Kris woke up from her slumber and remembered the situation from before. "Where am I?" She asked anyone around her. "In your room, how do you feel?" A soft voice was heard next to her. "Mmm. I feel a lot better than before." Kris sat up and sighed. "I'm sorry..." She said quietly. "Sorry? It really isn't your fault-" "Yes it was!" She raised her voice.

"I hurt Blake cause because of that...I never wanted to hurt her it's just...I was bullied by girls that were cat-faunus. And when I could smell a feline sent from Blake. I knew she was a cat-faunus." She said to Pyrrha. Pyrrha heard about the whole deal about Blake being a faunus and a ex-white fang member. "Is that a bad thing? Blake is a good person." She smiled at Kris.

Kris smiled back and then frowned. "I know she is...but I couldn't control my emotions whenever I saw the moon. I just went...crazy. I even attacked Dev too." Her voice cracked on the last statement and she began to tear up. Pyrrha put a hand on Kris's shoulder. "It's okay, you aren't able to hurt them anymore." She said reassuringly. Kris nodded. "Thank you, Pyrrha." She smiled, but her face didn't look like she was far from being over about her emotions.

A knock was heard at the door. "Who is it?" Pyrrha asked. It was 2 in the morning. Pyrrha couldn't really sleep so she knew that Kris was wake up sooner or later. She didn't expect anyone to be at their door that late at night. "It's Blake." A voice was heard from the other side. Kris's blood ran cold over her as she heard that name, and looked down. Pyrrha walked over and opened the door. "Hello Blake." She smiled, then noticed Blake had a very serious look on her face.

"May I come in?" Blake asked. "Uhh, sure." Pyrrha had a feeling that Blake wanted to talk to Kris. Blake slowly walked in and saw Kris sitting on her bed. Kris refused to look at Blake as she heard Blake's footsteps get closer to her bed. Blake sat in a chair that was pulled up to her bed and looked at Kris, who was easily seen that she was tearing up. "Hey." Blake said to her, wanted to look at her face.

Kris looked up, tears on her face. She noticed there was a long bandage on Blake cheek, the same spot where she slashed at when she attacked her. "Blake-" "It's okay Kris. I know that you had a bad experience with...faunus a long time ago." Blake said, knowing that Kris was feeling very awkward. Kris looked back down. "I never wanted to attack you. But when I smelled a feline sent on you, I know you were a faunus, and those three girls just wanted to terrorize me." She explained. Blake reached out for Kris, but Kris moved back from her.

Blake pulled back, and sighed. "I just wanted to tell you that I forgive you. I know you can't control yourself under full moons." "Yeah...thank you. I'll try to suppress my emotions more." Kris smiled. Blake stood up and nodded. "I'll keep a note of that." Blake grinned. Pyrrha watched and they conversed and fell asleep. Blake walked to the door and waved before leaving. Kris sighed as she smiled. She was happy to hear that the girl she cut forgave her.

But...did she really forgive her? Kris pondered heavily as she tried to figure out how Blake forgave her so easily. Was she kidding? Kris fell asleep thinking about the whole thing, she really did wish it was that easy, but she knew that whenever Blake left, there was this feeling that Kris could sense that Blake had against her. But she wasn't able to tell what it was.

Blake entered her teammates room and noticed that Dev was awake, reading his fathers journal. "Hey Blake." He said from behind his book. Blake walked over and looked down at him. She noticed he wasn't acting like his normal self, she came to the conclusion that it had to do with that journal. "Why do you torture yourself with that?" She asked. Dev sighed. "I don't know what you are talking about." "Dev, I know that it your father's journal, and you read it because you can't let go of your past." Blake inquired. She sat down at the edge of his bed and looked at him with concern.

"Is there anything you'd like to tell me? I'll listen to anything you want to get out of your system." She smiled at him. Dev sighed again. "There is nothing to say." He said quietly. Blake tried to look at his eyes, but they were hiding behind the book. "You know, bottling up your feelings isn't the best thing to do, cause you will always explode, and you will never know who is around when you do." "Can you just leave me alone, please?" He asked her, this time, he lowered the book and stared at her in her eyes.

The look she received from him wasn't just any look, but the way she perceived it was as if he was calling for help. Yet...it also had a hint of anger. "Dev? Do you have a hard time of letting things go?" "Please, stop." He asked again, but she continued. "You have to let go of the past Dev, you can't hold onto it forever, you need to let go-"

"No." Dev had moved closer to Blake, his face was still a distance away from her, but she still tried to help him.

"No?" She asked.

"I refuse to let go, I'll never let go either, Blake. I made a promise, I and intend to keep it." He had moved closer, his eyes were serious, but the anger had disappeared. "What kind of promise did you make?" She asked. "That..." He sat back away from her. "...is none of your business, I'm sorry." He told her, continuing to read his father's journal.

"Hmm, it's all right." She said after sitting up from the edge of his bed. Blake started to get a certain feeling for Dev. She wanted to help him, and make him let go of his past. She began to remember the kind of person he was back before the other Dev came along. When she was in the white fang, she knew him a long time ago, but never really talked to him. She walked over to her bed and sat on it, then smiled. It was like the feelings she had for him a long time ago...had just came back.

*Flashback*

Blake saw Dev playing with his friends over at a playground. Blake was a silent little girl, she didn't talk much. A lot of people knew she was a faunus and hated it when people knew it too. She liked who Dev was, confident, brave, and noble. She began to blush as she thought of Dev and wasn't paying attention. "Hey, wanna play with us?" A voice was heard from out of her thoughts. Blake came back to reality and noticed Dev was talking too her. Dev. The boy she secretly had a crush on, was talking to her.

"Umm." She nervously muttered as she looked up at him. Dev laughed at her being nervous. "Come on, play with us!" He said enthusiastically as he grabbed her hand and pulled her up. Blake started to feel happy inside and followed him to his friends. A girl who had ears and a tail was among them and jumped on Dev and laughed. "Deeevvyyy! Who's this?" She said cheerfully. Blake noticed that the girl was acting extremely friendly to Dev and made the conclusion that she had liked him too. "This is...uh. What's your name?" He asked her.

"Blake." She said quietly. Kris smiled and looked over back to Dev. "Aww, more friends to play with us? I love how you always are nice to people!" Kris said and kissed Dev on the cheek. Dev reflexively twitched and laughed. Blake, after seeing this, knew that she would become nothing more than a friend to Dev, and from that moment, instantly stopped having feelings for him.

*End Flashback*

Blake knew exactly who Dev was all along, but never again had feelings for him, up until know, but the feelings she felt for him were mutual. She was concerned for her friend. And that's all it was.

"I'm going to bed." She said before getting ready to sleep. "Okay, sleep tight." He said from behind that damned book. Dev was wondering why Blake was trying to be persistent. He wished she just leave him alone. Blake was persistent.

"You know Blake, I do appreciate your concern." He said. Blake felt a small blush creeping to her cheeks, but she held it back. "I am only concerned for your feelings, I don't want you to be down all the time." She admitted. Dev smiled at her comment. "You...don't want me to be down all the time." He then grinned. "Well then, why don't you come down here and gimme a really big hug." Blake finally blushed and his her head under her covers. "Goodnight." "Heh, night Blake." He said before setting down the book.

He looked at the ceiling and wondered how Kris was feeling. He fell asleep thinking about her.
