Pacifica sighed happily as she stepped out of the past and back into her original time zone, slightly embarrassed over her past selfs trashy and flashy look. She definitely looked way better now wearing her dresses than she did when she was eighteen and wearing some casual clothes in order to fit in with the Mystery Shacks look. Pacifica looked around in Dippers study as she saw many knick knacks and oddities from his mystery solving and monster huntings. She walked over to a small desk that had mostly pictures of them when they were younger with their friends. She stopped and stared with a bright smile as she saw their wedding photo neatly placed on the edge of the desk. Dipper and Pacifica had been living in their small little mansion in the woods, just a few yards from the Mystery Shack, ever since they tied their knot with each other and married when they were at the right and small age of twenty-one. Mostly all of Dippers relatives, friends and most of the citizens of Gravity Falls came to see the matrimony be held in the woods right by Pacifica's tree mansion. Even though Pacifica had tried, with the help of her fiancé, to persuade her parents to see their little daughter grow up and become a wife, the Northwests refused to join the occasion, stating that "We have no relations to this Pacifica Pines, yet we wish her the best in her future. Signed Mister and Misses Northwest." Pacifica stared at the letter for a while, deciding whether to throw it out or to just let it stay flat on some surface to capture dust. Dipper shook Pacifica out of her trance on dealing with her parents letter and told her if they don't hurry up and decide on the decorations, Bill and Mabel would just end up spraying the entire stage with glitter and gem stones. Though the pain of not having her parents be there and not having to walk down the isle and be given to Dipper displeased both newlyweds greatly, they focused on the task at hand with help of Dippers friends to make a splendid looking stage to hold one of the most important hours of their lives as a couple. Of course having the help from the Mystery Shack came to no cost to them, although Grunkle Stan did decide that people shouldn't generally be allowed to come in for free. Dipper argued that they would be receiving gifts of money for him and Pacifica to use when they went on their honeymoon but Stan did everything in his power to set up entrance and staying fees. Word soon spread around town that Grunkle Stan's greed was threatening to ruin the special and joyous occasion, until Pacifica received another letter. The letter was unnamed, just a simple wax red heart to enclose the letter and the special check inside it. The letter read "Do not let that insane yokel ruin your wedding. Give half of this to him. Use the rest on the Pines kid, because lord knows he makes pennies compared to you. Have a wonderful time with each other. Please be happy with him. We're sorry we did so many horrible things to you. We love you." Dipper confusingly poked and prodded at the strange letter with a check of one million dollars inside of it, asking if this was real, a joke or whatever else it could've been. Pacifica on the other hand simply gave a small smile at the letter and went to the towns local bank to do just what the letter told her. This would be her final order that she would ever do in order to please her parents, and ultimately please herself... And also a very hyper Grunkle Stan when he got his half a million via hand from Pacifica, shouting when the wedding was all over that he would be taking them all on a vacation down to Florida, not knowing that Pacifica had her own fortune on her hands that she was planning to spend with Dipper on the coast of California. After a few more tweaking and lights to be strewn up and around the stage and chairs, the wedding center was finished and ready to be used for Dipper and Pacifica. Getting someone to legally bind Dipper and Pacifica together was somewhat of a hard task being that their wasn't actually a pastor that would actually help out with the ceremony, but thankfully they still had Grunkle Stan. Stanford never learned how to operate and coordinated a wedding in the sense of being the man that said everything, but nevertheless, Stan decided to just wing it for the sake of the money he'll get for his services. The ceremony was small and quaint with Dippers friends, family and citizens of Gravity falls on his side while Pacifica had her animals on hers. Grunkle Stan mumbled and stumbled over the words to make the two couple join together. Dipper would help him get back on track through angry whispers as Pacifica looked straight at him, a twinkle of a tear in her eye coming down over the happiest day of her life. After a few more stumbles, Pacifica and Dipper said their I Do's and locked their lips with each other to become Husband and Wife. Dipper and Pacifica hurried themselves through the aisle and made their way via a chariot pulled by deers to the Mystery Shack to have a giant after party. All that was had in the party was a few drinks, nice food and a lot of awkward speeches to commemorate the two newlyweds, mostly starting with Mabel who broke down twice in the middle of her speech, talking about how horrible Pacifica used to be and how she vowed to never let her be near Dipper. But after the first break down, Mabel praised Pacifica on dealing with Dipper and being by his side and loving him, which caused her to break down again saying that they have the pinnacle of happiness. Dipper and Pacifica on the other hand decided to block out the speeches and shenanigans and just waited for the right time to leave and head back to Pacifica's tree mansion so that they could start phase one of their honeymoon together. Than they would back up and head to the nearest airport to start phase two which will be held on a sunny golden shore in California. Pacifica stopped her trip down memory lane as Dipper came out of the time vortex and shut the hole off in order to stop anymore time travelers from going back into the past. Dipper moved over to one of his many display cases and put his time machine back down where it rightfully belonged.
"Well, that's one problem solved for today." Dipper said with a small chuckle as he turned from the case and walked to Pacifica, stopping a few inches short from a hug to stare at Franklin, Lily and Joy who were caught in the act of trying to fix the other broken time machine.
"Um... We were just going to fix it and put it back!" Franklin said as they were caught in the act of fiddling with something they shouldn't fiddle with.
"Three months." Dipper said lowly as he punished his child's adventurous tendencies, which caused them to line up and look down sadly, mumbling "Yes Dad" in defeat. Pacifica gave another small smile to Dipper who in turn groaned.
"A month and a half! Don't ever-" Dipper started as the triplets ran out of the room and to the dining room.
"Do this again! Got it! Love you!" Franklin said over his shoulder as they ran to meet up with the rest of the family.
"And take off my clothes!" Dipper shouted back as he slightly groaned and pinched the ridge of his nose in annoyance. Pacifica gave a small chuckle and rubbed Dippers back to soothe him of his on going loses of trying to punish his children properly.
"I simply can't believe how rowdy they turned out to be. Iv'e never acted that way when I was their age, neither did you." Dipper said as he complained to his wife of how the kids acted as he slightly remembered the trials and tribulations of living with the young triplets, on top of taking care nine other kids they had.
"I think they're perfect the way they are. They all couldn't have turned out better. I find it slightly entertaining that the triplets are so adventurous. Besides, you'll always be there to bail them out of trouble." Pacifica said as she rubbed off a few dust particles off of a display case carrying a skull with five eye sockets and two sharp pair of teeth for mouthes.
"I'm not going to be around forever princess. I'm getting way to old and out of shape to even help out Henry and Terry with their Mystery Projects. I constantly get a sprain when I spar with Alex and Jason. Running around and helping Maria and Stephanie with their music careers always gets me out of breath. I can't even relate with Steph, Jess and Annie cause I'm to old!" Dipper said as he pointed out the ways he was getting older and older by the day.
"Dipper, for goodness sakes, we're forty-five! You honestly think you're going to kick the bucket? We're in the prime of our lives! We have a wonderful family. Perfect kids. We live in a wonderful area. We see family everywhere we go. We have a perfect life with everyone, you're not going anywhere in a very, very long time." Pacifica said as she draped her arms around and pecked him on the cheek. Dipper gave a soft sigh in relief and slowly nodded. The only regret he had in his whole life and as he was married with Pacifica for twenty-eight years was that he refused to go on her daily work out routines. Dipper hated the fact that the kids seemed to have aged and got better without him. They would constantly ran past him as they continued to age and grow up to their own adults. Dipper had the hidden fear that his kids would soon not need him at all anymore, and even not care for him anymore. As Dipper and Pacifica walked out of his study, Pacifica grabbed his hand and gave it a small squeeze, sensing that he was a little nervous. Dipper looked over to see Pacifica's smile and smiled with her. Whenever Dipper began to have any bad thoughts or negative attitude, all he would need was to look over to Pacifica and every single fear evaporated out of his mind and he began to live again. Dipper and Pacifica walked straight into the large dining room as they walked back to the table which held their family, taking their places back on the North end of the table, Dipper sitting next to Bill on his right who had Mabel and Sebastian next to him.
"Tell them that time where you punched that kid and protected the Jones kid again Bastian!" Bill proclaimed loudly as Mabel chuckled, remembering Sebastian's first fight.
"Dad... I... I really don't think that's a good idea." Sebastian mumbled lowly as his father began to poke and proud his son to tell his story. Down on the right side of the table, Franklin, Joy and Lily sat at the table and picked their food as they tried to act proper and not get punished again. At the far opposite end, Jason and Alex were busy having a small eating contest for one of their many fights with each other as Maria, who was sitting next to Alex, groaned as food flew as Alex and Jason tore in their food. Alexandria was far to busy to giggle at the food battle as Stephanie, Jessica and Annabelle did, as she was busy texting to one of her many boy bands she had control over to make more money from pre teen girls. Dipper sighed at the scene before him and looked over Pacifica who had a big smile on her face over their small family. Dipper laid back in his chair and smiled as his family interacted and relaxed from his past worries over how he would connect with his family and enjoyed his thanksgiving dinner, without anymore time interruptions.
