Uncaring
A large seven and half foot monster bent forward, trying to make himself smaller so he could fit through the doorway and the document stated that the girl had a giant fear loud sounds. His stomps were silent as he stomped across the child's room easily without having to dodge any toys; the child's room was clean from any mess…his red eyes scanned the room; there weren't any toys at all only books. He smiled grimly as he remembered the girl's documents; verbally abused by her father every day, overshadowed by her young sister and took physical abuse from her only cousin. This one the saddest door's he had ever gotten, he would love more than anything to do something to make her life better-he wasn't a sadist- however it was against the rules besides they say children are toxic.
His shaggy tanned fur bounced with movement, his curved horns atop his head and sharpened claws gave him a deadly appearance, and the blackened scars across his massive figure helped a lot too. When others monsters saw him they immediately became wary while if a human had to glance his way, they'd scream and all he had to do is stand causally. Female monsters stayed away from him because of the hideous scars covering his body however fellow scarers admired him like a god sent gift and he only had two friends. He shook his head and turned to head to focus on the girl...only to find her gone.
He froze and began to search the room in a panic, he panted heavily as he searched through the room; under the bed, under the blanket, under the pillow, under the desk in the corner and even looked to the ceiling. He gripped the fur on his head in his panic, his dark eyes looking around anxiously. Where'd the child go?!
"Roar!"
You'd probably expect scream him to make a sound of alarm but you'd be surprised to see him sigh with relieve and reach forward to grasp the young girl that looked up at him with excited lavender eyes. She giggled when she was slowly lifted into the air and brought up to his eye level. Yes, he shouldn't be touching the child for they said children were toxic, they may say that but it didn't mean it was actually true. If it were, then he would've been dead for a long time because this little Hinata loved to cuddle in his chest, uncaring of the hideous scars.
"Hello, Hinata-chan." He greeted with a grin, she giggled at him with delight and grabbed the fur on his cheeks, and she nuzzled her nose against his then made small sounds indicating she wanted to be put down. He placed her gently on the floor; dark eyes drawn to her small shape and let her drag him over to her little bookshelf. She handed him a book with an ugly duckling on the front and bounced over to her bed, dragging him along behind her. Sure, he may not be able to do something about her problems but that didn't mean he couldn't bring her happiness during his nightly visits.
I've never seen a story where Ibiki as romantic interest in Hinata however i have read a Anko x Ibiki story, Awkward Questions.
