Kurt was in the bathroom for the fifth time that morning, really regretting his decision to wait and tell Blaine. Not only was his morning sickness worse than Blaine's was, because he was pregnant with twins, but he was starting to get worried about his tux for his wedding, as he was already unable to button his jeans. Blaine hearing Kurt in the bathroom again handed Christopher to Burt and walked into the bathroom, "baby I hate that you're still sick".

All Kurt could do was whine, as he felt his stomach twist again, launching himself back over the toilet. Blaine sat there rubbing his back, then cleaned him up and carried him to the couch. He laid a cold washcloth on Kurt's forehead; he went to rub circles on his stomach when Kurt's hand stopped him. Blaine was confused, but didn't try again; instead he leaned over and kissed Kurt's cheek.

Kurt wasn't sure what he smelled, but as soon as Blaine was near his nose his stomach lurched, he threw his hand over his mouth uttered, "oh God", and ran back into the bathroom, mostly dry heaving as his stomach was empty. Blaine felt helpless, Kurt had been sick for going on three weeks, their wedding was the next weekend and they had to pack up the last of their stuff because they were going to be moving to New York after the wedding. They already got their acceptance letters from Julliard, but for official reasons they still had to "try out". He was brought out of his thoughts by seeing Kurt stumbling back into the living room; Blaine caught him before he fell.

"Kurt maybe you should go back to the doctor, you aren't getting better and we're getting married next weekend, getting on a plane to New York to do so, moving..you know all that stuff? I don't want you miserable for it".

Feeling better for the first time that morning, Kurt took a deep breath, and sat up, the room spun a little, but thankfully his stomach didn't react.

"Go in our room, there's a wrapped box on the shelf of my closet".

Blaine looked confused, "okay, you told me that was your wedding gift to me, I don't want to open yet".

Kurt smiled, "you have to, so everything makes sense to you. I was going to wait, but things are turning out a lot harder than I expected".

He nodded and took off down the stairs, Carole came in with some ginger tea and toast, "here honey you need something on your stomach, you get sick more often when it's empty", she said with a wink.

Kurt looked up at her and she smiled, "honey I've known longer than you".

He smiled back at her, "I'm going to tell Blaine in a minute, then you and dad tonight okay?"

She nodded, "I'll act surprised".

She walked back into the kitchen, finishing lunch, and entertaining her grandson.

Kurt took a sip of tea and sat it on the table, deciding to wait on the toast. He lay back against the couch when he saw Blaine come into the room with the box, "so you want me to open it, really?"

He nodded and smiled, hoping he didn't freak out when he realized there were two of them.

Just like a kid he ripped open the paper, then opening the top of the box, peering down inside his eyes growing wide, then looking up at Kurt, who had tears running down his face. Blaine took the test out, feeling like his smiled was going to break his face, that's when he saw the ultrasound picture under a piece of tissue paper. It took him a minute to register there were two tiny babies in the picture, his hand flew over his mouth. He couldn't stop the tears, or how he tore across the room, gathering Kurt in his arms, "Oh my God, I'm so happy Kurt, so very happy".

Kurt hugged him back, "they're due in February, and everything looks healthy with them. She said I was around 9 weeks, maybe almost 10. I wanted to wait to tell you, but I've been so horribly sick, and well I may need to be fitted for my tux again, seeing as how my pants are already not fitting", he laughed.

Blaine laughed through his tears, "best present ever, having any feeling whether you have one of each or two of the same?"

Kurt smiled, "they are the same, they're identical so we already know that".

Blaine smiled, "wow..twins, we will need a nanny or something in New York".

"How can we afford a nanny?"

Blaine blushed, "I kinda well inherited in a way some money, so we'll be fine, don't worry about anything".

"Okay, if you say I don't have to then I won't".

"You don't have to, we'll have to ask our doctor to help us find one in New York".

"Why don't we ask that guy the one with the daughter, I'm sure they have one".

Blaine smiled, "yes I'll find his card and give him a call, we may need to upgrade to a bigger apartment, I don't remember how many bedrooms we have".

"I think three", Kurt said, "but I'm not sure, we weren't really planning on another baby quite yet when we sent in the paper work".

"I'm gonna go give him a call, you holler if you need me, and you rest I'll be back to check on you after I get off the phone".

Kurt nodded, Blaine leaned in and pressed his lips to Kurt's, "I love you, we'll do this and we'll be great at it. Look how great our first son turned out!"

Kurt laughed, "these are girls..I can feel it".

Blaine smiled, "I sure hope they are".

Blaine had called the Admissions guy and gotten the name of the doctor they used, and he was happy to hear that they would be adding to their family soon. He told him he'd take care of the apartment situation for him that he should get back to his very sick fiancé. So Blaine did, and soon Carole had dinner made, Blaine having spent the afternoon playing in the floor with Christopher while Kurt rested or slept on the couch. When everyone was sitting around the table, Kurt picking at his food mostly, with Blaine giving him looks of sympathy. Finally it was time for them to tell everyone about the babies and Blaine stood up and went into the living room, coming back in with a picture.

"We have some news that we need to share with you all", Blaine said.

Burt looked up, "everything okay?"

He nodded, smiling, "you have no idea how okay".

He looked confused, but seeing how no one was crying he figured it could only be good news.

Blaine handed Burt the ultrasound picture, his eyes already tearing up, glancing up and looking at Kurt.

"Are you?"

Kurt nodded, Burt handed the picture to Carole and went and grabbed his son enveloping him in a big hug. Carole followed him once he released Kurt, "we're very happy for you honey".

That's when Burt looked at the picture again and Kurt heard the gasp, "Carole there's two!"

Carole turned her head grabbing the photo, "Oh my there are..this just makes it so much better!"

Kurt laughed, "still surprised you didn't I?"

She smiled, "you my son are full of surprises", than she stopped and realized what she had said, "Kurt..I'm..-"

He cut her off, "its okay mom".

She hugged him again, the whole time Finn was looking at the picture, "I don't get it? What am I looking at?"

Everyone started laughing, "Come on Finn I'll show you", Blaine said laughing.

A few minutes later they heard Finn say, "oh, okay, wow man twins! Damn ya'll got three kids before 20!"

Kurt laughed, "what can I say?"

"You like making babies!"

"FINN!", everyone yelled at once.

"What?"

Kurt's face was red, "please tell me you know how babies are made".

Finn's face turned red, "oh..sorry man".

Kurt hugged him, "it's okay Finn, I expect these things from you".

"I'm happy for you Kurt, I really am".

"Thanks Finn".
