Chapter 28! This is a shorter chapter because I decided to split it up to create tension... Enjoy! :)

Austin's POV:

"Just socialize and I will distinguish the spies from the civilians," I heard Dez instruct through Ally and my earpieces. His plan wasn't bad at all. "Once you find them, I kept a bunch of microchips up your jacket sleeve, Austin. Chip them so we can track them down and apprehend them."

Ally held onto my hand as we walked in. Although we were both terrible at lying to each other, we can still lie to others. At the end of the day, we are spies and lying is one of a spy's best skills.

The mansion was cool looking, but it did look like an undercover set up. Ally and I decided not to split up just in case we got into trouble. Plus, Dez can't multitask. In the beginning, the place seemed to have absolutely no spies. They were all civilians casually socializing at this tacky, dinner party. We both decided to walk up to a couple and introduce ourselves. The man was wearing a grey tux with a red tie while the woman was wearing a black dress and a pearl necklace. They seemed to be in their late forties. "They are Vector, Austin," I heard Dez instruct as I casually pretended to fix my sleeve. I pulled out the two tiny, rice-grain-sized microchips and shook the man's hand while secretly bugging him on his jacket sleeve. I held back onto Ally's hand as I gave her the other microchip. She smiled casually and continued to talk. I guess Ally is a bit better at socializing than me.

We both walked casually into one of the many living rooms. There were only four or five people there, standing casually socializing. "Austin, you are surrounded. They are all Vector," Dez warns as I can hear Trish typing in the background.

"Austin, you and Ally better get out of there. There is only one exit to that room," Trish yelled into the microphone.

"Don't worry, guys," I whispered into my watch as I pretended to scratch my ears. "I got this."

Ally and I walked up to one of the Vector guys wearing a green tie. He was in his late forties and was by himself whispering to another Vector guy wearing a blue tie. "Hello, I am Austin James, and this is my girlfriend, Ally," I said introducing ourselves as I slowly got the microchip out of my sleeve. The guys just looked at me with a blank, grumpy expression.

"I wouldn't recommend talking to this guy first," Dez warned, "They are kind of vicious."

"Austin James, huh?" The green-tie guy said sceptically. "So tell me, Austin James, what do you do for a living?"

I chuckled casually, "I am a doctor," I said confidently. I know my cover inside out.

"Aren't you a bit young for a doctor?" The blue-tie guy said raising his eyebrows at me.

"I am twenty nine," I lied confidently.

"What year were you born in?" Green-tie interrogated.

"1984," I said raising my eyebrows.

"That would make you thirty," they said trying to sound smart. Ally just looked at me awkwardly.

"I am born in December so I am turning thirty in eleven months," I smiled. Good math, Austin. Good math…

"Nice, Austin!" Didi said through the microphone. "I didn't know you were good at math!" I smiled. There are a lot of things about me that no one knows.

"So, Ally," Blue-tie began, "Are you a doctor-" I heard a flash of light begin. I turned over to my right and saw Andrew holding his foot with tears in his eyes. He was wearing black field-agent clothes- just like my old physical education uniforms from my spy school in Washington DC.

Uh oh…

I automatically ran to the sad-teary eyed boy. He couldn't speak; he was just holding his injured foot not letting me see what happened. Both Ally and I were speechless. What were we supposed to say to the Vector agents. We can't just leave poor Andrew alone, without support.

Our mission is over.

Andrew has been exposed for his powers. Now we have to lie. And the only way to 'lie' is to confess to being spies.

This is when fate-coincidence plays a huge role. The second Andrew flashed, the small air vent above him opened slightly.

"They are spies!" Green-tie pointed out as he stared at us sceptically.

"Take them in," Blue-tie instructed as the separated us from Andrew. I didn't even get to heal him- which was not necessarily horrible. Andrew's powers were backed up by the air vent, but me healing him would just cause another problem.

"Austin!" I heard Trish shout as Dez was hyperventilating in the background. "Whatever you do, lie about Andrew. Do not let them find out about yours or his powers! Keep your watch on so-" Green tie roughly pulled out our ear wigs. I heard Ally sigh in panic.

"What about the kid?" Another agent spoke as they dragged us quietly towards the secret passage behind the book case.

"Take him in too. He must be a junior agent," blue-tie said emotionless as we all quietly walked through the secret passageway.

What. Just. Happened.

UH OH! I will update ASAP! :)

I do not own Austin And Ally
