Disclaimer- I own nothing.

Chapter Summary- Duncan, and Courtney begin preparing for their baby. Heather's sister asks her for another favor. Geoff receives some bad news. Beth, and Cody play a game of truth, or dare.

The next afternoon Beth was walking from her last class of day to the girls' dorm. As she was walking she spotted Justin near the giant fountain with his motorcycle. It looked like he was either going for a ride, or had just gone for one.

She watched as he polished off his motorcycle with rag for a bit. As she did she thought back to him calling her earlier that morning. It'd been so random, and he'd sounded so weird over the phone. He didn't sound like himself.

She walked over to him. "Hey Justin", she greeted. Justin stopped what he was doing, and looked at her. When he did Beth couldn't help but notice that his eyes seemed tainted red. He must've not gotten enough sleep last night. Figures, from the way he was talking it sounded like he was partying the night away.

"Hey Beth", he said as he smiled. "Going for ride?" She asked as she gestured to his motorcycle. Justin looked at it before looking back at her, "Maybe later, so how have you been? How have things been with Cody?" He asked. Beth smiled, "I've been good, and things with Cody are good too", she answered.

"I take it you two aren't exclusive yet?" He asked. Beth blushed as she rubbed her shoulder, "Not yet, we're just seeing where things go, for now", she explained. Justin nodded, "Good hear", he said. He really was happy to hear that she was doing good.

Beth looked at him, "So, how's your modeling career going?" She asked. Justin smiled a little, "Great, I just did a shoot yesterday", he said. "Really?" She asked. Justin nodded, and told her about it.

"Should be out soon", he finished. "I can't wait to see it", Beth said. Justin smiled, "I'll get you copy. Free of course", he said.

Beth giggled at the comment then a silence followed. "So, about last night. What was that about?" She asked after awhile. Justin tried to think of an excuse. No way was he gonna tell her that he'd been high when he'd called. "That? I was just caught up in all of the excitement that I didn't realize what time it was. I didn't disturb you, did I?" He asked. Beth smiled as she rolled her eyes, "No, I love being woken up at 3:00am in the morning", she said sarcastically. Justin realized she was joking, and chuckled at her comment.

Justin looked at her, "Is there anyway I can make it up to you?" He asked. Beth gestured with her head at his motorcycle, "You can take me for a ride sometime. It feels like it's been forever since you've taken me for one", she said. Justin smiled, "Deal", he said. Beth smiled back.

A growling noise came from Justin's stomach. Beth looked at him, "Wow sounds like you're hungry", she said as she stared at his stomach. Justin shook his head, "No I just ate", he said. That was lie, he hadn't eaten anything since yesterday morning.

"Well it sounds like you need to eat something else", she said. Justin shook his head again, "No, I'm good", he said. His stomach growled again. A sick look crossed Justin's face when it did so. He could taste the familiar taste of bile as he tried not to throw up.

Beth saw the way his face change when his stomach growled again. She took another look at eyes, and wondered if the two were connected. "Are you ok? You don't look so good", she said. Justin held up his hand, "Yeah, I'm ok", he lied.

"You sure? Because it looks like you're going to be sick", she said. Justin nodded, "Yeah, don't worry about me", he said. Beth was about to protest but she decided it was best to drop the subject. If Justin said he was ok then he must've have been.

"Okay well I have to go. I'm supposed to be meeting Cody for our date", she said. Justin gave her a small smile, "Have fun then", he said. Beth nodded, "Thanks, I'll see around. Don't forget about our deal, I really want to go for another ride", she said. Justin looked at her, "I won't", he said. Beth smiled at him before walking away.

"You're shut a bitch, that's not true", Heather said with annoyance. She was at the hospital visiting her sister, playing cards, and talking. It'd been a few days since her cancer diagnosis, and April still hadn't left the hospital yet. Her doctors decided they wanted to do surgery so they schedule her a surgery date for the next week. Since it was gonna be soon they thought it'd be a good idea to keep her there until afterwards. Once she had her surgery they'd start her on chemotherapy. It was gonna be a tough road but April was ready for it all.

April laughed from her hospital bed, "Well the reruns tell a different story", she teased. Heather sat on the stool that was next to her hospital bed, "Whatever", she said as she rolled her eyes. April laughed again.

Just then there was a knock at the door. They stopped their game, and looked over to find their little brother Bobby standing outside the doorway. "Hey". April greeted. "What is it?" Heather asked him. "Mom, and Dad what to know if you guys want anything from the café downstairs?" He asked. April shook her head, "I'm good", she said. "I am too", Heather said. She despised hospital food.

"Okay, just let us know if you need anything", Bobby said. Heather rolled her eyes. Her parents continued to way on April hand, and foot. Every day after work they came to the hospital, with Bobby, to visit. They'd sit around April's hospital bed just in case she needed anything, even though that's what the nurses were for. Heather suspected they'd continue to do so after April's surgery. Though April was sure that after a few weeks they'd stop hovering.

April smiled at him, "Alright, thank you Bobby", she said. Bobby blushed red from embarrassment, "How many times do I have to tell you? It's Rob", he said. Heather smiled at her brother, he didn't like being called Bobby anymore. According to him Bobby sounded too childish while Rob sounded more grownup, and cool.

"Whatever you say Bobby", Heather told him before she laughed. April joined in. Bobby was still red in the face as he growled, "Rob", he insisted. April stopped laughing, "I like Bobby better", she teased. Bobby rolled his eyes before turning around, and walking away. They giggled when he left. "Bye Bobby", Heather called out as she waved.

They laughed some more before they went back to their game. April stopped laughing, "I wonder if they'll try to stay all night?" She asked as she referred to their parents. "Probably but I'm sure the nurses will get them to leave. Not that'll it be easy, after all they won't let anything stop them from leaving their favorite child", Heather said.

April looked at her, "You still think that?" She asked. Heather nodded as she looked at the deck of cards, "Yeah, I don't think they ever doted on me like they do you", she said before she looked at her. April rolled her eyes, "Are you kidding me? When you were younger they doted on you all the time", she said. Heather raised her eyebrow, "Really?" She asked. April nodded, "Yeah, it wasn't until you were six, and started to become a spoiled brat that they stopped", she explained.

"You were worse", Heather told her. April smirked, "Yeah but you were annoying", she countered. Heather rolled her eyes again, "Says you", she said.

April giggled as she looked at her cards, "I'm just saying, for awhile it did seem like you were the favorite. I was actually jealous of you", she said. Heather laughed in disbelief, "You? Jealous of me? Now I've heard everything", she said.

April giggled again, "Yeah I was. But that didn't mean I didn't love you. There was a time when I actually loved being around you", she said. Heather's face softened as she looked at her, "Really?" She asked. April nodded, "Whenever I got home from preschool you'd be there to greet me. You'd run up, and hug me. I'd be happy to see you too. I use to think out all the gifts that mom, and dad had brought home to me you were my favorite. My favorite little gift", she said as she looked at her.

Heather looked away, "I didn't know that", she said quietly. April shrugged, "Now you do", she said. Heather looked at her, "So, what happened?" She asked as she referred to the change in their relationship. "Like I said you became a spoiled little brat. Demanding everything to be your way, screaming, and crying when you didn't get what you wanted. I couldn't take it. Not only that but you didn't run up, and hug me like you use to. It was like you weren't happy to see me anymore. Pretty soon you'd went from being my lovable little sister who I couldn't wait to see to the little sister who I didn't wanna be around", April explained.

"Why are you telling me this?" Heather asked. April shrugged, "I don't know. I guess I'm just sick, and tired of you acting like I'm the favorite. In truth after all of this is over if, for some reason, Mom, and Dad start giving you all of their attention then good. You can have it", she said.

Heather looked at her, "You really want a break from them?" She asked. April nodded, "Yeah", she said. Heather smiled, "Well what would you say if I break you out then?" She asked. It wouldn't be that hard. April wasn't hooked up to any machines, and her tests were all done for day. Busting her out wouldn't be a problem. Heather could get her out, and have her back without anybody noticing. April smiled at her as she shook her head, "I'd say you must really want a lecture from Mom, and Dad then", she said.

Heather laughed a little, "You make a good point", she said. No doubt their parents would pop back in to check on April then panic when they'd see that she was missing. Not to mention they'd be mad at Heather once they'd find out that it'd been her idea to break April out. So, in hindsight it wasn't worth hearing them lecture her.

There was a silence between them as they continued their game. "There is something I want you to do for me", April said after awhile. Heather looked at her, "What?" She asked. A serious expression crossed April's face. "I want you to cut my hair", April said.

Heather dropped the cards she was holding, "What?" She asked again this time in shock. April looked at her, "You heard me; I want you to cut my hair, no, I want you to shave my head", she said. Heather shook head as she tried to process what her sister was asking, "Why?" She finally asked. "My hair is gonna fallout when I start taking chemotherapy anyway. So, I want you to cut it off before it has the chance. You see, I looked it up on the internet the other day. Some people do this so they don't feel powerless. I don't want that neither. By doing this I'll be taking control", April explained.

"But why me?" Heather asked. April scoffed, "You're my sister. Plus, I can't ask Mom, or Dad they'll just get too emotional. But you won't, I know you won't", she said. Heather shook her head as she thought about it. It didn't seem like such a huge request but given the reason it felt like one.

She looked at April, this was something she really wanted. Something that she really needed. "Okay", Heather said finally.

April smiled, "Good, I have everything we need already", she said as reached underneath her hospital bed. Heather watched as she pulled out a plastic bag that contained a razor with a tiny brush. "Where did you get that?" Heather asked. April looked at her, "I gave the nurse some money, and asked her to go buy me a shaving kit at the store", she explained. Heather looked at the kit then at her sister, "Alright let's do this then", she said still unsure of herself. April nodded in determination before they went into the bathroom.

Heather locked the door to make she they wouldn't be disturbed while April sat down in a chair, facing the mirror. Heather took out the razor then she took a deep breath as she tried to prepared herself. This was for April.

April looked at herself in the mirror, "Before you do this; what's it like being bald?" She asked with a smirk. Heather smiled, she knew her sister was just trying to get her riled up by reminding her of how she'd lost her own hair during season one of Total Drama, "Horrible", she answered. April nodded, "Well I guess now I'm gonna know how you felt after you lost yours", she said causing Heather to laugh.

Heather smirked as she looked in the mirror at April, "I'm gonna enjoy doing this to you after the way you treated me when I lost my hair", she told her. April smirked back, "At least I'll look better than you did", she said. Heather shrugged, "We'll see", she said before she turned on the razor.

Duncan was in the bar, with Geoff, playing a game of pool. Duncan took a shot before standing up straight. He winced a little as he did so. His stomach was still bruised from Randell's beating the day before so he was still sore. Not sore enough that couldn't go to his classes but sore enough that he had to be careful when he moved around.

Geoff looked at him as he prepared to take his shot, "You ok dude?" He asked. Duncan nodded his head slowly, "Yeah, I'm just a little sore", he said before rubbing his stomach. "What happened?" Geoff asked. Duncan narrowed his eyes, "Randell", he said.

Geoff nodded in understanding, "What did he do?" He asked. Duncan sighed before he told him what happened, "I hate him", he finished. Geoff looked at him, "Shit, you sure you wanna continue living there?" He asked before taking his shot. Duncan nodded as he moved around the table some, "Yeah, I do", he said. He'd take a hundred beatings just to stay with Courtney, and their baby.

Geoff watched as Duncan took a shot, "I couldn't do it, man", he said as he prepared to take his next one. Duncan shrugged, "I'm sure if you were in my shoes you would", he said. Geoff smiled as he thought about it. He'd do almost anything for Bridgette, including dealing with somebody who wanted to rip his face off. Especially if they were going through what Duncan, and Courtney were going through. Geoff nodded his head in agreement, "Yeah, I would", he said.

Duncan smiled as he leaned on his stick, "So, DJ tells me you were starting to study again before he left", he said. Geoff looked at the table, "Yeah, I studied for almost three hours straight", he said before taking another shot. Duncan looked at him, "Really? That's great man. I'm happy to hear it", he said.

Geoff smiled a little, "Thanks", he said. "Just keep it up, and try to stay away from parties until finals are over", Duncan said before he got ready to take his next shot. Geoff rubbed the back of his neck, "Yeah about that. I kind of went to this party down the hall after I was done", he confessed.

Duncan glanced up at him, "Really?" He asked in disbelief. Geoff gave him a look, "What? I'd been studying for a long time. I thought I deserved to let loose", he said. Duncan was about to say something but he was interrupted. "Hey man", a voice said.

Both Geoff, and Duncan looked over to see Bruce walking towards them. Geoff smiled when he saw him, "Hey dude", he said when Bruce got up to them. They gave each other a man hug before pulling away. Bruce looked at Duncan, "Hey", he said with a smile. Duncan frowned at him, "Hey", he said. He didn't know Bruce too well, he'd seen him before at parties but they'd never hung out. If anything, he was more Geoff's friend than Duncan's. Which was ok by Duncan; he didn't particularly like Bruce too much. Not because he'd done anything to Duncan specifically but because Duncan knew he was the reason why Geoff wasn't studying a lot. He was always inviting him to parties, and getting him to neglect his studies. If he were truly Geoff's friend then he'd convince him to hit the books more often.

Geoff looked at Duncan, "So, you wanna play another game?" He asked. Duncan shook his head, "No, I'm just gonna head back to Courtney's parents' house. Check on her, and the baby", he said.

Bruce started racking up the balls, "It's really cool that you stepped up to take care of your kid man", he said to Duncan. Duncan looked at him, "Thanks", he said. Bruce glanced up at him, "Just make sure that it's yours when it's born", he said.

Duncan narrowed his eyes, "What?" He asked angrily to see if he heard him correctly. Bruce smirked at him, "Well you know the old saying; 'Momma's baby, Papa's maybe'", he said. Duncan growled, "Dude", he said loudly as he threw down his stick. He was about to go after him but was stopped by Geoff.

Bruce held up hands, "What? I was only joking", he said. "That's my girlfriend though", Duncan said angrily as he tried to get passed Geoff. Bruce just laughed at him as he tried to.

Geoff managed to get Duncan over to the other side of the bar, "Dude calm down", he said to him as he put his hand on his shoulder. Duncan was fuming, "He called my girlfriend a whore", he said angrily. "I'm sure he didn't mean it like that", Geoff said. Duncan looked at him, "The hell he didn't", he said. "Come on man lighten up. Bruce was only trying to be funny, you can't take what he said seriously", Geoff said. Duncan looked passed Geoff's shoulder over at Bruce, he'd just gone from not liking Bruce to hating him. "I hate that piece of shit", Duncan said as he stared at Bruce.

Geoff sighed, there was no use in trying convince to Duncan that Bruce didn't mean any harm in his statement. Geoff gestured over to the bar, "Do you wanna get a beer to help you calm down?" He asked. Duncan looked at Bruce then at Geoff, "No thanks, I think I'll just head out", he said. "You sure?" Geoff asked. Duncan nodded, "Yeah", he said. Geoff nodded his head in understanding, "Okay, I'll see you around", he said. "Yeah", Duncan said before he walked away. He gave Bruce a look as he passed him before walking out of the bar.

Beth, and Cody were walking around outside on the campus grounds. Beth laughed as Cody told her a story about when he was in the Drama Brothers. "I've never had to run so far in my life", he said as he chuckled at the memory.

"You guys were popular. Even if you didn't last, no offense", she said. Cody smiled as he held up his hand, "None taken, to be honest though life in a band wasn't for me. I don't think I could've handle traveling the world, playing music tours, for long", he told her.

As they continued walking around Cody's phone started ringing. They stopped walking as he pulled it out of his pocket. The person calling was a girl that he'd slept with the night before.

"Who is it?" Beth asked when he didn't answer. "Just a girl that I'd met up with last night", Cody said as he put his phone back in his wallet. "Okay", Beth said quietly as they started walking again. She didn't have ask to know that he'd slept with the girl. It didn't take a rocket scientist to know that.

Cody saw her eyes shift off to the side, "I'm sorry", he said as he looked at her. Beth looked at him, "You have don't to be, after all we're not official. You're allowed to see other girls'", she said.

"I know but I can't help but feel crappy sometimes because you're not seeing other guys", he said. Beth shrugged as she looked away from him, "I don't wanna see other guys", she said. She really didn't. Even though she could, she wasn't interested in any other guys. Cody was the only guy who she wanted to date at the moment.

"Well I won't be mad if you do start seeing other guys. Though if you do please don't call up that ex of yours, I don't think I could compete with him", he joked. A serious expression crossed Beth's face when he mentioned Brady. "I won't", she said.

Cody noticed the way Beth's face changed. It made him curious as to what had went on with her ex. After all she'd never told him why they'd broke up.

"What happened between you two anyway?" He asked as he referred to her relationship with Brady. Beth stopped walking, "Why do you wanna know?" She asked as she glared at him. Cody stopped walking too then he turned to look at her, "Well from what I heard you really liked him so what made you two break up?" He asked. "There was no real reason, we just didn't fit", she said.

Cody took her hand, "Come on Beth, there's more to it than that", he said. Tears welled up in Beth's eyes as she debated on whether, or not she should tell him. Brady was still a sore subject for her. Dr. Mitchell was helping her get passed him, and his abuse but she still wasn't sure if she was ready to open to anybody else about him.

"He-he…Let's just say he broke my heart. That he wasn't the guy that I thought he was", she said. Cody gave her a sympathetic look as he wiped away a tear, that'd rolled down her face, with his thumb. He could tell that it was more than that but he didn't want to push it.

"It's okay you don't have talk about it", he said as he touched her face with his hand. Beth gave him a grateful look, "Thank you", she said softly. Cody smiled, "No problem, now what do you say we play a game?" He asked as he changed the subject. Beth chuckled a little, "A game?" She asked in disbelief. Cody nodded, "Yeah, come on truth, or dare?" He asked. Beth raised an eyebrow at him, "Really?" She asked. Truth, or dare seemed like such a kid's game. Cody smirked, "Truth, or dare?" He asked again. Beth sighed, "Okay, truth", she said. No way was going for a dare just yet.

"Am I good kisser?" He asked then he kissed her to see if he could persuade her into saying yes. Beth smiled when he pulled away, "Yes", she said honestly. "Okay, now your turn", he said. "Truth, or dare?" She asked. "Dare", Cody said.

Beth smiled as she tried to think of something daring for him to do. "I dare you to, climb that tree", she said as she pointed to one near a building. It wasn't too big so it should be easy for him to climb. Cody laughed a little, "Easy", he said then he went to go do his dare.

Beth watched as he climbed the tree with ease, "How did you learn to climb trees?" She asked as he sat on one of the branches. Cody smiled, "Ezekiel taught me. Now truth, or dare?" He asked. Beth tapped her chin in thought, "Dare", she decided.

"I dare you to climb up here with me", Cody said. "Seriously Cody?" Beth asked. Cody shrugged as he looked at her, "You picked dare", he said. Beth sighed, "Okay", she said. She didn't know how but after a few tries she managed to get on the same branch that Cody was on.

She smiled as she sat next to him. "Truth, or dare?" She asked. Cody looked at her, "Truth", he said. "Do you really like spending time with me?" She asked. Cody looked at her, her face was back to being serious. He could see that she needed his reassurance. Cody smiled as he nodded, "Yeah", he said. A smile crossed Beth's face. "Good", she said. Cody laughed a little then they leaned over, and kissed.

Duncan opened the front door, to Courtney's parents' house, and walked in. "Courtney", he called out to see if she was there. "In here", she called from the kitchen. Duncan walked into the kitchen, and smiled when he saw her standing near the stove. Her hair was in a bun, and she was wearing her maternity clothes. She looked beautiful.

"Cooking dinner?" He asked as he walked over to her. Courtney scoffed as she rolled her eyes at him, "As if, you're gonna have to wait until my mom gets home for that. I was just gonna pop some popcorn", she said as she gestured to a packet of popcorn that was in her hands.

Duncan shrugged like that was no big deal, "I can wait then. Did you get to your class on time?" He asked. Courtney nodded, "Yeah", she said. Earlier that morning Courtney had been too tired to get up so she told Duncan she'd leave a little later in her own car. Her parents hadn't been too happy that she was getting a late start but they were understanding of it.

"So where are your mom, and dad at?" He asked. "They're still at work. My mom should be home at 5:00pm but my dad is working overtime tonight", Courtney explained as she put the packet of popcorn in the microwave. Duncan rolled his eyes, "Good", he mumbled. The less he had to see of Randell the better.

Courtney sighed, Duncan was still upset at her father, and she couldn't blame him. Her father had went too far. "Are you still sore?" She asked. Duncan nodded, "Yeah but don't worry about it", he said before he kissed her. She smiled as she kissed him back then he walked across the kitchen to one of the cabinets.

"So, I was thinking we could try decorating the nursery today", Courtney said. Duncan looked at her from across the kitchen, "Really? Don't you think it's too soon?" He asked. He figured they had months before they could start working on the nursery. Courtney shook her head, "We could just look through some of the samples of wall paper that my mom had bought at the mall yesterday, and if we don't like any of them then we can go back to the mall to look at the rest of their options", she said as she looked at him. Duncan nodded as he thought about it some, "Okay", he said before he kneeled down next to one of the cabinets. If they got decorating the nursery out of the way then that was one less thing they had to get ready for.

"What're you doing?" She asked as she took her popcorn out of of the microwave when it was ready. "Nothing", he said as he used his pocket knife to fiddle with the lock. Courtney walked over to him, and saw that he was trying to get into her father's liquor cabinet.

"Seriously?" She asked. Duncan looked at her, "Come on I just wanna if he has anything new in here", he said. Courtney rolled her eyes, "You know that if he finds out that you went into his liquor cabinet that you're out of here, right?" She asked. That didn't faze Duncan. "He won't find out", he said.

"You said that the last time", she said as she referred to the times that Duncan would sneak into the liquor cabinet. Duncan smirked at her, "Yeah but it took him a long time to figure it out", he said before he went back to picking at the lock. It was true, Duncan had went into the cabinet multiples times before Randell had noticed, and the only reason why he had was because Duncan had drunk most of the liquor out of one of the bottles. Randell had been pissed when he saw that, and it didn't take him long to figure out that it was Duncan who had been drinking from it. Though Courtney did admit to her father that she too had drunk from it few times. However, Randell's anger was directed mostly towards Duncan.

"My father is going to blow a gasket if he finds out", Courtney told him. Duncan ignored her as continued to pick at the lock with his pocket knife until it unlocked, "Yes", he said in triumph then he began looking through the cabinet. Courtney rolled her eyes again before she poured her popcorn into a large bowl then she went into the living room.

She sat down on the floor against the couch with her popcorn then Duncan came in, with a bottle of Tequila, and sat down next to her. Courtney gave him a look as she watched him drink from the bottle, "Proud of yourself?" She asked in annoyance. Duncan nodded, "Yeah", he said simply before he took another drink.

Courtney shook her head, "Typical", she said. Neither said anything else for awhile. "Remember that one time when, your parents were out, I came over, and we raided the liquor cabinet?" He asked. Courtney smiled, "Yeah", she said. Duncan laughed, "Remember how drunk I got?" He asked. Courtney nodded, "I remembered, you were so drunk that I didn't want you going home in that state so you slept in my room that night", she said. Duncan smirked, "You made me sleep under your bed", he said. Courtney looked at him, "What? I couldn't risk my mom, and dad coming home to find you sleeping in my bed", she said. Duncan shrugged, "It was still pretty a good night", he said.

"Who do you think the baby will take after when it gets older?" She asked after she ate some popcorn. Duncan looked at her, "I don't know. I'd like for it to take after you, with some few minor changes", he said with a smirk. Courtney looked at him, "What changes?" She asked. "Well for one I don't want our kid to be so uptight", he said. Courtney threw a few pieces of popcorn at him, "I am not uptight", she said.

Duncan rolled his eyes, "Sure you aren't", he said sarcastically. They both laughed as she threw some more popcorn at him. Courtney smiled, "Well I'd like for the baby to take after you, in some areas", she said. Duncan looked at her, "For example", he said. "Well I'd love for the baby to be nice, caring, and thoughtful. Just like you", she said. Duncan narrowed his eyes at her, "I'm not nice", he said.

Courtney rolled her eyes, "Give it up Duncan. The world knows you can be nice, so stop trying to act like you're not", she teased. Duncan put his arm around her, "Only to you", he said as he referred to himself as being nice. Even though they both knew that wasn't true.

Courtney move closer, and snuggled in his embrace. Duncan kissed the top of her head when she did so. "Maybe the baby will come out like a mixture of the both of us. In terms of how it'll act", she said. Duncan put his head on top of hers, "That'd be the best thing for it", he said. Courtney smiled at his statement, "Yeah", she agreed.

It was later in the afternoon. Geoff, Bridgette, Ezekiel, Sadie, DJ, and Sierra were all hanging outside in front of the admissions building. "Okay dudes check me out", Geoff said then he skateboarded down a railing. Even though it'd been awhile since he'd ridden his skateboard down a railing, he still managed to do it with falling down. Which would have been disastrous for him because he wasn't wearing any gear.

Ezekiel filmed him as he did so, "Got it", he said before he put his camera down. Geoff looked at him, "You wanna give it try?" He asked. Before Ezekiel could answer he felt a pair of arms wrap around him. He looked over his shoulder, and saw Sadie looking at him. "I think he should stick with the basics until he's practiced a little more. I don't need my boyfriend in a full body cast", Sadie said.

Ezekiel smiled at Geoff, "My girlfriend has a point man", he said. Sierra smiled at them, "Will you two please stop referring to each other as boyfriend, and girlfriend every five minutes, it's getting annoying", she teased. Ezekiel looked at her, "Can't help it", he smirked then he kissed Sadie.

Sierra playfully rolled her eyes at them, "Get a room", she said. DJ went over to her, "Give them a break, Sierra. They're not hurting anybody", he said with a smile as he wrapped his arm around her.

Ezekiel pulled away, "Yeah, we're not as bad as Bridgette, and Geoff", he smiled as he gestured to the other couple. "Hey", Bridgette protested. However, Geoff could only laugh.

Ezekiel started filming the two, "Say hi to the camera", he said to them. Geoff put his arm around Bridgette then he waved at the camera as they both smiled. Since saying he was sorry to her in the library, Bridgette, and Ezekiel had started hanging out. Which led to him becoming friends with Geoff but that wasn't too hard because Geoff cool was with almost everybody. Ezekiel remembered when they'd first hung out. Geoff had told him how he used to love taking photographs of things, and that caused the two to bond due to Ezekiel's love for filming.

DJ looked at his phone, "Hey Ezekiel we gotta get to work", he said. Ezekiel put down his camera, "Okay", he said. Bridgette looked at Geoff, "You should get back to your dorm room so you can get some more studying in", she said to him. Geoff nodded in agreement.

"How's that going anyway?" DJ asked Geoff. Geoff shrugged, "Good", he said. Bridgette smiled, "More than good actually. Today I quizzed him, and he got most of the answers right", she said proudly. Geoff blushed, "Not all of them though", he reminded her. "Yeah but most of them is better than none, way better", Bridgette said. Geoff smiled as he thought back to earlier that afternoon. It seemed like his three-hour study session the night before had paid off because even he was impressed at how well he answered the questions, and even more so at how he'd gotten the majority of them right. Now he just had to keep it up until finals.

"I'm glad to hear that man", DJ said with a smile. Ezekiel walked over to them, "Hey DJ we better go now", he reminded him. DJ nodded at Ezekiel, "Okay, see you guys", he said to them before he walked off. Ezekiel followed with Sadie, and Sierra.

After they left Geoff, and Bridgette walked back to the boys' dorm. When they arrived at Geoff's dorm room he immediately went to his computer to look up information for a term paper that was due soon. However, when he logged onto his account he noticed he had an email from the Dean's office. Geoff raised his eyebrow, why did he get an email from the Dean's Office? Confused, he clicked on it. It was letter. As Geoff began reading it he got upset.

"Damnit", he said angrily. Bridgette looked at him from the other bed, "What is it?" She asked with worry. "The Dean sent me a letter", Geoff said. Bridgette got confused when he didn't say anything else so she got up, and walked over to the computer. She read the letter.

Dear Mr. Keaton,

It has come to our attention that your GPA is way below the acceptable average for our university. We're now writing you this letter to inform you that you are being put on academic probation. If your GPA hasn't improved by the end of the semester then we'll have no choice but to expel you.

Sincerely,

Dean Franklin

Bridgette could feel her heart break after she was done reading, "Geoff", she said as her voice broke but that was all she could say. She was too at loss for words. Meanwhile Geoff was pacing around the room in worry. They were talking about expelling him. Could they do that? Well yeah, they could. He groaned as he realized how screwed he was. "Crap", he said angirly.

Bridgette looked at him, "How did this happen?" She asked. Geoff stopped pacing as he looked at her, "I don't know, I've been studying. So, I have no idea why they're talking about expelling me", he said. "Well you must not have been studying enough because you're on academic probation. How are you supposed to get your grades up before the end of the semester?" She asked angrily. Geoff looked at her, "I don't know", he admitted.

He went to go sit down on the other bed. How was he supposed to get his grades up? He had term papers that were due soon, and there was still the chance to do well on finals. But would that be enough? He felt like an idiot, he shouldn't have been partying so much.

Bridgette sat down next to him, "Geoff to be honest this doesn't look good", she said. There was disappointment in her voice. Not too long ago she was proud at how well he'd done when they were studying together. Now she was back to being upset with him. He didn't want that again, he didn't want her to be upset with him. He wanted her to be proud of him just like she was earlier. So, he couldn't let her down.

Geoff looked at her, "Bridge I'll find a way to get my GPA up", he said. Bridgette looked at him, "How?" She asked. Geoff shrugged, "I'll work harder. I mean it. I'll keep studying, and I'll get my papers done. Not only that, I'll make sure they're A+ material. Okay? But don't leave me Bridge, please", he begged.

Tears ran down Bridgette's face. "I couldn't leave you Geoff, I love you", she said. Geoff smiled a little, "I love you too", he said. She gave him a kiss then Geoff went to go pull up the current term paper that was he working on. This was it; no more watching tv, playing video games, and no more partying until his grades were up.

Heather, and April were still in the bathroom. April's hair covered the bathroom floor. It'd taken a long time but April's head was completely shaved. The reason why it'd taken so long was because Heather had never cut a person hair before, let alone shave it. Plus, as Heather was shaving she was afraid that'd she cut April's head so, she was being careful.

Heather looked at her sister in the mirror, "How are you feeling?" She asked. "In control, how does it look", April asked. Heather smirked, "Like an improvement", she teased.

April looked at herself in the mirror, "I still look better than you", she said as she touched her newly shaved head. Heather rolled her eyes, "As if", she said. April looked at her, "Thank you", she said. Heather scoffed as she tried to make it seem like no big deal, "Whatever", she said

April smirked at her as she shook her head then she got up from the chair while Heather started cleaning up the hair. April looked at her, "For the record I do appreciate it", she told her. Heather didn't say anything instead she just continued cleaning up the mess. When she was done they walked out of the bathroom.

April got back into her hospital bed. As Heather watched her she couldn't help but feel happy that she was able to help her sister keep some form of control. Heather walked over to her, "You're welcome by the way", she said. The two smiled at each other then they went back to playing cards.

Beth, and Cody were at an arcade playing games. Their game of truth, or dare had put been on hold as Cody tried to impress by her playing with the basketball game. Beth had to admit she was impressed at the way he was able to make every shot. She'd never taken him for the athletic type then again, it's not like the basketball game they were playing capture the essences of the real game. But the hoops were pretty high up so it was still impressive.

"I didn't know you were so good at sports", she joked. Cody shrugged once the game was over, "Well it's not that hard. The game's actually easy to beat, you just have to have a good angle, and the right amount of power behind your throws. It's simple mathematics, and basic science", he explained as they walked away.

Beth chuckled, "I knew there was still a math geek in there somewhere", she teased. Cody smiled, "He never left", he said. "So, did you always get A's in math?" She asked. "Yeah", he said.

"Really?" Beth asked in disbelief. Cody nodded, "Really", he confirmed. "Interesting", Beth said. Cody looked at her, "What?" He asked. The way she said that made it seem like she was up to something. "Truth, or dare", she said as she resumed their game. Cody raised his eyebrow at her, "Truth", he said in case she had a crazy dare in mind.

Beth laughed, "Yes, I wanted you to pick truth", she said. Cody chuckled, "Okay, what do you wanna know?" He asked. Have you ever gotten a B in something?" Beth asked. Cody nodded, "Yeah, in Auto Shop", he said.

Beth looked at him as she stopped walking, "You took Auto Shop?" She asked. Cody nodded again as he stopped walking too, "Yeah, it was for an elective, in high school, and all the good classes were taken. I thought I'd be good in it because I like robots, and technology so I didn't think there'd be much difference. But there was, and it was so embarrassing because I was no good at it", he explained.

"Well a B's nothing to be ashamed of", she said. "That's a good point", he said. "So, is it your turn?" She asked as she referred to their game. Cody nodded, "Truth, or dare?" He asked. Beth shrugged, "Why not? Dare", she said. Cody laughed as he thought about something he wanted her to do, "I got it", he said.

Duncan, and Courtney were in her room laying on her bed. They'd tried deciding on what wallpaper they wanted to use in the nursery but couldn't agree on which was better. Courtney wanted to use the wallpaper with the teddy bears on it but Duncan had complained that, that the was too 'childish'. Seriously? It was supposed to be childish. It was for the baby. However, Duncan didn't care, and he wanted to use the wallpaper with the dinosaurs on it because dinosaurs were cool. But Courtney was afraid that the wallpaper would scare the baby, even though the dinosaurs on it were more kid friendly than they were scary.

So, they argued for about an hour over which was better before ultimately giving up. They then decided that they'd go back to the mall, some other time, and look over some more options. Afterwards they'd started discussing names but that wasn't any easier.

Courtney looked at the baby naming book that was in her hands, "What about Mateo?" She asked. Duncan rolled his eyes, "No way, we're not naming the baby Mateo", he said. Courtney sighed in frustration, Duncan was making her wanna rip her hair out. They couldn't even agree on what would be a good name. Every time she suggested a name he'd shut it down. "Here you find something then", she said as passed him the baby naming book.

Duncan looked through it some before pointing at a name, "What about Rafael?" He asked. Courtney shook her head, "We're not naming the baby after one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", she said. Duncan looked at her, "Well we're not naming the baby Mateo neither", he said.

As they argued they didn't see Maria walk in the doorway. She cleared her throat to get their attention. Duncan, and Courtney stopped their arguing. A look of fear crossed both of their faces when they saw her. "Mom", Courtney said in surprise. "Shit", Duncan said as he scrambled to get out of the bed. They'd both been so caught up in trying to figure out what wallpaper to use for the nursery, and baby names that they'd lost track of time.

Maria looked at them, "What're you two doing?" She asked. "Nothing, honest; just please don't tell Mr. Summers I was in here", Duncan begged as he stood next to Courtney's bed. Maria sighed in annoyance, "I'm not gonna tell him. Just be out of here before he gets back", she told him. She wasn't gonna get her husband all worked up because Duncan was in her daughter's room. If Randell found out then he'd probably throw Duncan out of the house, and if Duncan was gone then Courtney would be upset. So, Maria figured that she should just keep her mouth shut.

Duncan smiled then he hopped back on Courtney's bed, "Thanks", he said gratefully. Maria ignored his appreciation, "Now what're you two doing?" She asked. Courtney looked at the baby naming book then back at her mother, "We were looking up baby names", she answered.

Duncan had his hands behind his head, "We were gonna try decorating the nursery but we couldn't decide on what wallpaper to use", he said. "I wanted to use the one with the teddy bears on it but he wanted to use the one with the dinosaurs", Courtney said as she gestured at Duncan.

Maria folded her arms, "Have you two at least decided on a name yet?" She asked. "Courtney's wants to name the baby something like Mateo but I'm starting to like Rafael better", Duncan said. Maria looked at them, "Those are boy names; have you two even thought about any girl names in case you have a girl?" She asked. Duncan, and Courtney looked at each other. Neither of them hadn't really thought of any girl names. They'd only been focus on the ones for boys'. Courtney looked at her mom, "No", she finally answered.

Maria sighed, "You two are all over the place. You're about to be parents in a few months, and trust me that'll go by real fast. So, you need to figure all of this out, especially the nursey. That's really important. So, if you have to, compromise. You're going to need to for the baby", she said.

Courtney looked at her, "Okay mom", she said. She'd made a good point about them needing to compromise because before any of them know it the baby will be there. "We'll try", Duncan said. Maria gave them one final look before she walked away. When she was gone they thought about what she said.

Early that evening Cody, and Beth snuck into the area of the gym where the pool was. They had to wait for the college's swim team to get done with practice before sneaking in. Fortunately for them the pool hadn't been covered yet.

Beth was wearing her swimsuit as she stood over the edge of the pool, "Do I have to do this?" She asked while looking at him. Cody nodded, "I dared you remember?" He asked with a smirk. Beth groaned as she looked back at the water. Cody had dared her to sneak into the pool area, and jump into the deep end of the pool which was 10 feet. Simple enough, if she hadn't been so afraid of being caught, and getting into trouble. That, and she didn't feel like getting wet.

Nonetheless Cody had dared her, and she'd done every dare so far so she may as well do that one. Beth continued looking at the water before she took a deep breath, and jumped in. There was a big splash as she so. The water was cold, it felt even colder when she came up to the surface, and the air hit her skin.

Cody laughed at her as her teeth chattered. Beth looked at him in annoyance then she splashed some water his way. Cody tried to shield himself as the water hit him. Beth giggled as he did so.

Beth moved around in the pool some before looking at him, "Get in", she said. Cody shook his head, "No way", he smiled. "Come on, I dare you", she said.

Cody smirked, "That's not how it works", he said. Beth smiled, "If you don't jump in then I'll have to keep splashing water at you", she warned. "You wouldn't?" Cody asked. Beth nodded, "I would", she said then she started splashing more water his way.

Cody once again tried to shield himself from the water as Beth kept splashing it at him. But it didn't work, and he still got wet. Finally, after realizing he was gonna get wet whether he got in, or not he decided to jump in.

Cody held up one of his hands in surrender, "Okay, I'll get in", he said with a laugh. Beth smiled in triumph as Cody took of his shoes, and socks then his shirt. Without wasting any time, he jumped in the pool.

Beth laughed again when he came up to the surface. Cody shivered at the cold air then he moved around some to get his body used to the pool's temperature. "Cold isn't it?" She asked. Cody nodded, and continued to swim around.

Beth moved over to the edge of the pool, Cody followed then he put his arm around her. She smiled when he did so. Afterwards he looked out the window. "Is it snowing?" He asked his voice was filled with shock. "What?" Beth asked as she looked out the window with a panicked look on her face. The last thing she needed was to walk all the way to the girls' dorm room, while she was soaked, and it be snowing. However, to her relief it wasn't snowing outside. Though it wouldn't surprise her if it had been since it was early November. Cody laughed, "Got you", he said as he held the side of his head.

A look of annoyance crossed Beth's face then she started splashing him again. She smiled as he tried to move away. "Come back here", she said as she moved after him. Soon, Cody started splashing her back.

Laughter filled the pool area as they both splashed water at each other. Beth couldn't remember the last time she'd had fun like this. It was like whenever she was with Cody she could count on having a good time. They splashed water at each other some more before Cody swam over to her, and they kissed.

Courtney was on her way to bed when she noticed the light was on in the nursery. Curious, she walked into the room, and saw Duncan looking at the teddy bear wallpaper. "Duncan", she said.

Duncan turned around, and blushed when he saw her. "Hey", he said. "What're you doing?" She asked. Duncan looked at the wallpaper then at the her, "Well I thought about what your mom said earlier, and she made a good point about needing to be ready. So, I figured teddy bears aren't so bad", he said.

Courtney smiled, "You mean it?" She asked. Duncan nodded, "Yeah", he said with his hand behind his head. In truth he wasn't too keen on the dinosaur wallpaper neither, and it could have been something else childish like ducks, or fish so in the end the teddy bear wallpaper most likely was the best option. Plus, Courtney liked it. So, he was willing to swallow his pride, and use her choice of wallpaper.

Courtney wrapped her arms around him, "Thank you", she said. She knew he didn't have to agree on her choice but he did anyway because he loved her, and their baby. That was what she'd meant earlier when she said she wanted their baby to inherent his nice side because of what he was doing right then.

Duncan smiled, "You're welcome Princess. But just so you know this doesn't mean we're gonna name the baby Mateo. So, we need to start thinking of something else", he said. Courtney smiled, "Okay, but no Rafael", she said. "Agreed", he said. "I love you", she said after awhile. "I love you too", he said then the two shared a kiss.

A/N- Well there's chapter 28. Did you like it? Now I know some of you might think the interaction between Beth, and Justin was random but it wasn't. There was a reason for it. Plus, I wanted a follow up from the last chapter. Another thing the comment about Geoff being interested in photography came from that episode on the show where he had the camera. CMR Rosa reminded me of that, and thought it'd be interesting if Geoff could bond with Ezekiel over that. So, I had added that in. Now what do you think of Heather, and April? Are you loving their interactions? What about Cody, and Beth? Do you think they should just get together? Finally, do you think Geoff can pull up his grades in time? Tell me what you think in the comments. Teenage Dream by Katy Perry.
