Disclaimer: I own nothing but Mia
I woke up in a dark room on a wet floor; I lay still trying to remember what the hell happened. I slowly started to remember the hunt and the ghost that had attacked me.
"Oh God." I groaned "They are never going to let me go anywhere by myself ever again." I grumbled standing up. I was trying to let my eyes adjust to the darkness when a voice startled me.
"We're not supposed to move." A voice said from the corner. I jumped practically out of my skin and swung around to face the voice.
"What?"
"Were not supposed to move it makes her mad." The voice said sitting up a little but not moving from the corner she was huddled into.
"How long have you been down here?" I asked moving closer to the girl and sitting down.
"Four days."
"I'm Mia, what's your name?" I asked trying to get the girl more relaxed before I asked her the serious questions I had.
"Tammy."
"How do you know it's been four days?" I asked looking around for a window or anything that would indicate how much time had passed.
"At night you can feel and hear the base from the club."
"You can feel it?"
"It shakes the walls."
"We must be under the club. Just great an unmarked basement not on the blue prints." I mumbled to myself.
"Blue prints?" Tammy asked.
"Yeah me and my boyfriend were at the club last night trying to figure out what was happening to the girl disappearing." I said with a small smile. "Tammy who is it that has us."
"I don't know." She said shaking a little "she never said anything but the same sentence over and over again."
"What does she say?"
"No one heard me no one will hear you. She mumbles it over and over and she just appears and disappears I never see her come or go." Tammy said starting to cry and rock back and forth.
"Hey, hey calm down it will be ok I'm going to get us out of here." I said to her wrapping an arm around her shoulder.
"How?" She asked miserably.
"I don't know yet but if I can't then trust me I have two older brothers out there who are just dying to tell me they told me so." I said trying to make her smile. Just then the air turned cold.
"She's coming." Tammy whisper.
"Stay behind me I'll protect you." I said standing up in front of Tammy. The ghost appeared suddenly in front of me and I tried not to flinch.
"No one will hear you, no one heard me." She sneered at me moving closer slowly.
"Who are you what do you want?" I demanded.
"No one will hear you, no one heard me." she repeated.
"Why did you take us?" I asked again. She suddenly reached forward and grabbed me around the neck I tripped over Tammy and fell as the ghost began to strangle me. I fought with everything I had to get her off as she continued to repeat her mantra over and over again. Figuring that fighting to get her off was useless I threw my hands to the side and prayed there was something I could use to fight her off. Suddenly my hand hit something round and hard, not taking a second to think I wrapped my fingers around it tightly and swung it at her she vaporized in front of my eyes.
"Thank god." I chocked out. Standing up and then gripping the wall waiting for my head to stop spinning.
"How did you, how did you do that?" Tammy asked amazed and scared.
"Pure iron." I said holding it out for her to take. "Ghost are not fans." She grabbed it and looked at me shocked but grabbed the pipe. "If you see her swing." I said and I hopped she would. I went on my knees and felt around on the floor hoping to find another piece of pipe I felt another not far from the first and smiled as I picked it up. I started to feel around to try and see what these pipes were for when I remembered something.
"Please be in there, please be in there." I mumbled to myself reaching into my bra, I gave a little yelp of happiness as I felt my phone. Pulling it out I opened it and flinched at the one bar of signal I was getting. I looked around for a second trying to figure out which wall was facing the outside. I started walking around holding my hand to the walls I felt that one was colder than the other three.
"Thank god for nerd brothers." I said as I stood close to the wall and wrote up a quick text."
In unmarked basement of the club with another girl ghost is holding us and hostel find me. I sent it to Bobby, Caleb, and Sam, and Dean assuming by now they had called my brothers and told them I was missing. Then I held my breath and prayed the text would go through. It took longer than usual but eventually it flashed sent and I sighed in relief. I turned to look at Tammy she seemed to only holding herself together by a thread as she stood turning in circles waiting for the ghost to appear. I flipped my phone around using it as I light I started looking around the room trying to find a way to escape as I did this I called out to Tammy.
"How old are you?" I asked scanning the walls for a door final finding one I walked up to it, of course it was locked and I cursed myself for not brining a lock pick.
"What?" Tammy asked confused.
"How old are you?" I said again she had just found out ghost were real and that one had kidnapped her I was lucky she was talking at all.
"18." She said.
"Got a boyfriend?" I asked examining the door it was solid metal nothing I could kick threw I turned around labeling it a lost cause in the escape plan.
"Yeah he's older." She said.
"How much older?" I asked glad I was getting more than one word answers.
"22"
"Mines 26." I said heading to the other side of the room where there seemed to be a tarp covering something.
"Really, my parents would freak, they don't know about Jack."
"Yeah, my family was not happy at first but he is my older brother's best friend so eventually they gave in."
"He is your brothers best friend, isn't that weird."
"Sometimes when I stop and think about the fact that he is the one who helped Dean lock me in a closet for an hour, or other stuff like that but most of the time he just my Caleb." I said as I walked over to the tarp and picked it up. I jumped back and almost dropped my cell phone from shock, there under the tarp was a body not even full decomposed I could still see bits of her face and knew I had found the body of our ghost. Just then the air turned cold.
"Tammy keep your eyes open and remember swing!" I called nervously as I started backing towards her." The ghost showed up right in front of my again and I swung the iron pipe out she disappeared again but repapered in front of Tammy right away I heard Tammy shriek but then heard the air whoosh as she swung her pipe.
"I did it!" She exclaimed.
"Good girl keep your eyes open." I said just before the ghost reappeared a little to my right. I jumped back and swung breathing heavy from the adrenaline. She appeared twice more in rapid session and I racked my brain for an away to get out of this. Thankfully just as I was about to give up the door to the room flew open.
"Mia!" I heard Caleb yell and he started rushing towards me.
"We're good, corner tarp salt and burn." I said as I watch Tammy swing again making the ghost disappear. She was breathing hard and when the ghost showed up behind her I knew even as I called out her name she wasn't going to be able to turn around fast enough. The gun shot went off before I could even register that there was more than just us and Caleb in the room.
"Mia get that girl out of here." I heard Bobby order and I didn't hesitate grabbing Tammy's hand and dragging her out of the room.
"What, what just happened who were though people?" Tammy asked confused.
"My boyfriend and my uncle don't worry they will take care of her she won't hurt anyone again." I said as we ran up the stairs and came out behind the club, the sunlight hurt my eyes and I closed them as I rested my hands on my knees. I looked up when I caught my breath at Tammy who was sitting on the ground holding her head and breathing hard being in the light I was finally able to see her she was beautiful and well-built even with her hair a mess and three day old make up runny and dry on her face.
"You play softball?" I asked her and though she looked at me like I was crazy she nodded her head use to my random questions by now.
"I figured you had a bad ass swings down there." I said and she let out a humorless laugh. As Bobby and Caleb came out of the building we stood up. Caleb raced to me picking me up and spinning me before placing me on my feet and looking me over.
"Are you ok?" he asked worried.
"I'm fine." I said holding up my hand that I had cut back in the bathroom what felt like a million years ago. "This might get infected though."
"We'll take care of it back in the room." I heard Bobby say as I turned to face him I saw him checking Tammy over. When he was satisfied he turned to me and wrapped me in a hug.
"You scared me girl I thought we had a rule about you disappearing." He said and though he tried sounding gruff I knew it was all a show.
"Sorry Uncle Bobby." I said and kissed his cheek making him back up surprised as I laughed.
"Dam idjet." He mumbled heading to his car, "Let's go get this poor girl back to her family." Bobby called to us and we fallowed him.
Back at the hotel Bobby had just finished stitching up my hand and I was about to lay down when the door crashed open.
"Are you ok?" Dean asked rushing over to me.
"I'm fine." I tried to say as he pushed me this way and that looking me over.
"Your hand." He said frowning down at it.
"That actually was my fault." I said pulling my hand away from it when he hit a tender spot. He looked at me one more time and satisfied that I was ok pulled me into a hug. When he let me go I was swept up by Sammy right away.
"Glad you're ok kiddo." He said when he put me down.
"I knew we shouldn't have let you do this." Dean growled passing the room. "Did you guy's salt and burn the motherfucker?"
"We took care of it." Caleb said from the other side of the room where he had been leaning against a wall while Bobby had fixed up my hand.
"Yeah where were you when you were supposed to be taking care of my sister." Dean asked turning on Caleb.
"Hey don't you yell at him he tried to get to me." I said stepping in-between Dean and Caleb. I had a sudden Deja vu feeling like we were all back at the junk yard the night everyone found out about me and Caleb I tensed hoping this time Dean didn't throw a punch. Caleb put his hand on my waste and lightly pushed me out of the way.
"Your right I let her get hurt this is all my fault."
"What!" I exclaimed shocked.
"I let you down and broke my promise Dean I'm sorry for that." He said and then he pushed himself off the wall and walked out of the room. I raced after him ignoring that I had no shoes of.
"Caleb!" I yelled after him but by then he was already in his truck. I started towards him but before I could get there he took one last look at me and then peeled out of his parking spot and left. I stood there stunned for a minute. I ran into the room ignoring Dean ranting about me running out of the room without someone. I picked up my phone and dialed Caleb numbers but the other line never rang instead I heard.
"Were sorry the number you are trying to reach has been disconnected or is no longer in order please hand up and try this number again."
