Author note: Hello, my lovelies! I hope you are all feeling terrific. Since I know, I will not be seeing you until after the holidays… Happy Christmas! And Happy new years as well.

Unknown: Haha, I hope it was worth staying up so late. This one as well!

Fizzwizz2011: Well, I updated. Here's hoping you like it.

guest: Thanks for the support!

Jalicejelsa4eva: Thanks! It means a lot.

Flowerchild23: I guess I'm just a twisted person. I have no excuse for the things that run through my mind. Don't worry, I have a plan.

Emzy2k11: I hope this was worth the wait. It's short, I know, but it's mostly filler and bringing forth my Marko/Celia dynamic and establishing the final pairings. I also kinda gave some background for my next story as well.

Tishaliz: I enjoy writing Celia and Marko. They have been so great and I'm not looking forward to ending them. I hope to do some more fun things with them in the next few chapters as well.

Fairyglitter101: I'm glad it was good. I was a little hesitant to have something so... potent, and then the whole chapter ended up being so twisted. This one is getting back to some basic family settings, which I just realized I left Laddie out of... Hmm...

LadyElBass: Why, thank you! It means a lot that you enjoy this so much.

Samcoo12: It's something that has always been interesting to me, the pack bonds. Logically they would have to feel something deep with each other. Or, I might be taking myself into it a little. Being isolated I think means they would be more involved with each other.

Gracfully: Thank you so much for the support!

Kezz1:Thanks!

I just watched Edward Scissor hands (damn those teenage hormones. Why did Edward have to suffer so?) I feel as though Lost Boys is late eighties, and sadly, the movie didn't come out until 1990. But for the sake of this, we are going to just ignore that fact and mesh it in.

Chapter start

The home had style and class, that much was obvious to anyone. Nestled deep into the woods roughly fifty miles away from Santa Carla, the boys had found the home, complete with basement and a wonderful cave system nearby, a marvelous steal.

Well, Max had found it with David and Dwayne. Together the three had "carefully liberated" it from the humans, who were buried somewhere out there, bones turned to dust by now and long forgotten by anyone else.

Hell, David barely recalled their screams. Dwayne maintained he remembered only that the skin texture on the man resembled literal blubber, while his wife's blood seemed soaked in wine.

Nevertheless, the boys came here every fifty or so years, to unwind and relax. Kinda like a family vacation. The only drawback was the cuisine. The only town was a small one with regular locals who were distrustful of strangers. Now, they all could have glamoured the hicks but it seemed a lot of trouble for… Well, sub-par blood, that in general seemed to run thin. Marko blamed the diet of cornbread and beans. Celia smacked him for the cheek.

Max was known for his weird ideas. Like taking in the Emerson family and creating a Brady bunch of monsters. Or this; that drinking the blood of animals as a main steeple, with very little access to human blood, if any, would improve their overall desire for the 'thick stuff'. And renew the appreciation for it. They couldn't get sick of something that they cut themselves off from, making that first swallow even better.

Therefore, it was mostly a diet of animal blood. This however, wasn't a good thing this time. While the boys were used to these periods, Celia was not. She wasn't pass the time when baby vampires needed to feed constantly. Rather like a human who overate, Celia's instincts were roaring at her to sink her teeth into as many necks as they could reach in a night.

This was not necessarily a bad thing. She was strong because David was her sire. Nevertheless, in order to reach and maintain that potential she had to be well fed constantly, until her body regulated itself.

Therefore, Celia hated this vacation. And the animal blood was making her more and more emotional. Forced isolation from anyone but the boys wasn't good for her. She wanted to flirt, to tease, and to cause chaos. Hard to do, when everyone knew her tricks already.

She was trying her new tactic currently. Sulking. It worked best, shockingly enough, on Paul. Paul loved his family with all his undead heart, so seeing one of them miserable was just shitty to him. Really shitty. So he had snuck Celia a thing of bagged blood from some hospital.

The boys were all currently out hunting so Celia was left to meander along the house after maintaining she wasn't hungry, and maybe bring her back a rabbit.

She fell to the age-old surety of watching movies. There was already a tape in the VCR, so she rewound it and pressed play. Her bag of blood had been devoured a few moments ago, and so she settled for a comfort drink of hot cocoa.

The warmth that came from the mug was pleasant, though not necessary. Celia smiled, humming a little as she sipped it, settling back into her created cocoon of blankets and pillows.

The forest was quiet this time of night. There were not many disturbances this far into the forest. There was a particular stream that rarely froze over and so a brave doe made its way down. Her group was a little farther ahead, having already paused at the stream and moved along.

She bent her head gracefully, her small tongue darting out for the icy drink. She heard nothing ominous, not even when something unnatural settled beside her. No, it wasn't until the hands wrapped into the soft fur of her neck did she panic. Only for a moment, as the hands twisted, breaking her neck and ending her swiftly. The man knelt down, his leather pants obscene against the white. He cradled her body.

Three other thumps landed next to him.

"Man, why you gotta kill it every time?" The question was posed without any real rancor from Paul.

Dwayne clicked his tongue. "Nature is not to be disrespected."

They all paused naturally, waiting for a snarky remark about something. It took a moment to remember Celia wasn't with them, and therefore wouldn't be intentionally riling them up. Marko closed his eyes against the picturesque backdrop and shuffled.

David merely snorted and knelt by his brother. His gloved hand touched the doe's fur, his other holding a cigarette that he ashed. "Let's dig in."

The words were all that was necessary. The four set into their meal with true gusto, the thrill of a successful hunt making it that much better. This was the moment Dwayne sought to always spare the animal. The moment when four fangs would settle in the skin, and bestial snarls and grunts would fill the air.

He had been taught to respect life, to never let the animal suffer unjustly. Naturally, it had carried over into his supernatural life, even though it didn't extend to humans.

The doe was older, that much was obvious from the moment David's teeth sunk in. her skin was tough and was beginning to gain a leathery quality, and she had been thin, too thin to survive much longer. Nevertheless, her blood was warm and gamy, if a little bitter, being an animal.

Once they were finished, they took the time to move her body away from the stream, even tossing leaves over it, to Dwayne's insistence.

"Well, now what? Anybody still hungry?" Paul asked. He was plopped back on his ass, idly building little stick forts out of twigs nearby.

Marko grinned, a devilish glint in his eyes. As casual as he could be, he lifted a booted foot and stomped down on the one closest to him. It created an instant reaction.

"Hey, that was Coco!" Paul shrieked.

The next thing Dwayne and David knew, the rocker had launched onto the tiny vampire, knocking him over. Marko positively howled in derisive laughter as they wrestled.

"They're still so young," Dwayne muttered in good nature.

"Young enough," David agreed. "Thankfully Celia isn't so naturally destructive."

"That would be a nightmare." Dwayne grimaced at the thought.

Celia's brand of chaos was more on the line of using glamour for people's credit cards and cash. Occasionally she fell in love with a car and crashed it into a wall. That had been the biggest scare David had ever felt, the first time she had done it. And he wasn't above admitting it.

The sire bond had thrummed with her exhilaration, making him pause in his nightly routine. The other boys as well had quickly focused in on the connection they forged with the baby vampire.

They had all expressed their confusion to her actions, but it hadn't been until she mentioned her intent they all panicked. The three had landed as near as they could to her, atop a building, watching the car weave down the street at dangerous speeds.

Marko had been tenser than ever, thinking what they all were. That Celia was crashing the car to end her immortal life, that she intended to let the flames devour her. The car had hit hard on the brick side of the building, but out Celia flew from the sunroof, her happiness brimming along the sire bond.

She had sat long enough to feel the impact, but not long enough to let the car hurt her. It exploded a few seconds after she had gotten out, laughing. David was still being stonily silent with her.

Marko had promptly taken her back to the cave to fuck. In relief or from excitement at the dangerous stunt, nobody but Marko knew.

David was chatting amicably with Dwayne now, tracing his eyes over the chiseled features of his longest companion, when he tensed.

"What's wrong?" Dwayne was ever attuned to his moods. He was serious in an instant.

David waved him off for a moment, focusing. It came again, a wave of sadness from the sire bond, filled with some distress. David tried sending calm but the younger vampire rejected it.

David glanced at Dwayne. "Celia."

It was all they needed to hear, Marko and Paul leaping into the air covered in dirt and twigs. When they landed, they shoved into the house to hear crying.

Paul shoved them all out of the way, tripping into the living room. "Celia!"

The fiery-headed vampire glanced over her shoulder, streaks of red flowing down her cheeks. The ending credits for a movie were playing on the television behind her. Paul was instantly swayed.

"Oh, pudding pops c'mere." He held his arms opened and Celia hiccupped.

"What happened," David demanded. With her upset through the bond, David had expected to come upon an intruder or the house in flames. But it seemed as though there was no obvious reason for her tears.

"I hate humans," she said croakily.

"That's fine," Marko said in confusion. "They hate you too." Dwayne smacked him in the back of the head. Realizing what he said, and the fact Celia's eyes had widened in more upset, the curly haired vampire didn't retaliate.

"Celia, tell us what's wrong." Dwayne spoke softly.

She pointed at the TV. It took a moment but David was the first to reach the obvious conclusion, Dwayne second. Dwayne closed his eyes and sighed. David wasn't nearly as angry as he was incredulous.

"You're crying because of a fucking movie!"

Paul and Marko exchanged looks, Paul raising his brows, while Marko furrowed his. They both shrugged together. Women, be they human or vampire, were things they understood only on basic instinct.

Celia narrowed her eyes. "But… but… it was so sad! Poor Edward was all alone, and then the others all turned against him cause of one tiny thing that wasn't even his fault. He didn't know any better, and he wanted to make that dumb bitch happy and-"

"Oooh, there's an Edward," Paul said saucily.

Marko waggled his brows. "Should I be jealous?"

"You guys don't understand," Celia snapped hotly.

David and Dwayne exchanged looks. Animal blood was known to make even the hardest vampire go a little crazy. The first time they were forced on the temporary diet by Max, Dwayne had ended up trying to live there forever, having decided he was going to 'run with the wolves'.

David sighed internally. He glanced to the curly haired imp. "Marko, food."

The youth nodded with a cheeky and knowing grin, before darting off. Paul whistled lowly. "Well since my hug was denied… I'm gonna go eat a rabbit… or another deer."

"I'll join you." Dwayne had moved near to Celia and now ruffled her hair, before leaving with Paul.

Celia turned her eyes to David, who moved to sit in an armchair diagonal from the couch. The movie hit the end and started rewinding naturally. David glanced at it as it came back on.

"What?" He finally asked. Celia had yet to stop staring at him.

"Comfort me."

He cocked a brow. "Comfort you? Now, why would I do that?"

Celia frowned, giving him a narrowed look. "Because I'm upset."

"That's your own fault. Seriously, a movie made you cry."

"It was really sad."

"I'm sure."

Marko returned first, holding a pizza in one hand and a large peanut butter and chocolate malt in the other. Celia took it with a smile, her attention once again on the movie. Why she would want to rewatch something that made her turn into a faucet, neither David nor Marko understood. David took two pieces of the pizza however, deciding to let it slide.

Marko settled down next to Celia, who curled into his arm and he wrapped it around her almost naturally. It made David smirk. He had a feeling there might be a mating in his coven eventually and he wondered how Max would take that.

Paul and Dwayne returned right when some weird woman claiming to be an 'Avon lady' running up the stairs. They sat down as well after grabbing some pizza. Celia smiled a little sadly.

"She kinda looks like Aunt Lucy."

Marko hummed, offering her a bite of pizza that she took easily. "Yeah, it does. But your aunt doesn't look so dopey."

"It's the eyes," Dwayne said off-handily.

Celia sighed a little as the movie continued on. Marko didn't shift too much, his eyes glued to the television, but his fingers were idly shifting through Celia's curtain of flame colored hair, twirling strands around his finger.

David was having a small conversation with Dwayne. The two had been close for centuries, with good reason. There had been a good reason David had seen fit to drag the Native American into the dark with him. He had been a constant reminder of a part of David's life that he knew he wouldn't have minded living with.

She had been warm, kind, and just so vibrant even after the illness that handicapped her. His parents had engaged him to her elder sister, but his beating heart had been stolen by the younger, so much so that he had fully intended to end things and pursue her.

He met Dwayne through her. Dwayne had acted as her shield, the one to take her around, and the one to get her out of bed and outside.

He hadn't minded that he would constantly be caring for her. He hadn't cared that she would probably never carry his children, let alone walk again. He had wanted her, with nothing but sheer possession and love on his side.

The movie ended and Celia was crying again. Marko seemed startled, but he hugged her at the least. Paul cleared his throat and announced he needed some more blood to deal with tears.

Dwayne and David got up as well. Dwayne took out the movie titled "Edward scissor hands" and inserted something else, hoping that a different movie wouldn't send Celia into hysterics. The two left out the door then, deciding a walk would be nice.

"Celia needs some blood. Human blood." Dwayne said it firmly.

David had to agree. "I know. I'm not sure what Max was thinking, having us bring her along. She's too new for just animal blood."

Dwayne hummed, coming to a stop. He tilted his head back to look up into the sky. David admired his longest companion from the sidelines. Dwayne was gorgeous, that much he could easily admit. And privately, he admitted he wanted to own the man. He nearly did. But Max was old-fashioned. He didn't care they fucked, but he wouldn't allow them to mate.

Dwayne voiced it. "Max hopes you'll mate with Celia eventually."

David thought about the girl, and his mind remembered instead yellow colored hair and bright green eyes. He fondly traced his gaze over bronze muscles.

"She's more likely to mate Marko first. And that seems like a union that'll last a good few centuries."

"If Max lets them… or if you do. You want Celia as well."

"I have Celia. But I don't want her in that way. Fucking her is one thing. Hell, we have all fucked each other for the fun of it. You know what I want."

"She's dead."

"You aren't."

Dwayne smirked. "I'm maybe even deader than she is."

David moved closer, pushing Dwayne against the tree. He leaned in to inhale the man's scent.

"She was all I wanted to own when I was human. But I want you in the only way a vampire can have another."

"I know."

"Hopefully the Emerson's our plotting a spectacular death for our maker."

They sealed the hope with a kiss.

End chapter

Author note: Yay, this went very different than I intended but I do not mind… okay, maybe a little. I feel I have to tell you all that this story is ending. I am aiming for another five chapters, plus the epilogue. Therefore, I am establishing the final couples now.

The bit about David and his human love, which is the set-up for my David/oc, which I have started working on. It will start in the current moments of the coven's life and then go back to detail David and Dwayne when they met, the girl they lost, and all that jazz. I will not be posting it until the final chapter of Thou Shall Not.

Yes, I am settling David with Dwayne for now. They have a lot of history that will be explored in the prequel. I made a promise that this would remain true to Celia/Marko and so it shall. However, do not worry those of you who ship Celia with another character. Remember that the coven all intermingles. Moreover, the title of mates only lasts for a while, sometimes even only decades. Celia, I imagine in her long life, will come to love all the boys deeply and spend time with each of them. It is just that currently she wants the imp all to herself.

See you next time!
