The rest of the weekend went fairly smoothly. Even though Tim and Ziva were grounded for turning of the Walkie Talkie and running off. It helped that both children's lost possessions had been returned to them by the time Gibbs decided on a punishment. Ziva found her Star of David on the bathroom floor. It turns out she dropped when taking it off before she got in the shower the day before. Tim got his notebook back as well. Apparently Jimmy had one just like it for his class journal and when Ducky found it on the floor he assumed it was Jimmy's. So he picked it up but when he went to put it in Jimmy's backpack. He found that it was right where it belonged. He called Jethro right away when he discovered it was Tim's. He would have called sooner but when he opened it up it read "Property of Thom E. Gencity". Around four am Monday morning Tony was shaken awake.

"Five more minutes Gibbs." Tony mumbled.

"Hey Tony I'm sorry about Saturday. When my notebook was missing I just assumed you took it cause you were the only one in the room when it disappeared." Tim told Tony.

"It's alright Tim." Tony assured.

"I know I just feel bad for being so mean." Tim replied.

"No really it's okay. Now let's go back to bed." Tony replied.

"Actually Tony can I tell ya something?" Tim asked.

"You're not gonna come out to me right?" Tony asked.

"Ah gross! That means say your gay! Which means I'd wanna kiss a boy! I don't wanna kiss anybody! Except maybe Abby!" Tim cried.

"Come on Probie I'm just teasing!" Tony cried.

"Can we be serious now? I really need to tell you something." Tim asked.

"Yeah sure. What's wrong?" Tony asked.

"I just found out my dad is dying." Tim said.

"What's wrong with him?" Tony asked.

"He has some kind of cancer." Tim replied.

"Oh Tim I'm sorry. My mom had that." Tony replied.

"I don't know what to do, he wants to reconnect to me and my sister before he dies but I don't know," Tim explained.

"I think you should do it." Tony replied.

"I figured you'd be more on my side," Tim replied.

"Well it's just. I've never told anyone this before not even Gibbs. One day not long after I came here I was home alone. You and Abby were at a meeting, Gibbs was at work and Margret took Ziva somewhere." Tony explained.

"Margret left you alone?" Tim asked,

"Yeah it's alright. It's happened before." Tony replied.

"It's still wrong!" Tim cried.

"Anyway I heard somebody knocking on the door and when I answered my dad was on the other side." Tony explained.

"I thought he was in jail?" Tim asked.

"I guess he wasn't then. Anyway he told me that he never wanted to see me again and that he hated me. So if he said he wanted to reconnect to me I don't know I might want to." Tony explained.

"Aw Tony I'm sorry. I'll tell Penelope I'll see him." Tim replied.

"Okay but if he's still mean to you. Remember you still have Gibbs." Tony assured.

"Him and my step-dad Sean. He's really nice and knows a lot about computers." Tim added.

"Can you sleep now? Cause I'm really tired." Tony asked.

"Yeah Tony I'm tired to. See ya in the morning. Well later." Tim replied.

"Night Tim." Tony said tiredly.

"Night Tony." Tim replied.

The next morning Gibbs came into the boy's room and told them it was time to get up. As usual Tim was already up and ready to go. Tony on the other hand was lying with his head under his pillow trying to pretend that he hadn't heard Gibbs. Finally Gibbs had enough and came in and yanked the pillow off his head.

"Come on Tony look sharp!" Gibbs called.

"Oh alright." Tony sighed.

Tony reluctantly got up and changed. At least Gibbs had remembered to wash his favorite shirt. It was a black t-shirt that said NCIS across the front. He put on the NCIS cap Gibbs had given him right before he went to camp. Hats weren't allowed school but he could wear it on the bus and in the car. He also didn't think there were any rules about hats at daycare as long as they weren't inappropriate. \By the time he got down stairs everybody else was already eating breakfast. Tony walked over to the counter and looked over the cereal selection.

"Sorry kid all that's left is my Raisin Bran." Gibbs told him,

"Aw gross. Are you sure there's nothing left?" Tony asked.

"Sorry should have gotten up sooner. We can go to the store after I get off work," Gibbs replied,

"Alright" Tony sighed.

"Hey I'll tell you what you can pick dinner tonight." Gibbs offered.

"Okay!" Tony said happily.

Tony poured his cereal and walked over to the table. He pulled out his chair and sat down between Tim and Gibbs.

"Nice of you to join us." Ziva said.

"Good morning Ziva." Tony replied.

"You should start getting up earlier Tony. You wouldn't have to eat Gibbs's cereal so often." Abby commented.

"I didn't feel like waking up." Tony replied.

"Just as long as he doesn't make us late for school." Tim said.

"Yeah cause that'd be a real tragedy." Tony replied.

"Well he's up now and you guys need to hurry up." Gibbs said sitting down.

"Gibbs can I stay home today?" Tony asked.

"Are you sick? You don't feel warm." Gibbs said feeling Tony's forehead.

"He's tried I woke him up really early and I guess he never got back to sleep." Tim explained.

"Oh well Tony you really do need to go to school it's important. How about you go at least for a while and if you still feel bad at lunch time you can call me." Gibbs offered.

"Alright" Tony replied nervously.

"Look Tony if you just tell me what's bothering you about school. I can help you deal with it." Gibbs replied.

"Northing is bothering me." Tony lied,

"Is somebody picking on you?" Gibbs asked seeing through Tony's lie.

"Kinda" Tony replied.

"Who?" Gibbs asked.

"Just some kid!" Tony yelled punching the table.

Gibbs watched Tony storm out of the room and up the stairs. He decided just to let him go. Whatever was bothering was obviously very private. He'd find a way to be alone with Tony and get it out of him then. He picked up his coffee and read his paper. Enjoying the peace until he heard screaming coming from upstairs. Sighing he got up to see what all the commotion was about.

"I said stay out! It's me and Abby's turn to use the bathroom!" Ziva yelled.

"Yeah I'm in the shower!" Abby cried.

"Besides you already had your time!" Ziva added.

"Please I really have to pee! Tim was in the shower forever and he always yells when you flush!" Tony pleaded.

"Well next time get up earlier!" Ziva yelled slamming the door.

"Tony what's wring?" Gibbs asked.

"I really need the bathroom but Abby and Ziva won't let me go." Tony explained.

"Just use mine Tony." Gibbs replied.

"Thank you!" Tony called running into Gibbs's room.

Gibbs barely had time to deal with the bathroom situation when he heard a crash followed by a scream coming from the boy's room. He ran in and saw Tim standing by the closet there were toys and broken glass scattered across the floor.

"What happened Tim?" Gibbs asked.

"My Dracula figurine broke!" Tim cried.

"Aw Tim I'm sorry." Gibbs apologized.

"It's not fair I only have to put it in here cause Tony's scared of it!" Tim cried.

"Well Tony's room is all fixed. I can move him back down there this weekend." Gibbs offered.

"It won't matter this closet is so full cause Tony's room is so tiny and doesn't have a closet so he has to keep his junk in mine!" Tim yelled.

Gibbs knew he had to do something just having one bathroom for the kids was fine when it was just Abby and Kate but now he had two boys and two girls. Meaning on busy mornings they had to go in shifts of two and that was not working. It also was unfair Tony didn't have anywhere to keep his things and if he wanted to have his own room it would have to be tiny one downstairs. Gibbs looked down at his watch and saw that it was time to drive the kids to the bus stop.

"Abby! Tim! Tony! Ziva! It's time to go!" Gibbs called.

Two minutes later the Gibbs family were in the car. Pulling into their street. The drive was fairly routine. Abby and Tim were excitedly talking about the class they were taking at the middle school. It was Ziva's turn to pick the music so she was dancing to "She Wolf" in her seat. Tony was sitting in the way back seat staring out the window. It really bothered Gibbs that was his standard mood in the car. He had started to do so well. Then school started and it seemed to Gibbs he was ten times worse. He pulled the car to a stop outside the bus stop. The kids opened the doors and started to climb out.

"Hey Tony can I talk to you for a second?" Gibbs asked,

"Yeah sure" Tony sighed closing his door.

"I know all this is scary but if you just tell me who or what is bothering you I can take care of it." Gibbs said.

"I just really don't wanna tell you now." Tony replied.

"Alright we can talk a little longer this afternoon." Gibbs offered.

"What if you have to work late?" Tony asked,

"Unless an emergency comes up I will be picking you up after lunch." Gibbs replied.

"Just me?" Tony asked.

"Yeah just don't brag about it." Gibbs replied.

"I won't. I love you Gibbs." Tony replied.

"I love you too Tony." Gibbs replied.

Tony had already climbed out of the car and climbed aboard the bus. Which had arrived just as Tony was getting out of the car. Before the terrible feeling came into Gibbs's gut. He instantly regretted not stopping the bus and calling his kids especially Tony back. Today was the day Gibbs would learn who Tony's teacher was. In one of the most horrible ways imaginable for any parent.

A/N: So Gibbs is going to know about Margret soon but what happens that makes him find out what's going on. I am hoping to update Friday. I also am planning on updating "And Tony Makes Four", "Hell He Paid", and "Birthday Mistakes". Please review and thanks for reading.
