The next day, which today was the Fourth of July in the town of Simport...
At the SPA Agency, Crystal sat there, in her cell, looking out the window, wondering when will they be free from this place. Her other goth friends were still here too, but for the jocks from Royal Academy...in what feels like, for Crystal, like the world is deciding to be unfair towards her on this one, the coach of the Royal Academy came to bail them out, but giving them all in-school suspensions just for that. So that sucks for her and the goths.
She sat there, waiting for some sort of thing to happen, until somebody taps the bar nearby her. Crystal looks over to the bars to see that there was Walker, standing right there, waiting for her to look towards him.
"What do you want?" Crystal asked.
"Don't act like that to me, ma'am. Now come with me to the office..." Walker said, unlocking the cell door to let her out.
Once Walker unlocked the door for her, Crystal walks out of the cell, and headed her way to the office room that Agent Walker owns. He sits down in his chair, as Goth Boy and Yuki were in the other two chairs in the office room that were facing the desk's outer area. Crystal sat down in the third chair to the left, and then looks at the two other goths, who were still miffed with her about what happened. The rebel didn't want to argue, so she turned her head towards the lead Agent, sitting at his desk. He pulls out some papers.
"So...Crystal Montell..." Agent Walker said, looking at one of the papers. "It says here that you've been...in juvie a couple times, am I wrong?" Crystal shook her head.
"To be fair, you're not wrong about that. But really, they were all for very minor things." Crystal said. Walker glares at her.
"You attacked other cheerleaders...you've threw eggs at the Royal Academy...you stole bikes before...you've thought it would be funny to spray paint 'This school sucks' on the back of the school...and you've disrespected every single teacher you've ever came across? All of these are minor to you?" Crystal shrugs, not really caring about all of that.
"Not to me anyway."
"Crystal, these are some serious stuff that you've pulled off in the past that tells that you've got some nerve to be walking around the town right now, considering how much of a troublemaker you really are." Walker leans forward. "And yes, I will be holding these actions against you in the case of the court." Crystal crossed her arms, shaking her head, bothered by this.
"Just because I do all of that doesn't make me a bad person all the way..."
"The actions says it all, Mrs. Montell. Just so you know..." Walker looks over to Goth Boy, looking at a piece of paper. "Only been to juvie once, eh? For getting into a fight back in your Senior Year." Goth Boy nods at this question. "Hmm..." Walker than looks towards Yuki. "And you've never been to juvie, just been said to have been biting a lot of faces..." Walker looks at the paper, raising an eyebrow. "...Including driving a submarine that looks like a shard? Is that so?" Yuki scratches the back of her head, feeling a bit embarrassed at the fact that this fact is being brought up against her now. "Very well then..." Walker sighed, before standing up, and stepping out of the way for his chair. "I guess I can't say you have been the most evilest of people I've ever met in my life, but all I can say is, like the rest of the Agency, I am disappointed in all the goths. Except for two of them, being Ghostly and Violet. And speaking of Ghostly...it's not my word to give you guys the sentence that you deserve. It's Ghostly, Gabby, and the jury's word if they are going to send you behind the actual bars." Yuki leans her head to the left, confused.
"This isn't prison already?" Yuki asked Walker.
"I'm afraid not, Yuki. The SPA Agency only holds onto the prisoners before a trial happens. So this is not the real jail for you and your group." Walker sits back down, and then crosses his arms, looking at the three goths in front of his desk. "Just know that I am keeping you here until any sort of speak." Walker pats the desk, and spoke again. "Just know that the trial will happen next week." Crystal shook her head in shock.
"I thought the trial was next month." Crystal said.
"Well...I was told by a Gabby that he can't wait that long. So he wants to do it around next week instead of August." Crystal stared at him in utter shock.
"This is bullshit! I can't believe we're doomed, and Ghostly is obviously going to say guilty." Crystal holds out a hand to the left. "You can't seriously be allowing this to happen, Walker." Agent Walker just stared at the rebel as she objected against this.
"I'm sorry Crystal, but this isn't in my control." He sighed. "I wish it was, but it's not." Walker then looks at the two cops next to him. "You can take them back to their cells now."
"Yes, Agent Walker." One of the two cops said.
The cops took the three college teens back to the cells that they've came from, and locked them up, as Walker sat there at his desk to wait out the week for the trial the very next week.
Considering that it was the Fourth of July today, Katie wasn't too sure with what to do today. She and her father were off her shift today, so they weren't going to go to work after today. So Katie was left bored for the start of today.
Sitting around outside her house, in her front yard, kicking her soccer ball around a bit, getting some exercise for herself. She wasn't too if she was wanting to invite anyone to the house for the holiday night, when the fireworks happen. Katie wondered if Chaz was wanting to be apart of tonight at the house, or if Annie or maybe even Violet would want to join along. Katie even took consideration to invite Rhonda to the house for today. She hasn't talked to the girl in awhile, so who knows on her part.
Suddenly, Katie heard walking approaching her house near the sidewalk in front of her yard. She looks towards the sidewalk, seeing that there was Violet walking over to the house. The goth girl waves at Katie as she approached the lawn.
"Oh, Kate..." Violet said. "...I see that you're not in your house. I was coming to see what you were doing tonight." Katie crossed her arms, looking at the goth girl.
"Oh me? I was planning on inviting a couple of friends to my house so we can celebrate the Fourth of July, you know?" Katie said. "Mostly just me, Chaz, Tim, Pinky, and probably Annie are going to be at the house enjoying the holiday tonight." Violet looked a bit discouraged hearing that being said.
"Oh really?" Katie nods. Violet looks down, feeling discouraged still. "Hmm...I was going to ask you if you were wanting to come to my house to spend it there since you and I have been becoming such good friends." Katie shrugs.
"I wish. But I usually spend my holidays with my dad, no matter what the day is." Katie shrugs, looking at the goth. Violet nods.
"Well, to me, family is important. I understand. You and your dad are close, like me and Poppy." Katie nods.
"Just like you and Poppy. But hey, you can be invited to my house." Violet shook her head.
"Actually no...I am spending it with my family and friends." Violet shrugs at this. "Oh well...when the next holiday comes, I'll invite you again." Violet smiled. "Anyways, I got to get some food from the shop so we can eat at the hangout at my house. I'll see you some other time. Alright?" Katie nods.
"See you, Violet."
Katie kicked her soccer ball around again, as Violet walks off to the store to get her and her friends some food. Katie just kicks her ball some more, until she stopped so that she can sit down for now, taking a break from kicking her favorite soccer ball around.
