A/N: Thanks for reviews guys! Glad you liked the previous chapter.

There was a comment on Sky being referred as Harry by Sirius and Remus in the earlier chapters and I just wanted to explain that a little bit. So basically at this point Sky has made his peace with his identity as Harry Potter. He knows his parents named him that but he has truly never been called that and thinks the name comes with too much baggage to use it. So he is perfectly alright to forgoe the whole name but is not afraid to use it if it ever proves to be useful. Him allowing Sirius and Remus to call him Harry in private was basically an indicator that he has come to terms with who he is, his past and has forgiven both Sirius and Remus. Hope that makes any sense to you :)

Anw, hope you like the turnout of this chapter. Enjoy!

Some of dialogue in the beginning is from the fourth HP book.

"What is ze meaning of zis, Dumbly-dorr!" Madame Maxime exclaimed as soon as the door closed behind Professor McGonagall. Despite the situation Sky smirked at her ire towards Dumbledore.

They were all gathered to Dumbledore's office: Bartemius Crouch, Ludo Bagman, Karkaroff, Madame Maxime, Professor McGonagall, Snape, Mad Eye Moody as well as three Aurors from the respective countries, whom Sky knew in reality to be Blade, representing Bulgaria, Silver, representing France and Kingsley Shacklebolt, one of Dumbledore's cronies, representing Britain. He himself hid in the shadows undetected even by Mad Eye's magical eye – that he had tested as soon as he had found out the battered wizard would be the new Defence Against Dark Arts teacher.

"I'd rather like to know that myself, Dumbledore." Karkaroff put his own two cents in. "I was not aware one school could have more than one Champion, otherwise I would have brought mor…"

"Have you been living under a rock, Karkaroff? Everyone knows Potter has been missing for years and is more likely than not dead." Snape spat interrupting his tirade.

"How can this be, Albus?" McGonagall asked. "How can the Goblet choose Harry as a Champion?"

All eyes were on Dumbledore who for the first time looked to be at loss for words.

"Obviously someone put Potter's name in that Goblet knowing he would have to compete if it came out." Mad Eye growled from the corner he was standing on. "The contract is binding and the consequences of not abiding are dire, is it not so Crouch?"

"The rules state clearly that those people whose names come out of the Goblet of Fire are bound to compete in the tournament." Crouch said curtly staring at the rousing fire at the fire place.

"Aye, Barty knows the rule book back to front." Bagman agreed jovially. "Harry will just have to compete and everything will be fine."

"What part of "missing, presumed dead" did you not understand, Bagman?" Snape sneered.

"What are the consequences if one does not compete?" McGonagall asked concerned.

"Loss of one's magic." Crouch said and silence fell into room. A chill went down Sky's spine at the thought even though he knew it could not happen.

"Oh Albus, we must find him before the first task!" Minerva exclaimed.

"We have been searching for years, what makes you think we will find him now?" Snape countered. "The boy is a lost cause."

McGonagall opened her mouth to argue but closed it as Dumbledore held up his hand.

"We will do what we can to find Harry, Minerva. For now, the Tournament will continue as planned." He said standing up. "I believe our Champions have waited for their instructions long enough." He continued and left the office the others soon following.

Sky flashed out the office and send a message to Marcus explaining what had happened. They would need to meet up.

Later that evening Sky flashed to Marcus' office and found his dad and Sirius waiting for him.

"Sky! What do you mean your name came out of the Goblet?" Sirius exclaimed as soon as he entered.

"Someone managed to fool the Goblet and add Harry Potter as a fourth Champion." Sky explained.

"How is that possible?"

"I think whoever did it, managed to make the Goblet believe that a fourth school would participate and added Harry Potter as the only option making sure the Goblet would choose him." Sky theorized.

"Whoever it was would need to be powerful enough to confound the Goblet. That is no easy feat." Marcus mused.

"Do you think Dumbledore could have done it?" Sirius asked.

"Power-wise easily and he was the last to touch the Goblet as far as anyone knows." Sky said. "But I don't think he is our culprit this time."

"Why not?" Sirius exclaimed. "He could have done it to make you come out of hiding! The contract is binding isn't it? You will have to compete." He said but Sky shook his head.

"No, he wouldn't resort to that."

"What makes you think so?" Marcus asked intrigued.

"For one, he wouldn't risk losing his greatest weapon against Voldemort like that. Besides I could see his reaction. He was completely stunned and surely saw all his possible plans for Harry Potter crumpling before his eyes." Sky explained.

Before either Marcus or Sirius could comment, Remus burst into the room.

"Is it true? You will have to compete or you will lose your magic?" He asked his voice alarmed. Sky guessed he had just returned from an Order meeting.

"Lose his magic?" Sirius paled.

"Sky?" Marcus prompted equally pale.

"No, I will not compete." Sky said calmly.

"Explain."

"What do we know about the Goblet?" Sky asked.

"It's a powerful artefact created for the sole purpose of choosing the Champions for the Tournament. It has the ability to read the magical signature of the person supplying their name for it and based on its evaluations it chooses the Champions based on its opinion and whom it deems worthy." Remus recited what he had read about it.

"Exactly." Sky smiled waiting for one of them to get it.

A moment later Marcus' face cleared and a look of understanding appeared on it.

"Ingenious." He breathed.

"What?" Sirius asked disgruntled.

"The Goblet reads magical signatures. When a witch or wizard signs their name somewhere it is laced with their magical signature making it impossible to forge. It does not matter what it says in the paper, the magical signature is what counts." Marcus said.

"And in this case…" Sky grinned.

"Whoever put your name in the Goblet is the one who will have to compete or lose their magic." Remus finished smiling.

"Brilliant!" Sirius laughed.

"Exactly." Sky smiled. "I have never once in my life written down my name as Harry Potter so there is nothing they could have used to bound me into the Tournament. In all likeliness they wrote the name themselves without truly realising how the Goblet works and is now bound to the Tournament themselves."

"Which means we don't have to take any action whatsoever and can just let the whole thing play as it will." Sirius grinned.

"Indeed, we will only have to wait for the culprit to reveal themselves when they fail to take part in the First Task and lose their magic as soon as it ends." Marcus commented.

"Perfect." Sirius clapped his hands together grinning. "Bets anyone? I say it was Snape. This is definitely something he would do! 20 Galleons. Anyone?"

Sky grinned, only few weeks to go and they would know.

It was past midnight as Sky made it back to Hogwarts.

He, Sirius, Remus and Marcus had spent the past hours speculating on the reasons why Harry Potter's name appeared from the goblet in the first place. They had come to the conclusion that more than likely Voldemort was behind it and was trying to get to him. He was trying to draw him out by bounding him into the Tournament and if he didn't show up and lost his magic, all the better for him. After all, Quirrell had been convinced that he was not truly missing and that Dumbledore was hiding him somewhere and training him to fight against his Master, regardless of the numerous Prophet articles wondering where he was. Those had thankfully died out after second year and most people seemed happy to forget the real young boy called Harry Potter completely, and keep regarding him as a hero legend, who survived the killing curse and saved them from You-Know-Who by his heroic acts – as was written in the hundreds of storybooks they kept reading for their children.

No such luck now, though, Sky thought. The newspapers would surely explode at these news and Sky wouldn't be surprised to see "Harry Potter the Fourth Champion" as tomorrows headline. There was nothing he could do about that and truly didn't even care enough. It didn't matter what the public thought of Harry Potter. As far as he was concerned he could stay missing.

Now however, as he entered the castle, he had more important things to worry about.

Immediately he went in search of Dora digging out the Map and finding her nowhere to be seen which meant that she would likely be in the Room of Requirement. Flashing himself to the seventh floor he entered the Room and found the cosy room he and Dora often used when they spend time in the Room.

One new addition had been made however. A large queen sized bed had appeared on the corner of the room and on it slept the one person Sky had longed to see for so long: Dora. He smiled as he saw her beautiful face peeking from behind her black hair as she hugged a pillow. He reached out his hand to brush off the stray hairs from her face. She slept in her natural look and Sky loved it. She was the most beautiful creature he had ever seen and his heart filled with joy being able to be near her again.

Now, however her beautiful face was covered in a frown and her body trembled in waves, her hands clutching the pillow so hard her knuckles turned white.

Sky frowned as he realised she was having a nightmare and stroked her hair soothingly.

"Shhhh, it's okay Dora. It's just a dream." He whispered repeatedly. At the sound of his voice she slowly started calming down and soon settled to a peaceful dream. Sky stripped off his robes and got into the bed settling behind her. Wrapping his arm gently around her waist he drifted off to a peaceful sleep with a smile on his lips.

He was home.

Dora woke up slowly and groggily looked at clock on the bedside table. It was a little over ten, she realized with a surprise. She did not remember the last time she had slept through the night without being woken up by a nightmare in the wee hours of the morning.

A moment later she registered a weight on her waist and looked to see a hand curler around her just as something nuzzled her hair from the back.

"Good morning beautiful." A sleepy voice murmured behind her and Dora turned in a flash to face the person behind her.

Blue met sleepy emerald eyes and Dora felt deep joy fill her whole being.

"Sky!" She exclaimed and jumped to hug him burying her face to his neck. "You're back!"

Sky chuckled at her reaction but hugged her back just as tightly. "I missed you too." He laughed.

Soon though, her joy turned into an overwhelming relief as she realised Sky was truly here alive and well, and not killed and tortured like her dreams often indicated. Her body started trembling as all her feelings came pouring out.

"Dora, what's wrong?" Sky asked alarmed as he felt his girlfriend trembling in his arms and lifted her head to look at her. Tears run down her cheeks as she sobbed. "Tell me, love. What's wrong?" He asked again concerned, wiping the tears from her eyes.

"I'm just so happy your back." Dora managed to say between her sobs and soon everything came pouring out. She told him about the Boggart and her nightmares and how afraid she had been reading the news articles about attacks and not knowing whether he was save or not.

Sky felt guilt gnawing at him as she listened to his hysterical girlfriend telling him how worried she had been.

"I'm sorry, love. I did not realise it had gotten that bad." He said. Remus had told him about the Boggart but he had not realised how serious the effect had been on Dora.

"It's not your fault." Dora sniffed. "You were on a mission."

"The mission is not as important as you." Sky said seriously. "You should have told me."

"I know. I just didn't want to distract you." Dora said. "Don't worry I'll be fine after a moment. I just needed confirmation that you're okay."

"I'm fine, love." Sky said. "Promise me next time you will tell me, no matter where I am or what I'm doing."

"I promise." Dora said burrowing her face into Sky's neck.

"I love you Dora." Sky kissed her forehead.

"I love you too Sky." Dora said. "I'm glad you're back.

"Me too."
