Chapter 28

Revelations and Deception.

The early morning briefing in the Ministers office had gone well, each member of the team knew their role and what was required of them. If each played their part they knew this would be the first blow against those who wanted to destroy what had been built since the war, ruin what future their society had. They knew where the attack would happen and who the target was and they planned to be ready for it and prevent any deaths at all if they could.

They used a Portkey to transport themselves close to the location, but not close enough to be detected. A scouting party had gone ahead, a few minutes earlier, to check if the target had arrived ahead of them. Once the main team arrived the scouts reported that all was clear so most of the group concealed themselves magically and went to take up their positions to wait, they didn't have long to do so. The moment the targets arrived and they could see what positions they were taking, the rest of their team, again disillusioned, moved to take their role in capturing the assailants, within seconds, they were ready. So long as the enemy didn't use Homenum Revelio in the area, then the Ministry team would remain completely concealed, until the moment to act came.

Having briefed his men before they set off from their hidden base, then again when they had arrived in this wood, the leader of Vengeances men waited impatiently for the target to arrive. From his vantage point, hidden behind the trunk of a large lime tree, he watched, eagerly through the gloom of the slowly clearing mist that still hung between the trees, as the two figures they were ordered to kill appeared. They were calmly walking arm in arm along the lane, oblivious to the threat awaiting them in the forest. The Vengeance army's team leader could also see his comrades hiding behind other trees, in bushes and amongst the undergrowth. All of them were watching the lane from which they were concealed, wands at the ready. They hadn't had long to wait, only a few minutes after taking their places before the moment to spring the trap arrived. The target's had appeared, the couple walking hand in hand down the lane, confidently, unaware of the ferocious attack that was about to be unleashed on them at any moment. The leader pointed his wand at the walking figures and waited until they drew level with him, a point he thought was too far along for them to turn and run back to the school, but not far enough for them to be able to run to the safety of the village either. "Avada Kadavra!" He hissed with venom and the curse flew from his wand.

His spell was the signal, curses from nineteen other wands quickly followed his, searing through the trees towards the couple from each of his compatriots. The spells shone in the gloom, illuminating the trees about them, before they met and exploded on the spot where the two figures were last seen. The light of the combined curses intensifying to a bright white as they converged, hiding the couple from view within the corona of its brilliance. All was silent for a moment, as if the trees themselves were holding their breath. He watched as the intense light faded and the dust, soil and gravel whipped up by the wash of all the spells impacting in a relatively small area, was blown clear or settled back down on the ground with a sound like falling rain. His anticipation now confidence that they had achieved their objective, there was no doubt in his mind that they had succeeded, they could not have failed. The curses had been accurately aimed, impacting on one spot, the place the two targets had occupied.

His eyes widened in shock at the sight that revealed itself, as he watched. The two unmistakeable figures of their targets emerged, unscathed, from the slowly clearing cloud of lighter particles, still walking casually towards their destination as if nothing had happened. He couldn't believe it, how could all of them, including himself, have had missed the targets so completely? It appeared that not one single spell had hit the two figures who, even now, had not even bothered to take cover and arrogantly, it seemed to him, brushed off the attack as insignificant, unworthy of concern, they simply continued to stroll on their way. It was as if they had not even noticed the plethora of spells that had converged next to them, but that was impossible, wasn't it?

"What the bloody hell is going on?" He muttered in disbelief, the failure of the couple to even notice the spells did nothing for his ego.

Shaking his head briefly, those were puzzle to be considered later, they still had to complete their task, which would render the answers irrelevant in any case. He fired again, before the chance to fulfil their mission was lost completely and he had to explain the inexplicable to his superiors and suffer their wrath. The others in his team were shaken out of their own shock, by seeing his spell resuming the attack and they too fired more curses towards the target figures. Firing randomly, at will this time, rather than in a combined attack. They cast almost desperately, blanketing the lane in a wider pattern than before, surely at least one of them must hit the couple this time, even if more through luck than judgement. They had to achieve something, or they would all suffer for their failure. The targets were two unsuspecting teenagers, how could they, fully grown wizards, not succeed against them, it was such a simple job, they could not fail, it was unthinkable.

He began to notice that the number of curses diminished slowly, one by one his comrades appeared to stop firing for some reason. He had not ordered it, but he did not see this as odd, assuming they were waiting to see if they had met with success this time, or perhaps they were becoming as disillusioned with this job as he was and simply giving up. Perhaps that last thought was the most likely, but whatever the reason, it gave him a way to get out of trouble with the commanders. He realised he could blame the failure, if they did fail of course, on the unwillingness of his team to keep up the attack. At least that was what he believed could be his fall back plan, until he felt a wand tip press forcefully at his throat.

"What the hell are you playing at you bloody idiot, get back to your post until we know we have got them." He growled, believing it was one of his team, which ever of them was messing about would pay for attempting this prank, or mutiny if that was what it was.

"If I were you I would hand me your wand." An unfamiliar, deep yet flowery voice said in his ear. "But, that would just be me of course, you could choose to let me have a little fun with a hex or too first if you prefer."

He knew his team, the voice was not that of one of them, of that much he was certain. He was growing less and less positive that they had ever had a chance to have achieved their aim on this mission, he glanced down the lane to see if they had hit their targets. His heart sank, the two figures were still walking, still seemingly oblivious of the curses that must have only missed them by mere inches as they had screamed through the air past them. His wand was suddenly snatched roughly from his hand, whilst he continued to watch the couple, transfixed, mesmerised by the impossibility of their continued presence. He was incredulous as they calmly walked away from the miracle they appeared to have performed to survive the barrage of curses. He was at a complete loss to explain how they had missed them and how the two could have not even flinched at the attack. Realisation of the absolute failure of their mission, was the second thing he was certain of in less than a minute, but would not be the last in the next few.

"What a shame, the dull option, I was so looking forward to having a little fun with you. Never mind, as you have realised in the last few minutes I am sure, we can't have all that we would like in life can we?" The deep voice said in his ear.

He felt himself being bound, then dragged towards a large boulder nearby, his disbelieving eyes fixed on the couple who should be dead, as they calmly continued to saunter towards the village as if nothing unusual had happened. Then suddenly, without warning, the two figures simply vanished in mid stride, no turning on the spot or distinctive pop of Apparition, nor any sign of a Portkey activation. They were simply there one moment, continuing on their walk, deep in conversation, then gone in the blink of an eye.

He finally realised he had led his team right into a trap, they had planned to ambush, but they had been ambushed themselves, what was more it had been far more effectively. It was clear, that their targets had never actually been there at all, it was the only explanation. It had to have been some kind of spell, an illusion of a type he could not recall having ever seen before. He had been captured uninjured, as had his entire team, that much was beyond doubt, that it had happened without the merest hint of a fight was both unbelievable and unforgivable. However the combination of these indisputable facts left him with only one possible conclusion, it was obvious to him that they had to have been betrayed by someone. The question was, who? Who with knowledge of the plan had betrayed them?

His one consolation was that whoever had caught them didn't know the signal to be given, when they had succeeded. The twins would know of the failure when it wasn't sent, giving them chance to act, unless it had been they who had double crossed them and laid the trap in the first place. No, that was a ridiculous notion, the twins loyalty to their Aunt was unquestioning and he knew she had named this particular couple as a target because they assisted Potter, so the twins would not have betrayed this mission. How the woman had encouraged such unswerving loyalty from the two youngsters he didn't know, or particularly want to know, especially if, as he strongly suspected, it was by receiving the kind of punishment he had seen the General endure.

The traitor had to be someone else, but at least without the signal the twins would know of the failure of the attack and be able to take action, maybe warn the rest of the army, perhaps revaluate the planned attack which had to take place in a couple of days. Although there was no communication planned to occur between the twins and the base, he expected they would wish to exact some retribution for the failure which would at least warn the others of it. That meant they weren't completely defeated this day yet, perhaps they would yet succeed with the rest of the plan, even if it had to be adapted because of this failure. The next attack would have to go ahead regardless of the failure here, but they may need to adapt the plan meaning their capture would not last long, they would be liberated along with her within days perhaps. By now she had to be being moved to the ministry, ready for her scheduled trial, due to start early the next week. He chuckled to himself, secure in the knowledge that whilst this battle may be lost, their war was not over, not by a long shot, they would still win against these fools.

His mirth did not last long, he heard an urgent voice nearby, it seemed to come from thin air, he could see no one close enough to have spoken. "Kingsley, we must send up a single shot of pink sparks quickly, that's their signal to show the success of their mission, I heard the one you have there telling the others, when they arrived in the clearing before the attack." He heard the disembodied voice tell his captor, damn, all chance of there being any warning of the failure was lost.

"Really, they chose pink sparks as the signal, no verbal communication, so much the better, they won't get any detailed information of what has happened in that case and it saves us from having to coerce one of this lot. Well send the signal up now, we need to let them think they have achieved their aim." Said the man holding him.

A hand appeared in mid air and to the Vengeance team leader's dismay, pink sparks erupted from the tip of the wand it held and sped straight up to explode above the canopy of trees. He had no doubt they would be visible for miles around, not least from the school where he knew the twins would be watching. Thinking this mission had succeeded the twins would proceed as planned, unaware of their failure. Unless it really had been them who had betrayed their Army after all, further punishment for past failures, perhaps. In which case he supposed they had been abandoned to suffer at the hands of these filthy Muggle lovers. The doubt grew in him as he was dragged away towards his fellow warriors and roughly shoved to sit on the ground with his disarmed, bound and dejected men, who were being taken away one by one, by who he supposed were Aurors.

Whilst the Vengeance soldiers were being Apparated away, Kingsley went back to the spot the hand had appeared from. "You all right there Harry?"

"Yes fine Kingsley, no problems." Said Harry, slipping out of his invisibility cloak to appear in front of the Minister.

The team leader saw who had been revealed just before he was Apparated away, wide eyed with shock, the bloody Skeeter woman had got it wrong, or was it part of the betrayal. He just had time to wonder what else could go wrong and realise he had no way of warning the rest of the Army of Potter's return, before he felt himself whisked away through the tight tube of Apparition.

Harry watched as the man disappeared bound to an Auror and smiled to Kingsley. "Thanks for letting me come Kingsley, it's good to be out of the house and back in action, being useful." He grinned. "I know I need time, but just getting away from Grimmauld Place has been so enjoyable."

"It's good to have you back my friend, even if it is not yet completely to your usual self and we can't get you in the thick of it too much for a while at least. You did well though, it's not easy spying in this kind of location, especially when some twit stands on a stick right behind them when he is coming into the clearing, to try to listen in." Kingsley grinned. "Anyway I promised Poppy most sincerely that we would get you home quickly after we had completed this task so you could rest and there is no way I am going against her, now where's Ginny?"

"Right next to you." Ginny's voice sounded, putting a hand on Harry's shoulder. "Have been for a few minutes, good job some of us listened to the stealth briefing and avoided sticks Minister." She laughed. "I heard it even at my altitude."

Harry chuckled with her, then he removed the disillusionment charm on Ginny and she appeared, holding her Firebolt in her hand. "I landed after I lifted the spell."

"Lets get you two home, before you both tease me too much." Grinned Kingsley. "Brilliant charm that Ginny, projecting the figures leaving the castle and all along the path, from the air, it had them well and truly fooled, well done."

They Portkeyed away from the woodland, leaving a small team clearing up and ensuring all evidence was gathered, especially any dropped wands. Even the scars in the ground where the spells had impacted were being repaired, soon there would be no sign an attack had occurred there at all.

Ron and Hermione were waiting in the sitting room at Grimmauld Place when Harry, Ginny and Kingsley walked in from the square, having walked from the quiet arrival point of the Portkey. Harry went to sit down straight away, he was more exhausted than he would freely admit and was glad to sit back in the sofa.

"Success!" Said Kingsley, clearly pleased with the result of the mornings activity. "Their cause is twenty members fewer now than they were an hour ago, not to mention Harry discovered and sent the signal to ensure that the twins believe that they succeeded in their task. Hopefully they do anyway, it will make things so much easier in the fight against them if they are not on their guard quite so much. Ron, Hermione, Minerva tells me that she needs you two back at Hogwarts, apparently you have some paperwork to catch up on for your NEWT's. You are going to be in hiding at the school, so keep your heads down. We don't want you seen by any students, the twins have to believe their plan worked and you two are badly hurt at the very least. We can't get you directly into the secure location in the castle, so you will be disillusioned whilst you are in her office, so you can walk escorted and unnoticed through the corridors to get there. If we need to keep you there any longer than just the next couple of days, then we'll think about moving you back out of the school so you will have a little more freedom, but that will depend on how much longer. Whatever the case proves to be we shall keep you informed of what is going on, at least as far as you are concerned. We expect them to move quickly on the next stage of the plan though, especially if they believe they were successful this morning, so I expect that I shall be in touch with you about it, sooner, I suspect, rather than later."

"A couple of day's locked up, alone with Hermione in the room of requirement, where no one can disturb us, brilliant." Grinned Ron.

"Behave Ron, though I do hope the bed it provides is comfortable." Giggled Hermione.

"Don't forget a good sized bath, as well." Winked Harry.

"Whatever you do though, remember to check his bum regularly Hermione." Added Ginny with a cheeky grin as her brother went bright red.

"If you two have quite finished arranging their love life now, can they go?" Laughed Kingsley.

Ron and Hermione hugged Harry and Ginny goodbye, then stepped into the fire to Floo directly into Minerva's office where they were disillusioned for the walk through the school and to the room where they were to stay. Neville was waiting for them in the room of requirement, which he had set up as securely as possible for the purpose with as many facilities as they needed.

Back in the lounge at Grimmauld Place, Kreacher had appeared with drinks on a tray for the three of them. While Harry and Ginny settled on a Sofa, Kingsley drank his quickly. "Right, thanks for the drink, but regrettably I must get back to the office now. It won't be long before I should get the first reports from the interrogations of those we captured, I shall keep you briefed, but you two make sure that you rest, or I will be in big trouble with Poppy. Oh yes, Harry, before I forget, may I borrow one of your memories of the Wolfe twins. I am sure I know them from somewhere else, not just seeing them at the school, but I can't put my finger on it. I want to see if having your perspective of them will help to jog my own memory any. It may not be important of course, though on the other hand, it could be a significant step to discovering who they get their orders from."

"Of course you can Kingsley, I know we have bottled at least one with them in it, if you can wait a minute I'll go and get it for you now." Said Harry and left the room to retrieve it from the cupboard now in their dressing room.

He and Ginny had started to bottle and catalogue his memories from the Pensieve, they had bought a special glass fronted cupboard, that Ginny had seen and bought some months ago, when they had gone Christmas shopping. It was from a Muggle shop in the Portobello Road, ideal to keep all the small crystal bottles they had bought to store the memories in. They had, of course, placed charms on it to protect it from any damage, they had also ensured that anything they placed in it was just as well protected. It was also very well secured, only he or Ginny could open the cupboard and remove any vials, eventually they planned that they would add their own descendants to that list, but that was for the future, not for now. The security and safe keeping of the vials was important to them both, not just because they did not want them to go missing, but the memories contained many things that they did not want to become public knowledge as well, some of those they may release someday, others they doubted they ever would.

Harry returned to the sitting room after a few moments, he was carrying a small, numbered, crystal bottle containing a small quantity of the familiar viscous silvery liquid, the physical manifestation of a memory. He handed it to Kingsley. "Here you go, hope it helps Kingsley."

"Thanks Harry, so do I. I'll keep you in touch with any progress and I shall see you soon anyway." The Minister assured them, then left by Floo directly to his office.

Harry, flopped back onto one of the sofa's, kicked off his shoes and lay down. He shuffled back to make room for Ginny to lay in front of him. She smiled and joined him, snuggling back into him as his arm flopped over her. "You're still getting tired easily love." She said kindly, enjoying his warmth against her back.

"I know, it comes over me so suddenly, one minute I am fine, then without any real warning, the next I'm so tired. Poppy said she thinks it will pass given time though, she'll be here later today won't she?"

"Yes, she is hopefully coming here at about eleven, depending on if she has any sick or injured amongst the students at the moment, although she did once say it was relatively dull for her now that you weren't a student. She seems to think that all the scrapes you got into gave her plenty of work to do, anyway you can rest until she gets here." Ginny was comfortable laid in front of him, it was reassuring to lay in front of him after the months when he could not cuddle or respond to her.

They were silent for a few moments then Ginny said. "A bit odd that signal, Pink sparks, unusual don't you think?"

"Hmm!" Was the only response she got, Harry was almost asleep.

"Ok sleepy head, I'll shut up." Ginny giggled and pointed her wand at the radio which came on, she adjusted the volume and listened while he slept.

She almost laughed when she realised what the programme was, it was not what she had expected. It was an interview about proper Owl care, with the proprietor of Eeylops Owl Emporium when she first turned it on, but she knew that would not be a long programme, such segments were useful, but hardly the entertaining content they normally broadcast. Even so she knew that the WWN broadcast several such information programmes over each month, hoping to help inform and educate as well as to entertain.

Fifteen minutes later Mrs Weasley, came in and found them. Harry asleep with Ginny laid relaxing in front of him, watching the fire and listening to the Radio, which was now playing music.

"Is he all right Ginny?" She asked gently, when her daughter noticed her.

Ginny nodded. "Yes, he is fine, just tired mum."

"Too much excitement for one day I expect, he's not ready to go back yet." Molly said sadly as she sat down on the other sofa.

"I know mum, but he feels he's letting the students and Minerva down by not being there, he wants to go back as soon as he can, he hates being idle."

"Yes love that's our Harry all over." The older witch said fondly, smiling. "He wouldn't be the man he is, if he didn't think that way. That said, he may be back with us, but he hasn't recovered completely yet, he needs to give himself time."

"He will mum, I'll make sure he does." Ginny smiled. "He won't rest properly until all this is over though, you know that. I can understand him wanting to help finish Vengeance and get to the bottom of it all, I feel the same way."

"Yes dear, I am certain that we all feel like that, but Harry must for once put himself first or he will never be back to full health again. I know you both can afford not to have to work at all for the rest of your lives, which is a very fortunate position to be in and needs to be taken seriously. That said, I don't think either of you would be happy unless you were useful in some way. Just don't over do it Ginny, and don't let Harry either."

"Ok mum, I don't think either of us want that, but you are right we both need to be of use in some way."

The two women chatted on, whilst Harry slept and the voices and music from the radio droned on.

"We have a few more clues and a little more information for you, Kingsley." Professor McGonagall spoke from the fire in the minister's office, she was in her own office at Hogwarts. "Our source tells me the twins were watching what was happening in the lane, at least as best they could from the astronomy tower. They won't have had a clear view of much more than a general perspective from there, although it gave the best aspect from the castle of the area the attack took place in. Certainly they will have seen the light of the spells, but not much more, which is to our advantage of course. They let slip their Aunt's favourite colour is Pink, hence the signal chosen, though of course it doesn't really narrow it down much, I can think of quite a number of people who would say that colour was their most favoured. However, since the sparks were sent, they were also convinced that they had succeeded and believing they were on their own spoke openly of the plans going forward. They confirmed that the next target is the ministry, it sounds like the plan is to try to take it by force. They talked of an army which they control and that they plan to dispose of them once they have taken the ministry, the moment their aunt is installed as some kind of ruler, in their words. The attack is planned for Monday evening, from what they said."

"Hmm, that is interesting, we now know when to expect them, we can start to arrange to welcome them appropriately. Would you thank the portraits and Ghosts for me please Minerva, ask if they will continue to keep an eye on things if they are willing, the more information we can get the better it is for us." Kingsley said thoughtfully. "Harry has loaned me one of his memories of the Wolfe twins, I am convinced I have seen them somewhere before, as well as at the school since September, although they have not stood out to me at least, there are so many sets of twins at the moment with you. I have checked my own memory of my visits, they aren't in them. I hope looking at Harry's will remind me and hopefully give us some indication about who their Aunt really is so we know who we are really dealing with. Like you, I have some ideas of course, but we need evidence of the link between them. I can't just arrest everyone who simply likes Pink, for example. As you say I can think of quite a number of people who would fit that as well and at least one of them is already in Azkaban, awaiting trial, has been for nearly a year while we gather all the evidence against her, that's one hell of a complex case as things stand anyway. There are so many people who she victimised, so many witness statements we needed to collect as well collating all the documentary evidence, which goes back to when she first joined the Ministry. Anyway to get back to the subject in hand, I am sure that the twins Ministry file has been tampered with, all it tells us of any relevance is that their mother died when they were four and their father is a healer at St Mungo's, his file has been tampered with too. There's no mention of their mothers or their Aunts identity, still he is being watched as closely as we can without raising alarm, although he was not overtly a Riddle supporter in the war. By all accounts he is a quiet, reliable healer, so I daren't risk bringing him in yet, in case it alerts this Aunt of theirs we are on to them. I want to be a bit clearer about what we know, rather than just suspect, before we do that."

Minerva nodded, "I know what you mean, it's frustrating knowing what we do, but also knowing we lack evidence for a complete picture or for a meaningful trial, the more information we get the better and quickly. The Ghosts and Portraits have said they are happy to keep an eye on the twins, we might get more clues or evidence, I'll let you know if we do. Now, how was Harry, Kingsley? Poppy is still worried and so am I. I plan to visit him later today, reassure him he is not letting us down, I know him well enough to know he'll be thinking he is. Molly knows I am going, but Harry and Ginny don't."

"He was tired, but fine and well when I left him. The good news is that this mornings party counted as the final element in his concealment course, he had passed the rest before the attack and was told so just before Christmas. The examiner was on our team today, he has passed him based on what happened and his role in it. Harry worked some great concealment charms, including on Ginny. He successfully spied on the targets while they were briefing in the woods, even avoided their wand lights when a clumsy idiot of a Minister of Magic who should definitely have known better, accidentally stood on a stick. He is now a qualified Auror just the medical to go before he can join the team and start his probationary period, once that's done and passed, I can put him in the post I need him in. However I know that there is no way he can pass that at the moment, of course."

"Oh you didn't Kingsley, that's a very basic error isn't it?" She laughed. "That's good news for him though, do you want me to tell him when I go later?"

"No Minerva, I will take his scroll tomorrow when we have some progress to report on the interrogations of the twenty we caught this morning."

"Ron and Hermione told me it was a success, they are well hidden by the way. Neville has quite some skill at getting the room of requirement to provide exactly what we need. The ghosts and a couple of disillusioned Aurors are guarding them, Neville said that typically, whilst Hermione was delighted with the library he included, Ron predictably wasn't quite as keen." She grinned. "This morning was a closely guarded secret of course, so rumours have already started in the school about an attack on them, meaning everything at Hogwarts is as normal. The imagination of students never ceases to amaze me, some of the stories they have come up with are incredible."

Kingsley laughed. "Well at least it's all as normal, that's reassuring. Thanks for the information Minerva, we can get a plan together now. I will let you know when we can reveal Ron and Hermione, it shouldn't be too long though. I will see you soon, I hope." He grinned.

Minerva smiled coyly. "Of course you will Kingsley." They closed the connection, both smiling like teenagers, Minerva was still smiling when Poppy Flooed to let her know she was about to leave the castle to go to see Harry.

"Harry, darling, Poppy's here to see you my love." Ginny gently shook Harry to wake him.

"What time is it?" He asked bleary eyed as he stirred from his slumber.

"Just after eleven darling, you have been asleep for two hours, Poppy's just arrived." Ginny smiled.

Harry stretched then sat up, still bleary eyed, but awake. "Hi Poppy how's everything at Hogwarts." He grinned.

Madam Pomfrey smiled. "Fine Harry, I'm more worried about you and how tired you still are. Tell me how often did you drop off to sleep yesterday?" She waved her wand over him, checking him for any signs of further problems.

"Three or four times."

"And what time did you go to bed for the night?"

"Oh about ten thirty."

"How quickly was he asleep Ginny?"

"Ten minutes or so."

"Up early this morning wasn't it?"

Ginny nodded. "Yes, but not very early, then quick bath, breakfast and out to the Ministry, then to the site before Eight, but you know about that. Back here about ten to nine then he was asleep again by just after nine. What s wrong with him Poppy?"

"Oi, I am here you know." Said Harry laughing. "You two medics get together and I've got no chance have I?"

"I'm Sorry Darling." Grinned Ginny. "But, you know I'm worried."

"I know love." He said as Madam Pomfrey started to check him over again.

"I had hoped you just needed to rest, but you shouldn't really still be needing this much sleep and it shouldn't be coming on you so suddenly. I am getting a bit worried that there may be more to this, admittedly it is still early days, but we may need to look deeper to get to the bottom of this, to make sure it is nothing that is going to be long term. So I want you to rest for the next day or so, no exerting yourself, monitor exactly how much you sleep, yes?" The healer looked at him firmly as if daring him to disagree.

"Yes Poppy." He groaned. "Would you like a drink of anything by the way?"

She laughed. "Trying to put me off Harry, changing the subject?"

"Me? As if I would, Poppy." He grinned back trying to replicate Ginny's famous innocent look.

"Yes, of course you would." Poppy smiled as though she had expected the tactic, which of course she had. "Especially when I'm telling you that you need to be doing something that, perhaps, you really do not want to do at all. I know you well Mr. Potter, nothing changes, even when you were in my hospital wing. Yes, of course I will have a drink with you, thank you for asking me, but I am serious Harry, you do need to rest and we need to record it, monitor it to see if there is a set pattern to it. I need as much information as we can get, hopefully that will eliminate the need to admit you to the hospital again. I know you will probably be needed for catching the rest of this Vengeance group, but please don't take on too much. Do what you have to do, no more, then lots of rest, or I shall stick you down in a bed in the hospital wing at the very least young man."

"Ok Poppy, I'll be good, I know I am not fully healthy again yet, besides I have Ginny to think of too, she won't let me over do it." He agreed.

Ginny sat down next to Harry, as Kreacher brought the drinks in. "Too right I won't Harry, I want you fit and well for the wedding." She smiled. "Poppy I know you well too though, there is something wrong with him isn't there? Something you are not telling us about." It was not a question.

"Yes Ginny, I'm afraid I strongly suspect that there is." Poppy sighed. "I am not sure precisely what it is that's wrong with you Harry, that's what worries me most. There are a few possibilities that I have yet to rule out. Tell me Ginny, have you shown any similar symptoms at all?"

"No Poppy, none at all, I'm sleeping normally, no unusual symptoms at all." Ginny replied.

"Good, that's something at least. It rules out Quiescency Virus, you would have shown symptoms by now if it was that, so would everyone else who has been here for any length of time over the last few days. Well that's another possibility ruled out, which is both helpful and not so. We are running out of known possible causes, Magical or Muggle, so we must be getting closer to an answer, even if just by a process of elimination, of course that answer could something completely new." Poppy was relieved, to some extent, she had at least ruled out another possible cause for Harry's condition, but was still concerned for him.

Harry noticed that though the Healer showed relief, worry was still there. "Hang on." He said. "You mean what ever is causing this, it could be contagious, what about Teddy and Victoire?"

"No Harry, there is no need to worry on that score, it can't be contagious, or at the very least Ginny would have shown similar symptom's by now. She hasn't, so what ever it is can't affect the children. The chances of it having been a virus were miniscule anyway, you have effectively been isolated for the last three months and that virus hasn't been seen in this country for a long time. The fact Ginny is not ill as well, rules out any other viral cause as well, it was a very slim risk anyway, I was just ruling out the possibility that's all. Let's face it, it would be daft not to consider any possibility, no matter how slim.

No, the difficulty with this is that we have no recent records of anyone going through what you did for such a long period of time, any period of time in fact. There are precious few historical records of it at all, for that matter. We can only find very old documents and references, which are not very clear anyway and may or may not refer to the condition you were in, none mention this problem during recovery of those they describe either. There may or may not be healers who have come across it over the years, but if so they have not left us anything much to refer to. However we have found two cases which could be similar, though it is hard to tell with any accuracy. The condition they refer to happened a long time ago and the writer quite poetically talks of the patients sinking into what they describe as Erebus influence. How accurate they are, we are not sure and neither describes the recovery once the sufferer recovers from the influence it mentions. We don't even know if what they are describing aren't simply black outs, or epilepsy, neither of the cases appears to have lasted more than a few weeks, they may not be what you experienced at all."

"So the more we record for you the better." Harry said.

"Yes, it will help us find a treatment for you, but also create a record for future reference if needed. The truth, Harry, is that until you came back we hadn't a real clue about what was wrong with you or how to treat you and we still have no other confirmed record of whatever it was. It was only when you came back to us, that what you described seemed to confirm something Dumbledore's portrait had said to Minerva, but other than his suspicions we had nothing to go on. As a result, of course, we have no idea about normal recovery from the condition you had, none at all. We are learning about it all at the same time that you are, hence the amount of scans I have run and questions I ask, I'm fishing for more information to go on in the hope that I stumble on an answer. It may be that other healers would see more and be able to see alternative treatments, but none in St Mungos could help when you were there and for now we can't ask any others, not yet at least. So in the absence of anything else, I really do need you to rest for a couple of days, as much as you can, so I can see if it helps. If there is no improvement after that, then we shall look at other possibilities, at least to help you stay awake long enough to function properly anyway, but it may be a lot of trial and error until we hit on anything that works. Even if we must go down that path, it will only treat the symptom, not the cause."

Harry nodded and Ginny grinned. "Think of it this way Harry, if this is something new, you can have it named after you, how about Potteritis or Harry Syndrome." She teased.

"Oh thanks." He pouted trying to look hurt, but his eyes sparkling with merriment.

The door opened a little. "Ready for visitors yet?" Andromeda called peering round the door.

"Come in Andromeda, it's fine." Called Ginny.

Teddy toddled in ahead of his grandmother and headed straight for them. "Harry, Ginny" He called out cheerfully, his arms raised ready before he climbed up on the Sofa between them.

Madam Pomfrey laughed. "He knows where he wants to be doesn't he and who with, he is growing fast though."

"Too fast!" Smiled Andromeda. "He's going to be a real heart breaker when he grows up, just like his God father."

"Is he all right health wise, any problems?" Poppy asked, they all knew what she meant.

The little boy had, so far shown he had inherited his mothers abilities, but the worry was he would also inherit Remus furry little problem, as it had been dubbed. No one knew whether the child of a werewolf would be one as well, it was rare for Lycanthrops to date anyone, let alone marry or mate, even with each other. From what little was known of them, there had been relatively little study of them meaning there were no records relating to children of werewolves, it was not known if any offspring had ever existed, at all. As far as anyone knew Teddy was the only child of a werewolf in existence, so was of potentially great interest to the healing community, who were fascinated by him. Harry was both glad and saddened by this, glad that it meant they were monitoring his Godson, but saddened that so little time was spent looking at ways to treat or possibly heal werewolves. Beyond the Wolfsbane potion, no further research into actual treatment for them had even been considered before, it was something that would hopefully change now under the new regime.

Andromeda shook her head in response to the Healers question "No, no problems, he doesn't seem to even notice when there is a full moon, thank goodness. Poor Remus was worried sick about what might happen, he was appalled at the thought Teddy might be affected by it, scared him silly really. He knew what he'd been through after he was bitten when he was a child and each month after, poor man, he didn't want that or anything similar for his child. Thankfully, so far at least, there's been no problem at all."

"Good, I am glad of that, it would have been very difficult for him otherwise." Poppy smiled. "Right well I had better be off back to Hogwarts, Ravenclaw verses Slytherin match this afternoon, so I shall need to get things ready, just in case. You all know where I am if you need me, just call, I'll be back on Monday anyway, see you then Harry."

"Thanks Poppy, have a good weekend. Let me know how the game went when you come on Monday, don't work too hard." Harry called as the healer stepped into the green flames.

The nurse smiled and waved as she disappeared.

Kingsley was staring at the image of the two figures revolving above the Pensieve on his desk. " Where have I seen you two before?" He muttered, a little frustrated that he still could not place why they seemed so familiar to him.

It had been some hours since he had first put the memory into a Pensieve, but although he had frequently broken off from his paperwork to look, he was still no nearer identifying where he had seen the twins before than he had been when he first took the memory from the bottle. He was getting disappointed and frustrated with himself. He was convinced that if he could just remember where he had seen them before, then they would have the evidence to link the twins to their unnamed Aunt, who was really in control of the so called Vengeance group. He had no idea who could be so callous as to train children to do an adult's dirty work, it was beyond his own comprehension that anyone could take anyone's childhood for their own glorification as seemed to have happened in this case. He could not imagine even those they thought of as possibilities for who may be leading the group doing that, although clearly someone had. There was a sharp knock at his office door, he quickly tapped the Pensieve with his wand, causing the figures to sink back down into the silver mass, he did not want to betray Harry's trust by allowing others to see his memory, not while it was in his care. "Come in." He called, once he was sure the memory was concealed once more.

The door opened and one of the Auror's, who was collating the information gleaned from the new captives, walked in. "Copies of the reports and transcripts of the interviews with the first five detainees captured this morning, Minister. We still can't use Veritaserum, but none of them so far have been very good Occlumens, in fact they have been shocked at how easily we have spotted their lies. While we have got some more information, as you will see in the reports, none of them know who is in charge of vengeance though, sadly."

Thanking the Auror, Kingsley took the parchments. He began to read the reports as the Auror turned and left the room, to continue gathering the information gleaned by the interrogators.

Harry had gone into the drawing room after lunch, where he had begun setting up the intricate instruments they had found in the Potter family closet when they had first found it. Lifting them out carefully, the large table was soon beginning to be covered with the delicate gadgets and gizmo's. Most of them he had, had to set up referring only to the pictures on the boxes they came in, as he had no idea what they did or what they should look like when set up otherwise. Others were complete in the box, or had assembly and operating instructions with them, which he was relieved about, especially with the ones that were complex or had no picture on the box to help. He was quite enjoying the task, finding it relaxing as he paid attention to the detail of each delicate instrument, he was quite amazed at the craftsmanship of each of them, many embellished with intricate decoration, others had tiny runes on them, presumably to do with its purpose. The feeling of being in touch with his ancestors who had purchased them, even though he did not know who had in fact obtained them, was satisfying. The contact with items they had touched was a special experience, another connection to his long gone family.

He had been working to put them all together for almost an hour, when Ginny came in to the room. "Ah this is what you are up to, what is it with the two most important men in my life tonight. You in here putting these together and Dad's tinkering away in the workshop again, I am sure he's up to something." She told him, watching as he took out another intricate device from its box and set it on the table adding the various parts.

"He is, though not alone apparently, at least until your mum finds out what it is." He smiled. "He's trying to get the car going love, I think he's succeeding too, but don't tell your mum, it will only start an argument between them if you do."

"That explains what he's up to, at least that will be safer than a motor bike. You're right though, Mum would go up the wall with him if she knew, she hates him fiddling round with things, at least until he can show her it working. I knew he wasn't acting alone though, it seems that that Kingsley's involved too, apparently he has been in there a lot, Hermione's dad has been as well it seems, so maybe she won't be too mad if she finds out, but I won't tell her, it wouldn't be Dad if he wasn't tinkering with something." She said, Ginny looked at the delicate instruments arrayed around the table. "So, what do they all do?"

"No idea, that's why I'm setting them all up, trying to find out. Hopefully Dumbledore's portrait will be able to help me figure them out, I saw some of these gadgets in his office, even saw him use one like this one, once." He pointed to one of the devices he had set up a few moments before. " Although he didn't seem to have all of them that we have here, at least not from what I remember seeing in his office. He may not have had all the ones that he owned on show of course, in fact I'm kind of hoping he didn't, that way the portrait may know what they all are. Setting them up has given me something to do for a while and it's been quite enjoyable really, most of them are quite beautiful. I thought that some of them might help us figure out what's going on, with a bit of luck."

She watched as he set up the last one. "Perhaps, but only if we can figure out what they do first, apart from giving you something to do and to fill the table of course." She smiled.

"It's the challenge, you know." He grinned, waggling his eyebrows.

Ginny laughed. "Will it take you much longer, oh industrious one?"

"Nope, just this last piece to put on this one and that's them all set up." He said as he put the last part of the instrument in place. "Right, lets go for a drink in the sitting room, then get Dumbledore's Portrait, see if he can help."

"He wasn't there when I looked a few minutes ago, love, he's gone off somewhere I suppose." Ginny informed him, offering her hand. "Come on, Teddy's wondering where you have gone now he's finished his lunch, he's waiting for you so he can have his nap with you."

Harry grinned, his Godson had enjoyed taking his afternoon nap with him in the last few days and wouldn't settle down for it until he was with him. He took Ginny's hand and let her lead him back across the hall, into the sitting room where Mrs. Weasley was with Andromeda, chatting as they watched Teddy. He could hear Lee's voice coming from the radio, interviewing a Quidditch player following one of today's early matches that had been played that morning. Harry sat at one end of the sofa as Ginny kicked of her shoes then laid with her head on his shoulder and her legs curled behind her, Teddy climbed up to join them happily, laying in front of them his head resting on Harry's leg. Within a few minutes both he and Harry were both fast asleep, the others left them to it, after Ginny had noted the time on a parchment they had decided to record things on for Poppy, before placing it on the coffee table and turning on the radio and settling to listen while they slept.

"Harry, wake up you have a visitor" Mrs Weasley's voice woke him later in the afternoon.

He opened his eyes and looked round the room, his eyes resting on an unexpected, but more than welcome, familiar figure.

"Minerva what are you doing here?" He said suddenly wide awake, gently sitting upright so as not to shock the still sleeping child on his lap.

Even so his movement made Teddy look up, bleary eyed, then yawning he pulled himself to sit on Harry's knee, sticking his thumb in his mouth. Ginny had somehow got up from the sofa without disturbing either of them at some point while they had slept.

"I've come to see you of course, seemed a shame to disturb you though when I arrived Professor, you both looked so peaceful." The headmistress smiled.

"It is good to see you, though I feel a bit of a fraud being called professor, I haven't been around much lately have I." He said

"No well, it couldn't be helped, we've managed Harry. Yes we have missed you and Ginny greatly, but there's no rush for you to return before you are ready. Getting better again is more important, I just want you well enough to come back when you are ready. Poppy told me of her concern when she got back this morning."

"I'm letting the students and you down though, I just want to get back I miss everyone especially my house."

"Now stop worrying about that, you have let nobody down. I won't deny we want you back in your office and your absence has caused some difficulties, but the important thing is your health. Especially with all that's going on, out here away from the school, I don't want you worrying about us as well." She assured him.

An idea formed in Harry's head. "Professor I wonder if you would help me with something after dinner, if you can join us instead of being in the Great Hall of course."

"That would be lovely Harry, how could I refuse and of course I will help you, if I can."

Ginny spoke up. "Oh and there was something else Minerva, Dumbledore's portrait suggested we asked for your help with some special training."

"How intriguing, he did mention you might ask, some time ago in fact." The headmistress smiled, "Again of course I will if I can, tell me more about it."

Ginny explained about hearing Harry, whilst he was on his quest and what they had discovered about it since, Minerva understood immediately.

"Ah, I see, that confirms why Dumbledore suggested I train you. You see, I was the last person he knew of that had been shown how to train people to develop that ability. He is right, it is a very rare gift. Yes, of course I will train you, once all this business of the attacks and your recovery is over, or at least settled more than it is right now. Though truth to tell there is not much to teach, it just takes time for it to naturally develop. What I can show you is how to control it, focus it so that you don't end up hearing every thought of the other all the time, unless, of course, you choose to do so. Then we shall see what other abilities the two of you develop, as well as the ones that you already have that become stronger, as I expect they will when the influence of your bond begins to really take effect."

They discussed the possible effects of the bond for a few minutes more, then spent the remainder of the afternoon talking about that day's school Quidditch match, events at Hogwarts and a new memorial to the fallen that was to be unveiled in the grounds of the school as part of the ceremonies on the first anniversary of the battle. They showed the headmistress round the house, Minerva was amazed by the library especially when Ginny showed her a book of forgotten magic that she had found there, it had been in this book she had discovered the projection charm they had used to fool the attackers with that morning, in. They spent a good deal of time in that room, as Minerva asked for book after book many of which she had not seen in many years. While Minerva tested the library, Harry again fell asleep on a sofa behind the two women. Ginny had tried to find more information about Harry's condition within the volumes, but so far to no avail. After dinner Harry and Ginny took Minerva into the Drawing room and she spent well over an hour telling them how to work the instruments, describing each one's function as well as how to read the results. They decided which of the instruments would be useful for what Harry had in mind to help the investigation into the leaders of Vengeance By the time they were finished it was getting late, too late to try to use any of them, that could wait until morning Minerva needed to return to the school by Floo and soon afterwards Harry and Ginny went upstairs to bed.

The next morning Harry and Ginny were up at their usual time, they bathed as usual, then ate breakfast with the family, before going into the drawing room. Ginny operated one of the instruments on one side of the table, while Harry would operate another on the other. These two particular devices, they had learned from the Professor, would be the most useful for what they needed to discover. Ginny tapped the base of the silver gadget with her wand and it started to whir and emit sparks from a spinning fan as the filigree cage around it was charged with magic. She focused her own magic on it, through her wand, one of Harry's memories of the foiled ambush in a bowl on the top played out above, feeding the machine with information. Harry added a memory of the twins to a receptacle on the base of the contraption he was working, it was essentially both instruments were working at the same time, his would feed more information from the other, so tapped it with his wand and smoke emitted from two vibrating prongs at the top of it, it drifted across the table and was sucked through the fan. The smoke swirled in the wake of the blades, forming a hazy screen.

Ginny stared at the fog as the sparks formed themselves into unique symbols projected on it, which Ginny could interpret thanks to a book that had come in the box the device had come in. She checked the images against the key printed in the pages, noting down what each meant and after a few minutes picked up the Parchment, as the machine slowed and the smoke retreated.

"According to this!" She read. "They have thirty active supporters left plus the twins along with their father and their Aunt after the capture of the twenty in that operation Yesterday. Although it looks like the Aunt is not free to join them at the moment and their father is presented as a healer, which we already knew. He has some support as a popular colleague at St Mungo's, but very few are actually aware he is part of Vengeance even if they believe it's rhetoric. It looks like he is subservient to his late wife's sister, the Aunt." She paused then added in shocked tones. " Harry, you need to know this, but oh Merlin this is appalling, how could she?"

Harry looked at her, worried. "What's wrong Gin?"

Ginny looked at him, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. "Whoever she is, she tortured those twins to get them to comply with her wishes, there's no other word for it. She took away their child hood, any sense of fun, tortured them into submission, so their biggest fear is disappointing her. That's how she got their loyalty, since their mother died they have had no childhood at all, they have known no love, only pain for a number of years. She completely controls them, through terror."

Harry was wide eyed in horror, yes his own childhood had not been good, even abusive at times, but never anywhere near to being close to actual torture. Certainly the Dursley's had taken much of his childhood by their treatment of him. With a new determination in his heart he turned to his instrument, the prongs of which were still emitting smoke, though it streamed straight up now, the twin projections reverberating rapidly. "Right lets see who is behind it all, then we can help the twins, lets hope this thing works." He said through gritted teeth, biting back his anger at the twins treatment, as he turned to watch the smoke above the fine, vibrating prongs atop his device.

He watched as the columns of smoke began to be disturbed, reforming themselves into shape of two figures, the twins, one above each prong. He tapped the apparatus again with his wand and the two figures merged, morphing into one column of smoke rising between the two rods of metal. Ginny's machine had slowed to a stop, so she watched the smoke being emitted across the table, as it solidified and morphed into a single figure, that rose to rotate above the prongs and solidified. Harry looked wide eyed at Ginny who was similarly amazed, the image was all too recognisable, the figure dissipated as the instrument stopped.

"For crying out loud, we should have guessed it was her." Ginny breathed almost resignedly.

"Perhaps we should have, but that is with the benefit of what we now know. At least now, we know for certain." Harry's eyes finally left the spot where the figure had appeared.

Ginny nodded. "What now?"

"We must tell Kingsley, warn him about this, straight away." Replied Harry urgently and they rushed from the room towards the lounge from where they could make a Floo call.

Kingsley had arrived early at his office that morning, a bacon sandwich in hand, determined to identify where he had seen the twins before and was again staring at the figures slowly revolving above the Pensieve while he ate. He still could not place them and was growing more frustrated with himself as a result. Deciding staring at the image was not helping any more, he stood and walked round his office racking his brains, wishing he had brought a drink in with him as well as the sandwich. Someone knocked on the door, just as he was passing it.

"Come in." He called absent mindedly, turning to see who it was.

One of his Assistants came in, she was carrying a pile of parchments which she handed to him. "The final interrogation reports minister, they arrived overnight. It apparently looks like the plan is definitely set to happen on Monday night after the ministry closes, but no more clues as to who is controlling the twins it seems, at least that is what the summary page says. The Auror who delivered it said that we have discovered that these were just twenty of a remaining fifty, foot soldiers, they call themselves Vengeance Warriors or Vengeance Soldiers, depending how high up they are in what is dubbed the Vengeance Army by them. All were followers or sympathisers of Voldemort, mostly marked Death eaters including a large number who we have been looking for as well as some we didn't know about yet. Now they have only thirty left, all of them are terrified of the twins and who ever controls them. Whoever it is, must have some real hold on them, to induce the amount of fear this lot feel for them, they are scared witless that the twins or their Aunt get hold of them for their failure."

"That's interesting, how does anyone instil that much fear into killers." Kingsley mused thoughtfully for a moment, then seemed to come to a decision. "Well that can wait until we have control of the situation a little more at least, but now we had best deal with what we know. To that end, we had better start our plans for the defence of the ministry, summon the heads of department."

The assistant nodded and turned to summon those needed. As she turned to leave, she caught sight of the figures above the Pensieve."Oh, I didn't know you knew old Toady's niece and nephew, sir." She said.

"What?" He turned to her.

"I'm sorry Minister, I couldn't help notice the memory you had left open on your Pensieve. The twins sir, they are Umbridge's niece and nephew, I didn't know you knew them." The assistant indicated the stone bowl on his desk.

Kingsley realised he had left Harry's memory open, he closed it then removed the memory with his wand and bottled it saying. "Oh Merlin, I shouldn't have left that open, it's not mine, please not a word, I shall have to apologise to the rightful owner. To answer your question, I don't know them, but I knew I recognised them and couldn't place where from. How do you know the twins?"

"Oh I never met them sir, don't even know their names, but I had to work in that old cow's office for a while during the occupation. She had a picture of them in her office, I asked her if they were her children one day when she was in a good mood, wouldn't have dared any other time. She told me that they were here niece and nephew, she said that she had brought them up since they were four when their mother, her sister, died. The twins father works at St Mungo's on shifts, so she is the main carer, though not their legal guardian. She said they were good loyal kids now, but had been very uncooperative with her when she first took them in. You must have seen the picture in her office last year sir, after the break in, you know, the one they said was Potter and his friends, remember?"

Kingsley's memory suddenly fell into place, at last the puzzle was resolved, he remembered. He had seen the picture shortly after Mad Eyes false eye had been taken, the same day the trio had raided the ministry, right under the death eaters noses. His face lit up as he looked from the now empty Pensieve to his assistant. "Well done, brilliantly remembered. I knew I had seen them before, but I couldn't place where, I've been racking my brains for days, trying to remember for days if not weeks now, that's why I borrowed the memory, see if it helped. I had to investigate that break in before going into hiding, I remember the picture now, it was the only one that wasn't either a wanted person or a cat. You have given us what seems to be the final piece in the puzzle of Vengeance. She wanted revenge on Harry because of what happened at Hogwarts, she was made to look publicly foolish by the trio, lost all control of the school because of the D.A. And then the trio made her look foolish taking the locket from round her neck when she was in her own court room during the war. We know she is greedy for power, but always wanted to be the power behind the throne, until now, it all makes sense. Damn she's in the cells downstairs, her trial is due to start tomorrow, she's been brought from Azkaban ready. Warn the guards we may well be sending her back today, I doubt we shall want to risk her being here when the raid happens, if they get hod of her, it might cause more problems than she is worth. Right I have to go out, tell all the heads of department to be ready for an emergency cabinet meeting in twenty minutes by Floo."

"Yes Minister, oh yes, the other thing in the reports, the team leader knew that the twins Aunt would be in the ministry cells some time this week, so we assume they all know. Where shall I contact you when I have the cabinet connected?" The assistant called as he turned and disappeared. She shrugged and got to work contacting the heads of department, none of whom would be pleased to have their Sunday disturbed.

Harry and Ginny rushed into the sitting room just as, Kingsley stepped through the Floo, much to Mr and Mrs Weasley's amusement. George, who had come round for breakfast, just stared at them in surprise.

Kingsley and the young couple looked at each other "It's Umbridge." They said together. "How did you know?" They said, again in unison then burst into laughter.

George was rolling round in mirth. "Is this your new act you three or, are we meant to know what's going on?" George said through his laughter.

"Harry I am sorry to just Floo in, I will strengthen the wards so only you can do that again, but it was urgent that I did, I also need to apologise that one of my assistants accidentally saw your memory, but she knew who the twins are." Kingsley said.

"It's fine Kingsley, it helped by the sound of it." Harry said as Kingsley handed him the bottle.

They quickly told Kingsley what they had found out, including the torture of the twins.

Kingsley looked at them sadly, "So that's how she trained them, the bitch. Those two are as much victims as you are then." He told them what the interrogations had discovered. "So we have a cabinet in a few minutes I hope you don't mind us all using your Floo" he finished.

"Not at all Kingsley, it makes sense, there are a few of us here already after all, we may as well. You had better set it up for the conference though."

Kingsley knelt before the fire and linked it to the ministry conference system securely then answered the calls as they arrived, Harry and Mr. Weasley joined him in front of the fire once all the cabinet wire visible in it and discussion was begun.
