AN: I have started a handful of new Harry Potter stories. Try checking some of them out. I also have some thoughts about some others at a later date since I have eight stories going on right now. Some are Harry Potter ideas and some are from the TV show Smallville. Once again anything you recognize is JK Rowling's anything you don't is mine.
Fred POV
"Come on Sweetheart, lets see the outfit." I called from where I was sitting outside the changing room.
"No!" Hermione snapped. Ever since she had hit her second trimester her stomach had gotten bigger and she was very self conscious.
"I'm sure you look beautiful Baby." I said softly.
"Really?" I looked towards the door hopefully. "I'm still not coming out."
George and Angelina came around the corner holding a handful of outfits. "Ang could you please talk to Hermione."
Ang nodded and knocked lightly on the door. "Go away!"
"Its Angelina, can I please come in?" The door opened, a hand came out gripped Angelina's shirt and pulled her into the changing room. George and I exchanged a look then started snickering softly.
Hermione and Angelina were muttering softly with sharp pointed words. George and I exchanged another look then leaned back in our seats.
"What do you think their talking about?" I asked running my hands through my hair.
"Fake orgasms and shit." George said with a straight face.
"No seriously." I said rolling my eyes.
"Angelina is probably telling her that she's beautiful, that the stretch marks will go away at some point, and that you will love her even if she has stretch marks for the next fifty years." George said scratching at the hole where his ear should have been.
"I do love her." I muttered sighing.
"I feel like there's a but coming." George said turning to me.
"But it hurts. I love her so much but she still doesn't remember. She does have some memories but not enough to love me. Or at least she hasn't remembered how we fell in love." I said my throat getting thick.
"It will happen Freddie." George said absently tapping his wand against his hand.
"Fred?" I looked up at Angelina, who had poked her head out the door.
"Yeah?" I asked frowning.
"She needs the next size up." She said holding up a pair of small, black, lacy panties. My eyes widened and I almost fell out of my chair in shock. Bloody hell! What did she want those for?
I walked out into the main part of the store and grabbed the next size up. George was turning red from trying to hold back his laughter. I threw the undies over the door. "Shut it you."
While they were in there George and I talked about what to about the family. It had been two and a half weeks since the fiasco at the Burrow. Angelina still cried about what had happened. George was furious with mum for what she had said and done. To be perfectly honest I couldn't blame him.
"What if you talked to her?" I asked bracing myself for his reaction.
"I don't want to talk to her." George said flatly a dark look in his eyes.
"But what if you -" I stopped and and my eyes widened in shock. Hermione wheeled herself out of the changing room and looked up at her eyes wide and sparkling. Her baby bump was showing. The sleeves and chest fit snugly while it was big enough around the middle that it could fit her growing baby bump.
"What do you think?" She asked spinning her chair slowly, the skirt fluttering slightly.
"You look bloody fantastic." I said, my voice hushed. Hermione's cheeks lit up in a pretty blush and I smiled. She was absolutely gorgeous.
"Thanks, check this out!" She said lifting her shirt slightly. Her skirt looked kind of funny. It had a strip of fabric that curved to her baby bump but the main part of the skirt started right under her bump.
"What is that?" I asked getting a little closer to look at the skirt.
"Its called a panel. Its some kind of stretchy material that makes it easier to fit comfortably once your further along." Hermione said pulling at the the material.
"Well you look amazing." I said placing a kiss on her forehead.
"I agree." Angelina said from George's arms. He had wrapped his arms around at some point during Hermione and my conversation.
"Why don't you two pay for the clothes and then we should go out to the Leaky Cauldron and get some food." George said pulling Angelina toward the door.
"Yeah, lets." Hermione said wheeling herself to the front of the store. I followed after her and placed a handful of gold coins onto the counter.
I pushed Hermione's chair out into Diagon Alley. The streets were full with the lunch crowd and it was busy.
"Hey watch it!" I snapped when someone ran into Hermione's chair. The person turned around and I froze. "Mr Malfoy?"
"Mr Weasley," Lucius Malfoy said with a little bow of his head his eyes dark. "So sorry I didn't see you or your wife there."
"Right." I muttered noncommittally, he wasn't sorry. "How's your wife?"
"She's good but I told her it would be better if she stayed in. After all it can be so dirty in Diagon Alley." Hermione and I both stiffened in shock. He just called her Mudblood without actually saying it.
"If you'll excuse us Mr Malfoy we have a prior engagement." Hermione said smiling brightly but it was fake. I wheeled Hermione away my blood boiling. I knew it! He hadn't changed at all. Only his son had.
"That vile, repulsive, horrible man!" Hermione spat once we were far enough away. "Why didn't the war change him? I mean it changed Draco, he was horrified when I was tortured."
I froze and looked down at Hermione my eyes wide. "How did you remember that?"
"No idea..." She said slowly looking extremely confused. What was going on with her memories? It was like they were fighting her body and trying to escape.
