"Jason, dammit, drop whatever you're doing and get to the house. It's... It's important," Sonny babbled into Spinelli's phone before tossing it to the side. He had been calling Brenda and Carly for the past five minutes, and they weren't answering. Jason wasn't answering either, and now that Spinelli had let it slip that he texted Sam something inside Sonny was stirring. He just wanted to get home to make sure nothing was wrong. He was hoping the worst thing he found was that Brenda and Carly had gotten into another shouting match. That he could handle.

Sonny had been listening to the rambling from Spinelli and wished like hell he had jumped into his car with Jason. He had to ride home listening to apologies about telling Sam what was going on, and he was at his wit's end.

"Stop, okay? Just stop. I don't want to hear why you told her anything."

"The Jackal must explain. He has been on the case with the Fair Samantha from the beginning, and when she and Stone Cold split, she kept working. Perhaps it was an attempt to rectify the wrong she did in choosing to bed The Angry One, but she has been in the loop."

"Why would Sam help you help us?"

"Fair Samantha is most apologetic for the way things happened."

"Well, maybe she shouldn't have slept with Drew," Sonny snarled.

"If I may—"

"I'm sure you're going to anyway," Sonny cut him off.

"Stone Cold returned to us different. As you well know, he is more than what he used to be, and Fair Samantha was intimidated by the past he and The Divine One share."

"Brenda? Why?"

"She was accompanied to the person he once was, and they shared something. How could he not with a shining ray of sunshine such as her. She walks into a room and—"

"I know what my wife is like when she walks into a room. Get to the point."

"Fair Samantha did not feel as if she could compete. It does not excuse the betrayal. The Angry One is the bane of the Jackal's existence, but Fair Samantha would like another chance to prove herself."

"She's not going to get it," Sonny admitted. "For years, I knew something was missing in my relationships with Carly, and a few days ago I finally figured it out. Brenda was missing for me and Jason was missing for her."

"The Valkyrie and Stone Cold? Wow, Mr. Sir has to be—"

"Happy for them," Sonny cut in. "I'm glad that they can make each other happy. I have a wife that I love; I only want her."

"Can the Jackal point out that—"

"No you can't," Sonny sniped. "You tried to interfere with us once, and I won't let it happen again. What happens between me and my wife is our business."

"The Jackal meant no offense."

"Just park," Sonny directed as they pulled into his yard.

As soon as the car stopped, Sonny realized there weren't any lights on in his house and reached for his gun. "Try Jason again and stay here. Don't come in the house," he directed.

Spinelli nodded, and Sonny walked closer to his house and saw the two guards he had watching the girls lying in the snow. They were both dead. As he crept closer to the front door, he realized it was slightly open. He crossed the threshold and saw what looked like splattered blood and tried not to lose it.

Sonny kicked the door open as Spinelli called out from the car. "Stone Cold went to Fair Samantha's house, but she was not there. He is headed this way."

"He doesn't need to look anywhere, she's here," Sonny said quietly. "Call an ambulance."

"What... what happened?" Spinelli was ignoring Sonny's directions at this point and making waves to get to the house.

"Stay back," Sonny advised.

"I don't care, she is still my friend, and if she is hurt, I want to—"

Sonny looked up from his place in the foyer and shook his head. "She's not hurt; she's dead. No pulse." He touched her neck.

While he was reeling over finding Sam dead in his place, he was more concerned by what he didn't find. There was no sign of Carly or Brenda near Sam. Sonny went racing through the house after the shock wore off, and while he did, he shouted both names to no avail. No one answered, and he felt as if his world was slipping away.

"Dammit!" Sonny swung out and connected with a wall, putting a hole in it.

"Mr. Sir," Spinelli called out. Sonny had almost forgotten he was there. "Any sign of the Valkyrie or The Divine One?"

While Sonny was ready to tear the city apart, he had a thought flash into his head and sprinted down the stairs. "Get your computer or whatever it is you use and bring it in here."

While Sonny sat down at his desk, he looked and saw his hands shaking. This was the last thing he expected when he got home, and while Spinelli rushed into the house with his computer in hand, Jason tore into the yard, coming to a quick stop.

"What can I do, Mr. Sir?"

"I don't know how to work it, but I had the phone Brenda has set up with the family locater. Can you sign into my account?"

"Do you have passwords?" Sonny looked at Spinelli like he was crazy, and Spinelli ducked his head. "Never mind, it should be no problem for the Jackal. Just a few short minutes."

Spinelli tapped away on the computer and Sonny heard as Jason entered the house. He looked across the room the see the shock on Jason's face and also as he slid to the floor. He seemed to be in shock. Jason knelt next to Sam's lifeless body and brushed the hair from her forehead.

"Who did this?" Jason spoke quietly. When no one responded, he asked louder. "Who did this?"

"I don't know," Sonny admitted, but they're going to pay with their lives. They have Brenda and Carly."

"What are you doing?" Jason tried to pull it together, but his voice was laced with sadness and anger.

"In mere seconds, The Jackal will have a location on The Valkyrie and The Divine One." Spinelli tapped a button and let out a low sigh.

"What?" Sonny looked at the screen.

"This is most disappointing. The Jackal regrets to inform you The Divine One's phone appears to be here. It is not on her person."

"Dammit," Sonny smacked the desk. "I want my wife found! I will tear every building in this town apart until I have her back."

Jason finally stood from the floor and cleared his throat. We might not have to look far. He stepped back outside and came in minutes later with Drew, bound and gagged. Jason threw him on the floor and put his foot on Drew's cheek.

"I'll crush your skull if you don't tell me where they took the girls. I want to know right now!"

Drew shook his head, vehemently once Jason snatched the gag off. "I didn't do anything to them! Some of your thugs must have done this. Maybe you should look at your own enemies about who might have them," Drew sputtered.

Sonny pulled his gun up, cocked it back, and placed it right at Drew's temple. "If anything happens to them and I find out you knew where they were, I'll kill you."

Drew looked surprised, and Sonny could tell he really had no idea what was going on. "Get your ass up!" Sonny snatched him, and Jason pushed him on the couch in the living room once they reached it.

While Sonny and Jason were discussing what to do next, Spinelli tried to cut in, but they just kept talking. Spinelli moved from behind the desk and made himself heard. "Stone Cold, Mr. Sir, if I may, The Jackal may have the answers to your prayers."

"What?" Sonny barked. "Speak."

"While The Divine One might not have access to her phone, there may be a better option that will ensure the safe return—"

"Spinelli," Jason gritted. "Get to the point."

"If someone were to call Kim, we could get the trajectory of her location. This is brilliant, I have no idea why I didn't think of it sooner."

"What do you need?" Jason rushed to ask.

"The Angry One's phone must be connected through this very cord." He held up a cord and waved it in Jason's face. "Once he does this, he needs to place a call and just keep her on the line for a full sixty seconds."

When Drew started laughing, both Sonny and Jason turned to face him. "What the hell is funny?" Sonny crossed his arms.

"I won't help you. You're not going to grab Kim and do to her what you did to me. She's been good to me, and I owe her."

"You want to be with her, then we will bury you next to each other when we're done. You're making the damn call." Sonny reached into Drew's pocket and ripped his phone out. "Dial the number." Jason was the first to make a move and snatched Drew over to Sonny's desk, plugging the phone into Spinelli's computer.

Sonny pointed his gun at Drew's head, dialed the number, and pulled the phone to his ear. Sonny could hear the multiple times it rang and almost got angry until she answered. The room was silent as Jason turned the speaker on.

"Hey, where are you?" Drew spoke. "Are you working?"

Kim hesitated, they all heard it, and she laughed to cover. "Not exactly. I had to make some stops before going home."

Drew took a deep breath and looked back at Sonny and Jason, who were watching him closely. Sonny noted a look of apprehension on his face. It was as if he was figuring her out for the first time. "Drew, I'm a little busy, can I call you back? Or maybe I'll just see you at home."

"Wait," Drew called out, stopping her from hanging up.

"Yes?" Kim asked, almost sounding annoyed.

"Can I ask you about Oscar again? You know I feel like there is so much I don't know and so much I didn't get to figure out. What were his favorite foods? What did he love?"

The group could hear her sigh, and then start talking. Oscar seemed to be her trigger. She went on about him for the rest of the time Spinelli needed to track her, and once he had a location, he gave Sonny and Jason a thumbs up. Drew allowed her to speak a few minutes longer and found a way to disconnect the call.

Before Drew could even utter a word, Sonny and Jason were up and grabbed him as they headed toward the door. They were sneaking through the back. "Spinelli, you stay here and answer questions. We were never here, and you found Sam and the guards on your own," Jason advised.

Jason and Sonny got out with Drew just before the ambulance pulled into the yard, followed by the police. As they headed to their destination, Drew spoke, and Sonny gripped the steering wheel tighter.

"I want to go in with you. I want to talk to Kim. You're not going to hurt her. She's been good to me."

"If she has my wife, I'm not going to hurt her, I'll kill her," Sonny confessed. "No one comes into my house, kills the mother of Jason's child, kidnaps the mother of my children and my wife and lives to talk about it. I don't care who she is to you."

"Kim hasn't been all there since you dumped her. She's done some crazy things and acted like a maniac, but she's a sweet person. I just can't believe she would hurt Brenda or Carly. I just, I need to talk to her."

"And Sam, do you think she would hurt Sam?" Jason cut in. "Because from where I stand, Sam was an obstacle if her end goal was you. With Liz everything was superficial to you, Kim didn't really want Sonny, that was to stick it to Carly, and she clearly knows Brenda is Sonny's first choice and she didn't stand a chance. Sam was the woman you thought you loved. She was the one who left you, and you ended up making another baby with her. She wouldn't want to hurt Sam, she would want to kill her."

"She wouldn't do that," Drew argued. "I know her."

"You don't know you," Jason pointed out. "You have no memory of who you were before coming here, and you have no idea who Kim was. You only know what she tells you, and I know for a fact that she's a liar."

"How do you know?" Drew questioned.

"Her name isn't Kim. Meet Hailey Bernard." Jason showed Drew the information Spinelli texted him. "Hailey Bernard who was married to a Navy Seal. Ringing any bells? You have a teenage son with her that she swears was the result of a fling, but I think it was more."

"I don't remember her," Drew admitted. "I can't be married; she would have told me."

"Maybe she was planning to, but you sleeping with Sam got in the way. You know, she just wants a man to love her."

"I'm not the one," Drew stated firmly. "I love... I loved Sam."

"And that love got her killed," Sonny gritted as he turned into the location Spinelli provided.

The place they arrived at was a house. It was outside of Port Charles by a few miles and mostly secluded. Sonny had never been in the area before, but he made note of the entrances as he got out of the car. He could see two, and he also saw what looked like a guest house. He'd check that out if things in the house didn't pan out.

Taking a deep breath, Sonny drew his gun and watched Jason do the same. Drew was pulled from the back seat and unbound and Jason offered a stern warning before letting him walk in with them. Drew agreed to the terms and was the first to walk into the house.

With guns drawn Sonny and Jason followed Drew, and to their shock, they found Kim with a glass of wine in her hand and a video playing in the background. She hardly seemed as if she had captives. She actually looked comfortable.

"What are you doing here?" She asked as she sat her glass down. "Are you following me?"

"You're going to start talking," Sonny warned. "Where the hell is my wife?"

"Your wife? Which one?" Kim laughed. "You seem to have quite a few."

"I'm not here to joke with you," Jason warned. "Either you tell us what you know, or we will shoot you."

Jason pressed his gun to her side and Drew tried to hold him off until Sonny blocked him. "Let him handle this."

"They're not here. Tell them, Kim," Drew pleaded. "Just tell them you don't know."

"They will die," Kim laughed. "They will die just like my Oscar."

Sonny felt his temper rising, but before he could make a move, the front door blew open. While all sorts of scenarios flew through his head, the one thing that stuck was that he had made a mistake. He should have taken the shot when he had the chance. He wouldn't miss the opportunity this time.

Bang. "Sonny, no!" Kim screamed. "What have you done?"
