Boq walked up the stairs to find the door to his room locked. He sighed. "Fiyero!" he yelled as he started banging on the door.
"What's the password?"
"There is no password, dumbass." Boq replied, rather happily.
"Correct!" Fiyero opened the door.
Boq smiled and walked into the kitchen area. He took a glass out of the cabinet and poured himself a glass of water.
"What's gotten into you?" Fiyero asked. "Ten minutes ago you were bawling your eyes out! Are you a woman? On your period?"
Boq laughed. "No, I don't believe I'm a woman, Fiyero."
"Then what is with you?"
"I think it's just this atmosphere. I mean we're basically stuck in the Emerald City. We see the same things everyday."
"That's definitely not it."
"Yes it is, Fiyero."
Fiyero laid down on his bed and gasped just before rising back up. "You went to see Galinda, didn't you?"
"No."
"You're lying!"
"No, I'm not!"
"Yes, you are!"
Boq began to get a frustrated with this child-like adult. "You know what? You're right. I am lying. I did see Galinda, but it was completely unexpected." Boq then poured out his glass of water and loudly placed the glass in the sink. "And to be honest, I'm really glad I did."
Fiyero felt a bit guilty for bringing on this argument. "I'm sorry."
Boq calmed down. "Me too. I didn't mean to lash out on you like that. I just, I don't know what came over me."
Fiyero smiled. "Love."
Just then, there was a knock on the door. "Who could be knocking at such a late hour?"
"Maybe it's love!" Fiyero replied, going to see who was at the door. "What's the password?"
"There is no password, dumbass!" Galinda and Boq replied simotaniously.
"Maybe that should be the password!" Fiyero laughed as he opened the door, noticing that is was Galinda who knocked. "It was love! I was right again!"
"Glin?" Boq walked over to her. "I thought you'd be asleep by now."
"Me too, but Elphaba decided to lock the door. I left my key in the room, so I pounded on the door for at least five minutes, but she's quite a heavy sleeper. I decided that I'd come up here to see if Fiyero had that extra key."
"I lost that about two weeks ago." Fiyero replied.
Galinda smiled. "I thought you would have."
Boq chuckled. "Oh, Fiyero."
Fiyero chuckled as well. "I know. I'm a dumbass."
Galinda giggled and nodded.
"How about you just stay here tonight, Galinda." Boq smiled.
"Are you sure?"
"I insist!"
Fiyero felt out of place with the current situation. "I'm gonna go look for that key..."
"But don't you want to stay up all night and watch movies?" Boq asked, winking at Galinda.
"Yeah! We were going to let you pick the first one!" Galinda added.
"Well... Yes!" Fiyero jumped on the couch and then ran to the shelf where all the movies were.
"I'll make some popcorn." Boq said, making his way to the kitchen area once again.
