Hey, hey! Come on over! Have some fun with, Ca-hrisATD1! Who's ready to read some more Total Drama Avengeance?! Sorry for being a little bit late with this chapter, but the past month I've been applying for jobs, writing, recording, and uploading music, going to concerts, yadda-yadda. I hope you all have been enjoying this Summer, or Winter if you're in the Southern Hemisphere, as much as I am. And I hope you all enjoy this chapter! It's party time!

The picture suddenly appears with the "Total Drama Avengeance" logo from the beginning of the show reappearing. The "V" flew towards the screen once again.

Fresh TV Studio

Afterwards, the set of the Aftermath show was visible, along with some of the applauding studio audience.

"Welcome back…to the Total Drama…Avengeance…Aftermath Halfway…Special!" Bridgette said in-between pants and swigs from a bottle of water while her signature baby blue hoodie was tied around her waist, showing off her just-as-baby-blue tank top. "Whew! That's a mouthful…"

"If you want, I can do the talking while you get a breather, Bridgette," Owen offered while sitting down on the Host's couch.

"*Pant* Thanks, Owen," the Surfer Chick said before flopping down on the couch with water bottle in hand.

"No problem," the Big Guy said before looking towards the crowd and the camera, "Well, now that we've interviewed the eliminated Old Team contestants, they will be watching the rest of the show from the Peanut Gallery couches to my left."

Owen gestured to his left and showed off the four of the five aforementioned contestants. One of which, was in a similar state as Bridgette.

"Wa-water…! Need…more…water…" Trent said in-between heavy breaths with a raspy voice while lying down on one of the couches with his shirt off.

"Hang in there, Trent!" the Big Guy said worriedly to his friend before turning back to the camera. "Now, let's get things started with our first New Team guest! She's lean, she's mean, and she was the first one eliminated, due to her bossiness. Give it up foooor-"

"Moi!" A female voice was heard saying as she walked from behind the left-side curtain.

"D-Dakota? You're not Jo. Where's she at?" Owen asked in confusion.

"Oh, she'll be out soon," Dakota said as she approached the guest's couch, "I just thought that I should be the first one out since, well, I've already been introduced to the audience. It just makes sense, right?"

"I…I guess so…"

"Oh! You know what else would be a great idea?!" she asked rhetorically, "If Sam and I came out together, just like Geoff and Bridgette did!"

"Uhh…alright then…"

"Well? What are you waiting for? Introduce Sammy, please."

"O-Ok…Well-"

"Ugh! You're taking too long," the Pink Princess quickly said before turning to the camera, "This contestant was unfairly voted out in both season 4 and season 5 of Total Drama, he's a huge gamer and my current boyfriend! Give it up fooooor…SAM! WHOO!"

The audience applauded along with Dakota as her boyfriend walked out from behind the curtain, waving to the crowd before he got the guest's couch. Once he got to it, his girlfriend gave him a huge hug, which he gladly returned.

"Welcome to the show, Sam," Owen greeted.

"Yeah...*Pant* Welcome, Sam…" Bridgette said breathlessly as she started to sit back up on the host's couch.

"Great to be here, guys!" the Gamer said in his gruff voice.

"Especially since I'm here with you, right?" Dakota said in a slightly flirtatious tone as they sat very close to each other on the couch.

"Heh-heh! Of course, Dakota!"

"And now that we've got you both here, we can start with some fan questions!" Owen said excitedly, to which the audience responded with applause.

"Wait just one minute!" someone yelled from behind the curtain, interrupting the applause.

The source of the shout was shown to be Jo.

"What the heck!?" she angrily asked as she made her way onto the stage. "I head to the john for a second, and I get replaced? I was supposed to be the first guest, not this couple of weaklings!"

"Whoa, whoa!" Dakota said as she got up from her seat. "Who are you calling a weakling? Not too long ago, I was, like, 20 times stronger than you."

"Heh! Yeah, and about 40 times stupider, too."

"Whoa! Ladies," Sam tried to intervene, "Let's not fight on international TV."

"Stay out of this, Chubby Boy!" the Jock-ette interrupted Sam.

"Don't talk to him like that," the Pink Princess half-shouted.

"Oh yeah? What are you gonna do about it, you skinny, rich bi-"

"HOLD IT!" was shouted before the obscenity could be heard. The shout was shown to come from Brick, who ran out onto the stage between Jo and Dakota. [1]

"Ladies, ladies, please! There's no need to come to blows like this," he said to the arguing teenagers. "Let's all try to be adult about this."

"Aw come on, Brickhead. Just let them fight already!" another mysterious voice was heard saying. The owner of the voice appeared on stage shortly after, and was met with loud boos.

"Ah, 'boo' yourselves!" Scott said to the audience as he walked towards the group of fellow cast-off teammates.

"Yeah! 'Boo' yourselves!" Staci shouted as she followed Scott out onto the stage.

"Would you stop following me!" the Schemer shouted at his follower.

Staci giggled before responding.

"Wow! That is exactly what Shakespeare said to my great-great-great-great-great-great-great-greaaaat grandmother! She was his first stalker!"

"Ugh!"

"Well, actually he said, 'wouldst thou cease pursuing my personage?' Ha-ha! People sure talked funny back then."

At this point, all six of the eliminated New Team contestants were in a midst of arguing, stopping others from arguing, or talking about their ancestors. The only thing that Owen and the eliminated Old Team contestants could do was watch on. However, someone else got up and walked into the middle of the six sawed-off contestants and interrupted them with a very loud…

"QUIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!"

It took all of Bridgette's regained lung power to try and quiet everyone. Scott, Jo, Brick, Dakota, and Sam ceased talking and stared incredulously at Bridgette. Staci, however…

"…and my grandma was like…oh…are we done talking to each other?"

"Enough arguing!" the Surfer Chick continued, "As one of the current hosts of this show, I'm deciding to do something different. Since all six of you are already out here and ready to be interviewed, then we will do just that. All of you will sit on the guest couches and we will talk to you all at once. And by that, I don't me talking over each other! Only one or two of you will speak at a time. Ok?"

"Ok!"

"Pfft! Whatever…"

"Whatever you say, Blondie."

"Sounds good to me."

"Ma'am! Yes, ma'am!"

"Wait just one minute," Dakota said, "I'm a host of this show too! And as a host of this show, I say-"

The Pink Princess would have finished her sentence, if she hadn't seen the death look that Bridgette gave her at that moment.

"-I-I say we do what Bridgette just said…" she concluded with a nervous chuckle.

"Good," the assertive Surfer Chick said cheerfully. "Now, if everyone will have a seat, we can get started."

"I feel like I'm back in school," Jo muttered as she made her way to her seat.

After the six teenagers took their seats, Bridgette returned to her own seat.

"Now, let's look for some fan questions," the Surfer Chick said as she looked on the computer screen. "Oh! Here's a fan who asked a question for each of you. How convenient!"

"Oh, I can't wait to hear what they have to ask me," Scott said sarcastically.

"Glad you said that Scott, because the first question is for you. Aceman88 asks, 'After that supremely stupid strategy you had in Revenge of the Island…'"

After hearing that, the other contestants from that season snickered and chuckled at Scott's expense.

"'…did you seriously think you were gonna win, or at least make it far, in this season?'"

"Pfft! Of course I did!" he said snidely.

"Ha!" Jo exclaimed, "If you seriously thought that you would make it to the final 4 again, like you did last season, you're even dumber than you look, Freckles."

"Says you," the Schemer quickly retorted, "At least I wasn't the first one eliminated, Ms. One Episode Wonder!"

"Alright, that's it!" the Jock-ette shouted as she got up from her seat, "You wanna go?!"

"JO!" Bridgette shouted angrily, "Sit…back…down!"

With that, Jo crossed her arms and flopped back down on the couch.

"Yeah, you've got the next question," Owen said with a chuckle. "Aceman88 asks Jo, 'How do you feel about Brick's new relationship with Anne-Maria?'"

"Wait, what?!" Brick asked in shock.

"PFF! HA-HA-HA-HAAAAAA!" Jo and Scott laughed out loud.

"I…think that answers that question," Bridgette said as Jo fell off of the couch, continuing to laugh. "I think the question for Brick would be appropriate to ask next. Aceman asks, 'so, you and Anne-Maria, huh? What led you to beginning what is probably the most unexpected relationship in Total Drama history?'"

This question made Jo and Scott laugh even louder, causing the audience to chuckle along with them.

"Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Anne Maria and I are just friends," the Cadet quickly said, "Where is this relationship business coming from?"

"Maybe we should show you some never-before-seen footage," Bridgette said as she gestured to the big screen behind the couch.

The screen started up and show a bit of static as the camera zoomed in on it.

"HA-HAAA! MY SIDES HURT!" Jo could be heard saying before actual video started to show on the screen.

Brick and Anne Maria were shown sitting on chairs on the Top Deck of the Total Drama Double Decker.

Anne Maria smiled and said, "You know what? You're right Brick! I can redeem myself! Not just from last season, but from being Scott's lackey!"

"That's the spirit!" Brick exclaimed with a salute which Anne Maria responded to with a giggle and a salute of her own.

After that, both faced forward in their seats. While Brick wasn't looking, Anne Maria stealthily moved closer to him with a blush and a happy smile on her face.

*Static*

Anne Maria is shown in the Confessional

"…he seems like a pretty cool guy," she said to the camera, "Kinda handsome too. If I wasn't inta Brick, I would have been all ova 'im like the hairspray on my poof."

*Static*

The New Team was riding on the B train in New York City. Anne Maria and Brick were having a conversation with the New Team's temporary travel companion. While neither of the guys were looking, Anne Maria closed her eyes and laid her head on one of Brick's shoulders.

*Static*

After the Hot Dog Eating Contest Challenge, Brick and Anne Maria danced with each other during the whole party. A couple hours later, they passed out in one of the booths in the in the Bottom Deck, with her lying on top of him.

*Static*

The New Team was searching inside of Chris's trailer inside the auto shop. Brick was on his hands and knees and Anne Maria was staring at him, or more specifically his backside, with a pleased look on her face while he wasn't looking.

*Static*

Brick sat down next to a downtrodden Anne Maria at the Cadet's elimination.

"Hey, what's wrong?" he said with a compassionate tone.

"We just got ta know each otha, and now you're leavin'," she said sadly, "Dat's what's wrong. I was really hoping we could be together longa."

"Don't worry, Anne Maria. We'll be able to hang out together soon. But-but I don't mean that like you're gonna be eliminated soon. What I mean is when the season is over, we'll have more time to hang out together. Alright?"

She sniffled a bit and gave him a little smile.

"Ok. You promise, right?"

"Cadet's honor," he said with a salute, "And do you promise to try your best to win this season?"

She giggled and saluted back.

"I sure do, Handsome."

*Static*

After that, the clips stopped playing on the screen and it went blank. At that time, the audience let out a collective and suggestive "Oooooh!"

Meanwhile, Brick couldn't help but drop his jaw and stare at the blank screen in shock with a blush across his face.

"HA-HAA! AND HE'S BLUSHING! OH, THIS IS TOO PRICELESS! HA!" Jo continued to laugh while pointing up at Brick's face.

"So, Brick," Owen said with a sly look on his face as he nudged Brick with his elbow, "Anything you wanna tell us? Huh?"

"Uh…um…y-yes…I have something to say," the Cadet said as he tried to get his composure back by taking a deep breath before speaking again.

"Anne Maria and I are just friends," he said with a straight, albeit red, face.

"That's not what your face is telling us, Brickhead," Jo said as she was finally able to get back to her seat on the couch.

"Well, it's the truth. I saw how devastated she was after hearing the terrible things that Scott said to her when he was eliminated. As a gentleman, it is my duty to comfort those in need, especially women who have been mistreated by another man or Scott, in this case."

The Schemer crossed his arms and rolled his eyes.

"I just wanted an alliance partner. Like it's my fault that she was stupid enough to believe that I wanted to date her."

"Don't you DARE call Anne Maria 'stupid', ever again!" Brick shouted as he looked menacingly at Scott.

At that moment, the other five eliminated New Team contestants just stared at Brick in shock. The Cadet then looked around nervously before returning to his seat, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly.

"Oh, sorry. I kinda lost it there, a little…"

"A little?" Jo asked, "That's the angriest I've ever see you get, Brick. You must really care about that spray-tanned chick, huh?"

After hearing that statement, Brick looked away from Jo, expecting the worst possible scenario to happen next.

"Go ahead…laugh at me again," he said in a quiet tone.

"Hm! Well, while I do find it funny that you and Hairspray Head could ever possibly be in a relationship with each other, I do respect that you are so protective of her."

"Really?" Brick asked with widened eyes.

The Jock-ette replied with a shrug.

"Yeah, sure."

"Wow! Thanks, Jo!"

"Yeah, yeah," she replied with a somewhat soft jab to Brick's arm. "Just try not to pee your pants when you're around her."

Brick chuckled as he rubbed the spot where he was punched.

"Alright, alright, enough sappy stuff," Dakota interrupted, "Ask me and Sammy's questions now!"

"Alrighty!" Owen exclaimed, "Aceman88 asks Sam, 'While you were interning, did you find out any secrets about Chris that you could use as blackmail?'"

"Ooh! That's a good question," Bridgette commented, "Did you find out anything about Chris, Sam?"

The Gamer chuckled at this question before responding.

"Actually, there is one thing that I found out about Chris that he probably wouldn't want anyone to know about," he said all the while grinning.

"Oh! Is it the thing that you told me about that he does every night?" Dakota asked.

"Yep!" Sam said as he stifled a laugh.

"Well, don't keep the rest of us in suspense! Tell us," Owen urged the couple to speak.

"Alright!" the Gamer started, "Every night, before Chris goes to sleep, he plays a special recording on his phone."

"A 'special' recording?" Bridgette asked.

Sam nodded.

"A recording…of his mom…singing a lullaby to him!"

After that, the whole studio erupted in laughter.

"Wow! That's hilarious!" Geoff exclaimed.

"Yeah! Isn't he, like, 20-something?" Sadie asked in a midst of laughter.

"Actually, he turned 30 this past November," Sam said, "At least, that's what he wrote on his birthday in the McLean Brand calendar that he gave me to keep all his dates in check." [2]

"Wow! Do we have any recordings of Chris playing that?" Bridgette asked before putting her fingers to her ear receiver. "We don't? Aw…that's too bad. It would have been nice to hear what the lullaby sounds like."

"Actually," the Gamer stated, "I did manage to send the audio file to Dakota via text message. So, she should have it on her phone."

All of the attention shifted to Dakota, who had a toothy smile on her face while she pulled her pink cell phone out of her pocket.

"Who wants a listen?" she asked as she gently shook her phone in her hand.

"Do you have a wire that can connect it to a computer?" Bridgette asked.

"Duh!" the Pink Princess said as she pulled it out of her other pocket, "And it's called a charger plug, you just have to take off the plug part at this end."

She proceeded to do just that, exposing the USB plug that goes into the USB port of the computer.

"Thanks for the lesson, Professor Milton…" the Surfing Host said sarcastically.

Then, she handed the phone and the wire to Owen, who proceeded to plug it into the laptop on the table in front of him. After the phone was plugged into the computer, Bridgette moved the cursor to the audio file on the phone's memory window.

"Is this it? 'Chris's Lullaby'?" she asked.

"Yep! That's it," Dakota answered.

"Alright! Here we go!"

Bridgette proceeded to double-click the icon, causing a new window to pop up. A few seconds later, a sound could be heard.

Rock-a-bye, and good night
Go to sleep little Chrissy
Do not fear, Mommy's here
So, please have sweet dreams

Go to bed, rest your head
Be a good little Chrissy
And when you wake, I shall make
Blu-ueberry pancakes!

As soon as the recording ended, everyone in the studio howled in laughter.

"Oh man! It hur-ur-urts! Ha-haha!" Jo said while laughing and holding her sides.

"That's the best thing I've ever heard!" Trent commented in a midst of laughter himself.

"I'm never letting Chris live this down! Heh-heeeeh!" Scott shouted.

The laughter continued for another five seconds before it slowly died down.

"Whew!" Bridgette exclaimed while wiping a tear from her eye. "That…was definitely *snicker* something. *Snicker*"

"I actually, thought it was kinda cute," Sadie commented.

"So did I," Beth agreed. "Although, it would have been cuter if it wasn't for a 30-year old man."

"True dat," Geoff said.

"Yeah, I lost a little respect for Chris after hearing that," Owen said.

"You had respect for him in the first place," Jo asked, "That's almost as funny as that lullaby."

"Ok, ok," Bridgette interjected, "Before we go into another laughing fit, let's answer Aceman's last two questions."

"Yes! I believe I was next!" Dakota said while gesturing to herself.

"You got it, Dakota," Owen said happily as he looked back at the computer screen, which had gone back to displaying the email. "Aceman88 asks, 'Now that you're no longer a mutant freak of nature, are you gonna leave Sam?' His words, not mine."

"Well, first off, uh…rude! I mean, I know I was a freak of nature, but you didn't, like, have to call me that! I might not answer your question, just for that. But, I will anyway."

"Uh…should I be nervous," Sam asked somewhat nervously.

"I would be, if I was you, GameBoy," Scott said with a chuckle.

That statement earned him an angry look from the Gamer. However, his vision was turned back towards his girlfriend, who took a hold of both sides of his head. Dakota proceeded to pull his head towards her own and locked lips with him.

Some of their fellow eliminated contestants responded in disgust.

"Ugh!" Scott exclaimed while trying to cover his eyes with his hand.

"Aw come on! I'm sitting right next to you two," Jo said with a grimace.

Others were more positive.

"Chyeah! Go Sam!" Geoff cheered.

"Gotta love young love," Trent commented.

"Awwww!" Beth, Owen, and Sadie exclaimed while Bridgette smiled and nodded silently.

"Whooo!" Brick exclaimed along with the audience.

"Aww! That's so sweet!" Staci said before moving closer to Scott, "But you know, I think we could do better."

"Not on your life," the Schemer responded.

"D'aw, but my great-great grandmother invented the first successful kissing booth! I should have inherited her great kissing skills."

At that moment, Dakota released Sam from the kiss and looked back towards the hosts, leaving Sam smiling goofily with misty glasses.

"So, does that answer your question?" she asked her fellow Aftermath hosts.

"I'd say so," Owen said with a chuckle.

"Time for the last question, and it's for Staci," Bridgette said before reading, "Aceman asks, 'How does it feel to never come close to the merge?' Wow, that's kinda mean-spirited, but he did apologize for asking a mean-spirited question, so I guess it's OK. Staci, do you have an answer?"

"Hmm…to be honest, I haven't really thought about not coming close to the merge before," the Chatterbox started, "I've just been happy to meet such nice people who listen to my stories about my family."

This statement was met with some indifferent chatter.

"Also, I got to meet the man of my dreams," she said as she moved even closer to Scott, who moved away from her on the couch. "So, who cares if I was eliminated first, fourth, or last? As long as I have friends like you guys, and Scott…," she said while moving closer to him again.

This made Scott move away from her again, causing him to fall off the edge of the couch.

"OW!" he yelled in pain.

"…I'll be fine," Staci finished her statement while extending her hand towards the fallen Schemer, who declined it.

"Ugh!" he exclaimed as he got back to his feet and started making his way off-stage. "I'm outta here!"

"Wait Scott!" Owen called out to him, "Don't you wanna have a chance to get back into the game?"

This question stopped Scott in his tracks with a screeching tire sound effect.

"I'm listening…"

"It's time for the…Return Challenge!"

After the Big Guy's announcement, a small TV monitor was lowered down from the ceiling, right behind the host's couch.

"This challenge is called, Truth or Scare!" Owen announced while reading from an index card. "Each contestant will be given a wristband to strap onto their wrist." [3]

As he said that, two interns walked out from off-stage, each carrying three wristbands, and handed them to the contestants, who proceeded to put them on. The interns then walked back off-stage.

"Thanks, Steve! Thanks, Troy!" Owen said to the interns before reading from the index card again, "Now, each of your faces will be displayed on this TV behind us along with the image of a flame and a halo next to your faces. A flame means that the contestant has to do a scare, or a 'scary dare'. A halo means the contestant has to answer a question, truthfully."

"Oh? And how do you expect to tell if we're telling the truth or not?" Scott asked with his arms crossed.

"That's where those wristbands come in," the Big Guy answered, "They each have a built-in lie detector. If you lie answering a truth question, they will buzz and electrocute you. If you refuse to do a scare, you will also be electrocuted."

"It's kinda like a less lethal game of Truth or Electric Chair," Geoff stated, "Some bad memories with that thing, dude."

"Electrocution?! Heck no! I'm not doing this!" Scott shouted as he tried to take the wristband off.

"Oh, right. I forgot to say that the wristband won't come off until you get electrocuted or the game ends," Owen continued with a nervous chuckle. "Each turn, the TV will randomly choose a contestant and either a scare or a truth. When you refuse to do a scare, or answer a truth with a lie, or not at all within 30 seconds, you will get electrocuted and you will be eliminated from the running to get back into Total…"

"Drama…"

"Avengeance!"

The Big Guy laughed to himself after he finished that statement.

"I've always wanted to say that. Anyway, the last contestant wearing a wristband wins and will be allowed to return to the game. So…good luck, because Truth or Scare starts…now!"

As soon as Owen stopped talking, the pictures on the TV started moving quickly. After about five seconds, both images stopped, showing Dakota's picture next to a flame.

"Ooh! I look so cute in that picture!" Dakota said jubilantly. Meanwhile, Owen picked up a red card that had a flame on the back of it.

"Dakota, for your scare, you have to…"

"Actually, I don't want to get back in the game. I'd rather stay here and host these Aftermath shows! I'm already rich, so I don't need 5 million dollars."

Owen and Bridgette looked at each other in confusion.

"Are you sure, Dakota?" the Surfer Chick asked. "You know, if you get eliminated from the challenge, you'll get-"

"Eh, whatever! A little shock of electrocution is probably better than anything that could happen with any of Chris's challenges. So, go ahead! Shock m-ZZZZZTTTT!"

The wristband emitted electricity into Dakota's body, before unlatching itself from her wrist and falling to the floor.

"Dakota's been eliminated!" Bridgette announced.

Meanwhile, Dakota's image on the TV was crossed out by two red lines. Afterwards, the images started moving again. A few seconds later, Scott's picture was displayed on the TV, next to a halo.

"Scott," Owen said as he picked up a white card with a halo on the back of it, "You have to answer this question truthfully."

"Pfft! Bring it on! I'm not afraid to tell the truth," Scott said confidently.

"The question is, 'Do you have any regrets about this season?'"

"Of course I do!"

"Seriously?" Bridgette asked.

"Yeah! I regret trying to form an alliance with Anne Maria. I should have just stayed a lone wolf like I did last season. I would have made it farther."

Everyone was silent for a few seconds, but there was no electrocution.

"Alright then…Scott is still in," the Surfer Chick said somewhat scornfully.

Meanwhile, the images on the TV started moving again, and stopped on Brick and a flame. Owen picked up a red card a read from it.

"Brick, your scare is to… 'Kiss Jo on the lips for 3 seconds.'"

The audience let out a loud "Whoo!" Both Brick and Jo on the other hand were not as excited about it. They both looked stunned, especially Brick.

"No…way! I am NOT kissing Brick, especially not on TV!" Jo said angrily, "I don't even care if he gets eliminated! I'm NOT doing it!"

"Ok," Owen said, "But if you don't kiss each other, then you both get eliminated."

"WHAT?! That's not fair! It's HIS scare! Why should I be at risk?!"

"Sorry, that's what the card says. Oh, and you only have 10 seconds left to do it."

Jo gulped and looked over at Brick, who was still stunned.

"Oh, for Pete's sake!" the Jock-ette complained before grabbing Brick head, bringing it to her own, and kissing his lips. The audience let out an even louder "WHOO!"

"MHH?!" the Cadet asked while he and Jo kissed.

"Alright, that's three seconds," Bridgette said while looking at her watch.

At that moment, Jo pushed Brick away from her, causing the Cadet to fall off of the couch.

"And with that, Brick, and Jo, stay alive," Bridgette announced.

While the images on the TV started to move again, Brick got back onto the couch. Jo was looking away from him with her arms crossed, so the Cadet decided to look in the opposite direction while rubbing the back of his head awkwardly.

"Looks like Sam will get a scare," Owen said while looking at the TV.

This made Sam gulp nervously.

"Your scare is… 'Break every video game system that you have on you in 30 seconds.'"

"What?! But, I can't do that! I only brought my 3DS, and it's a Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Special Edition! They don't even sell them anymore!"

"Sorry, dude. 15 seconds left."

At that moment, the Gamer took his prized possession out of his pocket and held it in his hands, nervously.

"10 seconds."

"Sammy, you don't have to break your 3DS," said Dakota.

"I don't?" he asked.

"Of course not! Besides, if you got back into the game, that would make me so very lonely. You wouldn't want that, would you?" she asked while jutting out her bottom lip.

"No, I couldn't do that to you."

Sam and Dakota smiled at each other and started to move their faces closer to each other's. However, before their lips could make contact…

"GYAAAAAH!" Sam shouted as he was shocked by his wristband, causing him to fall off of the couch.

"Sorry, Sam, but you've been eliminated," Bridgette told him.

"I…can taste…the color seven," he said in a daze while the images on the TV reset.

"Scare for Staci," Owen said.

"Bring it on!" Staci said with determination.

The Big Guy picked up a red card and read it.

"'Don't talk about any of your ancestors for the rest of the challenge.' Whoa!"

"Pfft!" she scoffed, "No big deal. I can do any dare, just like my gr-MH!" She covered her mouth before she could finish her statement.

"Ooh, this is gonna be fun to watch," Scott said with a smirk on his face.

"Wait, I thought all scares and truths only lasted for 30 seconds," Staci inquired.

"Oh! Well, there are some cards that have special requirements that don't follow that rule," Owen said with a nervous chuckle, "Sorry."

"Awww…that's so not fair!"

"Oh, I think everyone who's had to listen to your stories thinks it is," Scott insulted.

The Chatterbox chuckled with a snort.

"Oh, Scott! You're such a kidder," she said.

"I wasn't kidding…"

"Oh! Would you look at that! Looks like Jo has to tell us the truth now!" Owen announced while looking at the TV monitor, which displayed Jo's picture next to a halo.

"Oh joy… What is it this time," Jo asked unenthusiastically.

"Jo, you have to tell us how your kiss with Brick was."

At this moment, Brick's eyes widened in shock, once again, while Jo's irises shrank in size.

"WHAT?! How is that possibly on that card?! It just happened like…3 minutes ago!"

"Well, it actually says, 'How do you feel about your last kiss?' I just asked it in a more direct way. Oh, you have 20 seconds to answer, by the way."

"Grrr!" the Jock-ette growled before sighing. "It was…alright."

"'Alright'?" Bridgette asked.

"Yeah! It was alright! That's all I have to say about it," she said with her arms crossed.

"Wow! Thanks, Jo," Brick said with a smile on his face.

"Back off, Brickhead! That wasn't a compliment for you," Jo said, looking away from Brick once again.

"Two contestants down, four to go! Let's continue!" Owen shouted as the images on the TV started to change again.

The images stopped on Staci and a halo.

"And Staci gets a truth question!"

Owen picked up a yellow card and read from it.

"Staci, are all of the things that you say about your ancestors true?"

Staci smiled brightly before answering.

"Of course they are! Everything I say about my ancestors is true! BZZZZZZZTTT!"

"Oooh! Sorry, Staci. You're eliminated," Bridgette announced.

"What?! But, I wasn't lying!"

"But you did say something about your ancestors, which went against your scare from your last turn."

"Or you could have been lying when you said that everything you said is true," Owen interjected, "Either way, you're eliminated, Staci. Sorry…"

"Awww…So not fair!"

"Heh-heh-heh!" Scott chuckled, "And then there were three. This is gonna be a piece of Grammy's rhubarb and roadkill pie."

"Good to hear you say that, Scott," Owen told him, "because it's your turn to do a scare!"

"Bring it!" the Schemer said with a smirk.

"Scott, to stay alive in this challenge, you have to hug…"

At that moment, a certain two-legged shark walked out on-stage with a huge, toothy grin on his face.

"…Fang!"

As soon as he saw the mutated shark, Scott's smug smirk dropped off of his face.

"AAAAAAHHHHHH!" he screamed as he hid behind the couch he sat on.

While Scott hid, Fang started making his way towards the couch. When he was a foot away from the couch, the Schemer jumped out of his hiding place and ran to the opposite side of the couch. Even though it was obvious that Scott wanted nothing to do with Fang, that didn't stop the mutated shark from wanting to "hug" Scott, so Fang started to run around the couch towards Scott.

"AHH! No! You can't make me!" Scott shouted as he ran around the couch in the opposite direction.

Meanwhile, the other five eliminated New Team contestants were still seated on the couch, watching the ridiculous looking chase scene.

The chase lasted for 30 seconds, until…

"BZZZZZZZZTTTTTT!"

The shock that Scott got from his wristband stopped his running, which allowed Fang to catch up to him, and wrap his mutated fins around Scott's torso. However, since Scott was be electrocuted at that time, the mutant shark got shocked as well.

Once the electricity stopped flowing from the wristband, Scott fell unconscious. Since Fang didn't get as much of a shock from the band as the Schemer did, he was able to stay conscious. However, the electrocution did spook him, so he ran off-stage, yelping like a scared dog as he did so.

"Awww….Poor Fang," Bridgette said sympathetically.

"Poor Fang?! What about poor me?!" Scott asked angrily after he got back to his feet, with parts of his skin, hair, and clothing charred black from the electricity.

"Oh, right! Scott, you've been eliminated!" the Surfer Chick announced.

The audience cheered loudly after hearing that news. Scott sat back down in a huff with his arms cross.

"Aw, it's alright, dude," Brick said as he turned to Scott, "Maybe next season will be yours."

"Shut up!" Scott shouted at the Cadet, "And I'm not your 'dude', pal!"

"Oh yeah? Well, I'm not your pal, buddy!"

"Well, I'm not your buddy, dude!"

"Well, I'm not your dude, pal!"

"Well, I'm not your pal, buddy!"

"Well, I'm not-" [4]

"Would you both just shut up already?!" Jo shouted in annoyance, causing both Scott and Brick to cease their see-saw of an argument.

"Good timing, Jo," Owen interjected, "Because Brick has to answer a truth. And remember Brick, you have to answer truthfully within 30 seconds, or else you will be eliminated, and Jo will return to the actual competition instead of you."

"Private Brick McArthur, ready to answer with full integrity, sir!" the Cadet said whilst saluting.

"Great to hear! Alright, here's your question. Who do you have feelings for more? Jo or Anne Maria?"

Brick stared blankly for a few seconds before he could comprehend the question that he was just asked to answer.

"WHAT?! I can't answer that!"

"Yes you can, dude," Owen said in a soothing tone. "You can do it! No pressure! But you do have 20 seconds to answer, but no pressure!"

The Cadet gulped nervously and looked over at Jo, who was currently looking at him with a raised brow.

"15 seconds," the Big Guy reminded.

Brick started to sweat and shake profusely.

"I…"

He looked over at the rest of the contestants on the stage, and all of their eyes were looking at him.

"10 seconds."

"I like…"

The whole studio was silently awaiting Brick's answer.

"5 sec-"

"I LIKE THEM BOTH EQUALLY!" Brick shouted quickly, almost at the top of his lungs.

The volume and the substance of the Cadet's answer caused almost everyone in the studio to gasp in shock. Jo and Scott just looked at him like he was crazy. However, when everyone realized that Brick's wristband was not shocking him, indicating that he was indeed telling the truth, everyone just stared at him with dumbstruck faces.

"You like Anne Maria and Jo equally?" Bridgette asked.

"Yes," Brick answered with a sigh. "I like Anne Maria and Jo equally, but for different reasons."

"Different reasons?"

"Yeah…Jo is strong, athletic, and competitive, and I really like that about her. She keeps me on my toes."

This made Jo give a shadow of a smile as she looked away from Brick, who continued to speak.

"But Anne Maria is more affectionate, caring, and…well…kind."

The last word stung Jo a bit, making her look down sadly for a short second.

"They both appeal to me, so…that's why I can't say I have more feelings for one over the other. They're both special to me."

The audience, along with Sadie and Beth, let out a collective "Aww" after hearing Brick's answer.

"Wow! That's a lot to take in," Bridgette commented, "Jo you must be thinking the same thing. Care to share what's on your mind?"

"Yeah…" the Jock-ette said.

Everyone, except Brick, leaned in closer in anticipation for her answer.

"…Can I do my Scare or Truth?" she asked with a straight face.

The whole studio went completely silent, except for the faint chirping of a cricket.

"Uh…sure," Owen answered as he looked the TV, which displayed Jo's face next to a flame.

He picked up the next red card and read from it.

"Jo, your Scare is…to…punch Brick in the face."

Everyone in the studio, except Jo and Scott, gasped.

"Heh-heh-heh-heeeeeh! This should be good!" Scott commented.

Jo smirked as she looked over at Brick, who was grimacing from the pain he was sure was going to be inflicted on him.

"No problem," the Jock-ette said while cracking her knuckles.

"You've got 30 seconds. Go!" Owen shouted.

Jo balled her hand into a fist, reared it back, and, with a lot of force, hit Brick square in the…elbow.

"Ow! That hurt!" Brick exclaimed as he rubbed his elbow.

"There! Scare complete," Jo said nonchalantly.

"Uh…Jo, that wasn't Brick's face, that was his elbow," Bridgette pointed out.

"Heh…? Oh. Right! His face! Yeah, no problem!"

She reared her fist back and aimed higher. This time, she made contact with…

"OW! My shoulder!" the Cadet shouted in pain.

"What?! Why can't I…? Brick! Turn towards me!"

"Uhh…ok…" Brick said hesitantly as he rotated his body to face Jo.

She reared her fist back again, and attempted another punch.

"OW!" the Cadet quickly put his hands to his chest.

"Grrr!" Jo growled.

"10 seconds, Jo!" Owen announced.

"Stand up, Brick!" Jo shouted as she stood up from the couch.

"Do I have to…?" he asked weakly.

"YES!"

"Oooh…" he groaned as he stood up, facing Jo. He closed his eyes and anticipated the impending pain. And, boy, did it come.

"OW!"

"Shoulder blade," Scott said after Jo punched that part of Brick's body.

"OOF!"

"Kidney…"

"ACK!"

"Ooh, kick to the kiwis! Heh-heh! That wasn't even a punch, but still hilarious."

"UGH!" Jo exclaimed before she heard a short buzz and got electrocuted by her wristband. "BZZZZZZZZZTTTTTT!"

"Jo has been eliminated, which means that Brick wins the Return Challenge!" Bridgette announced. "Although, you probably couldn't tell by looking at him right now. Brick will be heading back to Total Drama Avengeance, along with Trent!"

The audience applauded Brick, who was currently lying on the floor in pain with his hands covering his groin region.

"Grr!" Jo growled before walking off-stage in a huff.

"Wait! Jo!" Brick called out in a higher pitched voice than normal. He attempted to get up, but he was unexpectedly shocked by his wristband, which was still on his wrist.

"Oh! Whoops," Owen said while he was holding a remote control. "That was the wrong button. I was trying to release the wristband from your wrist. Ha…ha-hah… Well, this is probably a good time to go to commercial for the final time. When we come back, we'll speak to the former contestants who made cameos this season! Stay tuned for that when we return to the…"

"Total…"

"Drama…"

"Avengeance…"

"Aftermath…"

"Halfway…"

"Special! Whew! That is a mouth full."

The screen faded to black.

[1] - Blatant Ace Attorney reference there. I swear, this is the year of Phoenix Wright for me. I've played or watched Let's Plays of every Ace Attorney game, except for the Professor Layton/Phoenix Wright crossover game. I'll wait till it's released here in the US. So...yeah, that was an Ace Attorney reference. TAKE THAT!

*Possible TDPI Spoilers*

[2] - Gotta thank Total Drama Pahkitew Island for kinda confirming Chris's age, or at least what age he's pretending to be. Official, his wiki page said that he was born in November of 1978, and since season 5 was in the summer of 2013, he should 34. But, it does seem like Chris would lie about his age after a certain point. So, that's what I'm going with.

[3] - Also gotta thank Total Drama Pahkitew Island for the Truth or Scare challenge. I never would have thought of it myself, and I was stumped when I was thinking of an appropriate challenge.

*End of Possible TDPI Spoilers*

[4] - My favorite moment from South Park. LOL And, they're Canadian so it makes even more sense for this to be here.

So, Brick is returning with Trent. To be honest, I was kinda surprised that Brick got it. I was expecting Scott to get the most votes. I was even more surprised that Staci had the second highest amount of votes, only 2 less than Brick as a matter of fact. Brick got 7, Staci got 5, Jo got 2, Sam and Scott each got 1, and Dakota got 0. Lol Wow. You guys are brutal. Speaking of Brick, how about that confession of his? How many of you expected that? Lol I wonder if this will how this will affect him when he's back on the show. Only time will tell.

Speaking of the show, how about the real show? How do you guys feel about TDPI, if you've seen any of it yet. I gotta say, I love it so far, even though some of my favorite characters on there have been mistreated, although everyone on Total Drama has been mistreated at least once, so...eh, what can ya do.

Last couple of notes, the cameo contestant poll vote should be up once this chapter has been uploaded, so feel free to vote for your favorite cameo contestant that is eligible to get into Total Drama Avengeance as a contestant. Whoever gets the most votes will win and get to be a contestant. Also, if you have any questions that you want to be asked to the cameo contestants on the last Aftermath chapter, be sure to either ask in your review or send me a PM with the questions. Last thing, I was thinking of making journal entries on DeviantArt so I can keep you guys up-to-date on the progress of each chapter I write, that way you guys will have a better idea on when the next chapter is going to be uploaded. I would just do it on my FanFic profile page, but journal entries on DA are much more interactive since people can comment on them. Is this a good idea or no? Be sure to say so in your review or send me a PM saying so.

Wow! This Author's note is huge! I'm just gonna end it now. See ya next time!
