"Your assignment is to create a public service announcement about texting and driving," the teacher said. "After a recent incident near our neighborhood, I think this is in order."

April, Maddie, and Irma all looked at each other. To be honest, Maddie didn't know Irma very well, but she could get to know her better by being in a group with her.

After school, Maddie texted the turtles (not while driving, duh,) that she was headed to Aprils house. When the three arrived, they decided to brainstorm. "Idea bulb!" Maddie yelled suddenly.

After several hours of work, it was finally done, and done well.

"Who would like to present first?" The teacher asked.

April, Irma, and Maddie's hands shot up. The teacher called on them, and the lights dimmed.

"Lemme just text Aaron we're on our way." April smiles, and texts, occasionally looking at the road.

"LOOK OUT FOR THAT CAR!-"

SMASH!

They were all covered in 'blood'. April stared in horror. "Oh my gosh! What hurts?!"

Irma didn't answer. Maddie cried, "MY LEG!"

"Can you move it?!"

"It's bent the wrong way!"

"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean any of this. Are you okay?"

Maddie shot up, suddenly clean. "Of course not, idiot." The screen went blank. Maddie came up.

"Texting and driving is a stupid mistake. I was lucky it was just my arm that was ruined. Others, it may ruin their LIVES. you can get brain damage, or-even worse-die. Don't be dumb. Just drive."

A/N: get the message. Don't ever text and drive. EVER. someone was texting and driving, and she crashed into me and my mom. Thankfully, we were both okay. Just don't.
