I act like this, but -,"
"Yesterday Jimmy came to fetch me and my daughter… We constantly live in fear," Fiona countered, guessing that Gwen would say something along the lines of being shaken up, or not knowing how to deal with the stressful situation she was in.
"I'm sorry. I just don't understand how things work here," Gwen admitted, walking away from the living room, leaving Juice with Fiona and Kerianne.
"Great," he muttered. He was looking at a scared Kerianne, a pissed-off Fiona and when he turned around, he looked at the back of a defeated Gwen.
Gwen suddenly heard a knock at her door of her temporary room. "Yeah?" Gwen asked. The door opened and Juice walked in closing the door behind him. Gwen looked at him expectantly. He bounced a bit on his feet, before opening and closing his mouth again. "What is it?" Gwen asked.
"You might need to- you know," he said. Gwen raised an eyebrow. "Maybe you need to ease up on Fiona a little. And Kellan."
"His name is Kellan?" Gwen asked, he nodded. "What did I do wrong? I didn't offend him or anything…" Gwen tried to think back to things she said, but nothing was too insulting in her opinion.
"Only you would say that you don't believe in God to a priest," he said.
"Well lying is a sin right?" Gwen replied, making Juice shake his head, however she saw the corners of his mouth turn upward a bit. "Can you understand that I'm a bit wary at the moment? Otherwise I wouldn't have begged to be here."
"I get that, really I do, but…" he took a deep breath and tried to collect his thoughts. "You close yourself off, more than usual." Gwen was surprised with how observant he was. "You know, when I first met you, you were scared too. Scared is probably the wrong word, but… you were lighter, you know?"
Gwen understood what he meant. "I close myself off, because once I let everything in again… I'm going to breakdown. And I can't breakdown, because I ain't safe. Nobody here's safe. When I get back in Charming I'll try to let go. But right now… I can't. I just can't."
"Alright," he said. "Lunch is ready soon. You going to come down?" Gwen nodded. "Alright." He was about to walk out the door again when Gwen grabbed him by his arm and stopped him.
"Can you tell me where we are in the search of Abel? What happened and all?" She asked.
Juice sat down on a chair in the room and sighed. She saw the doubt in his eyes, the crease between his eyebrows.
"Seriously?" Gwen asked, getting a little pissed-off. "After what I did to get back here? You're doubting whether you can give me an update?!"
"Wait, alright! Alright!" Juice said. "I'm just… You know," Gwen shook her head she didn't know. "Kellan knows where Abel is. He keeps him safe."
Gwen almost wanted to shout where the hell father Ashby didn't give the baby right away, but Juice had more to say.
He talked about the explosion, the betrayal of Sambel, however there were still many questions that ran through Gwen's head. There was a lot more to it than just finding Abel. There was a whole political power play going on, one she rather didn't take part in.
"Jax got an address where of Abel is. Kellan gave it to him," Juice said eventually. Gwen nodded.
"So our dear man of god isn't to be trusted either?" Gwen asked. "I mean, he basically knew where Abel was all the time." Juice sighed. There was a knock on the door an got opened slowly.
"Lunch is ready," said the shy Kerianne. She had a slight blush on her cheeks and walked back downstairs. Gwen couldn't help but grin. The girl had a small crush.
"What?" Juice asked.
"Ah nothing," Gwen said, waving his question away. They both walked downstairs when suddenly Juice's cellphone went off. He kept standing on the stairs and Gwen decided to walk further downstairs walking into the kitchen.
"What's takin' him so long?" Fiona asked. Gwen shrugged her shoulders.
"Got a phone call." When Gwen was about to sit down at the table when Juice stormed in.
"We gotta go, now," Juice said. Gwen saw the panic in his eyes.
"Alright then," said father Ashby standing up from his seat.
Gwen immediately ran upstairs, grabbing her bag, including the one of Juice. She took the helmet from the chair and strapped it on as she walked downstairs. She grabbed Gemma's leatherjacket from the coat hanger and looked at the rest who seemed to be ready to go as well.
Gwen was glad of the fact she was carrying a gun at the moment. She had no idea what went down, but she noticed Juice's nervousness as they walked towards his bike. She settled behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist.
Soon they arrived at the parking lot of Sambel. Gwen hopped off Juice's bike and followed Fiona and Kerianne up the stairs. Maureen opened the door.
"What happened?" she asked.
"Clay called," Kellan said. "Said that Kerianne and Fiona were in danger. Told us to meet here. What happened son?"
He looked over to Jax and Gemma who were standing in the kitchen. Jax looked in pain and Gemma was furious. Gwen stood next to Juice, not sure what to do here.
"You're the one who twisted him up. What the hell did you say to him?!" Gemma asked him, walking up to the priest. The sound of bikes silenced them. Juice quickly walked outside, Gwen immediately followed him.
"What's going on?" Juice asked.
"Sean Casey is dead," Clay called. "Tortured him for information. Thought it would be for Fiona's location."
"It's not for Fi. It's for the baby."
"Abel? Why?" Clay asked.
"Jimmy's way out of the country," the priest said cryptically.
"What?" Jax asked.
"He's gonna use your child for leverage."
"The hotel. Come on!" Jax yelled, running of the stairs.
Gwen felt herself boiling with rage. Juice looked over his shoulder up to Gwen.
"You guys just go," Gwen said. "I'll stay here. I'm not of much use to you." Suddenly everything was set in motion and the rumbling of the bikes filled Gwen's ears as they quickly took off.
"Come on, let's get inside," Maureen said. The group walked upstairs into cozy looking home.
A set of footsteps came up the stairs from underneath the house. Gwen turned around and saw an unfamiliar face. "Oh there's my hoody," she said dryly. "Couldn't find it this morning."
"Thanks for lending me your clothing I guess?" Gwen said. "Gwen."
"Trinity," the blonde replied.
Time passed by, Trinity had found an old sketchbook she'd never used and had given it to Gwen. She was happy she could draw for a bit. It was a good way of trying to clear her head. Gwen looked a bit longer at Trinity than she should have and the Irish girl gave Gwen a weird look.
"What is it?" she said in a pissed-off tone. Gwen shook her head.
"No, sorry I was zoning out," she apologized.
"Weirdo," Trinity whispered, thinking that Gwen probably wouldn't hear it. Gwen just grinned. She looked familiar somehow. "Really? Are ya drawing me now?" Trinity asked.
"Yeah," Gwen replied. Trying to get Trinity's nose right. The first couple of portraits she drew by heart, seemed to look an awful lot like Patrick. She had ripped those pages out immediately and shred them to pieces.
"Ye draw a lot?" she asked.
"Yeah I do," Gwen replied. "I try to make my money that way. Emphasis on try. Haven't done much lately." Gwen immediately thought about her commission piece she had to finish soon. Would she be even able to make it? When would they leave Ireland? She was nervous.
She almost shot up from her seat when she heard the bikes and quickly walked outside, down the stairs. They looked defeated when they got of their bikes. She looked at Kellan Ashby, who seemed to be his usual calm self.
She couldn't help but dislike him. He had been busy most of time making phone calls. Gwen ignored him. She saw Jax, walking inside the clubhouse of Sambel. They would've a sit down. "We need to talk," Clay said to Ashby. "Now."
Gwen walked over to Gemma who shook her head. "The adoptive parents who had Abel got killed," she said.
"Shit," Gwen said. "What now?"
"It's time that our dear father starts to spill the beans."
"Couldn't agree more," Gwen said, wanting to walk back to Maureen's place.
"No, come with me. You might need to hear this too," Gemma said. Gwen followed the queen into the clubhouse of Sambel and into their Chapel. Gwen leaned against the wall, looking at how everybody got seated, waiting for father Ashby to inform them. Fiona and Kerianne came inside as well and sat down at the chairs near the wall. They waited for a couple of minutes until Ashby came walking to the chapel.
"Jimmy has your son," he said as he walked into the chapel. "He's reached out to the council. He wants safe passage to the States in exchange for the boy. I've advised to make the deal."
"So what happens now?" Jax asked.
"The council considers it, probably wants to meet with you. Till then we wait."
"None of this shit would've happened if you just told us where Abel was when we first got here," Clay said. Gwen agreed with him and that was a rare occasion.
"I'm trying to help this family," Ashby said.
"Help us?" Clay got of his chair and was about launch himself at Ashby, but thank god he was stopped by Bobby. "Are you serious? Are you serious?!" he yelled.
"Hey, hey!" Jax interrupted him, trying to calm Clay down. "Not his fault. This is my mistake." Jax turned around towards the priest. "I'm done listening to dead man. But don't pretend you're trying to help us. Greater good or not. We were just the means to your own end. You don't give a shit about this family. And the John Teller you knew twenty years ago… he didn't give a shit either." Jax slowly walked out of the room, leaving the rest behind in silence.
It now dawned on Gwen why she was in Ireland. Leverage for safe passage, if plan Abel didn't work out. Plus Jimmy needed more time to obtain the baby and that was probably the only reason why he got Gwen to Ireland. He was afraid the sons would listen to her. Later on she turned into a weird sort of back-up plan. At least that's what Gwen thought. She already accepted she would never find out the complete truth.
Gwen could finally really smile as she saw the family together. She had thought this day would never actually happen. The last couple of hours seemed to take a lot longer. Gemma was happily holding her grandson, a big smile on her face. The normalcy almost seemed to have returned. The only thing that was off, was that they were in Ireland and not back in a crazy town called Charming.
Gwen walked back to the kitchen and grabbed a couple of beers for the guys and one of her own after they had drank their shot after saying mazzeltov. She stood behind Bobby, Opie and Jax who were now all looking at an unsuspecting Trinity.
"You had that?" Opie asked. These guys were shameless.
"No. Didn't feel right," Jax stated. It didn't feel right for Jax to take a woman? Yes he had Tara, but then again he wasn't the most faithful guy.
"Just about right to me," Bobby said. Even Opie gave Jax a look, telling him that he didn't believe him.
"Hmh," Opie agreed. Jax turned around and looked at Bobby and Ope.
"Dude, you're twice her age and three times her weight," Jax countered.
"Yeah so?" Bobby and Opie asked at the same time. Opie chuckled and so did Jax.
"Get outta here. You dirty old men," Jax said.
"Aren't you all?" Gwen quipped, handing them another beer.
"You are with the dirtiest of them all," Opie reminded her. Gwen took a swig from her beer.
"True that," Gwen said with a smile, making the men chuckle. Opie and Bobby walked outside, leaving Jax and Gwen near the doorpost, watching Gemma.
"She seems happy," Gwen said softly. Jax nodded. "I'm glad you have your son back Jax."
"Yeah so am I," he said.
"You still seem bothered about something…" Gwen noticed. Jax sighed.
"The adoptive parents. I found them dead. If I just took Abel, they wouldn't have…"
"Died?" Gwen finished his phrase. "Look Jax, I don't say this to make you feel better, but if they really wanted to be good parents, they wouldn't have gotten Abel the way they did. You can't tell me they never thought it was a little bit shady, the way they adopted him. I might be a little harsh here," Gwen admitted. She looked around the room for a moment and back at Jax who seemed to be deep in thought. "Still it is sad. Tragic. But it's not your fault. In my opinion, our dear priest should've given you full disclosure from the start. This wasn't only about Abel. This was a whole political power play. And in the end you're just a dad. A kind of dad, people can be jealous of." A kind of dad I wish I had.
Jax looked down at Gwen and gave her a nod, telling her he got her message. Gwen and Jax stood in silence for a moment looking at the family. She followed his line of sight for a moment and she noticed that his eyes fell on Trinity again. Gwen looked at Trinity and back at Jax. She frowned.
"What is it?" he asked, when he saw the frown on Gwen's face. Gwen took another swig from her beer thinking about how she should phrase her thoughts.
"You didn't fuck her, because it just didn't feel right. Or because it would be totally wrong?" Gwen asked. Jax gave her a questioning look, making her smile. "You two got similar lines in your faces. Others won't probably see it, but since I like to draw…"
Jax quickly recomposed himself, looking down at Gwen. "You can seriously see that?" Gwen nodded.
"Just a little," she said. He shook his head. "Don't worry I will keep this to myself. Cross my heart and hope to die," Gwen said making the silly gesture across her chest, making Jax grin.
