Hey, thank you all for the nice reviews for the last chapter. :D
If you want a suiting atmosphere for this chapter I recommend you to listening to Thunterstruck, Highway to Hell, TNT or Hells Bells by AC/DC. I listened to them while writing and they really suit this chapter.

Chapter 29: Highway to Hell
The next day Alec left for shadowhunter training because he said he had gotten fat over Christmas. Even though I told him it wasn't true I was glad he left. I still hadn't told him I was going to summon Lucifer. I didn't want Magenta to join me either but I had no choice. This was going to be about her and so she had the right to hear it and apart from that I needed Lucifer to see her.
With Magenta's help I had put our furniture against the wall and in the middle of the room we had drawn a pentagram. I had put up every single protection charm I knew around it so there was no chance Lucifer could get out. I had also told Magenta to stay away from the pentagram itself because once she was inside she'd be in his claws and lost to me.
When everything was prepared I took a deep breath and began the ceremony. The ancient words that came from my mouth had a certain melody to them and I concentrated hard to make no mistakes. I knew once the melody was broken there would be a great chance that he could escape. I forbid myself t think about the consequences and finished the spell.
An enormous thunder broke out and in the middle of the pentagram he stood covered in smoke. When the smoke finally vanished I could see him. He hadn't changed since I last had seen him. I could hear Magenta gasp. I knew what she was thinking. He was handsome and even the straightest guy couldn't deny it.
He had a six pack and and his muscles were well defined. His skin was pale and he was only covered by a black toga that covered nearly anything from his body. He had a beautiful face too. His lips were thin and his cheeks were sunken and he had sharp features. His black wavy hair fell down on his shoulders and made him look even paler. His eyes were like deep black tunnels. But the most stunning thing about him were his long wings. They went down to the floor and the feathers were black and looked so smooth it was hard to resist the urge to stroke them.
He was beautiful but he was dark. You could feel the power radiating from him and once you saw him you knew why he had the title Prince of Hell. I held Magenta by her wrists when she took a few steps towards him. He looked at us and an evil smirk spread over his face.
"My my my, Magnus Bane the lost son returned. I must say I'm utterly surprised. Since you summoned Azazel the last time just to avoid me I'd never thought I'd hear from you again. Have you finally come to terms and decided to join me in hell?" He laughed coldly.
"I've made no such decision 'Farther'. I wanted to introduce you to your granddaughter. Though I assume she's your daughter at the same time." I put as much sarcasm as possible in my voice. At my words the smile faded from his face. He looked stunned as if I had surprised him with my words. But he gained control over his features quickly and smirked again at us and examined Magenta.
"I must say I'm disappointed. Magnus Bane I had so much faith in you. You received power and cleverness from me and you still don't understand what she is? You didn't just give your immortality away but also your brain. You're nothing anymore. There were only few people that could outdo you and you gave this power away? You're a weak idiot, Bane."
"You're just like I expected you to be. I knew that someone like you could never understand the concept of love. Love is stronger than any power in the world. But since your so smart why don't you tell me who she is?" I tried to provoke him with my attitude because I knew he would give me the information more easily then. I had experience with demons. The main point in speaking with them was to show them you weren't weak and inferior.
"You're more stupid than I thought." He answered and spit on the floor. "Love." He cringed at the word as if it would poison his throat. "If you let into your life it'll destroy you. It slowly begins to rule your life and it separates you from everything that is worth living for. It's the bane of you existence." His features had lost all of the superior smirk.
"You." He turned his gaze to Magenta his eyes full of hatred. "You are the product of love. You're strong as the love was. But it's true what they say. To love is to destroy and to be loved is to be the one destroyed. Your father fell because he loved your mother. She died because she loved him." He looked broken and he knelt on the floor his head held down. I'd never seen a demon especially such a strong one show any emotion besides hate and spitefulness.
Slowly Magenta took a few steps in his direction. She knelt down in front of the pentagram. "But who is he?" She pressed further.
"Now he's a demon like all of us. But before he fell in love he was powerful. It hardly ever happens but just a few of us – you can count them with your fingers – fall in love with a human. It's against the highest law to interfere with the human nature especially for our own benefit. There's only one of us that wasn't punished for it but only because it was necessary for the survival of the human race. The others, me included, were furious when he gave his own blood to Jonathan Shadowhunter, a normal human."
Magenta gasped when she understood what that meant. Alexander had told her the story of Jonathan Shadowhunter. I was too shocked to react in any way. "So he was – you were – an angel? She whispered in awe.
"Yes we were. Until those corrupt and cold...creatures banned us from heaven. Our love destroyed our lives. Our children absorbed all of our power and we were left with hate as the only thing to live for. Hate and revenge control us now. The mothers took their lives not able to bear all the pain. The love destroyed both partners." He answered.
"You still love her don't you?" She asked carefully.
"No you stupid brat." He suddenly burst out in anger. "I. Don't. Love." He suddenly seemed aware what he had given away in his weak moment. "If you EVER tell a soul about my breakdown, I swear to my life I will come and destroy you. You, your family, everyone you love." With a loud thunder and a lot of smoke he vanished.
