I managed to stay alive in the caves beyond Ant Tunnel. For a while I studied the Jr. Balrogs and the Crimson Balrogs carefully. When they started hunting me I had to retreat to the caves where the Drakes lives. I got close to a Jr. Balrog unnoticed and examined it. They are terrifying monsters, but also incredible creatures. On my way back to the Drake caves I passed a group of creatures I had not seen before. They were tall, covered in fur like the Balrog-creatures but they were wearing armor and had weapons. Mostly spears. It could be another kind of Balrogs, but I had a feeling that these creature were not quite in Balrog-family…
"Psst..." Someone caught my attention. He was hiding behind a rock. His face was hidden behind the shade of his conical hat. "What are you doing here?" He was pointing at me with a katana.
"I'm just here to observe, not to disturb or interrupt anyone." I explained. "I'm sorry if I was bothering you." Admittedly I was a bit scared.
"Bother me? No, I want you to help me – if you are interested." He holstered his katana. "There is a great evil right beneath us. In a doomed temple the malicious Balrog has broken the seal and once again it is loose in this world!"
"That sounds...very..." I could not find the right word.
"Terrible!" He continued. "By the way I'm Mu Young. So you want to help me out?"
"I'm not sure what you want me to do." I raised my eyebrow.
"Stopping Balrog from coming back!" Mu Young said. "Listen, we need to stop him, okay? We cannot allow him to take his revenge on Manji!"
"Wait a second...Manji? The guy sitting near the highest point in Perion?" This sounded familiar.
"Have you ever heard about the adventure of Manji and Hero's Gladius?" Mu Young asked me.
Then it all came back to me, the story Manji told me about Balrog, Tristan and himself. I felt a shiver down my spine.
