Hey guys. This chapter is somewhat of a filler chapter and I really hope you guys like it. I really wasn't sure what to do for this chapter.

"How about June?" Zoe asked. She was sitting at the kitchen table with her personal calendar and her work calendar open. Wade was cutting up some fruit at the counter.

"When's Jesse's wedding?" he asked

"June 16th."

"Ok so after that, but we would also have to wait for them to come back from their honeymoon."

"Of course. So they'll be gone until the 23rd or 24th I believe but then they also have to get back to work. Or he does, she's off for the summer. So maybe, uh I don't know." she threw her head on the table.

Wade laughed and walked around the counter and over to her. He started massaging her shoulders. "Babe, relax. We'll find a date. I'll talk to Jesse and see when he can swing another day off or whatever. We could always do it on a Saturday so he doesn't have to take off."

"What about a bachelor party?" she asked picking her head up

"I don't need one." He shrugged

She turned around and looked at him. "Really?"

"Yeah. I don't need to go get drunk to get married."

"Well that doesn't need to be decided now, a date does. I need to let my mom know."

Wade looked over her shoulder and at the calendars. "July 11th." He said pointing to the square.

"Any particular reason?"

"It was my parents." he said

Zoe smiled. "Awww that would be really nice. You think Dad would mind?"

"I don't think so, I could ask him though."

"Alright, then if he's ok with it, I'm more than ok with it."

"Great" he bent down and kissed her head. "I'm gonna go check on the little guy."

"Ok, he's been out for a while. My poor baby." She pouted.

"I know, he's so calm with the meds. It's creepy. We should just do it now so he can't burn down the town with the candles or get mud on your dress or what not."

"I need a dress." She yelled and jumped up from the chair

"Uh oh." He said and ran up the stairs. He quietly walked into Wyatt's room and over to his bed. Wyatt was out cold with his little arm in its cast rested up on a stack of pillows. Wade smiled down at him and brushed a piece of hair off his forehead. His little eyes fluttered open and he smiled when he saw Wade.

"Hi Daddy." He said

"Hey Little Bear. How ya feeling?" Wade crouched down to his level.

"I hungry." He told him

"Alright, you want to go get some lunch?" Wyatt just nodded and put his good arm up towards Wade. Wade picked him up out of bed and carried him downstairs.

"Yes Mom. I need a wedding dress by July…I know that's crazy soon but it's when we want to get married….Mom I don't want a big wedding, just our closest family and friends….No, not in New York, in Bluebell…No, that doesn't mean the entire town will show up….Mom why aren't you jumping up and down for joy like I thought you would be. You've been asking me why we aren't married forever…It's like two and a half months away, that's not that soon…..I don't need a custom made dress. It was just a simple question and you are making a huge deal out of this…..Yes we are still coming in two weeks, Wyatt will be fine."

"Mama" Wyatt said when they entered the kitchen

She turned around and smiled when she saw them. "Mom I have to go, I'll call you tonight." She hung up her phone and slammed it on the table. "She's crazy." She sighed

"Apple doesn't fall far from the tree." Wade smirked

"Oh shut up." She laughed "I called to ask her if we could go dress shopping when we go up there for her wedding and she went wedding talk crazy. She wants me to have a custom made wedding dress. Why?" she asked

"I have no idea. Sounds expensive."

"And ridiculous." She looked at Wyatt. "How are you Baby?"

"Hungry." He said "Fruit please." He pointed to the half made fruit salad Wade was working on earlier

"Ok, sit down, Mama will get you some." She got him a bowl and filled it with fruit and brought it to the table. She placed it in front of him and cleared up all the paper work. "We'll figure more of this out later."

"Alright, I have to get to work. You two good?"

"Yes, thank you. Have a good day." She gave him a kiss. "What time are you home tonight?"

"I think I'm closing so late."

"Ok, have fun. Say bye to Daddy." She looked at Wyatt

"Bye Daddy." He said with a mouth full of fruit

"Bye kid, behave for you Mama." He kissed his head and left the house

"Zoe?" Annabeth squealed running into her house.

"What?" Zoe asked running into the foyer. "What's the matter?"

"I have to tell you something." She said

Zoe waited for her to talk but when she didn't "Hello?"

Annabeth smiled. "You can't tell anyone, you promise?"

"Uh yeah. Spill." Zoe said

"I'm pregnant." Annabeth beamed

"What? Really?"

"Yes, well I haven't had an official blood test but the 5 pregnancy tests say that I am."

"Oh my gosh AB, that is so exciting. Have you told Lavon?"

"No, and that's why I'm here. You're his best friend, how should I tell him?"

"Ummm, just tell him?" she asked

"No, I want to make it special. Like I was thinking of making him a dinner or I don't know, something fun."

"A dinner would be good. Maybe one of those meals where you serve baby everything."

"Baby food?" Annabeth asked

"No, like baby back ribs, baby carrots, those little baby potatoes, that kind of stuff."

"Oh, I love that idea. Zoe you're the best." She hugged her

"I'm so happy for you two, y'all are gonna make awesome parents."

"I have to go shopping now. I'll call you tonight after I tell him."

"Ok, I can't wait." Zoe gave her another hug and then Annabeth was out the door.

Two weeks later the three of them were on a plane to New York. Wyatt was sitting between Wade and Zoe with a bag of goldfish and a juice box.

"Mama fish?" he asked handing her one

"No thank you Baby."

"So today when we get there, you're going out with you mom and look for a wedding dress?" Wade asked with a smile

"Yeah, you don't mind do you?"

"No, not at all."

"Ok and when we come home, we are all going to go to dinner. Then tomorrow I will bring you guys to Times Square and then the wedding and then Monday morning we head home."

"Sounds really fun, I can't wait to see New York. Hopefully he'll be good." He looked down at Wyatt.

"I know. His energy level has increased but not back to normal, thank god." She laughed

After they landed and they made it into the city via Candice's town car, Zoe led them up to her Mom's apartment.

"Hello?" Zoe called opening the door with her key.

"Zoe?" Candice answered running towards the door. "Where is my grandbaby?" she squealed

Wade put Wyatt down and he ran towards Candice. "Grandma." He yelled

"How are you? Oh look at you and your cast." She scooped him up and gave him a big hug.

"Elbow broken, owie." He said

"Big owie." She kissed him and adjusted him to her hip. She gave Zoe and Wade both a hug. "How was the flight?"

"It was good. No issues. Where's Neil?" Zoe asked

"Oh he ran out to get some snacks and things for you guys."

"Mom, I told you we don't need anything."

"Oh you hush. It's not every day that my daughter and her family come to visit."

"Yeah hush." Wade nudged her

"How are you Wade? How's the Rammer Jammer?"

"I'm good and so is the bar. We're doing well, starting to get some bands in on the weekends."

"That's excellent, if you ever need some names or numbers, you just let me know."

"I will Mrs. Hart."

"Ah, what did I say? Mom or Candice."

"Right, sorry Mom." He smirked

Zoe smiled between her mom and Wade. "Are we staying in my room?" she asked

"Yes, it's all set up for you. Wyatt's room is right across the hall from yours."

"Wyatt's room?" She asked

"Of course. You didn't think I wouldn't have a room for my favorite grandson, did you?"

"I never actually thought of it."

"Wyatt room?" Wyatt asked

"You want to see it?" Candice asked him

"Yes please." He smiled

Candice put him down and let him follow her to his room, Wade and Zoe followed close behind. Candice opened the door and Zoe and Wade's jaws dropped. Wyatt ran right in and jumped up on the bed.

"Yee haw." Wyatt yelled running in the room and jumping on the bed.

"Be careful." Zoe told him. "Mom this is the cutest little cowboy room ever but you had to have spent a fortune on this."

"Oh would you stop worrying about that stuff. He deserves his own room and it has to be fun."

"Well I hope you bolted every piece of furniture to the wall or he'll start destroying the place." Wade laughed "But thank you. Does this mean he gets to come to Grandma's more often?"

"He can come whenever he wants. Like when you guys go on your honeymoon." She hinted

Zoe smiled. "You would watch him?"

"Of course I would."

"Well, that would be very helpful."

"Yeah it would be, Dad can't handle him for more than a weekend."

"Not really and he's too much for AB with the morning sickness and everything."

"Alright cool, our honeymoon's about a month long just so you know." Wade smiled

"Ok, send him on up." Candice returned the smile. "When you guys are done unpacking, we have to head out to though. She's keeping the shop open for us tonight."

"Ok, sounds good." Zoe said. "I'll start unpacking now." She walked over to the dresser in Wyatt's room and opened it. "Mom, the drawers are full?" she asked in shock

"So is his closet. Outfits up to size 5." She beamed

"You're insane. You spoil him rotten. " She told her "But you're the best."

"Of course I do, and I'll spoil the next one just as much."

"The next one what?" Zoe asked

"Don't even." Candice said and looked at Wade. "There will be more."

"One or two." He smiled at her

"Or one." Zoe corrected

Zoe and her mom left about an hour later and headed to the dress shop.

"Do you know what you want?" Candice asked on the ride there

"Not really. I'll know when I see it."

And that she did. It was the fifth dress she tried on and when she looked at herself in the mirror, she knew immediately that this was the dress for her. It brought tears to her eyes and she looked back at her mother.

"This is it."

Candice had tears in her eyes as well. "I think so." She smiled at her daughter. "You look beautiful."

"Thank you. I can't wait to marry him."

"Two more months."

"I know, hopefully it goes quickly."

The rest of the weekend went pretty quickly for them. Zoe loved showing Wade and Wyatt around the city, she brought them to Times Square and they even went to see the Statue of Liberty. Her mom's wedding was short and sweet. She couldn't remember the last time she saw her mother that happy and it made her feel so good. Before they knew it, it was time to head back to Bluebell.

"Thanks for everything." Zoe said hugging her mom

"No, thank you guys. It was so great having you here."

"Say bye to Grandma and Neil." Wade told Wyatt

"I don't get to be Grandpa?" Neil asked

Zoe smiled "Of course you do."

"Bye Grandma, bye Grandpa." Wyatt gave them each a hug

"We will see you in two months." Zoe smiled

"I can't wait." Candice gave Wade a hug and then they were out the door and off to the airport.

"That was fun." Zoe said on the plane

"Yeah it was. Did you like New York, Wyatt?"

"Yeah, New York fun. I come back." He said

"Yep, you get to come back when Mama and Daddy go away."

"Bye" he waved at them. They both laughed, shaking their heads.
